Once casted into the bull. A torturing device that a system desires to recreate in the mind. They are entertained by the cries of the needy and get a thrill of ignoring the faithful. 爸爸妈妈接我回了家，并向学校，警方反映了情况。警方面前，她们完全否认了自己说过的话，只是说什么都不知道。
回家以后，我继续被骚扰着，我开始说服自己产生了精神类疾病。因为这些事情，我自己都没办法相信。可是，治疗的过程并不顺利。后来，通过网络，发现了国内有很多的受害者。很多人都是得罪了有势力的人。
我又相继认识了国内电磁界有名的专家，爱好者，得知，国内有人从英国，法国走私了一些微波武器（用在反恐上，但不是很贵）。可以事前采集了人的脑电波，热辐射，呼吸频率，做系数，将骚扰信息混在个人的脑电波中定向伤害，远距离也可以。

Every day there is one or two new members joining the Peacepink. It really shows how many in the world out there are under attack from this horrific, evil and none, what so ever human treatment of innocent world citizens.
We have an urge problem, we need to work together, because together we are stronger. Now, I´m not much of the "american mentality"(no offense)-that "listen all, world can be a better place if we just pray or something else"..No offense-again, but praying is not going to help. I do believe in God and I respect each an others religion and their belief. But we have work to do ourself here. One of the main aims for the perps is to not give us the energy and the strategy to find a way of work effective together. They make us unfocused, thinking that-someone else has to do this or that...But no one else is going to do anything unless you, by yourself contribute. There isn´t going to be an end on this nightmear if we just sit here in front of our computers, make complains (that really are justified by the experiences we all have, no doubt about that) and do nothing more. I´m trying my own way, I´m sending info to newspapers and TV shows. I also have send letters to the EU parliament regarding human rights, and the Ethic Committeé in Sweden.
The moore letters the governments receive from each of us, the higher pressure to respond to it. I know there are several of you here, sending letters and claims, but we have to organize it. If we for instance keep a logg here, of all letters that´ve been sent and by whom. Then, by contacting the government, they cannot deny of having complains from others or never heard about this abuse. We have from those letters and this logg proofe of that many thousands of people are claiming for their human rights, and reporting the same kind of abuse, and none is done by the government-yet.
I do think we need to put a list with each of us, mentioned by name and character of abuse, when it started and nationality and so on. (this is for having a common list when claiming governments attention)
I think we need to have some sort of "board" here. I think that you americans really have an advantage here, you are quite a few victims at this community, compared to us, that live in Europe or other parts spread out of the world, you have the ability to come together! (I know it can be large distances, but there seeme to be a lot of you in quite the same area)You can met IRL and that´s alot easier if we are talking about coming together as a group and organize it.
We cannot sit for another 30-40 years, waiting for any secrets documents being released, as those who were targeted in the 50-70´s had to do. We have no time to lose.

Since at least the early 1950's, the US government has been secretly researching mind control technologies. And although there were a few volunteers, the vast majority of experiments were conducted without the subjects' knowledge or consent, many of which were brutal and even fatal.
After Congress was alerted to these abuses, such as the CIA's MKULTRA Project, and hearings were held in the late '70's, these programs were officially dismantled. However, in reality, they continued unabated according to government whistleblower accounts and the experiences of targeted individuals(TI's). And now, nearly 60 years later, the technology has evolved to a point where most people would find unimaginable. Because of the secrecy surrounding these programs, government agencies will not acknowledge the existence or use of their invasive practices and technologies, which are designed to avoid detection or blame for the offending parties. The elements of power, control, and money have come together to make these instruments some of the most diabolical that man has ever created and have destroyed the lives and livelihoods of many thousands of law-abiding American citizens. And its victims so far have had nowhere to turn for help.
We believe that Congress must face its responsibilities to its constituents whose rights to privacy are being violated and once again commence an investigation and hearings into the covert activities and abusive practices of the US intelligence agencies.

We, the following petition signers, and United States citizens, believe that we have become victims of covert harassment in a variety of forms, including: electronic and electromagnetic (EM) device assaults by the use of exotic EM weapons of the military(1) and intelligence agencies, organized stalking, computer tampering, mail tampering, vehicle tampering, workplace mobbing, and surreptitious home entry and break-ins.
Some of this may be unauthorized human subject experimentation. Directed Energy Weapons exposure occur in a manner, which leads us to believe is unauthorized human testing by the military/intelligence agencies. This is specifically prohibited in U.S. law and by the Nuremberg Code, internationally.
Subjection to this harassment has many unpleasant and negative results. Some victims have found themselves isolated from friends and family, experiencing the loss of familial comforts and affection. Many have experienced economic deprivation, and more severe deprivations.
We believe that these invasive intrusions into our personal lives may well be caused or related to, acts of government intelligence agencies, corporations, contractors as 3rd parties acting under the authority of government intelligence agencies, and/or individuals, with malicious intent.
We, the signers and organized groups, through various means have found each other and realize that we have many commonalities of experience, the most pertinent being, the awareness of these activities, perpetrated by covert harassment groups. They seem to be networked nationwide, and perhaps, worldwide. Many may represent a rogue group, in our own government.
These groups seem to have targeted victims for physical, emotional, and psychological trauma. Many citizens have experienced very negative impacts as a result of this harassment.
We have come together and formed working groups, to investigate these acts, seek legislation, to foster awareness, and an end to these described abuses, which occur using secret, highly-advanced surveillance and exotic military technologies. (1)
We call upon Congress and local governments to listen to our complaints, support our very real concerns, and convene hearings, on this unlawful harassment. We are also asking our legislators to draft legislation, and if necessary, educate themselves and the public about the ever-increasing threats to our personal freedoms, by these covert groups, possibly acting under color of law, but actually in legal violation of it, using technologies which may be yet unknown to the public.
The Fourth Amendment of our Constitution guarantees us freedom from unnecessary search and seizure. Harassment by these electromagnetic devices, and these individuals, is an unnecessary search and denies us this right.
We are therefore petitioning the United States Congress to commence an immediate investigation, hearings, and legislation regarding the military and intelligence agencies' use of electronic torture and organized stalking on law-abiding American citizens.

CIA torture and abuse of rights
Dear Distinguished Member of Congress,
The CIA is a Federal agency which operates above the law on domestic soil and engages in extreme, widely unknown terror campaigns against American citizens utilizing a vast array of military caliber psychological warfare tactics, borderline torture and in some cases even murder. Without the proper civilian oversight and transparency, rogue elements within this very powerful and far reaching agency will continue to operate with a total disregard for both domestic and international laws. Our Constitutional, civil and basic human rights are jeopardized whenever a few holding such vast power are overseen and scrutinized solely by like-minded individuals. The terror they have managed to unleash against an untold number of American citizens on domestic soil, presently labeled as 'Targeted Individuals', cannot continue to be ignored. Or simply written off as overactive imaginations and/or mental illness.
A common tactic of the CIA is to make a victim of their abuses appear paranoid, delusional or mentally unstable in order to discredit the victim when complaints arise about the horrific circumstances the victim is forced to endure as part of their daily existence. The historian Lord Acton is quoted as saying that 'power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely'. As a "targeted individual" experiencing this horrific and shameful abuse of power on a daily basis for over 4 long, agonizing years I implore you to take the necessary measures to reign in this rogue agency, their outright criminal tactics and cavalier operatives who believe the laws of our country are beneath them.
Torture in America cannot continue to be ignored. State-sponsored terrorism against American civilians being deployed by an arm of our military under the guise of "national security" or an “ongoing criminal investigation” cannot be tolerated in a free & just society. To simply ignore this ongoing abuse is the equivalent of condoning the action. It is time to make permanent and wide sweeping changes to an agency that is rapidly spiraling out of control, notorious worldwide for their abuses and become so arrogant as to believe themselves above the law. Our country is too great to allow a segment(s) of our government to conduct themselves in this manner. If vast changes are not made now, then when will the next opportunity arise?
Personally, I have had the unfortunate occasion over the last 4+ years to experience a vast array of psychological warfare tactics too numerous to list, including but not limited to, intimidation, unimaginable invasion of privacy and a constant "negative environment" campaign which has been given the name of 'Organized Stalking' by its victims. All presumably done under the premise that no one can survive in a constantly negative environment. I have also been subjected daily to unrelenting physical torture, poisoning and attempted murder through various forms of invisible, silent, military-grade 'directed energy weapons' (D.E.W.) - from my symptoms I believe I have been targeted primarily by directed overexposure to various electromagnetic radiation. These ongoing attacks occurring while my wife and 3 very young, developing children are present, primarily at our home where I work full time.
My name is xxx, I am a licensed Real Estate Broker, 37 years old, a husband and father of 3 young children. My wife is a graduate of UC Berkeley where she received her undergraduate degree in Psychology. My wife and I have been together for 18 years, since we were both teenagers.
This harassment campaign, in its current frenzy, began over 4 years ago while living in Concord, California and working at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Orinda, California. While heavily involved in a mentor relationship/business partnership with an older gentleman, Mr. WILLIAM K OTTMANN {3815 Northridge Drive, Richmond, CA}, he made several comments which led me to believe our business relationship may have been more than just coincidence. Statements such as “nobody can survive in a constantly negative environment” stood out as peculiar coming from a real estate agent. During our close relationship I believe I was “steered” to purchase this home in Concord, California at which time I became the new neighbor of Mr. LEONARD WILLIAMS {1132 Victory Lane, Concord, CA 94520}. I would not be surprised if one of these gentlemen, likely both, have very close ties to our federal law enforcement community and possibly the CIA.
Approximately one year after moving into this home I began hearing extended episodes of jet engine noise above our home on a daily basis (where none was present previously) and became aware of what appeared to be a very overt stalking and harassment campaign which quickly transformed into the living nightmare described above. I have been offered no assistance from law enforcement despite numerous complaints reported to both local and Federal authorities.
The ongoing, daily electromagnetic radiation attacks are overwhelmingly targeted at my chest region, primarily my heart. Predominantly occurring while at our home or in another relatively confined location where my movements are generally restricted (i.e. movie theatre, restaurant, hotel room, etc). The symptoms of the attacks are comprised of a sensation of pressure, slight burning, moderate-to-sharp pain in the heart region, a “charged” sensation in my chest and less frequently a sensation of my heart seemingly skipping a beat. These attacks have been occurring numerous times throughout every day for the last 4 years, often lasting for 30 minutes to an hour, and sometimes longer. I am awoken every night at around 3 am and usually another time at around 6 am with the same sensations as described above. Upon me getting up, the symptoms cease. These symptoms are generally not present while outside of our home, where I work full-time and have 3 young, developing children present. I would have logically been concerned of a natural, health related ailment if the symptoms also occurred while outside of my home; driving, traveling, shopping, etc or if I had other signs indicative of a heart problem, such as shortness of breath, weakness, fatigue, dizziness, nausea, sweating, etc. It appears that the technology being used against me requires the victim to be relatively stationary. Other than these described symptoms, I am perfectly healthy and have not had any health related issues throughout my life. I fear these ongoing attacks may be a slow-kill assassination attempt with the desired outcome of cancer, heart disease or sudden pulmonary failure. Even more concerning, are the long-term effects this constant overexposure to radiation will have on my young, developing children later in their lives.

During our close relationship I believe I was “steered” to purchase this home in Concord, California at which time I became the new neighbor of Mr. LEONARD WILLIAMS {1132 Victory Lane, Concord, CA 94520}. I would not be surprised if one of these gentlemen, likely both, have very close ties to our federal law enforcement community and possibly the CIA.
Approximately one year after moving into this home I began hearing extended episodes of jet engine noise above our home on a daily basis (where none was present previously) and became aware of what appeared to be a very overt stalking and harassment campaign which quickly transformed into the living nightmare described above. I have been offered no assistance from law enforcement despite numerous complaints reported to both local and Federal authorities.
The ongoing, daily electromagnetic radiation attacks are overwhelmingly targeted at my chest region, primarily my heart. Predominantly occurring while at our home or in another relatively confined location where my movements are generally restricted (i.e. movie theatre, restaurant, hotel room, etc). The symptoms of the attacks are comprised of a sensation of pressure, slight burning, moderate-to-sharp pain in the heart region, a “charged” sensation in my chest and less frequently a sensation of my heart seemingly skipping a beat. These attacks have been occurring numerous times throughout every day for the last 4 years, often lasting for 30 minutes to an hour, and sometimes longer. I am awoken every night at around 3 am and usually another time at around 6 am with the same sensations as described above. Upon me getting up, the symptoms cease. These symptoms are generally not present while outside of our home, where I work full-time and have 3 young, developing children present. I would have logically been concerned of a natural, health related ailment if the symptoms also occurred while outside of my home; driving, traveling, shopping, etc or if I had other signs indicative of a heart problem, such as shortness of breath, weakness, fatigue, dizziness, nausea, sweating, etc. It appears that the technology being used against me requires the victim to be relatively stationary. Other than these described symptoms, I am perfectly healthy and have not had any health related issues throughout my life. I fear these ongoing attacks may be a slow-kill assassination attempt with the desired outcome of cancer, heart disease or sudden pulmonary failure. Even more concerning, are the long-term effects this constant overexposure to radiation will have on my young, developing children later in their lives.

The purpose of this specific article is to describe the link between the abuse of targeted individuals and various community organizations, specifically the Freemasons. Many targeted individuals are so confused and disoriented by the array of psychological tactics being used against them, they often rationalize the abuse strictly as a Freemason attempt at implementing a New World Order. The conspiracy-minded individuals among us believe it is an attempt by a secret society of social elites to control the masses. My theory is slightly different.
I believe community organizations, such as the Freemasons, are nothing more than front line harassers used in an attempt to shield the police from obvious exposure during their many acts of harrassment and violations of individual rights. I've heard the Freemasons have a saying that "we're not the cops, we help the cops". And I'll explain how they are used for that purpose.
When an individual is targeted they are subjected to a constant "negative environment" campaign which has been given the name "Organized Stalking". Everywhere a targeted individual goes in public they are tracked and surrounded by angry, hostile participants. All the time, everywhere they go, 24/7/365. If this type of activity was perpetrated solely by law enforcement personnel, it would be rather easy with the use of a video camera to prove a case of extreme law enforcement harrassment. Rather than being constantly surrounded and violated by members of the police, community organizations such as the Freemasons are deployed on the front line. Being a member of a "secret society", nobody (besides federal law enforcement and fellow Freemasons) knows who is and is not a member. A private investigator, running license plates for instance, will return an assortment of what appears to be random citizens, with no apparent connection to law enforcement, many of whom live or work in the area of where the harrassment is occuring.
Organizations such as the Freemasons are simply a buffer used to shield law enforcment during these types of extreme harrassment and entrapment campaigns. And distract a targeted individuals energy and drain their resources by having a target persue what will only appear to be random citizens from every walk of life.
Now when a targeted individual complains about the abuse they are experiencing, they can easily be documented as showing signs of paranoia or some form of mental illness which will in turn discredit all furture claims made by the targeted individual. During these harrassment campaigns the police are undoubtedly among the participants but for the most part keep a safe distance from the target. Organizations like the Freemasons are used by and therefore protected by the police so no investigation will ever be done. The crimes and violation of rights they commit are endorsed by our federal law enforcement agencies, in fact they are a law enforcement harrassment tool.
Understand that one of the primary goals in an operation like this is to get the targeted individual to make what appear to be fantastical claims that will not be able to be proven in order to discredit them and create the perception or diagnosis of mental illness. The accomplishment of this goal will allow the perpetrators to bring the harassment to a new, more intense level since the targeted individual has now been professionally diagnosed or at least documented as showing symptoms of mental illness. Other obvious goals include incarceration, from a targeted individual lashing out from the constant abuse or institutionalization. Either of which accomplish the ultimate goal of removing the targeted individual from society.

Through an unrelenting psychological harassment campaign - and for the hardest to crack of the bunch - an unrelenting physical torture campaign using directed overexposure to electromagnetic radiation, a targeted individual is kept in a constant state of agitation, confusion, anxiety and physical pain.

Constantly surrounded by angry participants under the premise that "no one can survive in a constantly negative environment" a target is systematically poisoned emotionally. Fear and intimidation are often used to further aid in the psychological destruction of a targeted individual. If constantly being engulfed in this environment of "negative energy" is not enough to break a target, a new form of torture is introduced. The directed overexposure from invisible, and potentially deadly, electromagnetic radiation whose initial symptoms can closely resemble those of high anxiety and stress. Whether the years of directed overexposure to these elevated levels of electromagnetic radiation will result in future disease or health issues is unknown. Again, the goal of this type of operation is to have the targeted individual lash out in a physical act of aggression in order to incarcerate, complain irrationally about the details of the ongoing abuse which are designed to get them institutionalized or give up their will to live and commit suicide. Does our federal law enforcement have access to Directed Energy Weapons (D.E.W.)? Can these weapons be abused beyond their intended purpose? "I'm being followed everywhere I go", "it seems like they are everywhere", "it's like they can read my mind and know where I'll be"...these are the types of statements, that while actually quite accurate (keep reading), can easily make a targeted individual appear to have lost their mind. In order for it to make more sense, let's once again review who is now orchestrating this abuse against a targeted individual. Our military (essentially our international police force) and our intelligence community are in control. This harassment campaign has reached the highest levels of our government and as such, the resources at their disposable are truly unimaginable. Is it just the military perpetrating this harassment campaign? Of course NOT! They have simply been handed control. What this means for a targeted individual is that EVERY law enforcement tool available from your local community watch, community organizations (ie Freemasons) and "concerned citizen" types all the way up through Homeland Security including the U.S. military have placed YOU in their crosshairs. If you are a targeted individual your conversations are being monitored (whether inside your home, your car, your office, and obviously your telephone), your movements and actions are constantly being monitored (whether inside your home or out in public), your electronic correspondence is being monitored (email, websites you visit, letters you write on your computer, etc) - you are being WATCHED! 24/7/365. Again, this isn't your local Sheriff sitting in an "unmarked" patrolcar eating his donut on a stakeout. A targeted individual has every known (AND classified) technology being deployed, and most likely TESTED, against them. Understand it and deal with it in a logical and sensible manner. I don't mean to alarm you, but this is the unfortunate reality that any targeted individual now finds themself in. Maybe it's a little clearer now HOW "they" can be everywhere you go and seem to be able to "read your mind". Targeted individuals are not crazy - but be very careful...the perception of mental illness is one of the many traps a program like this was designed to create. If not the actual illness itself.
So, besides an absolute abomination of a targeted individuals right to privacy, what other tactics are being deployed against a targeted individual. The hardest to prove and the most criminal tactic used (especially when a target has 3 young & developing children in the home such as myself) is a continuous poisoning and torture of the target by invisible directed electromagnetic radiation. If this is a new topic to you, it may be unclear exactly what electromagnetic radiation (EMR) is. After all, it's not exactly the kind of topic an average American is thinking about. Well, to name a few examples, electromagnetic radiation ranges from radio frequency waves (RF) to the more destructive & potentially deadly ionizing forms of x-rays and gamma rays. In the lower to mid spectrum there are also radar waves, microwaves, ultraviolet and infrared light waves.
What I noticed when this harassment campaign began for myself toward the end of 2005 was the continuous jet plane(s) that suddenly began flying "holding patterns" for extended periods of time above & around my home. My theory is that these planes are equipped with sophisticated radar imaging technology. Possibly very high powered infrared imaging cameras as well. Rather than using these electromagnetic radiation devices to "search" for something, in the case of a targeted individual these devices are used to slowly poison and "overload" the targeted individual with continuous high doses of directed electromagnetic radiation. Once a targeted individuals body has been properly overexposed over a period of time (months), other portable devices may then be used to keep a target in a constant state of agitation and dis-ease. And for the more fragile among us, maybe even death! This tactic can be the premier form of making a target seem crazy by forcing them to report what appear to be insane accusations against neighbors, the people "following them everywhere", planes over their home and the government. Another obvious reason for deploying this invisible & silent torture tactic is to provoke a targeted individual to lash out in sheer frustration and anger against the closest person (who most likely has absolutely nothing to do with the ongoing abuse). Essentially, this is the ultimate version of entrapment. And may even be the ultimate, basically unprovable form of a state-sanctioned murder!

When my saga began over 4 years ago while living in Concord, California I noticed the sound of jet plane engines in what appeared to be extended holding patterns above my home. This started occuring on a daily basis and progressed to transpire whenever I left or entered my home and constantly throughout the day and night. I initially thought it was some type of sound harassment tool but after years have come to the conclusion that these planes may be used to overload and constantly expose a targeted individual to invisible, yet deadly, doses of electromagnetic radiation. There were no physical effects initially but over time, as my body became sensitized to the constant overexposure, I started to have sharp pains in my heart region along with the sensation of pressure. Also, a gulping sensation in my heart region was a common effect. Although less frequent, I also noticed a metallic taste in my mouth. I would have become concerned about a natural health issue except these sensations were only experienced when I was relatively stationary and in a confined space. Only occuring while at my home (with my wife and young children present) or office. Otherwise the symptoms were non-existant.
A targeted individual has essentially been declared an "enemy of the State" and as such is harassed by our military (yikes!), federal & local law enforcement and the various community "helpers" they each deploy during this type of harassment & terrorism campaign. If this sounds crazy to you, as it initially did to me when I found myself explaining these occurences to my wife, you may want to do a little research into MKULTRA and COINTELPRO. These types of abuses by our government are well documented and have been occuring to US citizens for decades. The amazing part to me is that this type of government sponsored terrorism can continue in modern day America, with impunity for the perpetrators whom are nothing more than State-sanctioned executioners.
The following are detailed descriptions of the various planes that fly directly over my home whenever I enter or leave and appear to be in holding patterns above and around my home throughout the day and night.1. Passenger style jet planes: all white with no visible markings anywhere (California); white with dark blue underside (except wings) and no visible markings elsewhere (Arizona). 2. Small propeller aircraft: all white except 2 white stars centered inside blue circles, 1 on each wing positioned closest to the body on the underside of the aircraft (Arizona); all white with blue tips on underside of the wings (Arizona); all white with a red stripe on the underside near the tip of each wing (Arizona); white, dual-propeller, with blue stripe running horizontally along fuselage (Arizona).3. Helicopters: dark blue with Sheriff (Arizona); all black (Arizona).
During and very shortly after these planes fly by my home is typically when the most intense Electromagnetic Radiation (EMR) torture seems to occur (while my 3 very young and still developing children are present). Whatever the source of these attacks, it is an absolute abuse of police power that allows it to continue. Being orchestrated and perpetrated with approval by the highest ranks of our military and federal law enforcement community.

Soon the computers are able to speak with our nerves. Scientists in Lund (Sweden) are creating electrodes, so tiny that they can be put directly in the brain and the central neural system without any disturbance in the tissue. Like minirobots in the bloodflow.
The electrodes will show how the memory is working and hopefully will in the future be able to help and maybe cure braindamages from different traumas. The neuralsamples are grown on nanowires and tiny electrodes are made,that then put in brain or central neural system, will be able to receive and send signals wireless. Since electrical pulses are the natural way for the central neural system to communicate, the neuralcells are able to "talk" with computers outside the body. It will make it possible to see how the brain is handle all the information given. And in the future to solve problems with for instance neurological illness and chronical pain syndroms.
To start with the nanoelectrodes will be tested in brains on animals, mainly rats, to registrate the signals to computers in their natural inviorment, to see how the are developing, learning and so on, for instance the longterm memory is an interesting issue, everbody knows how hard it is to learn new tasks after too little sleep or too much alcohol, says scientist Jens Shouenborg. Since the nanoelectrodes are so tiny, even smaller than the neuralcells themself,they wouldn´t show up even in a michroscope. The receiver then could be put in the scullbone.
Also for the future there are plans on trying the nanoelectrodes on people with depressions, and then be able to stimulate the emotional parts of the brain.
Ethical question are raised, Jens Schouenborg compares the situation with when the stamcell discussion were on call, in the beginning of that sciencearea. To work with the huge power technical potential that IBM is offering, then of course the ethics must be considered.

The Pentagon canceled its so-called LifeLog project, an ambitious effort to build a database tracking a person's entire existence.
Run by Darpa, the Defense Department's research arm, LifeLog aimed to gather in a single place just about everything an individual says, sees or does: the phone calls made, the TV shows watched, the magazines read, the plane tickets bought, the e-mail sent and received. Out of this seemingly endless ocean of information, computer scientists would plot distinctive routes in the data, mapping relationships, memories, events and experiences.
LifeLog's backers said the all-encompassing diary could have turned into a near-perfect digital memory, giving its users computerized assistants with an almost flawless recall of what they had done in the past. But civil libertarians immediately pounced on the project when it debuted last spring, arguing that LifeLog could become the ultimate tool for profiling potential enemies of the state.
Researchers close to the project say they're not sure why it was dropped late last month. Darpa hasn't provided an explanation for LifeLog's quiet cancellation. "A change in priorities" is the only rationale agency spokeswoman Jan Walker gave to Wired News.
However, related Darpa efforts concerning software secretaries and mechanical brains are still moving ahead as planned.
LifeLog is the latest in a series of controversial programs that have been canceled by Darpa in recent months. The Terrorism Information Awareness, or TIA, data-mining initiative was eliminated by Congress
-- although many analysts believe its research continues on the classified side of the Pentagon's ledger. The Policy Analysis Market (or FutureMap), which provided a stock market of sorts for people to
bet on terror strikes, was almost immediately withdrawn after its details came to light in July.
"I've always thought (LifeLog) would be the third program (after TIA and FutureMap) that could raise eyebrows if they didn't make it clear how privacy concerns would be met," said Peter Harsha, director
of government affairs for the Computing Research Association.
"Darpa's pretty gun-shy now," added Lee Tien, with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has been critical of many agency efforts. "After TIA, they discovered they weren't ready to deal
with the firestorm of criticism."
That's too bad, artificial-intelligence researchers say. LifeLog would have addressed one of the key issues in developing computers that can think: how to take the unstructured mess of life, and recall it as
discreet episodes -- a trip to Washington, a sushi dinner, construction of a house.
"Obviously we're quite disappointed," said Howard Shrobe, who led a team from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Artificial Intelligence Laboratory which spent weeks preparing a bid for a LifeLog contract. "We were very interested in the research focus of the program ... how to help a person capture and organize his or her experience. This is a theme with great importance to both AI and cognitive science." To Tien, the project's cancellation means "it's just not tenable for Darpa to say anymore, 'We're just doing the technology, we have no responsibility for how it's used.'"
Private-sector research in this area is proceeding. At Microsoft, for example, minicomputer pioneer Gordon Bell's program, MyLifeBits, continues to develop ways to sort and store memories.
David Karger, Shrobe's colleague at MIT, thinks such efforts will still go on at Darpa, too.
"I am sure that such research will continue to be funded under some other title," wrote Karger in an e-mail. "I can't imagine Darpa 'dropping out' of such a key research area."

我可以回答你的问题,程培华女士,没关系,我没有问题.我有过一些笔记记录.我已经写过一些报了案,也和一些人说过.这是犯罪行为,不是幻觉,不是精神病.就像回到几百年前,和人解释电话,说两个多个人可以在千里以外通话,可能没有人会相信的.由于这是一种没有公开的高科技,我只能尽可能具体答复你.你看后如果不介意,我很高兴了解你对这个案子的意见.很高兴与你交流.
我的一些疑问：
1．你的这些受害朋友们学历都和你一样高吗？他们是否都是学理工的或者是学理工的居多？
这个脑电磁波武器已经有长时间研究历史,犯罪也已经有四五十年以上了,我受害从不迟于1998年开始,也就是我知道受害(说过是双工状态下,他们让你知道你才能知道),一般人不太能相信这种受害,我以前也没有看过这方面的受害者情况,只是受害多年以后才在网上联系到其他受害者,我们受害者现在只是通过网络松散的联系,有些人情况知道一些,有些情况不太清楚.知道的这些受害者,没有多少共同点,受害原因不祥,有些认为有少量政治问题或和人争吵,但不至于受到这种脑控伤害.都是普通人,学历本科及以上学历的都少.学理工的也不多.
2．你所说的（去年11月起）身体遭受到功能性和品质性伤害，具体有哪些功能性的？有哪些是品质性的？
我说的身体受到功能性和器质性伤害,是长时间受害造成的,不仅是去年11月起,具体我写了,可能要进一步相关检查才可能知道,现在公检法医院都不太相信有脑电磁波武器犯罪,也没有接触过这种犯罪,一般医院无法做这种检查,可能破案以后才可以知道.
3．给你大脑输入的图像，有你社会关系中的主要成员：同学徐刚、胡建宝，还有久未联系的李庆伟、张新武，分别是你什么时期的同学？你在和他们同学期间关系如何？
给我输入的图像较多,有些同学是高中的,有些是大学的,我们关系较好,就是我社会关系中部分主要成员.犯罪分子就是想犯罪,有时在街上他们看到一个不认识的人就可以输入我大脑犯罪.
4．《禁闭岛》、《国家地理》、《人类消失之后》等电影，你看这类电影的时候有哪些感觉？你是一个人看还是与别人一起观看？
你还看其它类型的电影吗？比如更现实性的、生活片等？
这些电影我看的时候当然有感觉,犯罪分子可以改变你的感觉,我在家里电脑看,用风行网络电影一个人看,其他人在看电视.因为他们不停干扰我大脑,看电影时犯罪分子有时干扰少一些.我看的电影比较多,也有其他类型的,比如第五元素,叶问,大兵小将,毕业生,西雅图不眠夜,克莱默夫妇,燃情岁月,玩具总动员,苔丝,四个婚礼一个葬礼,朗读者,哈利波特,肖申克的救渎,楚门的世界等等,生活片我看的少一些,现在也没什么好看的.有些电影和脑控技术相关,比如黑客帝国,阿凡达,未来战警等,你看了吗?
5．你说“脑控”是一个已经存在的技术，用语言在一定程度上是可以描述的，但你一直在说无法具体描述，我想，可能是描述起来有些困难，你是否可以用简单地三句话把这个技术总体描述一下呢？
我说的这上面这几部电影,有些技术相似,你先看看.这是高科技技术,犯罪分子不打算让我们知道,我已经是受害者中说的比较清楚的了.
6．你的描述让我觉得技术如此之神，但目前控制的范围却不大，你觉得这样做的终极目的是什么呢？
我说过原因不太清楚,没有利益关系情况下,国家化那么多钱对我们这些受害者犯罪做这件事,一般人觉得难以相信,目前如果说是医学试验,也不太像.目前受害者被控制范围比较大,只是知道的人不多.你看到,如果是单工方式,只阅读你大脑,不对你输出信息,你是不知道被阅读的.脑控设备一台可能有几十到一两百公里的工作半径,如果计算机自动做可能一个城市用不了两台超级计算机.
7．我理解你所说到的“脑控”工作方式是：
单工：只阅读但不输出信息；
双工：阅读并输出信息；
双工（？）：打开对话系统，提取图像和记忆。
我理解的对吗？为什么有两种“双工”描述？
单工双工是通讯方式的一种描述.双工时,他们可以让你知道,也可以不让你知道,所以有两种描述.他们如果小心地做,改变你的思维,可能以你自己的思维出现,比如让你今天10点工作,你可能发现不了,比如如果让你杀人,你会奇怪怎么会产生这个念头.打开对话系统以后,他们会和你对话,象打电话差不多,你就知道有人用脑电磁波武器在对你犯罪,如果你身体受到伤害,你就知道这是故意伤害杀人罪.这种犯罪可以有简单的做法,复杂的做法.简单的就像中宣部的敏感词检查,可能看看就算了,复杂的就可严重伤害.我们在网上联系到的500多受害者,都是第三种状态,我是较严重的受害者.
8．你是如何判别自己受害程度轻重的？
大体法律上的判断方法差不多,受害时间长短,受害方式,大脑身体受伤害程度,工作经济婚姻等方面的影响,还有我说过有些身体的伤害一般医疗技术检查不出来.
9．你所说的你受害的技术各类较全，具体是哪些技术种类？
我给你的材料里写过,我们难友交流过,大体就是这些.
10．射线方式：你经受过射线方式吗？还记得遭遇射线时的感觉吗？
这种方式我大约没有遭遇过,或者以不同方式给我.这是我从难友那里知道的.

12．性攻击，是如何实行的？你所说的60%以上的受害者经受过性攻击，这个比例是以什么人群作为基数？
不是60%以上的受害者经受过性攻击,而是受害严重个人受到的攻击中性攻击比例达到60%以上,我就是其中之一,受害轻的受害者可能没有性攻击,受害轻的受害者他们甚至不相信有这攻击方式.对受害者大脑进行性攻击,有些就像放黄色录像,多年都是这样,你可能可以换个念头去干扰,但没法长期去干扰,或者不放录像,他们可以让你阳具直接勃起,睡着时,直到遗精.
13．《人类酷刑史》一书，你阅读过，写于哪个时代？作者是哪个国家的？（如果可能我也购买一本）

14．在你的描述里出现了：行刑者、犯罪分子、当权者、刑具发明者、他们领导等等，他们都是什么关系呢？
这种犯罪如果对你犯罪,不是可以逃避的.也许有些人不愿说,但是这显然是有组织犯罪,国家公权力犯罪,当然有技术的发明制造者,即使是从国外学的,有领导,还有领导的领导当权者,都是犯罪分子.这些当权者这种精英统治下的，根本背离了民主是多数人的统治的基本原则，是对民主的亵渎和嘲讽。我和犯罪分子他们说过,不要忠于这少数反动集团,要忠于人民.
15．你说到：本人做了自己应该做的一分，受到了身体和精神伤害，结果是不成功的。你所说的“做”是指什么？可否理解为你做了一些“反脑控”的实验性研究？
我主要做了法律上的一些行动,起诉,报案等等.还参加了难友们的公开信,揭露行动.要求解决这一滥用特权,侵犯公民人权的公权力犯罪问题,对犯罪分子刑罚,调查犯罪分子调动到路线的安排,通讯联络方式,前进指挥部,基本和后方指挥部,行动,政治动员和宣传,后勤保障,运输交通.还有资金问题等.并解决销毁档案证据,阻挠调查和监督的犯罪问题.这是一个受害者应该做的,也是一个公民应该做的,当然现在还在受害,所以我说结果一些是不成功的.我在网上找了一些脑电磁波武器相关学科论文,正式发表的科技论文,发给难友等看了,说不上反脑控的实验性研究,还有几个难友也在看相关技术研究.
16．“精英阶层和人民”以是健忘的，……他才想起怎么那么似曾相识。”这句话，我是否可以理解为：在你和你的难友们都认为这些事曾经发生过？
那么是在过去的什么时候发生过？现在和过去发生过的有什么不同？
理解应为脑电磁波武器犯罪发生过,有三四十年多的历史,这种犯罪是反人类罪,恐怖主义犯罪,腐败犯罪,是赤裸裸的法西斯犯罪,还有其他类型的犯罪也发生过,不是这种脑电磁波武器高科技犯罪形式,也是残酷的,他们可能会想起怎么那么似曾相识.
17．你所说的那些性侵犯犯罪：用较真实的性具做、射精、男女淫乱，还和同性恋做，理智的做，黑人外国人都有，他们互相做……还让你射精。这些都是图像吗？只给出图像吗？
可以说是给大脑图像,有时是三维的,同时配以感觉感情认知.
18．图像出现之后，会抹去你的记忆，是吗？
是的,会抹去一些.
19．在你面前摆一个特权分子：这个人会是谁？
把三维图像、感觉感情、认知传送给你
你不想，有人替你想，控制力量较大：你觉得同时有人在对你犯罪吗？
这个人有时是朱镕基.
当然不是一个人犯罪,有些是事先做好的录像,有些当时现场犯罪,和你当时环境联系起来,比如和你周围的事物联想,一个人做不了那么比较复杂时间长度长强度大的内容,有时几个人同时和你说话.再说,他们24小时犯罪,要排班的,我这里有一二十个人不止,
20．在受害以后的现实生活中，你有性生活吗？除了那些图像，你与异性、同性有过性吗？
我没有问题.我2005年结婚,和老婆有一年多生活,性生活.由于受害,她受不了,离婚了,她是十堰人.受害者大致没有同性恋.犯罪分子用同性恋来犯罪的.
21．你用“火车”如何做的？你都对什么人做过？
大脑里想,受害时间较长,对犯罪分子几个做过,没多少用.
22．你说你还做了他们（那些控制你让你做的人）的“妈”，你在现实中认识他们和他们的“妈”吗？
不认识犯罪分子.做了他们的妈,骂”他妈的”这样的.
23．“每天可能只睡3、4个小时，喝水、吃饭、看电视、上厕所等……”
可否理解为每天只有这些是你自己尚能意识到并能自控的行为？
不是,我的行为都可以意识并自控,只是他们不断对我犯罪,就像看守所,警察不停和你说话,不让你睡觉那样,但你是能意识到并能自控行为的,只是这是用脑电磁波武器远距离来做的.
24．“有些是机器设置的自动联想，有些是录像，有些是人工做的，……”是指那些图像吗？还是“闪念”？
我自己有想法的,犯罪分子输给我大脑的那些图像,有些是和我的想法联想的,包括我的闪念,和我的思维,比如我看到3,7,9,19等他们就犯罪,这显然有些可能是机器设置的自动联想,有时他们也人工做一下,隐蔽一下这种做法.
25．“他们如果排班的话，应该有二、三十人以上，可能还有一些临时来的。”
你能见到他们的画像吗？他们是男、是女？多大年纪？
他们是犯罪分子,给我的图像也未必是他们本人的图像.有男,有女,可能年轻的多,图像不容易看出来.
26．“他们说他们知法犯法、打击报复、不打算减刑、不后悔、他们无所谓，他们领导给了他们保障，说可能不会判刑，打算捞一把……”
这些是否存在一些矛盾？前面是“不怕”，后面是“不会”，看来这不一个结构严密的组织，他们有那样的高科技手段，不可能没有严密的组织结构吧，你说呢？
还有，他们这样做可以捞到的是什么呢？
我写下来的这些只是一部分,那么多年他们说的话多了,犯罪分子是这么说的.这是一个严密的犯罪组织,他们知道这是犯罪,但也知道抓住了会判刑,但由于是公权力犯罪,他们可能认为没那么容易破案.所以有时说话有些矛盾.
已经说过,原因不太清楚,所以好些人不太相信.这是犯罪组织,他们是拿钱的,可以捞到其他一些.有关人士一方面为了打击报复,升官晋级,采取的行为.
27．你说，你的个案很重要，可能与朱镕基有关，你的一女同事叫“朱宏”的与他们大约有关系，这个关系是指和他们（那些脑控行刑者）有关系，还是指与朱镕基本人有关系？
我的个案较重要,女同事朱宏可能有关,她与朱镕基本人有关系,犯罪是公权力犯罪,所以是他们派来的,具体关系可能要破案以后知道.
28．可以问一个关于朱宏的问题吗？这个朱宏与你做同事时有多大年纪？
你是什么时候结婚的？又是在哪年离婚的？
我是毕业时认识她的,她也大约同年毕业在同一单位工作,比我大两岁.我是2005年在十堰结婚的,一年多短婚无孩,2006年离婚的.
29．“她们和驴性交了，……她们是共产党性工作者”中这些“她们”总共有多少人？你都认识“她们”吗？在现实中与她们有过联系没有？比如女同学、女同事。
同25,犯罪分子不会把她们的情况告诉我,她们有时给出想法.只是这种犯罪长时间后可以估算一下,犯罪时有一二十人,再加上轮换,他们这么多年应该有好些人.我不认识她们,现实中她们也不会和我联系,虽然她们有时使用我的女同学女同事图像.
30．“虽然我知道身体直接受到伤害，精神紧张，还有其他一些问题……”能告诉我“其它一些问题是什么吗？

31．到现在为止，你还没有真正在感觉被脑控的同时，做过脑CT和MRI，是吗？
我在大单位工作,每年都约要做体检.在知道受害后,也做过医学检查.这种犯罪是高科技犯罪,有些检查不出来,有些伤害无法描述.比如,皮肤破损,血管瘤,白细胞等,这种犯罪怎么造成这些,还不能完全清楚.
32．皮肤破损，是局部的还是全身的？是持续性还是偶然性发生？皮肤破损处有些什么样的感觉？
我的皮肤破损还不算多,局部的.时间有一段了.有些受害者皮肤破损较多,感觉和一般的皮肤破损差不多.
33．除了颈动脉粥样硬化和心电图有问题服用过药物以外，有没有其它服药治疗过程？
有不多的一般治疗.医生说我要常医学检查.
34．检查肝有血管瘤，到目前没有服药和手术，是吗？
没有.医生说我要经常检查.
35．白细胞、血糖、血脂均有超标，你怎么看待这个超标？
我觉得精神紧张,免疫力下降有关,我查了一些资料,医学说相关因素有一些.
36．2009年发现有前列腺炎，是吗？
2009年发现有,以前没注意.
37．你所说的“目前有6）外界〈新闻媒体〉报道两项证据”是指什么样的外界？哪家新闻媒体？报道的内容是什么？什么时间报道的？（你的相关资料有提供）
我给你的相关资料有提供,包括新华社,中央电视台,国外一些媒体报道.我还查到一些相关学科论文,包括国家核心期刊,清华,上海交通大学,中科院生物物理所,心理所,香山会议论文等.可以给你部分.你可以看难友的资料博客,他们也说到一些.
38．你所说的电子科技大学2009年9月期刊载文我没有读过，但从你所介绍的那两条信息看，与目前“认知神经科学”领域的最新研究有相似之处，但都不是输入图像与认知、提取图像与记忆等。
只是研究人的“注意”、“情绪”、“情感”等心理活动功能部位及其工作方式。
我找到的只是公开出版物的,脑电磁波武器技术有些是不公开的,你说的对,可能你知道的这些也只是一部分内容.
39．我所说的这些研究是我在医学心理学硕士研究生课程上学习的，是通过脑血液仪、脑CT、脑MRI和一种结合了这几种仪器功能的更新的仪器，我要查一查书是否是你所说的EEG，但这只是研究人的部分心理活动过程的，其特点：

41．你说现在脑控实施有机器和人工两种，你认为机器的水平远不如现在受害者实际情况，这占我没有理解，是否指机器对脑电波分析功能远不如受害人脑对实际受害程度感受水平？
是的,我给你的邮件里说过,机器自动部分,人工智能部分目前可能水平还不高,有些现在还是用人工来犯罪.
42．受害者中，人工控制解读脑电波信息的较多于机器控制分析，是吗？
机器智商为50，人工智商为90。
同41，人工做目前可能比机器控制分析的部分智商高一些.你也知道人工智能现在水平某些方面没那么高,好像电脑自动翻译还需要人工修改,还有一些同声翻译水平比一般人工翻译好一些.

我在约2001年在广州越秀区公安局报了案,也起诉了.也在1999年和2001年两次被抓进过精神病院.在北京国务院,中央军委报案了,有EMS邮件收据.在北京最高法院,最高检察院,公安部,国安部都报了案,起诉了.在湖北省公检法也报案了,在十堰公安局东岳刑警大队报案了,并且有报案收据.
44．你所说的“以前我对这个案子做过处理”是指的什么？如何处理的？

我是这么认为的,犯罪分子也是这么自称”东厂”的.不是另一个”中央”,是同一个”中央”的私密化,隐蔽自由滥用犯罪行为.
46．你和“他们”的对话都是用嘴巴说出声，还是用心语对话？
“他们”和你说话时是由一个人讲还是多个人轮流对你说？
是用思维说话,有时他们使力,我会说出声一两个词.
同19,25，常是多人同时说话,说话就是语速,24小时做(睡着时有时有梦),应该有轮换,但他们有时不同人使用相同几个人的图像.
47．我注意到你给胡武伟教授的信最后提到了一些历史事件，那些和你所说的这些有关联吗？如果有，会是什么样的关联？
