However, Toronto Police hid and refused to disclose and forward it when being asked. So, “Will you believe what Toronto Police, Canadian torturers stated or showed ?”

- After I reported to 41 division of Toronto Police about my suspect neighbor, my neighbor was changed to one handicapped lady who couldn’t speak. Why did Toronto Police do this? After they designed this scenario, Toronto police, Canadian torturers could induce anyone who could get involved in, such as, The Scarborough Hospital, my family doctor. Really? Toronto Police involved officer stated this in my family doctor’s office for inducement: “His neighbor is not person who can commit this crime.” So, “Will you believe what Toronto Police, Canadian torturers stated or showed?”
- Here is their formal report by Toronto Police shared by the Government. In their report, there wasn’t any words about my first report. And, I reported to them about the use of Non-Lethal Weapons. However, they sated in their report: “He speculated that the rays might have been nuclear in nature.” So, “Will you believe what Toronto Police, Canadian torturers stated or showed?”

If they are burning your head, get a crash helmet to wear around your home and even in bed - you should get a good night`s sleep. It is possible to get leather-lined crash helmets but they are expensive. You can use a basic one and line it with layers of newspaper, or a silk or silken-type scarf folded several times.
If possible, get a memory foam pillow and mattress. The mattresses are expensive, but a least get a pillow if you can.
Put 1 or 2 layers of mylar over your bed at night.

For many TIs. It’s sure true for me.
Not that unseen and unspoken,
There are TIs
Who have adjusted
And found terms,
Living, happily for all I know.
Nor can I say,
The handlers, with their great remote powers
Don’t do some good for people,
For their health, without those people knowing it,
And so the handlers,
Find some sanity in this.
As they otherwise drive pain and suffering,
With no other value to show for their time.
My handlers imply they do - I don’t know that it’s true
Now, everyone knows that they have enemy list in their office. They must torture them and murder them. These are not important. What important are:
1) How did they make this list?
2) How did they locate the targets?
3) Are there “innocent” victims?
4) How did they torture them and how are they torturing them? Like, the first step ( very important I think)…
5) If they torture the target, who will control their every day’s acts of torture, and who will normally get involved in?
6) How did they murder them, by hi-tech, by “accident in one company or hospital…”

Toronto Police, Canadian torturers conveyed threats, death threats to me. How? Nothing new. Just like each torturer in the world.
Before they conveyed or when they conveyed these threats, did they remember or recall the threat which they received? They couldn’t because they are :” Fear the strong; bully the weak.”
The real question is : Do those superiors who stand behind Toronto Police, Canadian torturers know there is a golden rule on the world:
“One should treat others as one would like others to treat oneself. One should not treat others in ways that one would not like to be treated.”
