NON-CONSENSUAL EXPERIMENTATION WITH ELECTROMAGNETIC WEAPONS


TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I am writing you on the behalf of victims both in the United States and abroad. As you are aware, many revelations surrounding the National Security Agency’s extensive electronic dragnet have recently come to light through released records by the intelligence insider Mr. Edward Snowden. During the course of the LIBE Committee hearings even more first-hand testimony was heard from other former NSA insiders regarding the extent of NSA privacy invasion and lack of oversight regarding their methods of data collection. Their statements begin to come very close to an issue that those of us in the medical community in the United States and abroad have been keenly watching for several years now.

Over the last decade we have seen a sharp rise in the number of people coming forward with complaints of non-consensual experimentation with electromagnetic weapons designed to target both electronic hardware and the human central nervous system. While this was typically disregarded as mental illness in the past, the total global population voicing these identical complaints has exponentially grown to numbers that can no longer be attributed to delusional disorder, schizophrenia or any other described mental illness. You may be unaware that the safeguards against experimenting on the public without their consent in the United States are very lax and are included in legislation referred to as The Common Rule which is the Federal Policy regarding human subjects protection. It is written with several loopholes for the allowance of non-consensual experimentation, mostly by intelligence agencies. Hence, we have seen the necessity for the Bioethics Commission hearings in the United States after it was brought to light that Guatemalan prisoners were experimented on with contagions by the National Institutes of Health. During the course of the Bioethics Hearings, their directive was to determine if any other non-consensual experimentation was ongoing in the United States or abroad. At each of the four meetings there was included a public forum for the committee to address concerns by the public at large. Over one hundred individuals were in attendance at each of the four meetings voicing complaints of exposure and experimentation with electromagnetic weapons technologies. The effects of these technologies on the human body can only be described as torture.

Several years ago another National Security Agency insider, John St. Clair Akwei, described in detail the frequencies used by the NSA and other intelligence agencies to access and influence the human body and nervous system in his civil action against the NSA. His descriptions of technologies used to track, monitor and alter a subject’s perceptions, moods and motor control are similar to the complaints we are hearing today from victims alleging non-consensual experimentation and torture. Moreover, Vladimir Putin, in a speech in 2012, admitted that Russia is following suit in funding development of weapons that will attack the human central nervous system. His defense minister, Anatoly Serdyukov, described the weapons as directed energy weapons, wave energy weapons, genetic weapons and psychotronic weapons based upon new physics principles. Obviously, Russia intends to go down the same path of directed energy weapons research that the United States has long been on. The unfortunate truth regarding this type of technology is the ease with which it can be used remotely and non-consensually on the public without the recommended safeguards of an Institutional Review Board or any appreciable ethical oversight. In the United States this research is typically done clandestinely under the guise of national security concerns just as the NSA electronic data mining was done which is currently being covered in the LIBE Committee.

Over the last decade I have consulted with thousands of people in the United States complaining of exposure and experimentation with electromagnetic weapons technologies which include, but are not limited to, complaints of mood alteration, heart palpitations, involuntary body movements, severe headaches, blurred vision, burns to the skin, non-consensual micro-chipping and neurocognitive perturbation. It is my belief, based upon former and current publically released government research documents as well as victims complaints of torture, that this technology is being used in a non-consensual manner on the global public.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to you for meeting with our representative from the International Center Against Abuse of Covert Technologies and taking the time out of your busy schedule to hear these complaints and read my letter. On behalf of the whole of humanity, I sincerely hope that these technologies will eventually be addressed in the Subcommittee on Human Rights of the European Parliament, as the use of these currently can only be described as torture and dehumanizing.

I would like to draw your attention to some extreme and horrendous criminality being conducted by United States Government-related Agencies and the complicity and/or acquiescence of many other Governments and Security Agencies.

There is massive ignorance and secrecy regarding this, and victims such as I are being subjected to uncontrolled and unacknowledged torture and mental and physical destruction. This has remained completely unreported and undiscussed publicly.

Please find a summary of my situation and plight below.

There are MANY, MANY others, all over the world, who are being subjected to similar torture and abuse.

Some of our ELECTRONIC TORTURE, ABUSE AND EXPERIMENTATION CASES detail the most extreme and totalitarian violations of human rights in human history, including the most horrendous psycho-physiological tortures, rapes, sexual abuse, physical assaults, surgical mutilations, ‘mind control’, and other mental and physical mutilations.

These are extreme and monstrous CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY - indescribably terrible in themselves - coupled with the ORWELLIAN secrecy and denial of any support at all that we are experiencing, makes them even more horrendous and monstrous.

It is no exaggeration to say our cases are as horrendous and urgent as people fleeing Nazi or Pol Pot concentration camps - specifically Dr Mengele-type torturers and butchers.

MY CASE SUMMARY:-

I sent a series of human rights activist emails to public authorities and forums beginning in 2003 up to 2006. I came to the attention of an extremist US security organisation in 2004 for this exercising of my democratic right to free speech and since then I've had my human rights, liberty and privacy COMPLETELY VIOLATED and ALL aspects and degrees of my human freedom, individuality and mental and physical integrity and health savagely attacked, tortured, mauled and deformed.

THESE CRIMINALS HAVE THE ABILITY TO :-

a. place a human subject under ceaseless satellite surveillance - no matter where he/she is

b. ceaselessly monitor a human brain by satellite - including thought, reaction, motor command, auditory event and visual image reading - ‘Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM)
 
c. ceaselessly attack directly into a human brain by satellite with voices, noises, other disturbances, images and ‘virtual-reality scenarios’; and the ability to override, control, and alter consciousness - ‘Electronic Brain Link (EBL)’

d. directly abuse, torture, assault, and interfere with bodies - including performing advanced medical procedures - by satellite

e. directly interfere with electronics, alter, insert etc. data, files, communications and legal evidence even during transmission - by satellite

f. make live TV and radio, and other screens and monitors, two-way - for surveillance, invasion of privacy, deception, traumatisation etc. - ‘2-Way TV/RADIO and the Orwellian Media (2WTV)’

g. control the flow of information and orchestrate the media worldwide

BY THESE MEANS I HAVE BEEN :-

1. Since 2004 I’ve been under ceaseless Orwellian surveillance - 24 hours a day 7 days a week - everywhere I go. Since 2004 my brain, body, physical space and privacy have been ceaselessly monitored - including thought, reaction, motor command, auditory event and visual image reading. I have been under this extremely traumatising Orwellian surveillance and interference - and then extremely brutally and hard-core - tortured and deformed since 2004 – and during all this time my psychological, mental, intellectual and physical states, actions, thinking, imaginations and words have been exploited and publicly exhibited via internet, TV and radio.

2. subjected to sleep deprivation, sensory overload, and "mind-*uck" torture.
Under intensive neurological ‘mind-control’ this included :-
A. a witnessing of the suicide of the ‘King of Thailand’ and a cutting off of my friends brother’s legs
B. a saving of many women’s ‘souls’ from death, and many countries from nuclear attack
C. a ‘ritual abuse wedding’ participated in by the ‘Queens of Norway and Sweden’
D. a fictitious relationship with ‘Princesses of Norway and Thailand’ and some other illusory women
E. a ‘road trip’ escaping ‘USA army killers and blackmailers’, ‘Asian mafia/dragon killers’ among others; and participating in fake psychoanalysis and personality analysis sessions; and doing Q & A-type interviews on diverse socio-political subjects.  (2005-2006)

3. ceaselessly perpetrators’and other voices are forced directly into my brain and they very aggressively and relentlessly psychologically attack, denigrate, interrogate, undermine, mob and bait me. These voice attacks are forced directly into my butchered and mangled brain. This takes the form of a running attack with a personally codified system of comments and responses to my thoughts, activities, social and psychological state, and biorhythms - both straightforwardly and with many different disorienting, infuriating and distorting effects. This sensory and mental torture and attack directly into my brain has varied from extreme causing near-complete mental breakdown and desperation, to loud, intensive and continuous, to milder, and has included numerous mock-executions. It is all completely and totally unignorable and inescapable. The ‘circuits’ are always open – my brain, body and physical space are ceaselessly brutally violated, monitored and interfered with - and forced into reaction and response - 24 hours a day 7 days a week. It’s a brutal, technological, inescapable ‘Iago-bullshit-hell-machine’. I literally haven’t had a single minutes mental rest, relaxation or privacy since 2005 – not a single minute.

4. ceaselessly subjected to multiple nightly neurological experiments and interventions. Whilst ‘sleeping’ artificial ‘virtual-reality scenarios’ (like little ‘You-Tube’ videos or cartoons or slideshows) are forced into my brain and therein processed/experienced. Night after night after night – every single night since 2005 - 3,4,5,6,7 or more times per night. I have been on this sleep and brain control regime and I haven't had a natural, uncontrolled nights sleep since 2005. Often my brain processing/experiencing these “virtual-reality scenarios” is transmitted and exhibited by these Mengeles butchers pretending to do “science”. Their ability to do this required extensive and very brutal neutralisation and engineering of my normal, healthy brain – in order to effect a kind of ‘tabula-rasa’ to use as a ‘player’ – for them to be able to force in their ‘codes’ and ‘play’ their ‘virtual-reality scenarios’. This has resulted in mentally and psycho-physiologically exhausting, degrading and deforming me.

5. relentlessly subjected to deep, hardcore and other neurological attacks on my brain creating a lasting lobotomised effect – very often similar to being sledge-hammered, repeatedly stabbed, roasted, fan-forced microwaved, blow-torched, axed, bombed etc. in and across the brain. Almost every single night since 2005, mostly multiple times, and sometimes for hours and hours at a time – all night, all afternoon etc.. My whole creativity, ‘raw material’, senses, sensibility, feelings, thought, speech, intelligence, imagination, emotions and organic health, range, depth and potential have been completely degraded, butchered, mangled, wasted and/or destroyed (‘Fahrenheit 451-ed’and/or ‘Year 0-ed’). Repeatedly subjected to multiple other experiments and interventions on other areas of my brain.

6. repeatedly and relentlessly – every single day and night - subjected to electrical abuse and torture on the genitals, crotch, reproductive system, glands and lymph system. Electric currents are applied to my genitals, crotch and reproductive system at different intensities and positions, often continuously for extended periods of time. This ranges from mildly disturbing to extremely torturous. The cumulative affect is sickening and constant mental and physical tension and aggravation. This electrical abuse and torture on the genitals, crotch and reproductive system is applied at any time of the day or night. I am often woken up by the application of electric currents to my genitals, crotch and reproductive system - night after night after night. Often I am given erections in coordination with the brain butchery, and occasionally voided of semen (my sperm production has been stopped). I AM BEING USED, EXPERIMENTED UPON AND BUTCHERED LIKE A LAB RAT. My genitals have been liposuctioned, collagened, vasectomied, and my scrotum subjected to repeated reductions and enlargements. I have also been anally raped and interfered with numerous times.

7. My stomach, glands, abdomen, intestines, lymph system and other internal organs are also being continuously, repeatedly and intensively heated and electrocuted i.e. cooked/burnt-out. Often similar to being stabbed, roasted, microwaved, blow-torched etc.. Hour upon hour or all night and/or much of the day.My heart, chest, neck, lower back, back, diaphragm and all over my body. My torso, face and buttocks have been liposuctioned 2 or 3 times. My nipples are often electrocuted. Also in an extremely painful operation they put my spine out of alignment and did extensive nerve reconfiguration work in my spine and lower back throwing my whole body out of alignment – lower back, pelvis, hips, muscles, limbs, balance etc. – and, I think, they are trying to ‘engineer’ my brain to ‘fit’ this misalignment.
‘Stomach Electrocution And Heating (SEH)’ ‘Heart Scoring And Electrocution (HE)’ ‘Chest And Diaphram Electrocution (CHE)’ ‘Lower Back Electrocution (LBE)’ etc. (2005-2011)

Huge - 10,000s of hours - amounts of electricity have been pumped through my body and brain by these nazi butchers. (2005-present)

I believe all of this is an attempted ‘reengineering’ or ‘rendering’ of my brain and body, and it has very seriously degraded my senses, sensibility and mental, psychological and physical strength, range, quality and depth. My brain has been reduced in power, quality and function by at least 70%. All my 'raw materials', psycho-physiological powers, energy, amorphous, undeveloped and latent thoughts, memories, emotions, passions, and feelings degraded, burnt-out and/or destroyed. My chest has been sunken, my lungs collapsed, my heart and muscles atrophied, my circulation and metabolism slowed, my stomach expanded and deformed, my genitals mutilated and deformed, and my body-shape completely altered and deformed. As one would expect being a lab-rat in a concentration camp since 2004 it has caused these most profound mental and physical ill-effects and degradation, and profound organic impairments and deformities.

8. subjected to various other mental, physical and social tortures, degradations and dirty tricks. This includes having my privacy invaded by, and being extensively publicly exhibited via, internet, TV and Radio.

Since 2004 whenever I turn on the TV or Radio - if it's live, I am linked to the broadcasting source. It happens any time I see or hear a live broadcast, no matter where I am. It completely ruins live TV and radio - as you are actually like being in a video-conference - so it's hard to remain impassive or unaffected – especially whilst being tortured. This invasion of my privacy and my torture and abuse have thus been witnessed by, and I have protested and appealed to, many newscasters in Australia and overseas, and by anyone who appears live on the news - politicians, celebrities, newscasters and many others. Initially tolerable and even amusing, this came to be extremely traumatising – especially when combined with the relentless hardcore torture, abuse and mutilated ‘brain-broadcasting’ – and no one even reporting it!

Also the thoughts and images from my deformed, mutilated brain and and lab-rat life have been ‘brain-broadcasted’ to the journalists etc. on TV and Radio – and often presented to them as if it was the workings of my normal brain/mind – also a lot of disinformation and misrepresentation has been ‘fed’ to them. This has often resulted in some of them – both advertently and inadvertently – actually actively participating in the torture and aggravation. Some, I believe, have actually been encouraged to elicit responses from my lab-rat brain and thereby to assist in and facilitate the butchering of my brain and senses to fit these nazi technologies and horrendous violations.

The media has also been flooded with dehumanising and ridiculous ‘Psychological-Operations’, parodies and caricatures of me, my family and life – as at the same time they are parasiting, torturing and organically destroying me, they are constructing a fiction about ‘me’ and ceaselessly, idiotically, making what they pretend to be valid psychological and social observations about ‘me’, my life and family.

My mother, sisters and other family members have been neurologically attacked/surgically mutilated, and both of my parents and other family members have been anally raped using these DIRECTED ENERGY AND NEUROLOGICAL WEAPONS – causing them mental and physical ill-effects and degradation, and organic impairment and disruption. 10. Since 2005 colleagues, acquaintances, friends or simply anyone I come into contact with on a day-to-day basis have been neurologically attacked/surgically mutilated, and/or anally raped using these DIRECTED ENERGY AND NEUROLOGICAL WEAPONS – causing them profound mental and physical ill-effects and degradation, and profound organic impairment and disruption. Literally over 200 people. (from 2005-2009)

11. I have been relentlessly subjected to Organised Stalking/Mobbing. This consists of an intense and highly organized persecution of an individual with the purpose of harass her/him constantly and boycott all the activities, professional and of leisure that the person develops, in order to isolate to take control of the victims life, manipulate the victims mind and ultimately conduct him/her to a helpless situation. This conduct carried out by a group of apparently "normal" citizens is a barbaric form of torture. People are purposely engaged to aggravate me, and to impede and violate my physical and psychological spaces, privacy and freedom. This is extremely psychologically and physically oppressive and suffocating. This happens everywhere I go, anytime, no matter what I do. My whole neighbourhood has been infiltrated. Often these people are neurologically controlled like ‘neuro-puppets’ to maximise the aggravation through the linking of their actions and movements to mine. Other times they are misguided and/or misinformed ‘Jones-Town’ type idiots/victims. This is being done to me everywhere I go – including in Russia and Turkey.

They do all this to me and yet these perverted psychopaths allow – even encourage – me to send emails all over the world publicising their sadistic crimes – "we're ass-wiping democracy", and "you're sweeping the floor for us", they continually taunt.

The UK and Australian Government and Authorities, Humanitarian Organisations and everybody else have completely ignored, and failed to protect me.

I'm aware that there will probably be considerable resistance to anyone who attempts to help me – but I ask you to not shy away from such an act of bravery and principle.

 So slick talkin' Wall hired some perps. I posted some defamatory and truthful political discourse to a Saskatchewan radio show a month ago. He sent his perps. These are not my "regular crew", so they introduced themselves with V2K. I sent them "so it took you this long to find me eh? Is this what my tax dollars are paying for? incompetence and mediocrity? Sorry boys But I'm already a T.I. Take a hike!"  I said other things that I can't remember and made it a point to make this blog post.

 They're sweating right now.

 Anyway, sorry for not updating for a while. My tablet was stolen and my laptop was destroyed. I have been meaning to post earlier, I just got wifi a month ago and have been busy with the usual mind control, distractions we have come to know that the internet defecates.

 The perps are still here as usual, had some rough times with them over the past while.

 I'm writing poetry about the experience. I'm going to try to get it published. Been working on it for a while now and I only have about fifteen done.

 Trying to quit drinking, one day at a time. Expensive habit and I live below the poverty line. Looking forward to a dry new years. Happy Hanukah, Merry new year, it's a conspiracy.

 Looks like we're heading towards a pretty big financial crisis. I became a prepper, I'll outlive these b******s, and have been preparing. Hopefully there is nothing to worry about but it doesn't look good.

Hi, I'm Shin Hayama, a Japanese TI. I'd like to suggest a joint-project here to all TIs in the world to end our problems.

I believe we should internationally collect as many testimonies as possible about what we have been through every day and publicize it on a multi-lingual website so that every non-victim can easily see it and understand our situation.

The main object of collecting testimonies is to show that our situations are caused by physical and man-made attacks, which naturally leads the readers to the understanding that any governments of those victims should investigate the problem and disclose information about such crime and technology which are mentioned by the victims.

We can also gather and put on the website some information that supports our argument such as about technologies which we think are related to electronic harassment and show this crime is scientifically possible, and some news coverages about TI-related incidents which say the investigation and the solution of this problem will be urgent.

I believe numerous, say, a hundred of objective well-explained testimonies can have significant impact on many of those who see the site.

Then we can use the website to end our problems in various ways such as collecting lots of email addresses of politicians, journalists, scholars, etc. to send petitions, posting flyers with the site address, and talk and negotiate with people who may be helpful for us and use the website for more detailed information.

I'll explain later the reason why I think the project may work, but let me elaborate the project itself first.

Another Japanese TI helped me record this as the interviewer. The voices may not be so clear because we recorded this on skype, and neither of us are native English speakers. This is only a sample to show you how we can record each testimony.
Please also understand that I put the sample testimony on my site, but I have no plan to carry out this project by myself simply because it's far beyond my ability, and that's why I suggest the project here to you.

Here are some tips which I think are important to make the site effective.

-The content of the testimony should be focused on objective explanation of the symptoms the victim experiences. The main purpose of the testimony is to show what the victims experience is man-made attacks and a crime, not a mental disorder. I believe such information will be pretty enough to advance our activism to next step. Therefore, physical phenomena of this crime such as the result of shielding and measurement of harmful frequencies will be also usuful for the content. Explanation of gangstalking tactics you get will be OK if you can logicaly explain them. You don't have to tell about what you cannnot locicaly explain whether it is about gangstalking or electronic harassment. You can also add how the crime has destroyed your life, how the police and other authorities denied your complaints and therefore the govenment should investigate this. You don't have to chlonorically elaborate every hrassment from the start to the present, whcih will be too long and confusing. You don't have to elaborate your speculation about who might be behind the crime, though if you have clear episode and evidence which connect someone with your harassment, it may work. You don't have to elaborate the technology they might use, and which conspiracy theory might be bihind the crime. The more imformation, the less focused. Just focus on the main porpose. I think this is the most important thing.

-Audio or movie will be better than text because they are easy to passively take. Most ordinary people are not so interested in listening to someone's intangible torture, so many of them won't actively read the texts. Much less do they pay money to buy book style testimonies. Of course such testimonies are also useful for the activism, but basically only TIs buy them. We Japanese publicized books with 33 TI testimonies in 2010 and with 29 TI testimonies in 2013 and well understand that.

-Interview style is more understandable. I got the idea from ICAAT's website; http://icaact.org/video-victims-testimonies.html#.WFBbT1N96M9
and hope they will continue the project.
In many cases, even an explanation by an experienced and knowledgable TI is somehow hard for non-victims to understand. What is normal to TIs is unnormal to non-TIs. So clarifying confusing points by asking questions from the viewpoint of non-victims will be very helpful for them to understand this crime.

e.g.
TI: I got V2K.I mean I hear voices in my head.
Q: What is V2K?
When do you hear the voices?
What exactly are they talking?
Are the voices female or male ones?
Where do you hear that?
Why do you think it is not a mental disorder?
How does the shielding affect the voices?
etc.

TI: They read my mind. They monitor my life.
Q: From what facts do you think someone reads your mind?

TI: They always make me sleepy when I work and disturb my work.
Q: People usually get tired and sleepy. Why can you say getting sleepy is a part of the crime?

TI: Perps gives me pains.
Q: When does it hurt? Why can you say it is not a physical condition but a crime? Did you go to see a doctor?

TI: They stalk me in groups.
Q: Why can't you say they're just walking?

Even if you cannot answer all the questions, that's OK. Please simply say you cannot technically explain it. The important thing is a single testimony won't prove many things. However tens of testimonies will show this is a crime because they will show similarities in tactics taken by perps both in electronic harassment and gang stalking, the similar type of detection of strong electromagnetic field and reduction of symptoms by shielding, all of which show those are artificial attacks. Plus, technological and social information on the site will support our argument. Then finally non-victims will start to notice that something is happening in the society and feel the necessity to inquire more information from authorities to know the truce and to protect themselves.

-The shorter, the better.
Non-victims won't spend much time for listening someone's torture. I have recorded several testimonies in Japanese, and about 20 minutes were enough for each testimony. To keep the testimony short, the speaker only objectively explains their symptoms caused by the crime and its brief background.

-Better with real name but alias is OK.
To collect as many testimonies as possible, anonymous testimony should be allowed. In this way, fake testimonies by perps can be also posted, so someone need to check and exclude testimonies which are strange and have negative effects on the site.

If the recorded testimony is fully OK, you don't have to use an editor. You can also use iTunes to minimize the file size by lowering the bit rate.

By using skype and similar type of software, TIs can record the testimony with each other whenever and wherever they are. You can also directly record with an IC recorder or a video camera if you like. Once some testimonies are available on the site, it will get easier for others to know what kind of story they should tell, and the process will go on automatically.
A short comment to brief the testimony will be helpful for the audience before they listen. For example.

In this testimony he complains that he hears voices in his head coming from nowhere and feels sever pains on his body without any reasons. The symptoms started when he had trouble with his boss in the office two years ago. He used a detector and detected abnormally strong electromagnetic field in his house. [Click to listen]

Then the testimonies are sorted according to their languages such as English, French, Japanese. So all the TIs around the world can join the project. On top of that, the government officials in most countries can understand English or other major languages, so even if you live in a country with relatively few TIs, you can easily appeal the authorities using the website with numerous testimonies.

To make our demands clear to the site visitors, I recommend to use simple, reasonable, and undisputable argument. For example,

Our demand is :
-The government of each country should investigate the problem and disclose the technology mentioned by the victims to protect the citizens.
-Politicians in each country should publicly ask the government in congress about if such crime and technology exist in the society, and officially inquire the government about the problem and the stealth weapons in the way that the government must take responsibility for its answer in the future.
-Journalists, scholars and human rights organizations should bring the issue to the public and raise voices for claiming the official investigation.
-Our demands are on the ground of the facts that there are numerous people who complain they are electronically and remotely attacked and that there are various evidences which show this will be man-made attacks. It is without doubt necessary for the government to disclose the related information in the viewpoint of national security and human rights.

But I think it would be better avoiding using such slogans for the site as:
-Let's fight against depopulation agenda, NWO, etc..

One of the reasons is we need another story to explain them, and the argument is not so easy to support and therefore easy to refute. It can be off-focused. Another reason is such themes have difficulty gaining common agreement even among TIs who will post their testimony.

It would also be better to avoid discussing deeply about possible perps technology such as:
-scalar waves, nano-implants etc.. for this website.

That's for the similar reason above. We all understand the abnormal penetration of harmful frequencies through even a shield room shows some unknown properties might be related to our symptoms, but we can avoid arguing such difficult points just to bring this issue to the public. Even pain attacks using interior wirings are not accepted by the police and not acknowledged by the general public, so let's start with easy-to-understand points. Once non-victims get interested in this issue, they will probably start requiring more information, and since they are not mind-controlled, they can work more effectively than we. So you can leave the rest of the work to non-victims. For this reason, I think the information about technologies to support our argument can be modest one and relatively easy to understand. When we introduce controversial technologies, we can present them as only one of the possible theories. This manner will also help gaining more cooperation from TIs with various opinions. Anyway, every TI can easily use the the testimonies for their own activism just by putting the link to their own website.

For making and managing the site, a web engineer and several people to write the documents and check the testimonies will be needed. If some existing TI organizations can start this project, it would go smoothly. I'm familiar with Japanese TI organizations, but unfortunately any of them don't have such capability to carry out the project.

This is my plan and I believe this can be one of the main roads to end this war.

How it may work.

Through the activism, I realized most of the people we negotiated with didn't understand our situation well. The other day, we negotiated with a congressmen because he said he relatively had understanding about this issue, compared to other politicians. However, after talking, I understood that he didn't know almost any details about electronic harassment, for example what symptoms TIs suffer, what kind of things perps can do, what physical phenomena we have observed by measuring and shielding, what our demand is, not at all. He seemed to know some words like "electro-magnetic weapons", "HARRP", "mind control." But as for the reality of electronic harassment, he seemed to know only what other TIs who previously contacted him told him.

I think that's totally understandable because only TIs know what this invisible crime is like. There are no other resources available on this crime. So, we did our best to present our situation with all intervention by perps. We explained our own harassment, showed some data taken by a Japanese TI organization and gave a file of technological and social information about this crime mainly fetched from the internet. He showed understanding, but once our demand became concrete (to make several official questions about what the government know about electro-magnetic weapons for the sake of national security), he well admitted the necessity but didn't meet our request. I felt he thought the information he had was not sufficient to take the risk of publicly asking the government about the issue.
I think that is also understandable. Just a few explanations by TIs about themselves, self- made statistics about TIs, and several unreliable technological information are weak for him to take any risk. There are almost no resources freely and easily accessible on the internet and in any other places which explain what exactly TIs experience every day. I guess they cannot understand us simply because they don't get information for that. As far as I know, the situation is not so different even in English. Many TI group websites are made and presented for TIs, not for non-victims to understand our problems. Non victims can't be fully confident of believing our story because of lack of enough information. This is one big wall which hiders our activism.

Another big wall against our activism is once a non-victim starts to believe our story, they rather get scared to take any risk of doing anything for tiny victims against the immense enemy. No merits. But I think this second wall is lower than the first one.

I guess several achievements TIs have made so far are based on repeated face-to-face talks with non-victims about the situation of themselves with well-organized supporting documents. Then finally those non-victims understood the TIs' stories to some extent and took some actions. But our time and the ability might be limited for doing such things and persuading numerous non-victims to change our situation, so I hope this massive testimonies can work in the same way and automatically persuade unlimited people who access the website into thinking that something terrible might be going on and they need more information from their governments for their own sake. If the site can persuade one non-victim, it will probably persuade other non-victims as well. So making a really persuading, reliable and understandable website for our activism will be one of the most urgent things to make our activism progress. The testimonies are must for such website because unless each TI explains their situation with their own words, non-victims can never know about this crime. Without their understandings, you never get their support.

As for the second wall, I guess there are some non-victims who have political interest and merits in exposing our situation and this crime. The enemy of our perps are not only TIs. So once we can break through the first wall, then we can present the information to such people, and they will willingly start to distribute the information for their own cause. Some of those people will probably have connection with journalists, scholars, lawyers, and politicians, too. Since they are not electronically mind-controlled, they will move quickly.

One good thing in this project is we can start fighting from now only with what we already have. All you need is your courage to speak out.
