Cybernetics is the fusion of man with machine.   The World Economic Forum, on their website weforum.org have published a document informing the world that they are running a program called 'the internet of bodies'  which involves fusing your body and the bodies of all of your family with a computerized control system by wireless means and from a remote location.     They would then download information directly to your brain and central nervous system against your will whenever they wished which would force you to listen to simulations of the voices of either the 'internet of bodies program staff members or to voices which are being generated by pre-programmed algorithms.   They would also download pain, electric shock, disablement,  forced muscle movement, paralysis and virtual sexual abuse among other unwanted experiences.   They would also upload data from your body and brain  such as your EEG patterns into their centralized super computers and computer networks.   They would be able to discern from your uploaded EEG patterns such intimate information about you as to how many times you eat food each day, how often you urinate each day,  and how often you have sexual intercourse each year as well as your heart rate, your pulse rate and your breathing rate among many other pieces of data about you.

I am cybernetically linked by wireless means to such  a computerized control system without my consent and I have been so for a number of years.  It is worse than death.  I would prefer to be dead than to have to experience this  situation.  I have no mental privacy because I am locked on to the internet of bodies  computerized control system by a bi-directional stream of low frequency electromagnetic energy which is locked on to my unique brain signature and to implanted material inside my brain and body.   I am not the only targeted individual of this type of situation.  In my country, the Republic of Ireland, I know many other targeted individuals who are experiencing the same experiences as myself.  We have attempted to inform Irish politicians, the Gardai and the main stream media of our targeting which is sometimes known as no touch torture, silent torture or cybernetic torture but they refused to believe us and instead they mandate us to attend for psychiatric evaluation.   This immediately makes it unsafe for us to continue speaking to them and it also makes it unsafe for us to ever return to them to make a follow up statement.   Some of the targeted individuals which I know of throughout the Republic of Ireland and the wider world have attempted suicide in order to escape from the aforementioned cybernetic torture.

Under the internet of things protocol which is a similar protocol to the internet of bodies your computer would be placed under partial external wireless control where you would be only allowed to use it at the discretion of cybernetic staff if you conformed in every way with the demands of the Luciferian world dictatorship.   Your electric car or electric bicycle would be wirelessly clamped on the road if you were found to be disobedient to the demands of any member of the Luciferian world dictatorship.  Your smart television and smart washing machine and smart fridge would no longer work if you were disobedient to the Luciferian world dictatorship.   Never purchase and electric bicycle, electric car, smart watch, or any smart technology.  By wearing a smart watch, data is being collected from your body and transmitted wirelessly to an unknown remote location which allows your brain to be automatically mapped which further allows your brain and central nervous system to be placed under cybernetic control.

Reject any and all covid vaccines which you will be offered.  They would most likely contain hydrogel sensors and other materials which would be used to fuse your body with the wireless internet of bodies program which would enable the Luciferian world dictatorship to enslave you for the rest of your life and to torture and genocide you if they saw fit.

The brains of most government workers are deliberately being damaged through transcranial magnetic stimulation of the temporal lobes of their brains by the use of Narrative Disruptors and Inductors. (Activist Post) Whistleblower Reveals Military Mind Control Project At Major University
What if the government could change people’s moral beliefs or stop political dissent through remote control of people’s brains?
Sounds like science fiction, right? Well, a leaked document reveals that the US government, through DARPA research, is very close to accomplishing this.
Activist Post was recently contacted by an anonymous whistleblower who worked on a secret ongoing mind-control project for DARPA. The aim of the program is to remotely disrupt political dissent and extremism by employing “Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation” (TMS) in tandem with sophisticated propaganda based on this technology. TMS stimulates the temporal lobe of the brain with electromagnetic fields.
The program, conducted by The Center for Strategic Communication, is based at Arizona State University. The DARPA funding for this project can be confirmed on the ASU website here; since this publishing, ASU removed the info. The head of the project, Steve Corman, has worked extensively in the area of strategic communication as it applies to terrorism and “extremism” – or what could be called “the war of ideas.”
Corman’s latest project Narrating The Exit From Afghanistan and his many presentations make it quite obvious that the mission is to shape the narrative and literally change people’s minds. Lest one believe it will be contained to overseas extremists, we should keep in mind that the word extremist is increasingly used domestically. The dissenters of yesterday could easily become the terrorist sympathizers and supporters of political violence tomorrow.
This DARPA research brings about many ethical questions and dilemmas. Mainly, this research aims to literally induce or disrupt the operation of narratives within the brain. In other words, this research aims to stop individuals from thinking certain thoughts and make others believe things they normally would not believe. This research has tremendous interrogation possibilities and could potentially be used to more successfully spread propaganda or stop political upheaval to an unsuspecting public.
This research is being conducted by The Center for Strategic Communication at ASU and is entitled“Toward Narrative Disruptors and Inductors: Mapping the Narrative Comprehension Network and its Persuasive Effects” A detailed overview of the project can be found in the document below. Highlights include:
In phase 3 of the research, the research group will “selectively alter aspects of narrative structure and brain functions via Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) to induce or disrupt selected features of narrative processing.” (Page 16, emphasis added)
TMS is a very powerful tool used to impair the brain functioning of individuals. See the videos below for a brief demonstration of the effects of TMS.

Once the research group determines which parts of the brain are associated with cognitive reasoning and narrative comprehension, they will be attempt to impair those sections in order to “create a fundamental basis for understanding how to disrupt or enhance aspects of narrative structure and/or brain functioning to minimize or maximize persuasive effects on subject proclivity to engage in political violence.” (Page 23)
Once it is determined that disruption of certain portions of the brain can enhance persuasive messaging, individuals can be persuaded to do things they normally would not do and believe things they normally would not believe. This could include something as simple as telling a closely guarded secret, to believing in government propaganda or even committing a violent act. The group writes on page 26, “once we have produced a narrative comprehension model [i.e., how individuals comprehend stories and persuasive messages], end users [aka the government] will understand how to activate known neural networks (e.g., working memory or attention) and positive behavioral outcome (e.g., nonviolent actions) nodes with strategic communication messages as a means to reduce incidences of political violence in contested populations.” The group will investigate “possibilities for literally disrupting the activity of the NCN [narrative comprehension network] through Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation.” (page 30) [text added]
The group is so confident that they will be able to induce or disrupt the operations of narratives in the brain, that they say on page 26 that the research “offers the capability to induce or disrupt the operation of narratives in the brain, and develops the capability to induce narrative validity [i.e., the believability of a particular narrative/message], transportation [i.e., the ability to be engaged by a narrative], and integration [i.e., associating a particular narrative with a larger, more culturally specific narrative] with certainty.” [text added]
The group gives the following example of this projects usefulness: “If it is the case that activation in one particular neural network enables people to connect personal narrative to master narratives [i.e., cultural narratives], by disrupting activity in that brain area, we should be able to selectively impair that specific aspect of narrative processing while holding other meaning-making processes constant, effectively creating a ‘narrative disruptor.’ Not only would this be an important finding in the science of neural networks and narrative persuasion, but would also have considerable practical and strategic importance.” (page 40) [text added]
Essentially, the research aims to literally disrupt how people think and comprehend ideas and messages.
Further, and perhaps even more terrifying, on page 40, the group writes, “Mechanical disruptions of narrative processing may be, ultimately, replicated in through targeted strategic communication campaigns that approximate the narrative disruptions induced via magnetic stimulation.” So, after figuring out which parts of the brain are activated by particular persuasive messages and propaganda, the government can test out messages that only activate particular portions of the brain and not others, in order to persuade individuals to believe or not believe something. Essentially, they are attempting to modify brain functioning without TMS, and only words. One can only imagine the strategies the government could use with this technology. They could make the public believe almost anything that suits their needs. It could literally lead to mass brainwashing.
But what does this mean, practically? It means that if this research succeeds, the government will be able to modify how one personally thinks. They could strap you in a chair, put a machine to your head, turn off parts of your brain, introduce a persuasive message, and make you believe it.
Further, through extensive research, they may be able to replicate the machine’s brain disrupting functioning simply through carefully crafted and researched persuasive messages and propaganda. They can use brain imaging to determine which portions of the brain are activated when a particular message is presented to an individual, and if the “right” portions are activated, they know the message will circumvent one’s mental reasoning and lead to almost automatic acceptance. With enough data, the government could spread propaganda through the media that people will almost automatically believe, whether it is true or not.
In terms of interrogation possibilities, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation can be forced upon individuals to make them believe certain things, say certain things, and perhaps admit to acts they did not actually commit (as the TMS can induce narrative validity), or commit acts they normally would not commit.
The government is literally trying to brainwash the public. This is not science fiction. Technology has made it possible to induce and disrupt cognitive functioning in individuals. In the future, your thoughts may not be your own, but ones that have been implanted into your brain through exceedingly successful and validated propaganda.

In 2002 The Economist noted that neuroscience would be the future of mind control. Well, now we’re evidently here. This area of study has received $100 million in funding via Obama’s ten-year BRAIN Project, as well as a $1.3 billion commitment from Europe. The human brain is seen as the final frontier and is being explored from every angle conceivable.
The above investments are openly discussed. The same is true for the National Nanotechnology Initiative 2011 Strategic Plan. This 60-page document lays out a projected future “to understand and control matter” for the management of every facet of human life in the areas of environment, health and safety. Twenty-five U.S. Federal agencies are participating.

Concurrently, there is heavy military funding through agencies such as the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). This raises the question of transparency when a “black budget” often justifies total secrecy in the name of national security.

Advancements in neuroscience are coming at an exponential rate, as each day seems to headline a new breakthrough. For example, it recently has been announced that:

For now, there appears to be a lot of parsing of words within the ASU project to stress that this is about “persuasion” not “influence” which can be seen in the meeting notes. It’s also repeatedly mentioned that there is not a desire to organically change the brain itself, but to focus on the story being told and how to properly disseminate information — propaganda, in other words. Finally, there is the troubling note about focusing on the Christian/Muslim narrative as exemplary of the extremism which needs to be reprogrammed.
Given what we know about the other military research into direct mind control, any benign assertions of this project at ASU must be called into question. The fact that members of this group were divided into teams red and blue to construct arguments for and against if word were to get out to “activists” and the public is additionally troubling.
If we combine all of this information with other releases about The Pentagon’s work with “narrative networks,” reported on by the BBC, it becomes clear that now is the time to discuss ethics, as no one in the scientific and military communities seems eager to bring possible attacks on our free will to the forefront.

Currently we have no free markets. The Federal Reserve bank makes sure of that. Algorithms are being used to set prices of all goods and services. The United States is now a collective corporate dictatorship.

The Pilgrim Society are using their own privately owned main stream media to attack United States President Donald Trump. They are white supremacists and racists. We have evidence that the Gardai are not accepting statements from us for no good reason and that is one of the reasons why I and others are taking this court case. When we complain to them of our harassment and psychological torture they refuse to accept statements from us and then we are immediately mandated to attend for psychiatric evaluation. When we then speak to the attending police psychiatrist we are obliged to withdraw half of the story that we informed the attending Garda of in order to save ourselves from wrongly being immeditaley incarcerated inside a psychiatric hospital if we should persist with telling the truth.
We have evidence to support the fact that psychiatrists are also perverting the course of justice by falsely declaring us as mentally ill without any reason whatsoever other than that we inform them that we are hearing voices and feeling sensation and experiencing a variety of other unwanted experiences, all of which can be engendered by the capabilities which are outlined in the Richard C Walker wireless internet of things patent number 6965816 and that is another reason why I and others are taking this court case. When we are wrongly incarcerated inside psychiatric hospitals for telling the truth to psychiatrists about being targeted with wireless directed energy weapons or other unknown electronic weapons we have to later withdraw our true story and falsely claim that we were mentally ill when we experienced being attacked by said directed energy weapons or other military weapons from a distance, in order to eventually gain release from psychiatric hospitals. Resistance to the new world order central control system is possible. There is a world war being fought at the moment by unconventional means. Most of the human race have dust sized particulates inside their heads and bodies which came to be there because it has been sprayed on us and placed in processed food. Said dust sized particulates coagulate inside the human body to the extent that eventually they could technically be called technology. Many of us have already been wirelessly linked from this technology which is inside our bodies to super computers by a myriad of bi-directional wireless links. We each have a unique brain signature so we can now have our brains dialled up and be forced to listen to the voices of unknown neuro operatives whenever they wish to speak to us. By the same means they can also wirelessly send us voice commands and pain signals. They can place us on a virtual reality hold whenever they wish, where we are then forced to watch either a still or moving image inside our closed eyes. We can also be sleep deprived by wireless means. Information can be sent via the wireless links which can make any or all of our organs malfunction. Information can be sent to our muscles which can force them to move against our wills. When enough wireless two-way links are eventually created between a human being and a network of super-computers then that human being can be wirelessly remote controlled by unknown operatives who control that human being from an unknown remote location even though that human being might never have met the individuals who remote control him or her.
As soon as your unique brain and body signature has been collected and collated by neuro operatives you would then be placed on this wireless control, enslavement and torture system. It is a simple matter for the neuro operatives to collect your unique brain and body signature. People are employed to hold a device close to your brain and body for several seconds while you are out in public, and this occurs without your knowledge. They then collate this information back at the control centre. You will then begin to hear inner voices. These inner voices could possibly be made to speak to you on such a low level that you would not be able to hear them. Never the less they could affect the way you think and act. We must resist now before fifth generation wireless technology is installed and activated throughout this and every other country in the world. If you fail to act, the bandwidth to wirelessly enslave every man, woman and child in Ireland will be available to the individuals who wish to enslave us.
I have been enslaved by this method for more than sixteen years. The Gardaí are not being informed about wireless weapons when they attend Templemore Gardaí Training College even though wireless weapons are now widespread throughout the whole world. This leads me to believe that those who run Templemore Gardaí Training College are not being truthful to the Gardaí or to the Irish people. Trainee psychiatrists are also not being informed about the existence and widespread use of wireless weapons. It is a well known fact to those behind psychiatry that psychiatry is a false science with nothing of a scientific nature to sustain it.
If you allow yourself to become wirelessly linked to the worldwide central control and enslavement system you could be tortured by wireless means if you dared to disobey. You must act now to disassemble and ban microwave transmitters and millimetre wave transmitters. We must organise ourselves against the individuals who control the the international banking community who are also known as the deep state. We do not know who they are. However, they have been attempting to set up others to make them appear as if they are the ones who are in charge. I AM A TARGETED INDIVIDUAL. WHY IS THERE A POLICY TO ENSLAVE ME?

When I scream out in pain some of the neuro staff ask if my neighbours can hear me scream. The co-ordinating staff then inform them that I live in the country side and I don’t have any near neighbours who could possibly hear me scream. If I then refuse to get up out of my bed the level of the pain which is sent to me from the computerized control system is then increased. If I then get out of bed because of the intensification of the pain I am effectively a slave. Why is there a policy to enslave me?
Whenever targeted individuals attend their local police station to file a complaint of remote wirelessly enabled torture the duty officer considers it his or her duty to send the filer of the complaint for further psychiatric evaluation and from then on it is considered no longer an area of concern to the police. The psychiatrist almost always confines the complainant inside a psychiatric hospital where they lose their legal rights. Even though there is thought to be a legal system in place known as an advocacy system which has been set up to protect the legal rights of psychiatric patients this advocacy system has no real power and is sometimes thought of as a system which was set up to falsely make the general public believe that psychiatric patients has legal representation. I am non-consensually  wirelessly linked from implants in my brain and body to a computer network by a two way link.  This two way link allows the computer and neuro operatives to speak to me against my will and without my permission.   I am being forced to listen to them throughout each day as I go about my everyday life.   I hear their voices coming from inside my head due implantation with a neuro communication device.   I have heard that a neuro communication device known as a brain radio exists and is being used against some targeted individuals.   However, I don't know what type of chip I have been implanted with.    I keep a daily blog of  where I write what these unknown neuro operatives say to me on an ongoing basis.  Here are some of what the neuro operatives have said in the past twenty four hours,  all of which I have heard coming from inside my head.

"No one was expecting this level of extreme interference in this woman's life."     This was followed by   "If you quote my name I will be endangered."    (I did not know the name of the speaker.)

"The program softened her cough for her a bit I suppose."

"You are doing your own loading and unloading.  This is not allowed.  We require a trained expert to carry out all processes which have been deemed to be a danger to human health and safety."   (I was using a wheel barrow at the time I heard this verbiage coming from inside my head.)

" We are now aware that the Irish secret police know what has been happening to you over sixteen years and they have done nothing to alleviate your suffering through fear of their lives and that of their families.   Leo Varadkar knows nothing of this."

At ten minutes and seven seconds into the above linked youtube video   a banner heading appears on the screen which says the following   "Mind Reading Technology being used to Monitor Chinese Workers Emotions".   While I was reading that heading a voice of a neuro operatives who I am now wirelessly linked to informed me that mind reading technology is now being used to monitor the emotions of all of the most senior Gardaí in the Republic of Ireland including the Chief Superintendent.   I have been non-consensually  subjected to both remote neural monitoring and remote neural manipulation for a number of years and I am in constant contact with unknown neuro staff who transmit their voices inside my head by wireless means.

There is a crisis occurring behind the scenes in all of our lives. Many individuals throughout most countries of the world are having wireless body sensor networks which are also known as WBANs implanted in and on their bodies, where they are then wirelessly tethered to a computer system which effectively turns them into electronic slaves, where all electrical activity in their brains and bodies are being monitored on a constant basis throughout each and every moment of their lives . When they complain to agents of the state nothing of any value is being done to help them to the extent that most of these so-called electronic slaves have stopped consulting the police, psychiatry, social workers, general practitioners, politicians, and clergy men about this growing and extreme problem. They can not effectively prove that they have been implanted by this wireless body sensor network, as the implantation is taking place at a time where they have been rendered unaware that they are being implanted by the use of frequency weapons.  However, when tested under controlled conditions, the frequencies which are being emitted from their bodies differ profoundly from the frequencies which are being emitted from the bodies of human beings who have not yet become wirelessly linked to this computer system. 

The ongoing process of turning human beings into electronic slaves has become a large and growing industry which is being conducted behind the scenes of our lives by a growing army of human beings some of who are being allowed out of prison early in order to continue the process of surreptitiously implanting their fellow human beings with WBANs.  Some human beings have been singled out for extra punishment whereby their whole bodies are being prepared for rigid immobilization also known as paralysis if they refuse to obey the would-be slave masters.   Some human beings are experiencing a relatively new phenomenon known as forced muscle movement due to the fact that their muscles can be wirelessly remote controlled by outside operatives. They can be made to commit a crime against their will. They can be made to have super human strength.

There are no satellites. The existence of satellites was created by disinformation agents. The existence of satellites is a hoax. Firstly, there is no material that can resist the heat of the thermosphere which is 2000 degrees celsius. Secondly, air and space can not co-exist side by side. This feat has never been achieved in a laboratory setting. It is biologically impossible for space to even exist other than air.
