If you accept the proposed covid-19 vaccine, technology will be inserted into you which will be wirelessly connected to a central computerized control system and your life will then be placed under partial external wireless control. A brain decoder will be used to read your thoughts and memories. If you complain, the police automatically send you down the road to psychiatry leaving the matter unresolved.
Under this system which I have been already connected to , those who work at the state of the art control centre speak to me by wireless means and I hear their voices coming from inside my own head. There are secret armies of criminals going around the country and they damage ornaments in cemetaries and they open farm gates and release animals into roads among other acts of vandalism. In order for the Big Bang Theory to hold true, everything in space has to be homogenous. Everything had to look the same. However, a probe called the WMAP was launched in 2001. The discovery was made that, in fact, everything is space was not homogenous. In the cosmic microwave background, scientists found, to their astonishment, that there were universe wide plains between the warmer and colder sections, aligned with one another. These defined an axis which directly aligned with the ecliptic and equinox of earth. This is in fact a universe wide arrow pointing at earth. This means that the theory of relativity does not exist. It is very easy to control and enslave a misinformed, demoralised and chronically ill population. It is impossible to enslave a fully informed, vibrantly healthy, confident human race. There is a video currently available on youtube which outlines two hundred reasons proving that the earth is flat. However, I had this research completed long before that video was available, and I have not included the other one hundred and seventy proofs here . Objective: Guardian Angels (GA) are future zero-power, intelligent, autonomous systems-of-systems featuring sensing, computation, and communication beyond human aptitudes. GA will assist humans from their infancy to old age in complex life situations and environments. Zero-power reflects system-of-systems ability to scavenge energy in dynamic environments by disruptive harvesting techniques. The project prepares zero-power technologies based on future energy-efficient technologies, heterogeneous design, and disruptive energy scavengers.

Three zero-power generations of GAs are foreseen:

- Physical Guardian Angels are zero-power, on-body networks or implantable devices that monitor vital health signals and take appropriate actions to preserve human health. - Environmental Guardian Angels extend monitoring to dynamic environments, using disruptive scavengers, personalized data communication, and first “thinking” algorithms. They are personal assistants that protect their wearers from environment dangers. - Emotional Guardian Angels are intelligent personal companions with disruptive zero-power, manmachine interfaces deployed at large scale. They sense and communicate using non-verbal languages playing an important role in health, education, and security worldwide.

This project addresses the following scientific challenges for energy-efficient visionary Guardian Angel autonomous systems: (i) energy-efficient computing (down to E=10-100kT), (ii) and communication (approaching the limit of 1pJ/bit), (iii) low-power sensing, (iv) disruptive scavenging (bio-inspired, thermoelectric, etc, targeting energy densities of tens of mW/cm2), and (v) zero-power man-machine interfaces. A selection of emerging technologies based on energy efficiency is proposed. We will also develop design tools that integrate electrical, mechanical, optical, thermal, and chemical simulation tools over length and time scales currently achievable.

Soleilmavis is a Chinese citizen, born and raised in China in a rural area which had a simple and vanilla environment. Her parents came from farmers’ families. Her mother graduated in a polytechnic school, and her father had middle school education. They were rare people who had some education in rural areas at that time. She studied in one of the top primary schools and entered one of the top secondary schools of Shandong Province, which was famous with its high educational standards in China. She entered a university at age 17. She liked to read history books since she was very young. Her friends regarded her as a “bookworm”!  She kept in touch with other victims and exposed mind control and directed energy technologies torturing and harassing her through many channels worldwide.

She and other victims in her network have written countless letters to government departments, social communities, human rights organizations, the media and the general public, to expose such horrible crimes and seek justice. They have started a concerted campaign against secret mind control weapons/directed energy weapons abuse and torture. They are demanding an international investigation into these crimes which constitute immense violations of the United Nations’ Universal Declaration of Human Rights. They have not yet gotten any help to stop the alleged human rights violation until 2013.

I have a dream, that I can find justice from USA.

Torturers have been cruelly torturing and harassing me with remote voice to skull (V2k) and remote electromagnetic mind control technologies (possibly through satellite and other technologies) for more than ten years since December 2001.

Torturers used to control my brain with remote V2k and remote electromagnetic mind control technologies, and brought me inside USA Embassy in Hongkong in April 2002.

As an innocent civilian who has been horribly persecuted, I urge USA government to investigate my case, and sentence torturers according to law.

I also wish all countries to legislate against the abuse and torture of such technologies.
