As you already know from my first blog I lived for some time close to a certain turkish family in Heidelberg in the past. These turks were well known for their PSI-Terror even years back. In this blog I would like to state the many ways how I am still intimidated not say the truth, not to make proof visible and to help cover the actual perpetrators after new and ongoing PSI-assaults in the public, or if critics approach these turks to reveal the truth.

The current situation is a state of "un-denial", means, although known by numberless witnesses, to still try to manipulate witnesses, manipulate collective opinions, deceiving persons about obvious clues, connections and relations.

On the other hand there are only few direct witnesses who could confirm early developments specially before 2000 and from close proximity.

Some people most probably also noticed many fearful threats through telepathy from Heidelberg. Among these threats are for example quite recent telepathic comments like: "If you ever come back to Heidelberg, then...", originally in german : " Wenn Ihr noch einmal nach Heidelberg kommt...".

Sometimes the town Heidelberg is simply called "the Neckar" and therefore the threats were also: "if you ever come back to the neckar....".

There are many other threats by these turks. The first thing being practically or closely a death-threat trough telepathy by these turks against me came while living in the floor above them. It was: "suffocate him....", or originally in german "erstick ihn doch....." and it came after what I understood and perceived from a female turk of this PSI-group, probably a sister. Death-threats by these turks needn't to be deadly in the direct way, such comments can incite others to behave strangely or to commit a spontaneous crime.

The most plausible purpose to intimidate mindcontrol-witnesses is to discredit them, to weaken them, and then even to use them as patsy. So it can be rendered their fault and their handicap. The perfect mindcontrol-supported crime can be committed in this way, afterwards covered with only more PSI-Distraction and deceptive input.

Over the years I had more than once the impression that the actual PSI-perpetrators and the story around them should be psycho-transformed into another person's reality. This could also explain why this turkish group is still active after so many years.

One method I have observed is as follows: the turkish PSI-Group manipulates, urges, forces by means of PSI-Terror any specific consequence, action, or make others commit a crime. Some time later these consequences became reality. To cover the manipulation the turkish PSI-Group starts an additional deception and suddenly starts to involve other persons using for example telepathy. These persons are then a kind of patsy to cover a mindcontrol-supported action or manipulation by these turks.

Another method to intimidate witnesses is closely tied to corrupt and fraudulent investigations, keeping the case fraudulently more on the side of the reporting witnesses. Although not much happens in this state it is also in support of the real perpetrators. What happens is that stupid lies are repeatedly kept alive to not investigate the Kilic-Heidelberg-Case.

Another method to intimidate is of course realized by "genuine electronic surveillance methods". And here I mean the real electronic harassment methods. I am of the opinion that electronic harassment is also used to intimidate witnesses with a method called "bogus trapping". At least in my case it was called bogus trapping, beginning from the start it was probably required to introduce it as bogus trapping because no argument exists.

The important detail I stress here is that in reality it is much more a method against PSI than one would expect. Over the years I had more than once the impression that the people were to be confused with phone-terror but with the specific goal to distract or to disperse from the real PSI-source.

The problem is that the real source of PSI-Terror was never eliminated and never done.

When ever you register your name with your personal computer or personal smart phone that computer or smart phone is then programmed to recognise your unique energy imprint whenever you are online while using only a device which is registered to your name. and it will then uptake all of the electrical activity which occurs within your brain and body while you are online while using that device. If you are using a device which has been registered to another individual your information will be rejected as not compatable with the device. All of the electrical activity which is colleected from your brain and body is then stored in large data bases where it can then be automatically translated into everything you said, did, thought and felt while you were online. Whenever you say a word it generates a unique electromagnetic pattern which can be automatically translated into exactly what you said. Similarly, whenever you feel a feeling, think a thought or move a muscle that unique feeling, thought or action generates a unique electromagnetic pattern which can be automatically translated into exactly what you felt, thought or what muscle you moved and at what speed you moved that muscle and in what direction you moved that muscle. This is known as neuro science and it is still classified under military technological know how.
If you happen to be doing something of a private nature in front of your computer screen and you wish it to remain private your data will not be collected from you if you wear pinhole glasses because all of the electrical activity which is collected from your brain and body is collected through your eye beams. Human eye beams are real and tangible and have been protographed by Kirlian cameras which are energy field cameras and they are widely available for purchase.

Whenever your human energy field is exposed to a two way digital communication screen which is attached to a digital device that is registered in your name all electrical activity which is occurring inside your body and your brain is uploaded to that two way digital communication device. If you happen to be using a two way digital communication device which happens to be registered in the name of someone other than yourself then in that case the electrical activity which is occurring inside your body and brain will be rejected by that digital device. If you should stop using any and all two way digital communication devices the information already gathered about you and which is continually being stored in an information field under your name will not be deleted. How do we solve the problem of unknown others being able to both immobilize us and bio-robotize us by remote wireless means. Should we ban all wireless capabilities across the world? Should we ban all HAARP phased arrays across the world because it is being claimed that they needed to enable these technological capabilities? Should we ban all microwave transmitters? Should we use pulsed weaponry to destroy all of the information fields which have been both illegally and immorally gathered on us so far? Should we disempower the unelected and privately owned United Nations because both UN Agenda 21 and UN Agenda 30 are both enslavement protocols. I know that individuals who work inside the United Nations and the Council for Foreign Relations and many other worldwide forums intend to enslave us by wireless remote means because I have been subjected to wirelessly transmitted voice commands and wirelessly transmitted pain and othe phenomena for many years which have brought me to the edge of dispair on many occasions. This enslavement method is invisible to the extent that nobody knows about it until they suddently become subjected to it without warning. I am a first-hand-witness from Heidelberg, Germany. In the past I lived as a close neighbor in the floor above a certain turkish family who became known as "the actors" of mass-mindcontrol, experimental telepathy and sexually oriented psychokinesis in Heidelberg. I was physically attacked and telepathically terrorized and assaulted sexually by members of this turkish group. My first psychokinetic experience happened in Heidelberg and goes back to 2002, was perpetrated through means of psychokinesis by this radical turkish group and must be perceived a hateful act of assault or revenge to hit me sexually. This was a highly conceptualized and planned assault by this turkish group. It is a through and through hostile turkish group and all attempts failed to establish a friendly atmosphere.

While living as close neighbor in the floor above them I had the (unlucky) opportunity to meet each of them occasionally for example when leaving the house. It is a group of up to 10 turkish persons living together at that time.

Just one example from the early days in Heidelberg: at one day I met a female turk from this turkish group while leaving the house. I said hello to her as it is usual among civilized humans. Her immediate snippy, hostile and insulting answer was: "Fuck yourself for your hello", or originally in german: "Für Ihr Grüßen können Sie sich mal". She answered this insulting phrase in german and this turkish group is most importantly very fluent with the german language. It is a hostile turkish group acting from a private apartment in Heidelberg with the goal of politically sabotaging any target of any kind. This is accomplished by means of highly invasive PSI-Methods and requires the constant or permanent mental devotion and concentration of more than one actor and leads to the total PSI-Mindcontrol-Invasion to gain total control over arbitrary and innocent victims. It is not the product of a single telepathic mind!

Constant mindcontrol activities were present even throughout the night. Because I lived as a former neighbor next to this turkish group and because of other suspect and odd details around and about them I am certain that this turkish group is the permanent source of highly endangering PSI-experiments and deeply disturbing PSI-methods of psychophysical torture and complex experiments on many if not all consciousness levels. Over the years these experiments became more and more sophisticated and "terminal". I was reporting the case to many different authorities, I tried to report the case for the first time as early as 1999 to local authorities and again in 2005 and also in later years. Because of many cruel and pervert details about this case I am of the opinion that these turkish mindcontrol experiments are a crime against humanity and that many laws were broken.
I am ready to confirm that all current and predominant mindcontrol effects and manipulations including telepathy, psychokinesis are due and are generated by a small turkish group experimenting from a private apartment in Heidelberg with highly dangerous PSI-Experiments and methods to assault arbitrary victims. As far as I know it is the one and only source of deeply disturbing and most dangerous mindcontrol activities, at least I never heard of any other independent source. These experiments go back several decades and many people locally and internationally became aware and were affected deliberately by these privately motivated experiments.
I would like to open a petition that can be presented to the OCHR and the ICC.

I am appreciating any serious questions including scientifically oriented questions and will answer them in written form as good as I can. If anyone is interested the whole story is available at once and can be told in detail.

Please note that the real telepathic perpetrators are by definition persons who actively experiment with mental telepathy, psychokinesis, mindcontrol and remote-viewing using their own mind and brain. Let us unite and organize true legal actions. I wasn't ever sued by Kilic or anybody else for knowing and telling the truth. Memet Kilic(Die Grünen) can't sue me, he knows that he would loose the court trial. Up to now he didn't sue anybody especially in Germany for anything. To the contrary, he and his turkish PSI-group can be sued by a group of well organized citizens, parents and victims.

Whenever we expose our biofields to two way digital communication devices, other individuals can hack into our biofields and over time render us immobile. The electromagnetic field of the human body which is sometimes known as the human bio field or the human energy field or the human aura exists and can be photographed by a human energy field camera. There is an excellent human biofield camera currently on the market called the Samsung Galaxy New Energy Camera. This particular biofield camera was invented by a British scientist called Dr Harry Oldfield but there are many other similar biofield cameras available for purchase by the general public both on and off the internet.
It is generally believed that all of our current thoughts as well as all of our passed memories are contained in our human biofield. When we are closely located to a personal computer or smart phone which is registered to our given name we can be readily identified by staff who work for the United States National Security Agency or a similar registered secret society. These staff first of all identify us by using a special technique known as human energy field imprint identification. They then monitor all of our activities while we are in front of our computer if they wish to do so. They wirelessly connect their own biofield to the biofield of the largely unaware digital device user so that they can adjust it in ways that make it remotely controllable to them so that they could eventually get remote control over the human bodies of the individual who they are targeting for remote control.
These biofield scientists who work for the, by now, criminal elite can achieve total control over the human biofield of one of their fellow men, women or children anywhere in the world and by that means then achieve total control over their physical body while accessing them through their two way digital communication device. The scientists who work for the aforementioned criminal elite do so against their wills and without their permission because they themselves are accessed by their own human biofield and can be murdered at the will of the aforementioned criminal elite. When will all areas throughout the world which are out of bounds to public scruteny be again exposed to publics scruteny?

WHO IS PROGRAMMING THE ELECTRONIC MIND CONTROL APPARATUS AND WHERE ARE THEY LOCATED WHEN EVER THEY ARE PROGRAMMING IT? AS WELL AS INFORMATION ABOUT VOICE TO SKULL TECHNIQUES.

Most of the militaries as well as some of the police forces of the world now use voice to skull technology on a continual day to day basis in their everyday work. Voice to skull is sometimes known as microwave hearing or synthetic telepathy and it is a method of communicating voices inside the heads of members of the military and police forces of the world to ensure that no member of the public has access to the messages transmitted and for other reasons including black project research. There are now numerous methods of direct communication including but not limited to direct brain to brain communication. Secret methods of direct communication has been in use under the guise of secrecy for more than seventy years.
Because secret methods of direct communication which I will call voice to skull for the purposes of this article are now so widespread they are being used on a non-consensual basis on many members of the general public as a form of electronic harassment and they are being used in combination with many other types of wireless electronic weapons as well as directed energy weapons.

Many government employees and others are under a form of electronic mind control, the basis of which is that they are being programmed to filter out all information which comes to them which does not comply with the new world order view of the world. This electronic mind control appears to eminate from microwave transmitters because it has been noticed by some that any government staff who work close to microwave transmitters strongly defend the new world order view of the world despite overwhelming contrary evidence being presented to them. Is the electronic mind control apparatus being programmed on a worldwide basis or is it being programmed on a separate basis inside each country and who is programming it and where are they located whenever they are physically programming it? It is not the work of artificial intelligence because a lump of metal can not make independent decisions so the notion of the existence of artificial intelligence is rejected by all logical thinking individuals . It is my belief that thousands of staff work behind the scenes to continually program what some erroneously believe is artificial intelligence. Thousands of other staff also work behind the scenes to program elaborately costumed robots so that the hoax of an extra terresterial presence can be presented to the public in order to dupe them.
If you become a non-consensual recepient of voice to skull direct communication which is likely to happen unless we shortly put a stop to the goals of the new world order cabal you will hear a variety of voice commands throughout the course of each and every day. You will be commanded to carry out household chores and your personal financial habits will be commented on and you could possibly be repremanded if you make personal financial spending choices which are not in keeping with the wishes of the new world order cabal. Everything you do throughout each day and night will be observed on a screen. This is possible to achieve because each and every time you move a muscle in your body you generate a unique pattern of electromagnetic frequencies which can then be automatically translated onto a screen on the other side of the world by wireless electronic means so that criminal neuro staff who are unknown to you can see a likeness of you on their screens moving around a likeness of your home. This program is now commonly known as being Remote Neural Monitored and whenever someone is placed on this or similar programs their eyes are automatically being implanted while they are in a state of unawareness while under frequency control so that the aforementioned criminal neuro staff can see what ever you see on their screens if they should wish to do so.
If babies become placed on voice to skull direct communication through direct implantation after hospital births they could then while growing up be misinformed about all aspects of life while they are being simultaneously programmed to become obedient slaves to the new world order cabal who lurk inside large organisations such as the United Nations as well as the Council for Foreign Relations and the International Banking and Private Corporate shareholder groups. These implanted children would then grow up under constant voice to skull direct communication with unknown neuro operatives whose own agenda remains unknown. Are the neuro operatives themselves who work as teams throughout Ireland and live lives completely undetectable to the Irish police enslaved or are they willing participants in the technological enslavement of their fellow men and women of the world? In order to continue living their lives in a state of total anonynimity they use frequency devices which mesmerize the minds of the most senior Gardai whenever they are approached by said Gardai. They also hire chauffeur driven vehicles on occasions in order to avoid detection. They never register their births, marriages and deaths. I know this because I am being both electronically harassed and psychologically tortured by them now and for the past number of years. Does any one know of any methodology to track down these criminal neuro staff and bring them to justice as soon as is humanly possible? If so let me know .

The ring roads of the Republic of Ireland are now due to be imbedded with micro dust so that each individual motor vehicle including each individual electric bicycle can be identified and tracked and stopped if the driver or passengers dare to challenge any of the dictates of the would-be enslavers of the human race who are thought to be individuals who lurk inside the Vatican hierarchy as well as the United Nations  as well as both the International banking and Corporate Control groups. The impending imbedding of the ring roads of the Republic of Ireland is due to go ahead without the prior knowledge and consent of the people who reside within the Republic of Ireland and who are most likely to use those roads.  This process is also due to go ahead without even the prior knowledge and consent of the duely elected politicians of the Republic of  Ireland who are now being entirely left out of the decision making processes of what is being made to happen to both the people who live within the Republic of Ireland and to the country itself.

Please write to your local County Councillor and ask him or her to have the process of implanting the ring roads of the Republic of Ireland with micro dust stopped now.   When are we going to take back our power from the individuals who wish to scientifically and technologically enslave us and who are our own equals under common law which is based on natural law.  Natural law is the only fixed and immutable law in this world.  Civil law is neither fixed or immutable and therefore it is illegal.  Because there are no binding laws forbidding us from reclaiming our own power there is now nothing stopping us from going to Dublin and demanding the resignation of the President of Ireland, Michael D Higgins, because he has done nothing to stop this situation from occurring.

Since the first appearance of manmade PSI-Terror and since it is assured that Kilic is behind this, many details of the actual perpetrators could be recognized and revealed. During many PSI-assaults and PSI-attacks several features of these turks were observed. There are enough features of these turks from these attacks to be convinced about their own physical appearance. They even liberated that some of them are wearing glasses. They also repeatedly showed themselves closing and locking the door of their apartment. These and many other typical telepathic images were seen or could be perceived over the many years they are active. In the past it is absolutely correct to say that actually all family members of this Kilic family were part the one or the other way in this PSI-Terror. That means special characters, a friend of the sister, several brothers, two older brothers or brothers in law, two female turks. When I met them back then I always had the impression of voodoo-like characters. Something odd, a bit strange, a certain stasis of the mind.

I have experienced that practically all of these turkish characters, physical persons, could be rediscovered or appeared in course of their telepathic experiments over the years. A male turk, a female turk and probably a sister and others more.
