We are aware that some agencies of your government and possibly some other entities or individuals in this country are in the possession of technical means enabling remote control of human nervous system. (People who live in NATO countries should use here a following quotations: Which is proved by the European parliament’s STOA report on Crowd control technologies. It states: “In October 1999 NATO announced a new policy on non-lethal weapons and their place in allied arsenals”; and “In 1996 non-lethal tools identified by the U.S. Army included… directed energy systems” and 'radio frequency weapons'.

It is obvious that the use of such means for manipulation of human beings is in sharp contrast with the constitution of this country guaranteeing its citizens the right of personal freedom. Under those circumstances it is hard to understand why there is no law in this country prohibiting the possession of means enabling remote manipulation of human nervous system and their use against people. Of course such law should include provisions establishing teams equipped with technologies capable to detect those detrimental radiations and their sources.

According to the bill proposed by Dennis J. Kucinich in the U.S. congress the means capable to manipulate human nervous system include "land-based, sea-based or space-based systems using radiation, electromagnetic, psychotronic, sonic, laser or other energies directed at individual persons or targeted populations for the purpose of information war, mood managment or mind control of such persons or populations" http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/r?c107:chemtrails .

Therefore we ask you to take decisive steps toward the legislation which would protect the citizens of this country against the radiations used for remote manipulation of their nervous system and consequently their thoughts and behaviour. Soleilmavis is a Chinese citizen, born and raised in China in a rural area which had a simple and vanilla environment. Her parents came from farmers’ families. Her mother graduated in a polytechnic school, and her father had middle school education. They were rare people who had some education in rural areas at that time. She studied in one of the top primary schools and entered one of the top secondary schools of Shandong Province, which was famous with its high educational standards in China. 90377 Sedna is a very large trans-Neptunian object, which as of 2011 was about three times as far from the Sun as Neptune. Sedna was discovered by Mike Brown (Caltech), Chad Trujillo (Gemini Observatory) and David Rabinowitz (Yale University) on November 14, 2003. Sedna has the longest orbital period of any known large object in the Solar System, calculated at around 11,400 years. Its orbit is extremely eccentric, with an aphelion estimated at 937 AU and a perihelion at about 76 AU, the most distant perihelion ever observed for any Solar System object.

At its discovery it was approaching perihelion at 89.6 AU from the Sun, and was the most distant object in the Solar System yet observed.

From the above calculation, Kuiper Bell is about 77.2 AU, Sedna which has a perihelion at about 76AU, is in the area of Kuiper Bell.

I am an owner of Lone Star Consulting, Inc. (www.lonestarconsultinginc.com, El Paso, TX), and we are and have been doing R&D into mind control and electronic attack technologies since the late 1960s. We are a small family-owned and operated business. We are being increasingly overwhelmed with customized device projects for mind control and electronic attack detection systems and countermeasures. We have found that particularly since 9/11, there has been a great increase in the needs for our detection and countermeasure technologies.
We are the only ones we know of who have the experience, expertise and wherewithal into both mind control and electronic attack weapon systems, and countermeasures and detection systems who actually design and make such devices sold to the general public. And it is not easy when powerful interests who heavily profit by electronically controlling and victimizing people want to put you out of business.

Mind control and electronic attack weapon systems are virtually ideal means of injuring and destroying people. If someone stabs or shoots you, you have the external physical proof of the crime. However, if someone electronically attacks you and thereby severely injures you, externally you will likely look fine, but internally you may be heavily damaged. The harmful signals were transmitted to you remotely, silently and likely concealed and from a great distance away (with today's tracking and tracing technologies, you can't even avoid being targeted). Once the signal is gone, how can you prove that it ever existed without the use of highly specialized detection equipment of the types that we make? And how can you countermeasure such attacks - often also requiring highly specialized countermeasure equipment of the types we make?
Even after decades of blatant mind control and electronic attacks and likely 100,000s of victims worldwide, the Government still refuses to even acknowledge that such technologies exist or move to protect people from it. Everyone is on their own! Easily verified: Go to a police station with a mind control or electronic attack complaint, and chances are excellent they will commit you to a mental ward while your perpetrators are slapping their knees laughing at you. How many police stations do you know of have the required expertise, detection systems and forensic lab capabilities to even investigate such crimes, much less prosecute them? I use the term, "crimes" loosely, because in many jurisdictions there are no laws against mind control and electronic attacks.
Some criticize us for not doing enough to bring public and political attention to this clearly horrendous and increasing threat. Again, we are just a small business barely able to keep up with the onslaught of business we now have. We would very much like to expand our operations to document many cases nationally so we have a solid database that no one can refute. However, even though we design and build much of our own equipment - no one else makes the devices we need - we would need much more equipment and personnel to do this - all very expensive propositions, likely even $Millions. On our website, we recently started asking for donations and bequests to help us expand to this level, but no donations or bequests so far. So without the funding to expand to these new levels, we simply don't have the resources to change anything politically to get required laws passed and to fund law enforcement into taking these attacks seriously.
Incidentally, years ago, I used to regularly "rant and rave" to Government officials and politicians to do something to stop mind control and electronic attacks on the general public, but it all fell on deaf ears. I got few responses, and most of the responses I did get was to the effect that nobody is being electronically attacked or mind controlled.

Abstract:

One of the twenty-first century’s greatest violations of human rights is the proliferation of mind control technologies and their accompanying abuse and torture. The author, Soleilmavis Liu, is one of thousands of innocent victims across the globe, who has become an activist for their freedom. Mind control technologies are weapons which use electromagnetic waves to hijack a person’s brain and nervous system and subvert an individual's sense of control over their own thinking, behavior, emotions or decision making. This article is a brief introduction to these technologies and one of its victims, Soleilmavis Liu. Soleilmavis’ work is to expose mind control technologies and their torturous abuses and to urge governments worldwide to investigate and halt these egregious violations of human rights. 1.       Introduction

Soleilmavis is a Chinese citizen, born and raised in China, who was first attacked in December, 2001 when she was studying for a Master’s Degree in Australia. At the time she was unfamiliar with remote electromagnetic weapons which can control thinking, behavior, emotions or decision making by attacking the brain and nervous system. Eventually, she would come to learn of these technologies that are being secretly used or covered by governments worldwide to control and harass the populace.

This article will briefly introduce mind control weapons, Soleilmavis’ case summary, and Soleilmavis’ work to expose mind control weapons abuse torture. Soleilmavis’ case summary and her work will hopefully bring more public awareness to the use of mind control weapons, abuses and tortures.

2.       Brief introduction of Mind Control Technologies

Mind control technologies are weapons which use electronic microchip implants, nanotechnologies, microwaves and /or electromagnetic waves to subvert an individual's sense of control over their own thinking, behavior, emotions or decision making by attacking the brain and nervous system.  The development of these methods and technologies has a long history.

2.1  Nazi Wonder Drug

     Nazi researchers used concentration camp inmates to test a cocaine-based "wonder drug" they hoped would enhance the performance of German troops. [1]

2.2  Mk-ultra, America's Central Intelligence Agency mind control project.

There is an overwhelming body of evidence that confirms the existence of Mk-ultra, America's Central Intelligence Agency mind control project. MORE than 250 people who claim they were “brainwashing” victims of America’s Central Intelligence Agency were set to win a multimilliondollar legal battle for compensation. Nine had already each received $67,000 (£33,500) compensation from the spy agency, which had admitted setting-up an operation codenamed MK-Ultra during the Cold War (Parker, 2007). [2]

2.3  Implantable electronic chip mind control

Many researchers, using nanotechnologies have developed implantable electronic chips that establish new nerve connections in the parts of the brain that control movement or even alter emotion and thought. Researchers at the University of Washington (UW) are working on an implantable electronic chip that may help establish new nerve connections in the part of the brain that controls movement. Their most recent study, to be published in the Nov. 2, 2006, edition of Nature, showed such a device can induce brain changes in monkeys lasting more than a week (Gray, 2006). [3]

On March 18, 2008, the Central Intelligence Agency responded in writing to a Larson Media Freedom of Information Act request. The document discloses that the CIA's use of biomedical intellectual property developed at the Alfred Mann Foundation, Second Sight LLC, Advanced Bionics, and under Naval Space Warfare (SPAWAR) contract #N6600106C8005 is "currently and properly classified pursuant to an executive order in the interest of national security" and applies to the CIA Director's "statutory obligation to protect from disclosure, intelligence sources and methods". The technology, developed under the DARPA programs of Tony Tether, Col. Geoffrey Ling and N.I.H programs of William Heetderks, has been protected as a Defense "Special Access Program"1 (SAP), which is the official terminology for a "black project". The research has resulted in implantable devices that are millimeter and sub-millimeter in size, can be surreptitiously implanted (and are fabricated in a manner that the devices cannot be detected or localized by clinical medical or radiology techniques), and provides a shocking amount of surveillance capability regarding a subject’s activities which may include visual and auditory biofeedback data.

Additionally, the devices are capable of delivering testosterone or any other biological agent.

2.4    Voice to Skull Technologies

Artificial microwave voice to skull transmission was successfully demonstrated by researcher Dr. Joseph Sharp in 1973, announced at a seminar from the University of Utah in 1974, and in a journal "American Psychologist" in March, 1975 issue, article title "Microwaves and Behavior" by Dr. Don Justesen (1975).  [4]

In 2002, the US Air Force Research Laboratory patented precisely such a device: a nonlethal weapon which includes (1) a neuro-electromagnetic device which broadcasts sound into the skull of persons or animals by way of pulse-modulated microwave radiation; and (2) a silent sound device which can transmit ultrasound (above human hearing) into the skull of mammals.

NOTE: The sound modulation may be voice or audio subliminal messages. One application of Voice to Skull uses is an electronic scarecrow to frighten birds in the vicinity of airports. Many mind control victims also claim to be harassed by Voice to Skull technologies (http://www.fas.org/sgp/othergov/dod/vts.html ). [5]

2.5  Mind reading technologies

Researchers have shown a capability to read a subject’s mind by remotely measuring their brain activity. 2.6  Microwave or electromagnetic mind control technologies

It is sometimes hard for victims to find evidence of microwave or electromagnetic mind control technology.  However, some news articles are starting to report the development of government mind control weapons (DiSalvo, 2011). [7] There is evidence that electromagnetic weapons have effects on the brain; including sleep disruption and behavior changes (Walonick, 1999). [8]

2.7   Patents of Mind Control Technologies

Patents also indicate the existence of mind control technologies. [9]

3.   SOLEILMAVIS’ CASE SUMMARY ON MIND CONTROL ABUSE AND TORTURE

Soleilmavis is a Chinese citizen, born and raised in China, who was first attacked in December, 2001 when she was studying for a Master’s Degree in Australia. Noticeable effects started with some noises (whispering voices) which she heard from the floor below her. The other people who lived in the same house could not hear them. She then moved to a one-story house in January, 2002. The noise resounded, as if they were coming from the neighbors. Soon she started to experience a wide variety of symptoms.

3.1  Major symptoms:

Majority of the symptoms were; pain all over the body, stomach pain, toothaches, headaches, and leg and arm pains, she also had a few high fevers. All these symptoms would disappear without any medical treatment, or sometimes, a pain would persist, even if she had strong medication.

She went to the police in January, 2002 to report that someone was following her and using technology to read her thoughts. She told the police that their voices sounded as if they came from the neighbors. The police responded that it was illegal to use mind-reading technologies in Australia.

In February, 2002, she moved to a new one-story house. An increase in the symptoms was noted: diarrhea for almost a month, involuntary hand tremors, inability to stand firmly on her legs, alternation of cold and hot sensations, excessive perspiration, and more. As usual, the symptoms disappeared, without any medication.

On April 5 2002, she could not bear any more suffering, so she left Australia .However, even after she left, she still could hear those voices. She went to Hong Kong, Thailand, Shanghai and China, but the voices still sounded as if they came from the neighbors. The same symptoms came back all the time and her belongings were often stolen when she was not in her hotels.

In August, 2002, she went to New Zealand. Again, she experienced the same symptoms. In April 2003, she had already spent all her money, so she came back to China and stayed with her parents. She had more symptoms such as constipation, faece and piss incontinence and sexual harassment. Torturers started to prevent her from sleeping at night, or they would wake her up at midnight. Sometimes, the tormentors also forced her to sleep when she did not want to or they would force her to have "dreams". She knew those "dreams" were totally artificial and transmitted to her brain via an external medium, presumably through electromagnetic weapons. The principle was the same as with a silent sound device which could transmit sounds into a person's skull.

At the end of 2004, her tormentors forced her to have "dreams" every night. These people could use electromagnetic technologies to transmit their voices directly to her brain. They could make their voices sound as if they came from the neighbors or from a nearby person. They could also use their devices to morph the voices to sound like those of her friends or family members. Upon her return to China, the voices still sounded as if they came from neighbors, but she knew they were not her neighbors' voices. After 2005, they no longer used the "voice trick", although sometimes they even tried to make her believe that they were the TV announcers' voices.

She thought that they mostly used their own voices. When they started to torture and harass her in Australia, most of them only spoke in English. Only one or two spoke in Mandarin without any dialects. During the second month, more people who spoke in Mandarin joined them. They also asked whether she could speak Cantonese. Other victims said they could hear the voices speaking in Cantonese. Since leaving Australia, most of the voices were only in Mandarin. About ten people who spoke Mandarin had been torturing and harassing her 24/7 between May 2002 and April 2003. After April 2003, about ten Mandarin voices were used and only occasional voices were in English. She thought they might have employed more Mandarin-speaking people to join them.

During the past few years, their weapons have attacked her, no matter where she was; in every country, whether inside a house, underground, on a plane, on a ship, underwater, inside a car, on a mountaintop or anywhere.

3.2  Soleilmavis’ efforts of the past few years

For the past few years, Soleilmavis has been working hard to stop these fascist atrocities. She reported these crimes to the police when she was in Australia in January and February, 2002. She wrote letters to the United Nations after she left Australia.

Since 2005, she has written letters to the United Nations, researched the Internet about mind control weapons and acquired lots of good information. She found many victims all over the world who were going through the same nightmarish life as her.

After 2006, she more intensely researched mind control and directed-energy weapons. She kept in touch with other victims and exposed mind control and directed energy technologies torturing and harassing her through many channels worldwide. She and others in her network have written countless letters to government departments, social communities, human rights organizations, the media and the general public. But they did not get any help to stop the alleged human rights violation.

Soleilmavis has also sent letters to, and wishes to file lawsuits against the government who has covered up mind control weapons abuses and tortures. Soleilmavis and other victims have started a concerted campaign against secret mind control weapons/directed energy weapons abuse and torture. They are demanding an international investigation into these crimes which constitute immense violations of the United Nations’ Universal Declaration of Human Rights (https://peacepink.ning.com/forum/topics/mailteam-1).  [10]

 4.      GOVERNMENT SHOULD TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATION

     The control and manipulation of a human brain is a terrifying possibility. Lieutenant Colonel Timothy L. Thomas, US Army (ret), published an article in the military journal Parameters which likens the mind as a new battlefield. He quotes a Russian army major in relation to weapons that affect the mind, “It is completely clear that the state which is first to create such weapons will achieve incomparable superiority." Thomas expresses concern about “information dominance” though he stops short of the moral implications (Thomas, 1998). [11]

Mr. Peter Phillips, Lew Brown and Bridget Thornton also have also raised high concern of human rights violations implemented with electromagnetic weapons in the article “US Electromagnetic Weapons and Human Rights”( Phillips et al., 2006). [12]

According to an anonymous Survey for Mind Control Victims (result on 19 Dec 2009), 71.29% of all victims had completed a college degree, with 13.86% of all victims attaining a Master or a Doctor degree. The possible reasons to became a target were:

• Government Secret Human Experiments or Scientists Performing Secret Human Experiments supported by Government (58.11%);
• Scientists Performing Secret Human Experiment (36.82%);
• Government Secret War (33.45%);
• Secret Political persecution (32.77%);
• Terrorist violence (22.97%);
• Misuse of weapons by government corruption (45.27%).  [13]

Currently, there are many victims who claim they are tortured and harassed by mind control and directed energy weapons, and the number of victims has been increasing. Victims of these weapons are often economically marginalized and therefore have very limited financial resources to buy testing equipment, so even if they are poisoned or get implanted or suffer from brutal electromagnetic weapons torture, for the most part, they cannot uncover the root causes or find someone willing to help them do so.

Many States’ Constitutions require the Government to protect the legitimate rights and interests of citizens; many countries had strict laws to ban torture; THIS UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS bans torture, cruel inhuman degrading treatment or punishment (Article 5); and everyone has the right to freedom of thought (Article 18). But the Government and public have ignored victims’ complaints for years—they did not help victims or sentence torturers according to law.

5.         Conclusions

It can be seen that mind control weapons are well developed and they are being used to torture and harass innocent citizens. Many victims are currently working in conjunction with Soleilmavis to start a worldwide campaign against secret mind control weapons/directed energy weapons abuse and torture.

In this research, the following conclusions were reached:

1) Many countries have developed various types of mind control methods: drugs, microchips, nanotechnologies and electromagnetic waves. Could these governments also introduce legislation to regulate the use of such weapons?

2) Effective laws and other measures from our governments need to be enacted to prevent the misuse

of such weapons.

3) In the event of misuse of such weapons, government intervention is required to protect the victims’ and prosecute torturers to the fullest extent of the law.

It is hoped that Soleilmavis’ case summary will bring about public awareness and solutions to mind control weapons abuse and torture.

One of my senior high school classmates, who worked and lived in Europe, suddenly came back to my city from Europe and contacted me through another classmate.

He invited some of my classmates and me for a lunch. Out of courtesy, I attended the lunch. He talked briefly about his life. As one of the top students in our middle school, he went to one of the top university. He got marriage and had a girl after graduated from the University. Few years ago, he divorced with his wife, and went to work in Europe until now.

He talked to me that he had kept thinking about me for the past years. He claimed that he had been keeping having strange dreams of me at night, and could not help felt falling in love with me, despite never seeing me again for the past 24 years.

I had never heard any news about this classmate since we had graduated from the middle school; I had already totally forgotten this classmate for years, until one night, torturers suddenly injected dreams to my brain; he appeared in the “injected dreams”. Later, he appeared again for several times in ‘injected dreams”, some of those dreams were even sexual dreams.

Next week, he went back to Europe. One day, I suddenly received a call from him; he said that he just woke up from a strange dream, and he dreamed of me again. It was only 2 am in his place.

I did not discuss with him about these technologies and not ask whether he had suffered other symptoms. However, I strongly suspected that he was a victim of remote electromagnetic Mind Control technologies. Those strange dreams were highly likely injected dreams. Some people must have been altering his “thoughts” with Mind Control technologies.

From his case, I could truly sure that perpetrators could control totally victims’ whole life with their Mind Control technologies.

This is a call to all TI of Europe and of the whole world. I wish to make to each one of you a proposal, in order to start a public awareness campaign of world scale.

It is about a simple action: a poster campaign in the streets, that each one of us will participate to alone or in organized groups (on the public – and legal – spaces reserved for this purpose... and they are numerous) and revealing a single message, the same in French or English : “NON À LA TÉLÉPATHIE SYNTHÉTIQUE. VOUS POURRIEZ ÊTRE UN TI. RENSEIGNEZ-VOUS.” “NO TO SYNTHETIC TELEPATHY. YOU COULD BE A TI. INFORM YOURSELF.”

I think it's clear and simple and that it will serves us far much more than using ambiguous words like “psychotronic”. When people search for this term on internet, I mean, people who are not aware of the problem, they find things that seem incredible to them, that they can't comprehend that easily. The word TI is generally used in a more clearer and clever way and we must draw the public attention with it.

We only have to choose a particular day, one single day (and we will proceed to the posting in the night that will precede this famous day).

You will with find in attached file the message written above, that you can choose to use in the form of impression or using a silkscreen printing process (copy the message on a transparent plastic support of which you will hollow out then the letters, with a cutter, to use it several times with a bomb of painting).

For you to choose which method seems the most efficacious. I propose the night of February 26th for us to act. It is a Sunday and most people work the next day. Thus, our activities won't be disturbed.

However, legal posting can be done also in broad daylight. Nevertheless, to proceed the night will certainly create an effect of surprise in the morning. We mustn't limit our action to one or two posters, but stick as much posters as possible during the course of the night. Choose public places, in full center of the place you live and do not hesitate to return the following day to take a photograph.

Thanks to simple and efficacious actions like these, we can draw the attention of the media. And the more we will draw attention on this problem, the more the public will be confronted to the possibility the question of the veracity of what we're actually living. We need support, in particular financial supports. And we must act strategically accordingly to our needs.

The Bible uses the phrase "the ends of the earth" many times.

The Ends of the earth should be the border of Continents, not islands.
(1) In Psalm 65:5 the ends of the earth are parallel to the farthest sea.
(2) Isaiah 41:5 which says, "The islands have seen it and fear; the ends of the earth tremble. They approach and come forward; " Here islands are considered to be synonymous with, or near the ends of the earth. The earth was surrounded by water, but there were islands at the edge of the world where the sky met the sea.
(3) Revelations 7:1 and 20:8 it mentions the four corners of the earth.

Old and New Testament Bible Stories had told us The Creation Story; and God used Jews stories to teach us that when the Jews obeyed God, they did well. When they disobeyed, the consequences were bad.
Jesus, walked the earth in the form of a man, he lived only near Jerusalem. But God did not only live in Jerusalem. God was everywhere!
When Noah was 601 years old, the water had dried up from the earth (Genesis8-13). From Noah to Peleg, the whole world had one language and a common speech, they settled in Shinar (Babylonia) (Genesis11-1). Since Peleg, the world was divided (Genesis 10-25).and the Lord confused the language of the whole world. From there the Lord scattered them over the face of the whole earth (Genesis 11-8).

“The Ends of the Earth” also called “The Four Corners of the Earth” (The Easternmost Place; The Westernmost Place; The Southernmost Place; The Northernmost Place).
(1) In Psalm 65:5 the ends of the earth were parallel to the farthest sea.
(2) Isaiah 41:5 which said, "The islands have seen it and fear; the ends of the earth tremble. They approach and come forward;" Here islands were considered to be synonymous with, or near the ends of the earth. The earth was surrounded by water, but there were islands at the edge of the world where the sky met the sea.
(3) Revelations 7:1 and 20:8 mentioned the four corners of the earth.
When The Queen of the South would rise at the Judgment (Matthew 12:42), more stories of “the Ends of the Earth” would be given.

The descendants of Ham were Negroid race, Capoid race, and Australoid race. They had the dark skin color.

Weihai Prefecture (in Shandong Province) was the Easternmost prefecture of China (Before year 1987, Yantai was the Easternmost prefecture of China. Weihai was a county of Yantai prefecture).
There was a place named "End of Land" (North latitude: between 36 ~ 38, East Longitude: between122-124), it was the easternmost place in China.  “End of Land” originally came from Qin Shi Huang (259 BC –210 BC). He ordered his Chancellor Li Si to erect a monument with “End of Land, East Gate of Qin”.

2.2 Who lived in “The East End of the Earth”?
The descendants of Shem (Genesis 10:21-32) spread out over all the Continent of Asia to North and East. They eventually reached the East End.

Since the descendants of Shem spread out over China, they lived in the God’s Promised Land. Ancient China was one of Five Epochs of Civilization and kept a long history of a unified country since Qin (221BC-207BC) and Han Dynasty (202BC-220AC).
The descendants of Shem also had gone across the Bering Strait, and spread out over America. (Some scientists argued that American Indians came from East Asia by ships). In archaeological sites of Beizhuang in Changdao, Shandong (about 6500 years ago), archaeologists discovered a pottery mask which had Caucasoid race characteristics.

The earliest Chinese myths were Pangu opening up the Universe and Nuwa repairing the Heavens and stopping the Flood. Today, there are still some people worship Pangu and Nuwa.
According to the Bible, the universe was formless and empty and darkness. It was God who created the universe (the heavens and the earth).
According to China Pangu Legend, the universe was formless. It was Pangu who started the universe. From China Nüwa’s story, we knew there was a big flood.  This flood was exactly the same flood of Noah (Genesis 6). The waters were from the heavens. In ancient China, there were not religions, people from different groups worshipped different totems. Human Beings only believed in one God and kings were chosen by God to lead people.
Taoism had grown to a religion since Late East Han Dynasty (25AC-220AC). After late East Han Dynasty, Buddhism came to China. Islam came to China since Yuan Dynasty (1206AC-1368AC). After Ming Dynasty (1368AC-1644AC), some people started to believe in Christianity.

From bird worship, ancient China started to worship Chinese phoenix/phoenix, queen/king of all birds, it was a symbol of good luck.

The war happened after Liu Bang (256BC - 195BC, First Emperor of Han Dynasty) was born. After Satan and his angels were cast down from heaven, God sent Jesus Christ to the earth to save the humanity. God could not let mankind in China worship dragon as their God forever. But since last century many countries who believed in Jesus Christ had attacked China, so allowing a religion or such believers into China that had persecuted the Chinese became difficult. God chose Mao Ze Dong to be leader of Chinese Communist Party to win wars in China and destroyed all religions in China. God prepared mankind in China to wait for the right chance to come back to God.

Economic reforms in China began in 1978, involved the decollectivization of agriculture, the opening up of the country to foreign investment, permission for entrepreneurs to start up businesses; involved the privatization and contracting out of much state-owned industry and the lifting of price controls, protectionist policies, and regulations, although state monopolies in sectors such as banking and petroleum remained.
The opening up of the country gave the Chinese the opportunity to learn more about the Bible.

3. The North End of the Earth (The Northernmost Place)
3.1 Where was “The North End of the Earth”?
Even from the history, we could not find any written record about where The North End was; it must be near Arctic Circle.

3.2 Who lived in “The North End of the Earth”?

The family of Japheth was essentially what we called the Aryans. The Japhethites, or Aryans, split into two groups in earlier history. One group settled in India and the other group in Europe. Together they formed what was known as the "Indo-European" family of nations.
Ancient India (before 2000BCE) was the path where descendants of Ham went to South End of the Earth. Early Indian Caste System proved that Canaans was Japhethites’ slaves and Japhethites might live in the tents of Shem.

Ancient Greek religion was polytheistic, consisting of the worship of many Gods. The Greeks believed that the Gods would offer protection and guide their city-states. The Greeks also placed an immense faith in the idea that an afterlife awaited them after their death. They firmly believed that this life was not the only reality in which the soul lives, but after this lifetime, a whole new and different one awaited them.
Early Roman religion was based on spirits. The Romans did not build great mythologies like the Greeks; rather they believed everything had a spirit. These spirits were thought to influence for good or evil, daily life. The Romans therefore had to keep them happy through worship and sacrifice. If the rituals and sacrifices were performed properly the Romans believed the gods would be happy and help them.

Jesus Christ shed his blood for Christians’ final victory in Roman Empire. Constantine (272AC-337AC) reversed the persecutions of his predecessor, Diocletian, and issued the Edict of Milan in 313, which proclaimed religious tolerance of Christians throughout the empire.
The Second Temple was constructed around 19BC by Herod the Great. The Romans destroyed Jerusalem and The Second Temple in 70AC under Titus. West Wall remaining prophesied that Japhethites (who lived in the West of the Earth) would became the main group of Christians.

6 Conclusions
It was very clear that “The Ends of the Earth” was very important phrase of the Bible.
God was everywhere! Even Bible did not give too many details stories of “the Ends of the Earth”; they were very important places of God mentioned in the Bible.

Since Peleg, the world was divided (Genesis 10-25). With the help of God, Human Beings had built different cultures. Cultural diversities made our world rich and colorful.
Ancient Babylon (4000BCE-2250BCE), Ancient Egypt (before 3500BCE), Ancient Greece (3000BCE-1100BCE) were root cultures of the world.
Ancient India (before 2000BCE) was the path where descendants of Ham went to the South End of the Earth. Early Indian Caste System proved that Canaan was slaves of Japhethites and Japhethites might live in the tents of Shem. (Genesis 9-27 may Japheth live in the tents of Shem, and may Canaan be his slave.)
Dong-Yi Culture was root of Ancient China (before 2000) Culture.
Dong-Yi (Shandong Peninsula) was the Promised Land where The Queen of the South would be born.

Today, we had huge population on the earth, if we checked our genes; we could find genes from different races. All nations were not divided by races.
God blessed (Pure, Not Evil) Noah and his sons and his descendants to be fruitful and increase in number and fill the earth. But if mankind kept doing sinful things and violating the laws of God, Judgment would come soon.
Adam's son Cain killed his brother Abel, and God punished Cain (Genesis 4). From this story, we learned that God wanted us mutual supervise and took care of each other; and wanted us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers. (Galatians 6:9)

1-Tell us a little bit about yourself?

I am a Chinese citizen, born and raised in China, who was first attacked in December, 2001 when I was studying for a Master`s Degree in Australia. At the time I was unfamiliar with mind control technologies. Eventually, I came to learn of these technologies that are being secretly used or covered up by governments worldwide to control and harass the populace.

Since 2002, I traveled to many places to try to escape from the remote torture and harassment of mind control and voice to skull technologies. I had been to Hong Kong, Thailand, China, New Zealand; I was kidnapped by mind control technologies and sent to USA Embassy in Hong Kong on Apr 2002. On Apr 2003, I went to China and still live there today.

2- When did you first know that this kind of work was your passion?

I reported these crimes to the police when I was in Australia in January and February, 2002. I wrote letters to the United Nations after I left Australia on Apr 2002.

Since 2005, I have written letters to the United Nations, researched the Internet about mind control weapons and acquired lots of good information. I have found many victims all over the world who were going through the same nightmarish life as me.

After 2006, I more intensely researched mind control and directed-energy weapons. I kept in touch with other victims and exposed mind control and directed-energy technologies torturing and harassing me through many channels worldwide. I and others in my network have written countless letters to government departments, social communities, human rights organizations, the media and the general public. But they did not get any help to stop the alleged human rights violation.

I have also sent letters to and wishes to file lawsuits against the government who has covered up mind control weapons abuses and tortures.

I and other victims have started a concerted campaign against secret mind control weapons/directed energy weapons abuse and torture. We are demanding an international investigation into these crimes which constitute immense violations of the United Nations` Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Mind control technologies are weapons which use drugs, electronic microchip implants, nanotechnologies, microwaves and /or electromagnetic waves to subvert an individual`s sense of control over their own thinking, behavior, emotions or decision making by attacking the brain and nervous system.

The development of mind control methods and technologies has a long history.

Nazi researchers used concentration camp inmates to test a cocaine-based "wonder drug" they hoped would enhance the performance of German troops.

There is an overwhelming body of evidence that confirms the existence of Mk-ultra, America`s Central Intelligence Agency mind control project.

Many Researchers, using nanotechnologies have developed implantable electronic chips that establish new nerve connections in the parts of the brain that control movement or even alter emotion and thought.

In 2002, the Air Force Research Laboratory patented precisely such a technology: Nonlethal weapon which includes (1) a neuro-electromagnetic device which uses microwave transmission of sound into the skull of persons or animals by way of pulse-modulated microwave radiation; and (2) a silent sound device which can transmit sound into the skull of person or animals. NOTE: The sound modulation may be voice or audio subliminal messages. One application of Voice to Skull is use as an electronic scarecrow to frighten birds in the vicinity of airports. Many mind control victims also have claimed to be harassed by Voice to Skull technologies.

It is possible nowadays to read someone`s mind by remotely measuring their brain activity, researchers have shown. This technique can even extract information from individuals that they are unaware of themselves.

It is sometimes hard for victims to find evidence of microwave or electromagnetic mind control technology. However, some news articles are starting to report the development of government mind control weapons.

Soleilmavis Liu’s life story is a sad but inspiring one. It’s an inspiration for all those victims of “mind control weapons’ abuses who are suffering in silence. Soleilmavis Liu suffered and tormented under the fascists groups who used mind control weapons to harass her in the cruelest way possible. Liu suffered from many kinds of terrible diseases for which she was unable to sleep and breathe properly. Her thinking was even imprisoned and taken under control for which she was powerless to think properly. Every possible attempt was made to insult her dignity and crush her personality. Even though she tried to raise her voice against this persecution however she could not find any helping hand which could take her out from the ongoing torture.

In her trying times, God gave her the strength to overlook the darkness, see the most beautiful things and made her feel that He is nearby. His presence was felt by her in the most beautiful way when once she was sitting by the window with a heavy heart. The clear sky was all of a sudden filled with cloud and rain. At that time she realized that God is with her in her times of distress. When she was crying, God was also crying. At another time, she was sitting on the sea-shore and her eyes fall on a half-dried rose. She prayed to God for want of that rose. Her prayer was answered and it rained the whole evening. The next morning she saw the dried-rose blooming and two crystal-clear raindrops on its leaf. It shows that God’s blessings are always with us even though we may not realize it at times. As Liu is rewarded with highest blessings when she kept her patience and indulges in good things.

Soleilmavis Liu spent more time amidst nature taking a lot of pictures of flowers and insects. This widened her knowledge regarding these creatures and she discovered some amazing facts about these miniature creatures. She planted all kinds of vegetables and seeds in the garden and watched them grow and beautifully cover the entire garden.Liu also encountered with many kind persons during her upsetting days that helped her in every possible ways, who tried their best to expose the tormenters. They stand with her in days of distress and encourage her to go on with her work.

However, one pillar of strength that was always by her side no matter whatever the situation is her mother. Her mom was her Angel. Her Mom and Dad both looked after her and did their best to protect her from any kind of harm. Liu’s Mom played the role of a physician, nurse, butler, nutritionist, chef, psychological doctor and welfare agency, in her life and did her utmost to give her child comfort and love. Nevertheless, Mom and Dad were unaware of the fact that Liu was a victim of mind control weapons. Her Mom supported her when she decided to do business and encouraged her with all the positive vibes.

Soleilmavis Liu has finally decided to raise her voice against the torturers. A lot of ‘mind control weapon” victims have died without getting justice. However their justice will be delivered when Soleilmavis Liu’s fight against these torturers will see the light of the day. Liu has filed her lawsuit against these abusers and waiting for the day when righteousness will prevail.

Stay within the word limit, think locally and don't call names.

Every month, the typical small-town newspaper editor receives hundreds or even thousands of letters from readers.

Still, many are unprintable either because they are too long, too confusing or just plain offensive.

That means it's not that hard to get your letter published, provided you follow a few simple rules.

Here are a few tips to better your chances:

What to Do:

* Stay within the word limit. Each newspaper has a set limit on how long published letters are allowed to be, so check the limit before you start writing. The Beaverton Valley Times in Oregon, for example, asks for 300 words or fewer, while The Citizen in Auburn, New York, has a limit of 400 words.

The Pantagraph in Illinois allows even fewer words, explained opinion editor Lenore Sobota.

"We have a 250-word limit, because we don't have enough room to print all the letters we receive. [The word limit] gives more people the opportunity to get their letter published," she said.

* Think Locally. Small papers focus on local news, so you should address issues concerning residents of your town specifically.

"We want local topics. That's one mistake people make, writing about something happening in Mexico or Venezuela that doesn't really affect our readership," said Michael Dowd, the managing editor of The Citizen in Auburn, NY. "We're looking for local people writing about local topics."

It also helps if you're also local. Sobota said the Pantagraph only prints letters from people who live in the paper's circulation area.

* Sign Your Name and Number. Include your contact information for follow-up questions from the editor.

"We contact every letter writer by phone to determine to the best of our best ability if they're the person who wrote it," Dowd said.

For each letter to the editor to The Citizen, he requires a signature, the author's hometown, and phone number.

* Write about positive issues in the community from time to time. Even though they're used to getting a lot of negative mail, editors like to see a nice word from time to time.

"We also publish 'thank you' (letters) especially if they are about a non-profit organization who has done something positive for the community." said Tish Flattery, the news assistant at The Waterloo/Cedar Falls Daily Courier in Iowa.

As many of you know, on Sunday morning, October 2, (and yes this is historical for our community), Gilmar left his apartment in Las Vegas heading out on foot for the Brazilian Consulate in Los Angeles hoping to raise awareness of our plight along the way. At this time he's starting to enter the Mojave Desert after having left a town called Primm, Nevada a while back, which is at the Nevada/California border.

We are hoping that some TI's in the area would be able to greet him if just for a short time. It would really mean a lot. Hopefully someone who could make sure he had water and other refreshments for the journey. What would really be great is someone with a camcorder who could interview him and upload the video to YouTube or facebook.

Generally, he's very happy and carefree, although when he gets to some of the towns along the way, there is stalking activity. Earlier today, he had planned to go by this one store he knew about to have them make him some signs. But when he got there, the guy told him he couldn't make them for him because some people were causing trouble for him. So Gilmar went on and made do with what he had.

He was also stopped by a few pairs of Highway Patrol officers, including one group who questioned him and almost kept him from entering the Mojave. They finally saw that he was a peaceful person and let him continue on his way.

The last group that stopped him didn't give him a lot of trouble, though, particularly after he showed them his sign which reads "STOP Electronic Harassment!" He explained "I'm on a peaceful journey. You can call me crazy or whatever and I know that you know what this is." The officers looked at each other and smiled. Then they told him "you are a very strong man. Continue on your way. We'll radio ahead and tell the others not to bother you." So he's on his way again. Not even to be deterred by the torrential rain he's experiencing at the moment.

Community Participants of Last Week's Demonstrations

Introduction

Thanks to all of you who attended and are attending the Occupation events in New York, Washington, DC and other cities.  This is a historic occasion and an opportunity our community cannot afford to miss!  Wherever you are, there is an occupation event nearby.  They are happening in all of the major and mid-sized metro areas, and in many small cities and towns. The TI's that participated often spoke of receptive audiences to our issues by event attendees. These people are keenly attuned to government abuses and seem to listen to us with an open mind. 

According to information from JoJo: OccupyTogether.org is the main contact point for demonstrations in now 1,018 cities and towns.  Look up the nearest demonstration near you.

Really enjoyed the demonstration. There was a lot of energy in the air. People were very serious. I spoke to a lot people while handing out flyers. A lot of them seemed really smart. Weather was perfect. The artists were better than people thought. Great speeches. The walk to the Chamber Of Commerce was great. They were playing the drums, chanting, singing, etc. Loved the costumes they were wearing throughout the demonstration.

Occupy NYC accumulated...over 130,000 people from all over the country who want to eliminate Wall Street greed, but its focus is beginning to become real society-changing to meet the needs of 99% of the people, a need to update an obsolete society. We came together and spent hours deciding on forming groups of interest. We currently have a legal group-(high powered legal attorneys) currently suing Mayor Bloomberg, NYPD, and others, for the pepper spraying of people on the Brooklyn Bridge last week.

There is a Community Group, a Media Group, and almost every type of group forming that will serve as a new type of way of reformatting our government and addressing the issues we have not been able to address- like better education, ways of creating more jobs, and ways of living and working communities, utilizing newer money exchanges, and ways of housing homeless. The group has people of all ages and all are very passionate about really making this effort grow and change our society.  We have outgrown our laws.

Everyone asked me about gangstalking and I reached hundreds of thousands of people. There was media coverage and very concerned people about this crime. Media people were all over. The sign was photographed and distributed all around on the Internet, in the media, and by reporters who were writing about issues of grievances.

There will be growing groups of people assembling in many more cities, and it's free advertising and getting the word out about our issues to hundreds of thousands of people. 

Derrick, you need to get people to other cities tomorrow and every day to educate the public on our issues. We cannot let this opportunity pass us by. I will be going back tomorrow and all weekend with flyers and my sign.  There will be food for all and people will make signs for you. All of this is much better than anything else we tried to do. All targeted individuals need to get out to these meetings Now! We can stop this crime.  Media people are listening and taping segments for news casts. We will be heard.

There was a cross-section of America at the "October 2011" rally and "occupation," people of all ages and races and from several geographic areas.  I shared photos with Derrick taken from my cell phone and called Derrick and Cassandra a few times during the day to share what was happening and our progress in talking to people.  It was enlightening to me to see so many people who are committed to changing the economic and social justice conditions in our country.  This was the first time I have attended such an event (except many years ago when there was a movement to make Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s birthday a national holiday).  There were young people in their twenties, middle-aged follks, Baby Boomers, and seniors.  There were veterans, mothers with their children, organizations, and private citizens.  People held up large banners to protest the economic condition in the United States.  Others held up modest signs and walked throughout Freedom Plaza to display their message.  There was an air of mutual tolerance and solidarity. 

It was encouraging to be with other TIs, meet them in person, and share our experiences.  This is an important aspect of working together to achieve our mutual goal.  As we work together, we learn more about how to deal with the targeting and recognize that together we can make a difference to end the system of directed energy weapons.  The opportunity to meet in person is especially helpful.

Lessons Learned

Others probably already know these steps.  If we ever gather as a group at an event like this in the future, we could:

- Wear the same tee shirt or other identifying clothing to help us stand out

- Prepare signs in advance to help people know our issue

- Have business cards for Derrick or have his contact information pre-printed on hand-outs

Freedom Plaza

The location of the protest is situated on Pennsylvania Avenue, the corridor between the Capitol building and the White House and the route of many protests and demonstrations throughout the history of the United States.  Freedom Plaza is a broad open area with quotes enscribed in the walkways that reflect the importance of democracy and citizenship.  A stage was set up at one end of the plaza.  The backdrop on the stage was a huge replica of the Declaration of Independence with the words "We the People" emblazoned in large letters.  Music and song was woven throughout the day with recorded protest music, and people with banjos, guitars and other instruments who sang and played their songs.  A huge drum was surrounded by at least a half dozen people who beat the drum to call attention to this social justice movement.

Marching

One of the first events of the day was the entry of the parade of veterans into Freedom Plaza.  They had special flags to announce they were veterans and chanted slogans to call for change now.  The assembly welcomed them with applause.  Various stations were set up around Freedom Plaza -- a truth-telling area to video-record people who wished to tell their stories, a "soapbox" area for any who wanted to command the attention of an audience, the Legal Table, and the Registration Table for volunteers to help with logistics.  Reporters and cameras moved throughout the area to ask people what they expected to achieve from the protest.  They were from U.S. media outlets and several from other countries.  In the afternoon, many people in the assembly paraded along Pennsylvania Avenue throughout a route in downtown Washington, DC to the Chamber of Commerce.  Marc was among the marchers.  Max, Karen, and I continued to pass out flyers and talk to people who remained at Freedom Plaza.  The large parade group returned to Freedom Plaza clapping and shouting slogans accompanied by the beating of the large drum.

Outreach to Educate About Our Issues

Max, Marc, Karen, and I distributed about 100 copies of a flyer to ask people to sign the "We the People" petition at the White House website.  We talked to people to introduce them to, or in many instances remind them of, the Church Committee and the excesses of government that were investigated in that era.  Virtually everyone was receptive to listening to us as we discussed this infringement of human rights.  This was in keeping with the tenor of the day and the commitment of the protestors.  We asked them to share the petition with their family members and in their communities.  Many said they had heard about the technologies and the effect they could have on human beings.  They assured us that they would visit the website and sign the petition and share the information.  Others said they would consider our request.  The more we talked with people, the easier it was to approach them and explain our issue.  I think we raised the awareness of many people from all over the country.  We talked to people from Texas, Wisconsin, Illinois, and I'm sure many other places.  It was a rewarding experience to connect with so many people for this cause.  Our conversations included members of "The Raging Grannies," an organization of older women who dress in outrageously-colored outfits with straw hats filled with flowers to draw attention to their work for social justice.  We chatted with women from Code Pink, another grassroots human rights activist group.

Talking to Media Representatives

We gave out flyers to several reporters and shared the contact information for FFCHS.  We talked to them about directed energy weapons and the fact that they are being used against Americans and people around the world.  Some of them found what we were saying was credible.  All of the media we talked to said they would look into the information we presented to them.  I think they were at "October 2011" because they are interested in this protest movement and want to know the issues and what people want to achieve by their presence.  Hopefully, the Media Committee will identify what follow-up we will have with these reporters to share more resources with them and attempt to develop a relationship with them.

Additional lessons learned that I would like to add are as follows: 1) We need to develop a personal brand for the organization. As Cynthia stated, most of the organizations had banners, similar clothing, signs with slogans, etc. Within the branding we need to identify specific communities of people that would be more open to sympathizing and supporting our organization. For instance, I noticed women over 50, (Raging Grannies), were open-minded and very sympathetic. Also, the young, motivated, and zealous men of the Media Research Center were also open.

The commonality between these two groups is that they were not representative of mainstream media.

2)  We need to develop a canned, credible script which TI's can utilize when explaining their circumstances. We need to keep it simple in laymen's terms so that most people can understand it.

I drove to Houston on Sunday October 2, visited with relatives, and flew from there to Washington, DC on Tuesday October 4. On the morning of October 6, I took the metro to downtown Washington. It was 9:00am when I set foot on Freedom Plaza, and people were arriving to join those who had spent the night there. By mid-morning, a large crowd had gathered, and organizers were using a public address system to warm up the group. One of the speakers was an organizer by the name of Kevin Zeese, a very articulate spokesperson who I saw being interviewed later that evening on a couple of local TV channels.

Around noon, Cynthia, Karen, and I met and went to a nearby eatery to have lunch together, where we compared many of the effects that we get from the electronic attackers. Both Cynthia and Karen had taken annual leave from their government jobs to take part in the demonstration. Afterward, we met Marc Burnell, and the four of us “worked” the crowd. Cynthia had reproduced copies of our FFCHS petition, so we fanned out to distribute the petitions and attempt to convince others to sign it. Cynthia and Karen were remarkable in being able to spot reporters to whom to tell about our targeting. Several of the reporters took notes and gave us their cards for further contact.

The four of us became separated as we sought petition signers and listeners. In mid-afternoon, I found myself on the far edge of the crowd on the plaza toward the White House side. When the crowd started moving toward the White House, I joined the march, inadvertently marching with the Occupy Washington group. Walking behind people in the first row, who were carrying a banner that stretched from one side of the street to the other, I later found myself replacing somebody in that row and helping carry the banner. We marched up Pennsylvania Avenue toward the White House, took the right on Thirteenth Street and back to the left on H street, where we ended up in front of the Chamber of Commerce building. The crowd stood chanting in front of the entrance, which was guarded by policemen who videotaped the group through lenses contained in their dark sunglasses. The 'We the People' group later arrived. I left after about an hour at that site.

In all, I was very encouraged by the enthusiasm and the sincerity of the attendees of October2011, who, as Cynthia said, represented almost the entire American population and many of their complaints. I even met a young Palestinian student who had come all the way from Texas to expose the systematic human rights abuses committed against Palestinians and demonstrate for Palestinian statehood. I was pleased that every person with whom I spoke seemingly found my story of targeting credible. However, among all the positive points of my participation, getting to know Cynthia, Karen, and Mark stands out as the highlight of that event.

Re: Ending/addressing the problem of U.S. nonconsensual human subject testing

Dear Washington Post:

This letter concerns the very serious issue of U.S. nonconsensual experimentation. Our organization advocates on this issue. We are transmitting our letter to you, which is also in support of a letter submitted earlier by retired California Attorney, Robert Starett, whose organization, The Coalition for A Safe World, (OH) also advocates and works on this issue.

We believe that this is an issue that can be effectively addressed by the current Bioethics Committee, appointed by President Obama, to deal specifically with experimentation, both consensual and with the question of what constitutes unethical experimentation. We believe we have much to contribute to this discussion.

Unauthorized human subject testing is not permitted in this country, or internationally. U.S. Codes and laws state that the informed consent of the human subject is necessary for any experiments on human beings. The Nuremberg Code (1947), The Wilson Directive (1953), Belmont Report (1974) and 45 CFR 46 (Common Rule), all clearly delineate this. This is an accepted, normal code of practice in this country.

In recent history, unfortunately, many times, this code has been breached. The military/intelligence community and some of the health agencies have, in fact, conducted secret experiments on U.S. citizens. One very disturbing and alarming incidence of this, is the newly revealed, Guatemalan syphilis testing on unknowing, poor Guatemalans in the 40’s - 60’s. The Tuskegee syphilis experiments, the MKUltra Project experiments, Agent Orange studies, the Holmesburg Prison experiments, military mustard gas experiments, drug experimentation at Fort Detrick, Maryland, radiation/plutonium experiments and other nonconsensual experiments, have been conducted on unwitting American citizens, since at least 1930.

This quote:
“For 40 years, the U.S. Public Health Service has conducted a study in which human guinea pigs, not given proper treatment, have died of syphilis and its side effects," Associated Press reporter Jean Heller wrote on July 25, 1972. "The study was conducted to determine from autopsies what the disease does to the human body." ₁

--- illustrates one exposure of some of these unauthorized tests.

If these nonconsensual experiments had not been exposed, would they have continued? Would the ethical and moral conscience of the “testors” determined that these tests would end? It doesn’t seem to have had that effect, in our past history. Testing seems to have continued, after the Tuskegee experiments were exposed. A Brown University dissertation tells us that, “more often than not scientific research lies outside the beneficient context of the physician-patient relationship whereby the physician's primary goal is now motivated by a scientific hypothesis and not to treat the patient,” in their definition of the Nuremberg Code’s creation. ₂

Tuskegee litigation determined that there were indeed serious legal violations:

“The men became unwitting subjects for a government sanctioned medical investigation, The Tuskegee Study of Untreated Syphilis in the Negro Male. The Tuskegee Study, which lasted for 4 decades, until 1972, had nothing to do with treatment. No new drugs were tested; neither was any effort made to establish the efficacy of old forms of treatment. It was a non-therapeutic experiment, aimed at compiling data on the effects of the spontaneous evolution of syphilis on black males.

What has become clear since the story was broken by Jean Heller in 1972 was
that the Public Health Service (PHS) was interested in using Macon County and its black inhabitants as a laboratory for studying the long-term effects of untreated syphilis, not in treating this deadly disease.


The Tuskegee Study symbolizes the medical misconduct and blatant disregard for human rights that takes place in the name of science. The studies principal investigators were not mad scientists, they were government physicians, respected men of science, who published reports on the study in the leading medical journals. The subjects of the study bear witness to the premise that the burden of medical experimentation has historically been borne by those least able to protect themselves. (tuskegee.edu, "America’s Dirty Little Secret).

The government doctors who participated in the study failed to obtain informed consent from the subjects in a study of disease with a known risk to human life. . . .

By failing to obtain informed consent and offering incentives for participation, the PHS doctors were performing unethical and immoral experiments on human subjects. From the moment the experiment begun, the immorality of the experiment was blatantly apparent.” ₃
　
In a latter day nonconsensual experimentation, claimant Strom (Strom v. Boeing Case Wash SuperCt King County No. 88-2-10752-1) and his fellow claimants received a large cash award because of the unwitting experimentation they experienced, incurred by the Boeing defense contractor, in Washington State. Boeing had experimented on Mr. Strom and others, with a pulsed electromagnetic device.

In his claim, Mr. Strom alleged he was assigned to test a piece of equipment called a “pulser”, which generates high levels of electromagnetic pulses, (EMP) as part of a program to develop an electromagnetic gun for the federal government’s Stratetic Defense Initiative. What Mr. Strom didn’t know at that time, was that he too, not only the “pulser”, was being tested for his reactions to the EMP and for epidemiological data on the effects of the radiation. This data was shared in medical references and never revealed to the workers. Mr. Strom developed chronic leukemia and
later died.

Exposures to radiation are deemed harmful. The American Medical Association has just released an article that documents the harm that radiation can do to human beings. _4.

In this era of changing and lightening-swift scientific/technological developments and research, when data is transmitted with the speed of the blink of an eye, we need to make sure ethics, works side by side with these scientific advances and all experimentation, including that done for such governmental agencies as the Strategic Defense Initiative are consensual. To do less, is to potentially harm and deny basic, constitutional guarantees, to American citizens. This Committee exists to ensure that ethics, ethical principals and specifically consensual, as opposed to nonconsensual experimenation, is at work in

in all biological and scientific endeavors. We support that goal and aim of this Committee and ask that you work to ensure, that these goals become an important reality.

We write in support of unwitting test subjects and the very pressing issue of nonconsensual experimentation by rogue governmental agencies and others. Our 60 + members, join with us, in support of this letter, and an earlier letter on this issue, by California attorney, Robert Starrett and his organization, and other like minded groups in seeking exposure and help.

We seek your support, press exposure and ask that you with us, as you can, towards identifying, and stopping illegal, unauthorized human subject testing in the U. S. We ask that you make this a priority, determine that it is vitally important and needs immediate action and investigation. We thank you for informative, very timely articles and for your attention to this crucial matter.
