They used electromagnetic weapons to torture me. The main symptoms were:

These people can use their electromagnetic weapons to transmit their voices directly to my brain. They can make "voices" sound as if coming from neighbors or from a nearby person. They also can use their weapons to make "voices" sound like the voices of your friends or your family members.

Pain all over the body; stomach pain, toothache, headaches, leg pain, arm pain.

They also forced me to "have dreams" at night. I knew those "dreams" were made by them and transmitted to my brain using their weapons. (The principle is the same with a silent sound device which can transmit sound into the skull of person.)

On April 5, 2002, when I was in Hong Kong, my brain was controlled by voice-to-skull and remote electromagnetic technologies, and I was taken into the USA Embassy in Hong Kong. It was strange that there were so many Security Guards outside the USA Embassy, but nobody stopped me or asked me anything. 

Due to the horrible torture, I could not live normally and was not able to handle any work to support my life.

These tortures commencing December 2001, ever since visiting Australia for studying a Master Degree at RMIT in Melbourne, and continuing into the present, in China, today, 2021.

These abuses on my persona via electromagnetic weaponry commenced and have been ongoing ever since studying a Master Degree as full fee paying student at RMIT, in Melbourne, Australia, 2001.

I haven’t had any chance of leading a normal, fulfilling and happy life, ever since going to Australia where these abuses/ tortures, which have been ongoing, began, in 2001. This includes being unable to work and support myself financially.

I reported these crimes to the police when I was in Australia in January and February 2002, but did not receive any positive reply.

   Describe the methods of torture used

They, have used/ continue to use, Electromagnetic weapons on me to psychologically abuse and torture, referred as Microwave Weapons (MWs) or Directed Energy Weapons (DEWs) with this commencing ever since going to Australia, in 2001

The psychological tortures inflicted on my persona via Cyberotrture leaves no evidence, and no fingerprints, no physical scars as proof for the authorities.

The main physical and psychological symptoms sustained were/ are:

Psychological tortures impacting on my right to live a life as a Human Being. This has cost me the right to study as full fee paying student at RMIT, Melbourne, Australia, 2001, where these tortures began, and have continued up until today, 2021. As a result I haven’t been able to hold down a job or any gainful employment, thus unable to fend for and support myself.

These people can use their electromagnetic weapons to transmit their voices directly to my brain. They can make "voices" sound as if coming from neighbours or from a nearby person. They also can use their weapons to make "voices" sound like the voices of your friends or your family members, (v₂k)

They’ve tortured me and didn’t even allow me to sleep at night, or they’d to wake me up at mid-night. Sometimes, they’d also forced me to sleep when I didn’t want to sleep.

They also forced me to "have strange dreams" at night. I knew those "dreams" were made by them and transmitted to my brain using their weapons. (The principle is the same with a silent sound device which can transmit sound into the skull of person.)

Due to these ongoing horrible tortures, I couldn’t live life with any normality as they took away all of my Human Rights. As a result, I haven’t even been able to hold down any form of paid employment to work, unable to even support myself.

They have taken away every single one of my basic Human Rights, with these tortures commencing ever since going to Australia in 2001 and continuing today, in China, 2021. I am even unable to work and to earn a living to so support myself.

Statistical (among 300 victims) Evidence- possible reasons victims believed they became a target were:

Hearing voices (which were/are sent to victims’ head by electromagnetic frequencies) were/are misdiagnosed to be phonism or mental illness by doctors

I, Soleilmavis Liu, formally stated that I have not received any form of redress, repatriation, compensation nor rehabilitation resulting from these abuses.

These tortures have cost me my time, peace of mind (heightened anxieties) and lots of my own hard earned monies, this ever since trying to attempt further study at RMIT, Melbourne, Australia in 2001, and still continuing today, 2021.

All this sufferings inflicted on my persona with no appropriate treatment, or rehabilitation, or even any respite, from the ongoing psychological abuses/ tortures.

The doctor didn’t have necessary equipment’s that could detect abuses by, DEWs or MWs or electromagnetic frequencies.

The said doctors, as these technologies are new, didn’t have any of the correct or appropriate psychological training to assist or console me in any capacity, this at all.

These psychological tortures inflicted via Cyberotrture leaves no fingerprints, no evidence, and no physical scars.

III. Remedial action

Were any domestic remedies pursued by the victim or his/her family or representatives (complaints with the forces responsible, the judiciary, political organs, etc.)? If so, what was the result?

(1)  All Governments and authorities I’ve approached pleading for help, all of my appeals, pleas, and my beseeching for assistance just for an end to the tortures, have been ignored, and continue to be brushed aside, with complete disregard.

Step one: Why?

In early 1997, my father and I participated in a family entertainment program. We wanted to make the best speakers Text to Speech possible. I have heard about the main models from almost every manufacturer. I already know all the drivers in the DIY category and I want to know which one is the best.

Finally, after voting, we all without hesitation chose JM Labs Grande Utopia as our favorite model. Since then, Grande Utopia has been rated by many as one of the best home speakers text to speech converter in the world. The only problem at the time was that these speakers cost 40 thousand dollars, and now newer models with beryllium speakers sell for even more.

JM Labs uses its own Focal brand drivers, and here's the fun part... Drivers from the same series used by JM Labs loudspeakers indian tts are also available on the Zalytron. My dad and I purchased a very similar set of drivers from the same range of products that JM Labs uses, which included a "W" cone woofer and an inverted metal dome tweeter for sound. And made for just $3000, I wouldn't claim that "DIY Grande Utopias" are legitimate replicas of Grande Utopias, but they look great and cost 1/10 less, so it's hard to argue with fellow Guiductables users. This is why I think everyone should create their own speakers.

Second Step: Lecturer

I built my first speakers voice voice over 10 years ago when I was in high school. Since then I've been making them for my friends and clients. And now I'm a teacher, it's a prize in a sound art competition.

In the country where I live and in its capital, where I live, a long-announced “ecological uprising” or protests against serious environmental pollution are being prepared. On September 11, I planted some more rosemary and lavender seedlings in the cemetery. As always, I would say that I know that I should never give up.

On September 11. protests were held in Belgrade against environmental pollution. Several thousand people were present. They said that 15.000 people die in Serbia every year from polluted air.

On September 11, repeated protests took place in Sarajevo, “Justice for David, Justice for Dzenan”, where several thousand people demanded the discovery of the killers of young men in two separate events, a Serb and a Muslim. Police and judicial institutions tried to heal those murders!

On September 11. more than 120.000 demonstrators protested again in a number of French cities over the introduction of the so-called health Covid passports.

On September 11, Greek police smashed demonstrations in Thessaloniki with tear gas and water cannons due to mandatory vaccination.

On September 11, exactly 20 years have passed since the deadliest terrorist attack in the history of mankind carried out on American soil. That day changed the world!

What should happen if that what we talk about in vain, why we suffer, seek justice - change the consciousness of the rest of humanity? Is it possible that no one but us sees psychotronic terrorism surpassing in many parameters and not just in the quantum of evil, this one that everyone is terrified of and condemned?

It is the the first time i share this story that happened to me before they attacked me and they made me remember it yesterday because unfortunately I almost forgot that is happened

Before they attacked me, as I remember started at intermediate school time they kept sending this scary and terrifying dream and kept repeated with some difference as I will tell. The nightmare was there is some people who is trying to attack the department I live in and I am so scared so scared from them and when they are trying to enter through the door I am pushing it to prevent them trying and trying and I am unable to prevent them from entering. As noted, in that nightmare I am alone I can’t ask for help nobody is around me all that I am alone in front of them and it is unusual for dreams or what I usually dream of I see people or persons I know and contact with them or you are who makes connections and expand your dream. But at that one it was like I am blocked in evil and horror. And once I wake up I feel different kind and extreme of fear what the hell is that who are those ones and how I dreamt of that and why is that someone who is trying to hurt me or kind of evil are coming from someone or hate or negative energy or someone who is hating me and wish me dead all I can understand there is evil is coming for me and for sure I did prayers and prayed and asked god why is that happening.

And it wasn’t stopped it came again but they were coming from another side of the building through the stairs as they were chasing me while I am running next to other departments and some of them is locked or i can’t enter them but at the end I back to my department and the end is the same and waking up with the maximum fear. If it was my dream the next time I woke up it must be less scary as I lived it before and I can ensure that it it kept repeated through periods of times with no answer I can find at that time.

And it wasn’t the only scary dream or repeated dream I got there is so many of them.

Yes they were getting closer to you and you didn’t know about them. They are the kind that gets what they want and buy everything with money.

All I can ask you to at each moment they are living in your life send them hate feelings they are evil creators and the evil itself. They are using us as absorbing substance it is all chemicals inputs and outputs.

Now I can see all simulation ideas and virtual reality topics are true. They are entertaining us with the future light and unbelievable technologies that will make the human kind in magical worlds. 1. Inhale through the diaphragm. Inhale deeply from the abdomen, not the chest.

In Canada's official languages, federal election debates are scheduled for next week: French on the 8th & English on the 9th. When Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was first elected in 2015, the promise of electoral reform was a key magnet that he discarrded with his victory. UN Human Rights Office's email and message to me , International Criminal Court 's message to me, Canadian Government, and the Supreme Court of Canada "can not" stop their ongoing terror, psychological torture and MK Ultra, starting 19 years ago in Ontario of Canada.

Who are they? 

my neighbors, at least 2 Philippine couples, 

who are now again wearing invisibility cloaks to enter ( without opening any doors) and hide  in my house  to do everything possible, evil and brutal. Something in my house "told" me. Around 8 years ago, floor vibration lights "told" me they wore invisibility cloaks to poison me and forcibly inject me. Up till now, they have not told what they injected into my body to me and to us.
