I write this affidavit regarding the torture, terrorism and harassment I have endured by being put in a criminal human experimentation torture program. I have been put in an extremely similar government condoned torture program and I seek the end of such torturous, psychologically obstructive programmings and administrations. It is my sworn testimony that since I have been put in this torture program, my life has been turned upside down with inflicted sickly government condoned psychological abuses and torture that effectuate terrorism. I have been victimized and tortured by inflicted electromagnetic

My electronic equipment is and has been targeted for obstructions since the induction into this criminal program. My computer is sabotaged and hacked as a routine. My telephone is constantly and criminally intercepted. When I am on the phone, so is a criminal. This criminal telephone interceptor blows a horn in the middle of my conversations. Sometimes this sickly criminal belches, yawns really loud, and or takes a deep breath really loud to let everyone know he/she/it is intercepting. There is an arrogance associated with these crimes. The criminals administer the torture, harassment, sabotage and telephone interceptions in a sick and psychotic above the law manner.
This program is a ruthless, deadly, torturous and criminal program. The torture, vandalism and harassment crimes are being administered to obstruct ones God given right to be left alone and in peace. This torture program is an enslavement program that deliberately and maliciously obstructs one’s quality of life via 24/7 torture and harassment. I resent being tortured, terrorized, and put in this criminally insane torture project. I seek the dismantling of this program and full prosecution of each and every criminal that has obstructed state and federal laws to resurrect this deadly holocaust that has been inflicted on innocent Americans. The execution of those in authority that directed these criminally insane human experimentation torture programs is warranted.
The above researched military weapons are being criminally used to torture innocent people. These weapons have gotten into the wrong hands and are being used by cults and gangs to destroy and kill innocent victims. The use of these weapons must be regulated and banned accordingly. The criminals who are selling, contracting out the use of these lethal weapons and torturing innocent people with these weapons must be prosecuted.
In summary, military torture weapons have been used on me and must be stopped Torture is a crime and these torture weapons cause a wide range of adverse physiological effects, including: severe pain; illnesses and ailments such as strokes, heart attacks and aneurysms; vision degradation; hearing loss; muscle paralysis; mood and behavior changes; cognitive impairment; and, over time, a “slow-kill” death. It is my prayer, that the ACLU, the current US Department of Justice, and the courts will prosecute the perpetrators and the criminals who directed, these torture hate crimes, particularly those embedded in criminal human research experimentation via the use of the above deadly military weapons on innocent people. It is my contention that the torture inflicted on innocent Americans via deadly research experimentation needs to be prioritized as well as the torture inflicted on detainees. The criminals who directed this insane torture program need to be prosecuted for official misconduct and racketeering, terrorism, and federal felonies, particularly because the crimes are still taking place.

B. Acknowledge the Complaint
