The human energy field provides a protective shield around the body.   When we are frightened or upset it shrinks and therefore it becomes less protective.   Non-consensual neuro research subjects are almost constantly insulted or frightened by unknown neuro operatives who speak to them by wireless direct communication which has come to be known as voice to skull or v2k.    The reasons are complex but one of the main reasons for doing so may be to shrink the human energy field in order to allow other  neuro operatives to infiltrate the human energy field of the non-consensual neuro research subject more easily.

I personally have been implanted with brain technology and now unknown strangers are able to read and write into my brain function in real time, remotely. For many decades the CIA and other intelligence agencies have been implanting unaware members of the public with a large variety of implants in order to wirelessly conduct a large variety of experiments on them at a later date. The normal mode of operations of the CIA is to break into the home of the selected targeted individual and render them unconscious using frequency tools before they implant them. The targeted individual has no memory of the implantation procedure when they wake up the following morning. However, at a later date they realize that they have become targeted with extreme technology when they begin to experience strange and unexplainable phenomena happening to them on a continual basis.

When a targeted individual becomes implanted with black budget, classified brain technology they are then wirelessly connected by a two way low frequency, electromagnetic stream of energy which then allows criminal neuro staff to read and write into their brain function. The targeted individual is effectively online on a continual basis for the remainder of their life. The criminal neuro staff can force the targeted individual to listen to them speak by wireless means, whenever they wish. The criminal neuro staff can send moving images by wireless means to the targeted individual which the targeted individual would then perceive as a mental image inside their head. These mental images which the targeted individual receives are often images as well as a large variety of other types of disgusting images. The criminal neuro staff can wirelessly send electric shocks and pain signals and other bodily sensations to the targeted individual. The criminal neuro staff can wirelessly write false information into the brain of the targeted individual in order to render the targeted individual unwell at any time, or even paralyse or kill the targeted individual if they so wish.
I have been a targeted individual of wirelessly enabled remote experimentation for sixteen years. I keep a frequent online blog where I outline some of what the criminal neuro operatives say to me when they reproduce their voices inside my head using their extremely advanced and classified wireless technology. Here below is a small sample of what they said to me in the past two days and my response to some of it :-
“You will do what I say because I am your better.”
My response to that statement is that all human beings are equal under natural law and all are of infinite value. Anybody who believes otherwise is living in a false reality construct where they believe they should grovel to some of their own equals and look down on others of their own equals.
“Tidy up your image.”
“I am bitterly opposed to this technology being used in Ireland.”
“We are not interested in propriety. We are only interested in enslaving the human race.”
“I will take the wheels off your bicycle when you are in town.”
“We are forced to detail the life of a woman who doesn't do anything.”
“She is informed, and we know she is informed, and now we are going ahead and paralysing her from head to toe.”
“Implore her to get a housemate or they will kick her out of that house.” My response to that statement is – I was born in the house that I now live in fifty nine years ago. It was built by my grandfather without any financial help from a bank. It is my family home and they do not have a right to kick me out ever.
“Don't be naughty.” My response to that statement is – When human beings become slaves the slave masters treat them as children in the sense that when African American men were enslaved they were called boys instead of men in order to belittle them. By telling me not to be naughty they are treating me like a child instead of an adult woman in order to psychologically bring me down to the level of a child.
“She better get up. They don't tolerate her being in bed during the day.”
“Go and get a life” My response to that statement is as follows – I have a life. You are the one who is interfering in my life, obviously because no one will listen to you in your own life. That is why you and your colleagues force me to listen to you on a continual basis, each and every day for the past sixteen years.

Those who are awake and aware are now mostly of the belief that the existence of satellites is a hoax, and all of the technology which is being used to technologically enslave us is ground based or air based. Therefore we can easily reach all of the technology being used against us in order to disempower and destroy it

The European Human Brain project and the United States Brain Initiative claim that they are at the initial stages of understanding how to human brain works. However, I and hundreds of thousands of other non-consensual victims of neuro-scientific research are fully aware that advances in brain science are far ahead of what the general public are being informed about and that such knowledge is being secretly used against the human race on a massive scale throughout the world in order to further control and enslave humanity. Because a differential in knowledge leads to a differential in power, those in possession of scientific knowledge relating to how to manipulate the human brain from a distance are secretly using it to manipulate and hurt many human beings by wireless means. These evil neuro operatives and neuro agents are believed to be a multi- national criminal cabal that operate black projects in all countries throughout the world and they are all working together to take over the world using these advanced technologies. It is believed that they also control the main stream media.
Particulates of neural dust are being sent into human brains by chemtrail spraying of the skies over our heads. Ultrasound powers the neural dust and activates the system for full monitoring of a random selection of human beings. This system allows ordinary people going about their lives to be interrogated by unknown neuro operatives who do their work by wireless means and from a distance. This random selection of human beings suddenly begin to hear the voices of their interrogaters coming from inside their heads. I have been and still am a victim of this non-consensual neuro scientific research for many years and my brain and body are wirelessly linked to the computer system of the unknown criminal neuro operatives. They use energy weapons to see inside my brain and body which aids in their scientific research. They can and do read my inner thoughts and reply to them in real time. They have built a three dimensional image of my body so that they can monitor my movements throughout my home all day, every day. All of the electrical energy which is generated by my brain and body on a constant basis is uploaded to their computer network for elaborate data analysis and still further analysis later which is then carried out by another team of scientists who I am informed work at Fort Meade, Maryland, U.S.A. I was born in and have lived in Ireland, Europe for the whole of my life since 1960. Not alone can the teams of unknown neuro operatives who wirelessly interrogate me force me to listen to their voices on a constant basis, they also send me moving images, odours, mild pain signals, electric shocks, feelings, sensations and forced muscle movement. Whenever I am brain to brain linked with one of these neuro operatives, if they laugh I am forced against my will to laugh also. If they speak during the brain to brain link I am forced to speak whatever they say, and this happens entirely against my will and without my permssion. This is commonly known as forced speech among targeted individuals, but because the uninitiated human race can not conceptualize such advanced technology they generally do not believe us when we tell them of our experiences. Naivete has no place in the lives of individuals living in this century of unparalleled advances in science and technology.
I write a blog most days which I post online in which I detail a small amount of what the neuro opertives say to me whenever they reproduce their voices inside my head, which is almost constantly. Some of what they say to me is very insulting and frightening. I post it online so that others who might experience a similar fate at some time in the future would be better prepared for the shock. Here below is a small sample of what these unknown voices have said to me and about me to their colleagues in the past day or two. They sometimes tend to contradict each other because there are many and varied staff working on this black budget neuro research, who all have different points of view, and who all speak to me via the invisible neurolink which connects us.   I do not receive payment for this writing  and I do not wish to receive payment for it.  My only wish is to help expose large scale corruption throughout the world.  
"You have become a nuicance due to your online blogs and that is why I am going to calm the situation down by allowing you to write whatever you like but then ring fencing it within a certain radius of control. Now, write whatever you like about us and our work. We dont like you."
"We are psychologically torturing you because we are paid well to do so, and we are also passing on information to you to give to the public so that we will not be psychologically tortured ourselves some day by the self-same system which we are using on, you due to possible expansion of the system throughout the world in the future. Also, we are under a level of unforseen control ourselves."
"What happened to the dishes. Why aren't they washed.?"
I heard one of the neuro agents saying the following via the neuro link "We have to deal." I asked what that phrase meant, precisely. The neuro agent replied using the neurolink and I heard his voice coming from inside my head while saying the following "We have to take this system up a notch with regard to investigating you." I then asked "Have you any reason to investigate me". The reply I received back was as follows "No. We have no reason to investigate you."
"The inner bearings of Gretta Fahey have been destroyed by too much information and now they can't be deciphered properly."
"My staff are charged with larceny. They have stolen information that I put out and they have made it their own. "
I heard the following being said to a member of the neuro staff by another member of staff "You will get your hands off for speaking to me like that."
"Digestive information is what I am looking for."
"I will smather you into a million pieces."
"Why aren't you disciplined like the others."
"She is like a vulture." (I disagree with this assessment of me by an unknown neuro staff member because I dont eat meat, fish, chicken or eggs. I am nothing like a vulture.
"What is this information coming through from her clothing? We can't get our normal residues at all." I believe the reason this was said by the neuro operatives is because I do not wash my clothes in laundry detergent because it has been blended with particulates which can be used to assess how clean the clothes somebody is wearing are by an operative while they stand near the wearer and using a device to read the clothes. I always wash my clothes in dishwashing detergent which I have heard does not contain such particulates. I wash my clothes daily but I like to do everything I can to deter the neuro operatives from collecting private data from my person.
Last night the neuro operatives were conducting experiements in my right lung and they inadvertantly caused me to feel extreme pain in my lung. They said the following "sub collar job failed, very painful for the lady."
I have found through experimentation over many years some ways to deter the neuro operatives from obtaining information from my brain and body. One successful way is to hold an analogue radio close to my brain or body while setting it to medium wave and while constantly moving the dial back and over from station to station. Even if ther is nothing available only white noise this is enough to completely stop them in their attempts to gain the information they wish to analyse from my brain and body.

 Unknown neuro operatives are  reproducing their voices inside my head using wireless embedded systems.  This process is known as microwave hearing, synthetic telepathy, or sometimes voice to skull direct human communication.  The military and intelligence services have been using this process to communicate with each other as well as their enemies for many decades.  It is being used on a world wide scale, mostly in secret.   Strong radio frequeny signals come from my ears at random times throughout each day as a result of this embedded system which possibly came about due to inhalation and ingestion of nano technology or through direct implantation of micro receivers and transmitters in the hearing centres of my brain.  

 I believe that the reason  that I am being non-consensually interrogated by voice to skull direct human communication technology every day for nearly sixteen years is because I am claiming disability allowance for irritable bowel syndrome and the validity of my claim can not be verified by legal means. Therefore unknown individuals wielding advanced technology which enables them to reproduce their voices inside my head day and night  issue death threats and insults towards me and verbally harass me every waking moment for nearly sixteen years. They are also using similar technology to force me to feel unwanted sensations throughout my body.
When I reply to them by saying the following "Why am I hearing your voice coming from inside my head wholly against my will and without my permission,  that then would allow another of their colleagues to know without any doubt how they are obtaining the non-consensual data they are gathering on me.  They then react in a  frightened manner  as if their colleague now knows that they have used unethical means to collect data on me and that would enable any colleague who happened to be listening to blackmail them or even to steal the data for their own use.

These neuro operatives wish to know if I am responsible for causing my symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome by wirelessly analysing what I eat and they can easily establish what I eat by wirelessly receiving information from nano sensors in my stomach and intestines which are currently being blended into some processed foods.  This is happening on a worldwide scale mostly unknown to the general public.  

I do not drink alcohol at all. I do not smoke cigarettes or take any type of drugs and I do not drink tea or coffee. I almost never eat refined sugar. I eat a plant based diet as well as dairy products. I do not eat meat, fish or eggs and I have no plans to eat meat, fish or eggs at any time in the future. I am not responsible for causing my irritable bowel syndrome problems.

The neuro operatives who reproduce their voices inside my head have attempted to persuade me to drink alcohol and to resume smoking cigarettes which I gave up more than twenty six years ago. They are not trying to help me recover from irritable bowel syndrome. They are attempting to find a way to gain control over my life and if they do so they would then attempt to extrapolate that control system over all other human beings who complained of suffering from irritable bowel syndrome throughout the world. These neuro operatives are knowingly or unknowingly assisting the dark new world order would-be dictatorship in attempting to rigidly control everybody throughout the world by any means possible. I have never broken any law in my entire life.  I can think of no other reason why I would be put on this non-consensual program which is sometimes called remote neural monitoring along with remote neural manipulation, which I also experience.

Hundreds of thousands if not millions of people are currently complaining of similar experiences to mine. We are not being taken seriously due to the fact that electronic mind control is now  in widespread use in my country, Ireland and throughout most countries in the world.

2. Advertising and Propaganda – Edward Bernays has been cited as the inventor of the consumerist culture that was designed primarily to target people’s self-image (or lack thereof) in order to turn a want into a need. This was initially envisioned for products such as cigarettes, for example. However, Bernays also noted in his 1928 book, Propaganda, that “propaganda is the executive arm of the invisible government.” This can be seen most clearly in the modern police state and the growing citizen snitch culture, wrapped up in the pseudo-patriotic War on Terror. The increasing consolidation of media has enabled the entire corporate structure to merge with government, which now utilizes the concept of propaganda placement. Media; print, movies, television, and cable news can now work seamlessly to integrate an overall message which seems to have the ring of truth because it comes from so many sources, simultaneously. When one becomes attuned to identifying the main “message,” one will see this imprinting everywhere. And this is not even to mention subliminal messaging.
3. Predictive Programming – Many still deny that predictive programming is real. I would invite anyone to examine the range of documentation put together by Alan Watt and come to any other conclusion. Predictive programming has its origins in predominately elitist Hollywood, where the big screen can offer a big vision of where society is headed. Just look back at the books and movies which you thought were far-fetched, or “science fiction” and take a close look around at society today. 4. Sports, Politics, Religion – Some might take offense at seeing religion, or even politics, put alongside sports as a method of mind control. The central theme is the same throughout: divide and conquer. The techniques are quite simple: short circuit the natural tendency of people to cooperate for their survival, and teach them to form teams bent on domination and winning. Sports has always had a role as a key distraction that corrals tribal tendencies into a non-important event, which in modern America has reached ridiculous proportions where protests will break out over a sport celebrity leaving their city, but essential human issues such as liberty are giggled away as inconsequential. Political discourse is strictly in a left-right paradigm of easily controlled opposition, while religion is the backdrop of nearly every war throughout history.
5. Food, Water, and Air – Additives, toxins, and other food poisons literally alter brain chemistry to create docility and apathy. Fluoride in drinking water has been proven to lower IQ; Aspartame and MSG are excitotoxins which excite brain cells until they die; and easy access to the fast food that contains these poisons generally has created a population that lacks focus and motivation for any type of active lifestyle. Most of the modern world is perfectly groomed for passive receptiveness — and acceptance — of the dictatorial elite. And if you choose to diligently watch your diet, they are fully prepared to spray the population from the above.

6. Drugs — This can be any addictive substance, but the mission of mind controllers is to be sure you are addicted to something. One major arm of the modern mind control agenda is psychiatry, which aims to define all people by their disorders, as opposed to their human potential. This was foreshadowed in books such as Brave New World. Today, it has been taken to even further extremes as a medical tyranny has taken hold where nearly everyone has some sort of disorder — particularly those who question authority. The use of nerve drugs in the military has led to record numbers of suicides. Worst of all, the modern drug state now has over 25% of U.S. children on mind-numbing medication.

7. Military testing — The military has a long history as the testing ground for mind control. The military mind is perhaps the most malleable, as those who pursue life in the military generally resonate to the structures of hierarchy, control, and the need for unchallenged obedience to a mission. For the increasing number of military personal questioning their indoctrination, a recent story highlighted DARPA’s plans for transcranial mind control helmets that will keep them focused.
8. Electromagnetic spectrum — An electromagnetic soup envelops us all, charged by modern devices of convenience which have been shown to have a direct impact on brain function. In a tacit admission of what is possible, one researcher has been working with a “god helmet” to induce visions by altering the electromagnetic field of the brain. Our modern soup has us passively bathed by potentially mind-altering waves, while a wide range of possibilities such as cell phone towers is now available to the would-be mind controller for more direct intervention.

9. Television, Computer, and “flicker rate”– It’s bad enough that what is “programmed” on your TV (accessed via remote “control”) is engineered; it is all made easier by literally lulling you to sleep, making it a psycho-social weapon. Flicker rate tests show that alpha brain waves are altered, producing a type of hypnosis — which doesn’t portend well for the latest revelation that lights can transmit coded Internet data by “flickering faster than the eye can see.” The computer’s flicker rate is less, but through video games, social networks, and a basic structure which overloads the brain with information, the rapid pace of modern communication induces an ADHD state. A study of video games revealed that extended play can result in lower blood flow to the brain, sapping emotional control. Furthermore, role-playing games of lifelike war and police state scenarios serve to desensitize a connection to reality. One look at the WikiLeaks video Collateral Murder should be familiar to anyone who has seen a game like Call of Duty.
10. Nanobots – From science fiction horror, directly to the modern brain; the nanobots are on the way. Direct brain modification already has been packaged as “neuroengineering.” A Wired article from early 2009 highlighted that direct brain manipulation via fiber optics is a bit messy, but once installed “it could make someone happy with the press of a button.” Nanobots take the process to an automated level, rewiring the brain molecule by molecule. Worse, these mini droids can self-replicate, forcing one to wonder how this genie would ever get back in the bottle once unleashed. Expected date of arrival? Early 2020s.
A concerted effort is underway to manage and predict human behavior so that the social scientists and the dictatorial elite can control the masses and protect themselves from the fallout of a fully awake free humanity. Only by waking up to their attempts to put us to sleep do we stand a chance of preserving our free will.

The more one researches mind control, the more one will come to the conclusion that there is a coordinated script that has been in place for a very long time with the goal to turn the human race into non-thinking automatons. For as long as man has pursued power over the masses, mind control has been orchestrated by those who study human behavior in order to bend large populations to the will of a small “elite” group. Today, we have entered a perilous phase where mind control has taken on a physical, scientific dimension that threatens to become a permanent state if we do not become aware of the tools at the disposal of the technocratic dictatorship unfolding on a worldwide scale.
Modern mind control is both technological and psychological. Tests show that simply by exposing the methods of mind control, the effects can be reduced or eliminated, at least for mind control advertising and propaganda. More difficult to counter are the physical intrusions, which the military-industrial complex continues to develop and improve upon.
1. Education — This is the most obvious, yet still remains the most insidious. It has always been a would-be dictator’s ultimate fantasy to “educate” naturally impressionable children, thus it has been a central component to Communist and Fascist tyrannies throughout history. Advertising and Propaganda – Edward Bernays has been cited as the inventor of the consumerist culture that was designed primarily to target people’s self-image (or lack thereof) in order to turn a want into a need. This was initially envisioned for products such as cigarettes, for example. However, Bernays also noted in his 1928 book, Propaganda, that “propaganda is the executive arm of the invisible government.” This can be seen most clearly in the modern police state and the growing citizen snitch culture, wrapped up in the pseudo-patriotic War on Terror. The increasing consolidation of media has enabled the entire corporate structure to merge with government, which now utilizes the concept of propaganda placement. Predictive programming has its origins in predominately elitist Hollywood, where the big screen can offer a big vision of where society is headed. Just look back at the books and movies which you thought were far-fetched, or “science fiction” and take a close look around at society today. I have been a non-consensual and extremely unwilling  neuro weapons research subject for more than fifteen years.  During that time I have appealed to various state sponsored employees for help in combating unwarranted wireless manipulation of my brain and body through the operation of both internal and external  nano technology throughout both my brain and body.

I am continually being communicated with via voice to skull internal communication, where I hear the technologically induced  voices of neuro researchers coming from inside my head.   This very day I heard a  technologically induced   voice which was coming from inside my head say the following " The program has been a total success in the sense that we now have this woman primed for paralysis, and furthermore this process can be carried out on any human being throughout the world provided that we have the necessary capabilities.   All governments are willingly participating in providing us with the capabilities that we need in order to wirelessly enslave the human race.  The government staff that we deal with  suffer from disordered thinking due to the continued use of smart phones and other technology, and they now do not know how to pull back from the brink of annihilation.

Millions of good living human beings throughout the western world are currently being subjected to a system called Remote Neural Monitoring, which involves being non-consensually and unwillingly wirelessly linked to a super-computer by a continuous two way stream of low frequency electromagnetic waves from nano implants inside their brains and bodies. If general medical practitioners and the police are informed by the subjects themselves of being subjects of Remote Neural Monitoring, both the general medical practitioners and police would lose their jobs if they failed to send the complainants for psychiatric evaluation. When psychiatrists are then informed by the subjects themselves that they are being Remote Neural Monitored they are detained inside a psychiatric facility for an indefinite period of time, where they are legally obliged to take highly toxic substances which slowly and incrementally damage their brains and bodies. This is the reason why Remote Neural Monitoring is so widespread that it could collapse the whole fabric of society at this point in time and yet nobody knows about it except the millions of torture victims that it leaves in its wake. Victims of a new human enslavement methodology called  Remote Neural Monitoring are wirelessly tied to a super-computer for life by way of a continuous two way stream of electromagnetic low frequency waves via illegal implants.   These implants have been illegally  introduced into the brains and bodies of all populations throughout the western world through illegal chemtrail spraying of the skies over our heads with nano particulates which we then inhale and ingest.  These and other implants  may also be introduced into our bodies by a variety of other means.    A cabal of criminal super-rich individuals aspire to eventually be able to remotely monitor and  measure all of the electromagnetic activity in both the brains and bodies of all  human beings and all other living things on a continuous basis throughout each day.

A selection of good will, good living human beings have been  selected for total brain readout  analysis and brain and body manipulation  via super-computer over the past few decades.   These human beings  are currently known as targeted individuals.  According to well known cybernetic warfare  researcher  Bryan Tew,  their unique digital brainwave imprint is  secretly obtained by criminals  and it is uploaded to a super-computer.  The illegal nano-particulates which they have inhaled and ingested digitalise the brain of the targeted individual  and turns it into a digital receiver.   In combination with the super-computer, criminal neuro personnel then manipulate the visual cortex, the auditory cortex, the motor cortex and the sensory cortex in order to inject sound, vision, memory manipulation, muscle movement and even pain signals to that targeted individual of Remote Neural Monitoring.

Targeted individuals of Remote Neural Monitoring have nothing to gain and everything to lose from being illegally and immorally remote neural monitored.  They go about their lives seemingly as normal.  Nobody around them can tell that they are hearing voices and feeling unusual sensations throughout their body on a continual basis.  Main stream medicine, psychiatry and the law are refusing to confront the by now widespread existence and extreme abuse of Remote Neural Monitoring.  Victims of Remote Neural Monitoring are being wrongly evaluated as being mentally ill.    As soon as any targeted individual claims they are being subjected to Remote Neural Monitoring they are deemed to be mentally unwell by a strongly conditioned false belief which was deliberately inserted into the minds of society in the distant past through  constant repetition and fear manipulation.

When non-consensual and extremely unwilling  targeted individuals of Remote Neural Monitoring  hear the voices of criminal neuro operatives coming from inside their heads they react with hostility towards the speakers of those voices.  They refuse to be civil to criminals who insist on placing their  voices inside the targeted individuals  heads.   On the other side of the equasion, the criminal neuro operatives themselves feign surprise that the targeted individual continually refuses to have a pleasant conversation with them via this new illegal methodology.   The targeted individual sometimes wonders if all of the illegal  speakers who force their voices inside the head of the targeted individual are even fully aware of the illegal methodology that is being used to hold the conversation.   Some of the illegal speakers may be being misinformed as to the methodology that is being used to speak to the targeted individual.

The cabal of criminal super-rich individuals who own the rights to the Remote Neural Monitoring signalling process plan to place the whole human race other than themselves on this system of Remote Neural Monitoring, which has also come to be known as bio-metrics control, from birth until death.  Every human being other than themselves would be allocated a universal bio-metrics identity card which would contain a permanent indelible record of their whole life.

If a universal, hierarchical based chain of command combined with universal remote neural monitoring for the whole human race ever becomes a reality, any one member of the deep state if they so wished, could command a super-computer to send extreme pain signals into the nervous system of all of  their fellow human beings, other than the individuals at the top of the control hierarchy who are outside the current system of control and technological enslavement.

Luckily, there is a simple solution to the technological enslavement of the human race.   The human race will disassemble and destroy all microwave transmitters, 5G millimetre wave transmitters and related paraphernalia.   The existence of satellites and space based weapons is an elaborate and easily proveable hoax along with a multitude of other hoaxes.

The existence of satellites lie was invented in order to make NASA appear invincible.

If satellites really existed all of our satellite dishes would be pointing straight up to the sky in order to receive and transmit signals. However, our satellite dishes are pointing sideways in order to receive signals from microwave transmitters and these signals that said microwave transmitters are transmitting are being relayed from undersea fibre optic cables.

Further to that, so -called satellite navigation data is being obtained from triangulation of signals which are being transmitted from cell phone towers which are also known as phone masts.

Under sea fibre optic cables are responsible for transmitting all internet and other data across the world. Google, Amazon, Facebook, Microsoft and Apple are all building and laying their own under sea fibre optic cables in order to transmit their own computer data across the world as per the enclosed video link.

Air and space can not co-exist side by side. The vacuum of space would suck the air from   the atmosphere leaving us with no air to breathe.  We can easily save ourselves from being permanently wirelessly tethered to a super-computer which is what happens to victims of Remote Neural Monitoring simply by outlawing all microwave and millimetre wave transmitters and returning to life without cell phones.

Subvocalisation is a process whereby when we think to ourselves we silently verbalise our thoughts allowing our brain to sends neuro signals to our mouth, jaw and throat. If the mouth, jaws and throat of a human being have been implanted with a series of electrodes or other bio-sensors or nano-sensors then said neuro signals can be gathered and sent to a processor where they are translated into words.    In many non-consensual and unwilling victims of implantation these words are then being read and replied to in real time and the sound signals from the reply are being sent to a series of sensors which are implanted in the hearing centres of the human brain.  This methodology is currently in widespread use throughout the western world where it is being used by criminal gangs to create undetectable neuro slaves.   Said criminal gangs force their voices inside the heads of unwilling victims of illegal brain and body implantation and they then read the thoughts of the victim in reply.  The criminal gangs use this illegally obtained data for many reasons, some of which are insider trading, stealing of intellectual property rights and the creation of neuro slaves.

It is being claimed that human beings throughout the western world have been inhaling and ingesting nano particulates from processed food, water and chemtrail spraying of the skies over our heads for the past number of years.   It is being further claimed that these  nano particles are then being implanted from the bloodstream into the brain and body of a selection of non-consensual and unwilling human beings by wireless means and from a distance, through a process known as neuro processing.  Neuro processing is being achieved by the use of energy  by a coterie of criminal neuro staff who are unknown to the victim of nano implantation.   When the brain and body of a target of neuro processing is fully implanted with nano particles, criminal gangs then have access to a myriad of implants throughout the human brain and body.  They sometimes use these implants to transmit voice commands and possible pain signals to human beings who at that stage could be considered as partial neuro slaves.   This neuro enslavement system is in widespread use throughout the whole western world and it could be used to enslave most of the human race by a small cartel of dark occultists if we neglect to outlaw microwave transmitters and related paraphernalia.  The existence of satellites is an easily proven hoax.  World wide data is being transmitted using undersea fibre optic cables.

We have all been sprayed with nano particulates from chemtrail spraying of the skies over our heads.   We  have all inhaled and ingested these nano particulates  and they have now lodged throughout our brains and bodies.  Combined with these nano particulates  many people  have been implanted with microchips which connect wirelessly to  these  nano implants.  These nano implants and micro sensors have become encased inside all parts of our bodies and brains.  Anybody can now wirelessly tether us to a computer network and enslave us by this  means.

According to a book called "Project Lucid" published in 1996  by one of Americas foremost authorities on the dangers of technology,  Texe Marrs,   there are super-secret experiments by government and corporate laboratories in which unwilling human subjects are having computer chips and transmitting devices implanted into their brains, ears and elsewhere in their bodies.  The primary reason for this systems use is control.

I myself am a fifteen year long non-consensual and extremely unwilling subject of neuro weapon research, which is being conducted on me by wireless means and by unknown neuro operatives who work from a remote location.  These criminal neuro operatives  can turn the neocortex of the victim into their very own visual, verbal, and auditive communication system simply by manipulating the audio cortex, the visual cortex, the motor cortex and the sensory cortex of the victim whenever they wish.   What this means in my own case  is that the muscles of my face can now be moved against my will.  I can be made to grimace against my will.   The neuro operatives can gain control of my mouth, jaws, lips and tongue and force words and whole sentences out of my mouth against my will.   They can nod and shake my head vigorously by remote means.  They have even moved my eyes rapidly back and forth against my will on one occasion.

Added to that, the criminal neuro operatives can force both sounds and voices inside my head any time of the day or night.  They taunt me constantly and they frequently threaten to torture me at some time in the future.  They also threaten to kill me on occasion.   These criminals monitor everything I say and do.   They attempt to forbid me from every having any conversations about any other members of the human race.   When I am on the telephone I am only allowed to speak about myself or my own issues.  However, I do not obey them.  I treat them with distain.

The criminal neuro operatives who have been part of my life every day for more than fifteen years have informed me that they can see whatever I see provided it is close.  They are unable to see anything I see in the distance.   They have turned my brain into their very own visual system.  They have the capability to hear whatever I hear but they have not activated that capability because it would interfere with their thought analysis work.  Combined with all of this they can also make me feel sensations on my skin whenever they wish.  They can even make these sensations appear hand shaped as if a human hand was physically holding my wrist.  This capability is called haptic technological capability.   Their  experimentation of me is not concerned with mind control.  Their experimentation of me is about research and development of human body control methodologies.  These criminal neuro operatives could potentially place somebody inside a virtual hell if they wished to do so.

Humanity is currently being sprayed with chemtrails which contain nano technology which human beings are inhaling and ingesting.   By this means and others we have become seeded with nano technology which can be used to abuse us.  We have no option but to disassemble and destroy the totally ground based wireless enslavement system which is composed of microwave and millimetre wave transmitters and other antenna and related paraphernalia.   The future is not viable if we fail to do so.    The existence of satellites and other space based weapons is an easily proveable hoax.  Under sea fibre optic cables are currently being used to transmit all worldwide data.

I am not the only targeted individual of non-consensual neuro weapons research in Ireland or overseas.  There are hundreds of thousands of us.  We call ourselves targeted individuals.  Our stories are being disregarded because many others are being heavily mind controlled to disbelieve us.  Remote influencing technologies are being used against them without their knowledge to encourage them to only believe whatever their government or media informs them of.  Targeted Individuals no longer can inform the police, their general medical practitioner or psychiatry of their predicament because they are not being believed.  They end up locked in psychiatric hospitals where they are being forced to ingest brain damaging toxic substances which pose as anti-psychotic medication.  When they are under the influence of these toxic substances they are no longer able to explain their predicament in a plausible manner because these toxic substances blur their thinking in all cases.
