Description

Objective: Guardian Angels (GA) are future zero-power, intelligent, autonomous systems-of-systems featuring sensing, computation, and communication beyond human aptitudes. GA will assist humans from their infancy to old age in complex life situations and environments. Zero-power reflects system-of-systems ability to scavenge energy in dynamic environments by disruptive harvesting techniques. The project prepares zero-power technologies based on future energy-efficient technologies, heterogeneous design, and disruptive energy scavengers.

Three zero-power generations of GAs are foreseen:

- Physical Guardian Angels are zero-power, on-body networks or implantable devices that monitor vital health signals and take appropriate actions to preserve human health. - Environmental Guardian Angels extend monitoring to dynamic environments, using disruptive scavengers, personalized data communication, and first “thinking” algorithms. They are personal assistants that protect their wearers from environment dangers. - Emotional Guardian Angels are intelligent personal companions with disruptive zero-power, manmachine interfaces deployed at large scale. They sense and communicate using non-verbal languages playing an important role in health, education, and security worldwide.

This project addresses the following scientific challenges for energy-efficient visionary Guardian Angel autonomous systems: (i) energy-efficient computing (down to E=10-100kT), (ii) and communication (approaching the limit of 1pJ/bit), (iii) low-power sensing, (iv) disruptive scavenging (bio-inspired, thermoelectric, etc, targeting energy densities of tens of mW/cm2), and (v) zero-power man-machine interfaces. A selection of emerging technologies based on energy efficiency is proposed. We will also develop design tools that integrate electrical, mechanical, optical, thermal, and chemical simulation tools over length and time scales currently achievable.

My story

 am one of the people who know firsthand what it's mind control (V2S - Voice to Skull and ST - Synthetic telepathy) and was the victim of gang stalking and harassment but diagnosed as paranoid schizophrenic. Those of us who suffer with hearing voices (V2S) from an external source (ST) or failure of our own brain come a miserable and lonely way to go. It is difficult to convey the horror of having to constantly listen to foreign ideas and words that are offensive, negative and derogatory. But for victims of mind control like me, it's a double nightmare in the sense that there is no relief through all the standard treatments or medications. Did you know that you are being harassed, but you can not bring about any hard evidence. Some of us like me, had to undergo forced publicity without their knowledge and sensory experiences that are unwelcome and painful. It's as if we were available in every sense of the word demonic entities from trying to suck all the joy from every moment of our lives and yet keep alive. Our suffering lasts through the years, and it could be likened to an unfortunate existence of quasi-often separated from "normal" world as a whole. I once looked at himself in such a way that I was imprisoned on a small island, where my only contact with the outside world were periodic drives passersby in a small boat from which the only thing to me ever got was a wave of it as they passed. Otherwise, my company and I've got people that somehow I keep a few people with me about this issue ever speak or listen to me and say what they think about me now, I'm crazy because we were friends for several years. Another group of people are also more or less without their own opinion and identify with it that I'm deranged paranoid schizophrenic. Some of them I hear in my head and there are also those whom I loved and trusted them more than anything and what I got was belittling and insulting me or dropping, that I say bullshit. Project Bluebeam & Diffuse Artificial Thought

“The advancement of techniques propel us toward the third step in the Blue Beam Project that goes along with the telepathic and electronically augmented two-way communication (nano brain implant) where ELF, VLF and LF waves will reach each person from within his or her own mind, convincing each of them that their own reality is speaking to them from the very depths of their own soul. So how could that be possible you ask? Easy. Enter Project Joshua Blue, currently under development by our favourite business machines company, IBM. Joshua Blue is a program with the stated goal of “Evolving an Emotional Mind in a Simulated Environment”, “to enhance artificial intelligence by evolving such capacities as common sense reasoning, natural language understanding, and emotional intelligence, acquired in the same manner as humans acquire them, through learning situated in a rich environment.”

This is software that is capable of learning and developing ‘emotions’ according to a related document “Feeling Fabricated: Artificial Emotion“. Parts of this project involve the development of Joshua so that emotion is part of it’s reasoning and these guidelines are being followed: Naturalness and believability, social effectiveness, and meaningfulness of displays to human observers. In fact, the main goal of Joshua Blue is to achieve cognitive flexibility that approaches human functioning. In other words – this is artificial intelligence that could be diffused with our own thought because it has been designed to ‘think like a human’.

MagneLink Magnetic Communication System (MCS)

MagneLink™ Magnetic Communication System (MCS) is a wire

less, through-the-earth communication system developed by Lockheed Martin to meet the mining industry’s post-accident emergency wireless communications requirement. MagneLink MCS works by transmitting magnetic waves through the earth without the transmission wires and in-ground infrastructure currently required to communicate via standard radio communications. It is portable and provides wireless two-way, voice and text communications, and operates at ranges sufficient to communicate from the surface into shallow-to-deep underground mines.

The system will bring a tremendous emergency communications capability to the mining industry in the event of an accident where miners are trapped and have no other means of communicating with rescue teams on the surface. Lockheed Martin has leveraged its advanced communications and signal processing expertise to successfully develop this unique system in coordination with the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) to help save miners’ lives where possible following a mine accident.

Lockheed Martin recently conducted three successful MagneLink MCS in-mine demonstrations.

In December 2009, the MagneLink MCS Engineering Development Model’s functionality for voice and text communications was successfully demonstrated at a commercial mine in Dilliner, Pa.

In March 2010, Lockheed Martin tested MagneLink MCS at the Contrary Portal of CONSOL Energy’s Buchanan Mine in Mavisdale, Va. The system demonstrated successful two-way text and voice communications to a depth of 1550 feet and two-way text communications in excess of 1550 feet.

In June 2010, MagneLink MCS in-mine demonstrations were conducted at the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health Test Mine in Bruceton, Pa. The system interfaced with hand-held radios similar to the miner emergency radios and successfully functioned as a multi-band receiver, establishing communications with multiple MagneLink MCS units without the requirement for the MCS units to be on the same channel to receive transmissions.

Lockheed Martin and the Mining Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) are currently working to certify the equipment for use in mines. MagneLink MCS systems will be available following MSHA certification.
