One of the latest things the Perps are doing to me is play fortune teller.

The want to make me desparate and make sure I have no body to turn to. they are very jealouse

that I can travel to places they wished the could.

They brain wash people against me. They will say you will have no one to travel with you, in the hope that I will

cancel my trip.

He tries to move into my life by acting as if the people I hang with are trying to hurt me and that they are real friends. Ofcourse he's the one who  cause the problem, he has got them in his pocket. He wants me to react angry to their betrail and then he will put it on Social Media so the person in question can hear it and get angry at me and betray me even more. Even if they haven't betrayed me yet he wants it to happen, by changing my emotions towards that person in a bad way. After he turns people against me he start saying that person is not your friend, as if he doesn't know that he has cause bad blood between me and that person. A few days he told me every one is in on it, you have no friends. He believes or tries to make me believe he got everyone in his pocket

So he can keep on going playing fortune teller in my life. He starts to predict what will happen go me and the people in my life. He even wants TI's in his pocket, so he can stear up trouble between me and you.

I have lost my sons support, my cousin support, friends in congretion we where suppose to back me up were fake.

I am in trouble at work with a girl name Joyce, She has the same name as one of my Perp. I know a lot of people with this name. Do you know what this girl has done. She told everybody at my workplace that I have it in for her. The Perp I am Refuring to is tall and blond, The girl at my work use to be blond just like perp. She started a HATE campaingn against me at work. She plays victem, to the point that I felt threaten by one of the male supervisor. I think he want to beat me up for her. Now the male Perps said that's she crazy and that she not his girlfriend.  I confroted the girl at work but she said it's a case of mistaken identiy. I don't know her.

Now I call her name. Now she works every day I work.

The wall are very thin at my workplace and she keeps on telling everybody that I call her name on Social Media.

Very odd. She even told them she knows me, to make her story stick. I know a few people with the name Joyce and they like to dominiate people, or take lead.

My life is full of people who harress me because they believe that I talk about them. They have the same name as some people I think about. They get angry and at me for nothing. I don't know them. So life is very difficult for me because of this. I ended up in a world full of stupid and angry people.

What can I do? Ignoring is hard sometimes. I already thought about self defense class.

They all listen to Social Media at work, since thay know it's me.

I even told my supervisor that I would stop working there, the Perp wanted me also to stop.

He even happy that I  told the supervisor that, he's telling everybody that I listen to him. He wants me in his pocket now.

What can I do. He tries to make dissions for me now. He tortures me so badly, he doesn't take a rest, my head and vigina  and heart are the main target. Cause it works! It's like I am stupid and can't think anymore.

Hi All, wanted to share this unbelievable thing that I notice has been happening to me. I make It no secret that I'm a targeted individual also known as Gang Stalking and Predatory Gang stalking, I live on the last floor of a three story apartment complex and at times l have notice someone walking on the roof, hours that no workers would be there performing work, if any work was needed to be done. This letter is to ask for your help for the many constituents in Canada who are being affected unjustly without their informed consent by Psychotronic (or Mind Control, Electronic, Directed Energy, Neurological, Non-lethal) Weapons.

 We are writing you on behalf of Canadian Organization of Victims of Psychotronic (Mind Control) Weapon. We, and many others, are being TORTURED AND MUTILATED IN A MIND CONTROL CONCENTRATION CAMP 24/7. We wouldn't be tortured and manipulated in a properly functioning legal system/society.

Victims of Psychotronic Weapon detail the most extreme and totalitarian violations of human rights in human history, including the most horrendous incidences of psychological torture, mental and physical mutilations. Criminals place human subject under continuous surveillance, no matter where he/she is; they monitor human brain, including thoughts, reactions, motor commands, auditory events and visual images; they continuously alter consciousness, introduce voices, noises, other disturbances, commands, images and "dreams" into the brain; they directly abuse, torture and hit bodies - including performing advanced medical procedures - from remote locations. The technology t hey are using is so advanced that it allows the controller'(s) to see through the eyes of the targeted individual, essentially seeing whatever the victim sees.

These are some of symptoms of targeted individuals:

1). Microwave hearing and torture with intense loud electronic sounding noise
2). Visual disturbances, visual hallucinations
3). Manipulation of will, emotions, feelings, perceptions
4). Manipulation of human behavior: forced speech, involuntary body movements, transmission of specific commands into the subconscious, compulsory execution of these commands
5). Reading thoughts remotely, retrieving memories, implanting personalities
6). Debilitation of mental acuity, inability to concentrate, disruption of ability to think rationally and  independently  
7). Loss of memory and knowledge
8). Inadequate states, which targeted individuals have never experienced before (states of narcotic      intoxication, depression, obsessive desires and so on)
9). Control of sleep patterns: sleep deprivation or uncontrollable sleep
10). Blurred vision
11). Cramps, seizures and spasms
12). Excruciating artificial pain in any part of the body, for example, heart attacks and other   symptoms

We have contacted police, RCMP, Security/Intelligence Agencies, Courts and other Government institutions over and over and over again, but have had our appeals for assistance and protection almost completely ignored or suppressed. Government “doing nothing” in this situation is a form of sanctioning these horrendous fascist experiments with psyche on innocent and defenseless people, that is why Canadian Government is  responsible for these crimes. Government of Canada must uphold the rule of National, International and Human Rights Law and protect Canadian citizens by these laws, instead we see the huge disconnect between its professed Principles and Values and the reality.

It is our responsibility to record and alert the world to these horrendous crimes and the extreme danger that these technologies pose to democracy, human rights, privacy, mental and physical freedom, health of all people. These are the most horrendous weapons and crimes imaginable, and the people, using them, are mass-murdering conspirators, pursuing fascist, totalitarian, fundamentalist schemes.

“Doctors Mengele”, who started developing these techniques in concentration camps during World War II, were brought over here from Europe after the war to continue their atrocities. Talented and hard-working people are chosen to be guinea pigs in experiments with programming of human behavior and physiology. The perpetrators carry out experiments on targeted individuals, their children, and grandchildren, following them for periods that span decades. Whole families are destroyed. Psychotronic weapons are used to terrorize people morally, physically and financially, furthermore, they can transform normal people into alcoholics, drug addicts, prostitutes, thieves, and even killers, since mind control results in zombification, or mental impairment, of human beings. A person takes the messages, implanted subliminally in his mind by “operators” (criminals, who manipulate victims), as his own and carries them out, for example, carries out orders to commit crimes. The perpetrators operate from remote, unseen locations and commit crimes by means of manipulated targeted individuals. The perpetrators themselves stay inaccessible and unpunished.

Victims of mind control may acquire many diseases as a result of Psychotronic weapon attacks, such as: heart attacks, strokes, cancer and other fatal diseases. Some victims are subject to harassment and organized stalking in their communities. Some victims receive false psychiatric diagnosis and in addition become victims of the system from which they are seeking help (medical institutions, as well as law enforcement).

This neuro experimentation on innocent civilian people is real nowadays. Military organizations, medical and pharmaceutical corporations, IT companies, universities may use these experiments to develop their technologies. These experiments may be used in “scientific” research of various types, such as influence of different kinds of electromagnetic radiation, chemical and biological substances, computer technologies on the psyche, physiology, genetics, and reserve capabilities of human beings. The MK-Ultra behavior modification experiments, carried out in Montreal, are well known to the world. There are at least two institutes for bio diagnostics in Canada (in Manitoba and Nova Scotia) that carry out experiments on two-way brain-computer interface (human brain can influence computers, and vice versa, computer programs can effect and manipulate human brain).

This torture and abuse nightmare is continuing. Please assist me.

I’m the victim of "Big Brother" concentration camp imprisonment, invasive, destructive and repressive “1950’s North American” and “Soviet” – style neurology and psychiatry, and Jewish “Bell Curve” racism.

Informed and motivated by “medieval” and mytho-poetic atavistic intellectual, moral and existential totalitarianism, essentialism and reductionism the result on the ground is one acutely debilitated and wrecked, profoundly and gruesomely violated person whose nightmare of human rights abuse is ongoing.

Unfortunately the obsessive and hypocritical authors of this ugly and pathetic mess can’t seem to understand or accept that what they are doing is wrong, ridiculous and illegal, and that they are perpetrating a terrible violation of my human rights and democratic life and freedom which I was more or less healthily and legally enjoying when they so arrogantly and extra-judicially came kicking the doors in with their  “Big Brother” next generation oppressors’ tools and arms-race methods, resources and technology – which are yet to be brought under lawful democratic regulation and governance.

When are these highly invasive technologies and methods going to be democratically controlled and regulated? i.e. the “Star Wars” satellites, the “Manchurian Candidate” brain control and medical methods, the abusive hologram and nanotechnology, and the GPS and electro-magnetic delivery systems. Not to mention the “Big Brother” interactive media surveillance and control technologies and methods.

These aggressive, exploitative philistines have stolen and wrecked my human rights, happiness, health and democratic freedom and are breaking multiple laws with impunity. How and why has such a situation been allowed to develop and continue? Why are the “democracies” and their ruling classes and exploiters, and the international and human rights organisations displaying such double standards with regard to my case and these abuses? Why is there no press freedom regarding my case? Why the public conspiracy of silence and acquiescence or complicity regarding this complete denial and abuse of my human rights? Why aren’t the criminals responsible for this being brought to justice?

Whether it is a phobia of spiders or a traumatic event in the past, the effects of fear can reverberate through a person’s life.

But with the right training we can rid ourselves of them, according to a study.

Researchers have found a method for tricking the brain into letting go of specific fears, which they claim could lead to new treatments for phobias and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

By combining functional brain imaging with artificial intelligence, researchers have been able to zero in on memories related to fear and retrain them. Pictured is a scan of a brain showing information associated with a fear memory

For people suffering from phobias, a common course of treatment is aversion therapy, bringing someone into contact with their fear.

In the case of spiders, a person could be gradually introduced to the arachnids through photos, images and eventually the real thing, learning that their fear is far greater than any actual risk a spider poses.

This course of treatment is not for everyone however, with many opting out of facing their phobia head on.

Taking a different approach, an international team, including researchers at the University of Cambridge, was able to zero in on the memory of a specific fear using a new technique involving brain scans and artificial intelligence (AI).

In order to retrain people with fear memories, researchers combined functional MRI scans with artificial intelligence, helping them to target a specific memory and enable people to overwrite the response

Researchers were able to coax people into subconsciously overwriting these memories over time, offering hope for clinical therapy for PTSD and phobias (stock image)

In an experiment, they planted the seed of fear in the brains of 17 healthy participants by training them to associate specific visual cues with mild electric shocks.

At the heart of the approach was Pavlovian conditioning – the same process by which dogs were trained to salivate when they heard a ringing bell.

DECODED NEUROFEEDBACK (DECNEF): HOW IT WORKS

In order to retrain people with fear memories, researchers combined functional MRI scans with artificial intelligence.

In an initial session, volunteers watched a screen and when a certain image flashed, they received a mild electric shock.

Through this conditioning, they learned to associate a red coloured disc with a negative outcome, so creating an aversive memory.

The resulting brain activity was analysed by an AI algorithm, which picked up on the signature of aversive response.

After the initial sessions, volunteers were subtly trained to associate a reward with the negative stimulus, without being made consciously aware.

Over time, the researches showed that the brain activity associated with the aversive response died down, indicating they had been trained to 'overwrite' the memory.

When a set colour appeared on a screen the volunteers were zapped, resulting in them linking certain images with mild discomfort and creating a ‘fear’ memory, detected using brain imaging.

Different coloured discs were used, with red and green easier to spot on the scans due to signature activity in the visual cortex – the large region of the brain which deals with visual information.

By using AI algorithms, the team was able to spot different activity patterns from the scans.

Once they had the pattern of a fear memory, they attempted to ‘overwrite’ the response, by offering their guinea pigs a monetary reward.

Dr Ben Seymour, a researcher at the University of Cambridge and one of the study’s authors, said: ‘When we induced a mild fear memory in the brain, we were able to develop a fast and accurate method of reading it by using AI algorithms.

‘The challenge then was to find a way to reduce or remove the fear memory, without ever consciously evoking it.’

Dr Seymour added: ‘We realised that even when the volunteers were simply resting, we could see brief moments when the pattern of fluctuating brain activity had partial features of the specific fear memory, even though the volunteers weren't consciously aware of it.

‘Because we could decode these brain patterns quickly, we decided to give subjects a reward - a small amount of money - every time we picked up these features of the memory.’  

Rather than rewarding people for consciously overcoming the fear memory, like in aversion therapy, people were rewarded for subtly overriding their response unconsciously over time.

Writing in a paper published in the new journal Nature Human Behaviour, the researchers explain: ‘Overall, the fear reduction effect achieved…appears robust.’

While you might think that clearing your browsing history is enough to keep your activity private, a new website could make you think again.

A creepy website called ClickClickClick has been developed to show how your online behaviour is constantly being measured by your browser.

The website details your actions in real-time, from your movements on the page, to the other websites you have visited, in the hope of creating awareness on privacy in a playful manner.

HOW DOES IT WORK? 

The website – which does not cause damage to your computer - is very simple, with a white screen and large green button, reading 'Button.'

But from the second you visit the page, it starts detailing your actions in real-time.

For example, the website will write 'Subject has visited seven websites before coming here' or 'Subject has clicked the button five times.'

As well as typing out what you're doing in real time, the site also encourages users to turn on their sound, allowing them to hear an English voice comment on every behaviour.

After a few minutes of this, the website will give users the option of seeing their 'achievements' – a list of all the activities it has tracked so far, and those that it is yet to observe.

Clickclickclick.click was developed by VPRO, a Dutch media company, and Studio Moniker, an interactive design company.

Roel Wouters, a designer at Studio Moniker, told MailOnline: 'We wanted to create awareness on privacy in a playful manner.

'We took the idea that all your online behaviour can have value literally.

'We listed all possible interactions we could come up with. We interpret these interactions in a direct and specific way by mirroring them back to the user.'

FIVE STEPS TO MORE SECURE ONLINE OPERATIONS 

Even using this checklist can't guarantee stopping every attack or preventing every breach. But following these steps will make it significantly harder for hackers to succeed. 

And it will help us all develop security consciousness and ultimately better cyberhygiene.

1) Enable two-factor authentication (2FA). Most major online services, from Amazon to Apple, today support 2FA. 

When it's set up, the system asks for a login and password just like usual – but then sends a unique numeric code to another device, using text message, email or a specialized app. 

Without access to that other device, the login is refused. That makes it much harder to hack into someone's account – but users have to enable it themselves.

2) Encrypt your internet traffic. A virtual private network (VPN) service encrypts digital communications, making it hard for hackers to intercept them. 

Everyone should subscribe to a VPN service, some of which are free, and use it whenever connecting a device to a public or unknown Wi-Fi network.

3) Tighten up your password security. This is easier than it sounds, and the danger is real: Hackers often steal a login and password from one site and try to use it on others. 

To make it simple to generate – and remember – long, strong and unique passwords, subscribe to a reputable password manager that suggests strong passwords and stores them in an encrypted file on your own computer.

4) Monitor your devices' behind-the-scenes activities. Many computer programs and mobile apps keep running even when they are not actively in use. 

Most computers, phones and tablets have a built-in activity monitor that lets users see the device's memory use and network traffic in real time. 

You can see which apps are sending and receiving internet data, for example. If you see something happening that shouldn't be, the activity monitor will also let you close the offending program completely.

5) Never open hyperlinks or attachments in any emails that are suspicious. 

Even when they appear to come from a friend or coworker, use extreme caution – their email address might have been compromised by someone trying to attack you. 

When in doubt, call the person or company directly to check first – and do so using an official number, never the phone number listed in the email.

Hi All! I am new comer to this site.I am a female from Canada (Toronto) Like most of you here - I am a victim of gangstalking and electronic harassment. It took me a while to realize what was going on since I found it hard to believe such thing was going on. I even thought I was going unstable. After searching on the net, I came to know the whole world is experiencing some sort of electronic harassment/organized stalking. The gangstalking part I am still trying to understand as to how they do it. Wherever I go, shopping mall, bank, to the grocery - they seem to know exactly where to find me to harass me. Even yesterday, I was standing in line, they cut me off, tripped me making it look as it was an accident. One night, I woke up all of a sudden as if something was chocking me. I have been made to feel sweat at night, then I would be cold. I would wake in the middle of the night with high anxiety but there was nothing for me to fear. My mother is also experiencing the harassment. She has been going through increased heart rate and heart pain. Took her to ER and everything was fine. She has extreme eye pain with blurred vision, she feels dizzy and there things have never happened before this onset. As I am new to this gangstalking and electronic harassment, I am reaching out to anyone who can help me out with how to block/shield against these electronic devices - I am also experiencing mind control which seems like they can read my mind.
