Targeted homeless people sprayed with freezing water on ‘hostile’ British streets

Homeless people are facing increasingly hostile streets as more rough sleepers find their nights disturbed by “deliberate noise pollution” and “defensive architecture,” as well as attempts to spray them with water as they sleep.
Crisis, a homelessness charity, said 20 percent of those it surveyed claimed to experience deliberate attempts to disturb their sleep and force them away from public spaces.
Respondents to the survey said these measures included playing loud music, bird song and traffic noise from speakers, as well as metal spikes embedded into infrastructure.
John, one of 458 people Crisis spoke to who were sleeping rough or have slept rough in the last year, said he has experienced noise pollution in a tunnel that prevented him sleeping there.
“You just couldn’t sleep, because of the noise, it was boats, trains, bird noises, animal noises, it was strange, it was altogether, you know, and it was weird, it was horrible,” he said.
Steve, also homeless, said the noise “wasn’t music it was like, bird’s noises, boats… and then trains.”
A third of those surveyed said these measures prevented them from finding anywhere to sleep at night, while some 60 percent said they have also seen a rise in spikes and other types of “defensive architecture.”
Some 21 percent also reported being “wetted down” – when their sleeping bags and bedding is sprayed with water while they are still in them.
Two-thirds of respondents said they have seen an increase in security guards and wardens in public spaces who moved them along if they tried to sleep.
One homeless woman, Shelly, said police attitudes towards homeless people have changed in the UK.
“Before they’d leave you alone, whereas now, you know, they’ll come actually looking for you, and either arrest you or move you on.”
Earlier this month homelessness charity Shelter published findings indicating the number of homeless people in the UK has surpassed a quarter of a million.
Some 255,000 people are forced to live in hostels and other types of temporary accommodation or to sleep rough on the streets, the group found.
A homeless man was found dead on the streets of Birmingham just a day after the report was published, with some bystanders speculating he “froze to death” on one of the coldest nights of the year.
Crisis Chief Executive Jon Sparkes said: “The rise of anti-homeless spikes, noise pollution and other hostile measures is a sad indictment of how we treat the most vulnerable people in our society.
“Rough sleeping is devastating enough without homeless people having to endure such hostility from their surroundings.
“We can all be guilty of adopting an out of sight, out of mind attitude when it comes to homelessness. Instead we need to acknowledge that it is rising and that we need to work together to end it.”

so I found out after a few years that the refridgerator which my family bought for me when I moved into my own appartment didn't just make those weird sounds at all.
There are/is a girl/s or woma/en who talk through it with a strange mechanism which makes it sound really spooky and they make sounds like an evil foe.What they say is also related to my thoughts.
So I found out, that this is supposed to be "Freeza" from the TV series "Dragon Ball Z" and they are making some weird sexual/warrior-princess like programming with me.
Apparently they compare me to the Hindu god "Lord Hanuman" which is supposed to be "Son Goku" of "Dragon Ball".
Yeah and a lot of other mind control stuff, appears that the people I used to meet for were all in on this, they always had that strange looks in their faces as if they were all in on something together and always exlcuded me in a strange way but I never gave it any attention. One of them once sang the Dragon Ball theme song for no reason and all laughed and they and other people basically play some kind of Oz programming with me.
One of their doctrines also is that you should "see the good in everything and not the evil" which is probably how they can live their lives together doing something like that to individuals.
Also my neighbor in the appartment before who is a friend of my family and the one now living above me were using techniques to psychologically torture me and probably create split personalities. They always wait(ed) until I go to the toilet and then they flush their own toilet so I know that they are always after me and in my head even in my most private but most important: to make me angry, to provoke in a really brutal way.
Today I guess this is all fitting their Dragon Ball programming, the provocation to get in the rage mental state, then those "friends" are there to handle me and to make me smoke marihuana and then they make me exercise and they play games with my life or my fate in their cabal and they do this via "mind control".
For example playing chess to set me up with a woman, one person always "inserts" thoughts of how positive she is, the other one then reacts with thoughts of how negative she is and those thoughts are really manipulative and set your whole mood and character when they insert them, so this is harsh stuff.
So about the fridge I really don't know what to do. I could deassemble it and find that apparatus which they use to talk through it. I dont dare to confront my parents with it, I am really scared of what will happen since they were cold enough to do this with me and lie into my face without any remorse. They'd probably deny it all and maybe I get killed in the end or something. I also dont know if and how I could contact law enforcement about this since they do the serious Disney sexual programming kind of stuff with me, which is kept secret since centuries and there is the whole masonry behind it.

This one is called Facial Profile and is similar to the Findface app that I posted about in May. But it is on an opt-in basis, so you can use a privacy setting. It says it wants to "transcend the boundaries between augmented reality and social interaction." I still think it will be a stalkers` paradise.
This study shows a link between abuse of animals and abuse/violence against people. It talks about empathy and normalised violence witnessed by adolescents, but I notice it doesn`t say anything about vivisection and psychologists teaching students to experiment on animals!
I would have thought most people know that children who torture animals tend to abuse people when they become adults, it`s common knowledge.
The perps here torture and kill animals, birds, and insects. They used to put dead animals and worms on my doorstep or on my way to work, also dead flies around my home. One time they manipulated a bumble bee on my window sill - the poor little creature staggered backwards and forwards, till I got it to walk on to a bit of paper and let it out of the window - it flew off completely normally. It really upsets me.
So, I've had a hard time with intelligence agencies messing with me along with a few snobby rich people. They've tried to get me to commit suicide, fail at life and physically hurt me with mysterious "ailments."
I know I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed, but I see something wrong with this picture. See, lately, they've been reprogramming me. They feed my backthoughts when I sleep and change the way I perceive the world. I can barely fight back. Heaven forbid they the right thing. HI All I discovered that me and my children are victims of Gang stalking also known as Predatory Gang Stalking about two an a half years ago, although we have been targeted for way many more years, I now believe I been a targeted individual since I was a little girl. Since my discovery of what has been happening to me and my children I've started looking up what was the reason for theses low lives, sick in the head, corrupt CIA, FBI/FEDS agents along with the preps to do this to thousands of innocent individual and came across many different reasons. Although I know you can't believe in all the videos you see and things you may read. I noticed what came up many times in the videos I've watched is how they can read our thoughts . If that is true then its a good thing. We can flip the script on them, by stating things in our mind that will drive them crazy for what they're doing . In hope that they can read and or hear what we'll thinking and get the message. And repeat what ever it is we want them to do, over and over and over again to drive them crazy for what they're doing. Now doesn't that sounds like a great idea . :)

These are crimes against humanity according to the Rome Statute in that they include -

5. Other inhumane acts of a similar character intentionally causing great suffering, or serious injury to body or to mental or physical health.
These atrocities are being done to thousands of victims remotely with electronic or microwave technology.
As long ago as 1994 in Montreux, Switzerland the International Committee of the Red Cross - ICRC raised the issue of Psychotronic or Directed-Energy weapons, also at the Geneva Forum in 2002, and also in 2009 at the 5th European Symposium on Non-Lethal Weapons and at the European Conference and at other conferences and meetings.
In January 1999, the European Parliament passed a resolution where it calls “ for an international convention introducing a global ban on all development and deployment of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings. It is our conviction that this ban can not be implemented without the global pressure of the informed general public on the governments. Our major objective is to get across to the general public the real threat which these weapons represent for human rights and democracy and to apply pressure on the governments and parliaments around the world to enact legislature which would prohibit the use of these devices to both government and private organisations as well as individuals.” (Plenary sessions/Europarliament, 1999)
In October 2001, Congressman Dennis J. Kucinich introduced a bill to the House of Representatives which, it was hoped would be extremely important in the fight to expose and stop psycho-electronic mind control experimentation on involuntary, non-consensual citizens. The Bill was referred to the Committee on Science, and in addition to the Committee on Armed Services and International Relations. In the original bill a ban was sought on ‘exotic weapons’ including electronic, psychotronic or information weapons, chemtrails, particle beams, plasmas, electromagnetic radiation, extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation, or mind control technologies. Despite the inclusion of a prohibition of the basing of weapons in space, and the use of weapons to destroy objects or damage objects in space, there is no mention in the revised bill of any of the aforementioned mind-invasive weaponry, nor of the use of satellite or radar or other energy based technology for deploying or developing technology designed for deployment against the minds of human beings. (Space Preservation Act, 2002)
Please be assured that for years these weapons have been used to terribly torture and abuse victims all over the world.
This letter is to ask for your help for the many victims who are being attacked with Psychotronic (or Mind Control, Electronic, Directed Energy, Neurological, Non-lethal) Weapons.
Some of our ELECTRONIC TORTURE, ABUSE AND EXPERIMENTATION CASES detail the most extreme and totalitarian violations of human rights in human history, including the most horrendous psychological tortures, rapes, sexual abuse, physical assaults, surgical mutilations, ‘mind control’, and other mental and physical mutilations.
Among other things the perpetrators of these crimes can place the human subject under continuous surveillance no matter where he/she is; they can monitor the human brain, including thoughts, reactions, motor commands, auditory events and visual images; they can continuously alter consciousness, introduce voices, noises, other disturbances, commands, images and "dreams" into the brain; and they can directly abuse, torture and hit bodies - including performing advanced medical procedures - from remote locations. The technology they are using is so advanced that it allows the controller(s) to see through the eyes of the targeted individual, essentially seeing whatever the victim sees.
Many of us are being tortured and abused in these ways 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – year in year out.
These are extreme and monstrous CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY - indescribably terrible in themselves - coupled with the ORWELLIAN secrecy and denial of any support at all that we are experiencing, makes them even more horrendous and monstrous.
We have contacted most Governments, Security/Intelligence Agencies, Religious Organisations, International Organizations, Human Rights Organizations, Universities, Scientific and other Institutions, and the International Media all over the world - over and over and over again – and have had our appeals for assistance, protection and/or publicity almost completely ignored and/or suppressed.
Some TARGETED INDIVIDUALS have been attempting to gain assistance, protection and/or publicity about these crimes since the 1990s - and even earlier - this extends as far back into the history of illegal ‘scientific and medical’ testing and experimentation as MKULTRA, COINTELPRO and the DUPLESSIS ORPHANS - and further.
We are still collecting CASE SUMMARIES from TARGETED INDIVIDUALS all over the world, and we have also advised them to send them to you - “THE SELECTED WITNESSES” - TO WITNESS, RECORD AND OPPOSE so that :-
A. We can be sure that as many people as possible know about these horrendous crimes.
B. We can be sure that these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are either trying to uphold the rule of National, International and Human Rights Law, and that we will, sooner or later, be protected by these laws.
C. Or that we can be sure these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are complicit and/or acquiescent to these CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY and that National, International and Human Rights Law no longer apply - in which case our task will be to get the rule of these laws restored.
Later these records should become an information source - such as the INTERNATIONAL TRACING OFFICE set up to record the fates and whereabouts of Jews (and others?) after WW11. The information collected can then be used by the appropriate people for LEGAL, MEDICAL, WELFARE, HISTORICAL etc. records.
As well as being illegal the crimes being committed against us are contrary to the Principles and Values of all the major religions and ethical systems - so we will also be demonstrating to all of these people and AUTHORITIES AND ORGANISATIONS the huge disconnect between their professed Principles and Values and the reality. We will be showing their monstrous Doublespeak Doublethink Doubledo ignorance, stupidity and/or hypocrisy.
