I own a computer and I have been using it alot over the past ten years and during that time I have been busy as an online activist. As a targeted individual of non-consensual human experimentation I am fully aware of the grave danger we are in from hidden and still classified technologies which are being used against a selection of individuals throughout the world who are being used without their prior awareness or consent in human experimentation and psychological torture programs.
Up until very recently I used what I believed is a non-smart mobile cellular phone which I did not carry on my person and rarely used. I now own a very modern version of what is commonly known as a smart phone. I did not wish own one at all but in order to continue with my online activities on one particular website I was required to align my account on that website with an app on a smart phone. That is the only reason I got one and I rarely ever use it. I never carry it with me.
I have noticed something significant which happens to me whenever I use my newly purchased iphone which is sometimes known as a smart phone. Immediately after using it for about fifteen minutes I notice that my thinking processes change significantly. I begin to fall into a state of mind where I begin to feel that the current situation in the world with regards to the slow takeover of all of the resources of this world and the slow enslavement of the human race by a small number of dark occultists under the U.N. Agenda 21 and U.N. Agenda 2030 protocol is somehow acceptable. That is most certainly not how I feel at any other time and that is why I continue with my online activism on an almost daily basis.
Government employees who are mandated to use such smart technology for their work activities are in my strong opinion being subjected to heavy mind control to the extent that they are not aware of the mind control being administered to them through their work mandated technologies. Senior politicians are also using these smart phones which distort their ability to think effectively so that they are no longer capable of looking after the best interests of the individuals who elected them to do so.
Please ban all mind control devices which are also known as smart phones from government offices now. Politicians will no longer be allowed to represent us if they persist in using mind control devices known as smart phones because by doing so they are rendered unable to think independently. Colonal John Alexander is quoted as saying that the first mind control weapons was developed as early as 1801. Military and intelligence research is always fifty years ahead of academic research to the extent that as yet academia has received no formal information as to how targeted individuals of secret military research are having their central nervous systems slowly taken over and controlled by external means. They have as yet done nothing to supply us with a means of protecting ourselves from external control by neuro weapons and other still classified advanced weapons.
If mind control devices are banned across the world will academia then attempt to help targeted individuals shield from and jam the signals which are being used against them?

As you already know from my first blog I lived for some time close to a certain turkish family in Heidelberg in the past. These turks were well known for their PSI-Terror even years back. In this blog I would like to state the many ways how I am still intimidated not say the truth, not to make proof visible and to help cover the actual perpetrators after new and ongoing PSI-assaults in the public, or if critics approach these turks to reveal the truth.
The current situation is a state of "un-denial", means, although known by numberless witnesses, to still try to manipulate witnesses, manipulate collective opinions, deceiving persons about obvious clues, connections and relations.
On the other hand there are only few direct witnesses who could confirm early developments specially before 2000 and from close proximity.
Some people most probably also noticed many fearful threats through telepathy from Heidelberg. Among these threats are for example quite recent telepathic comments like: "If you ever come back to Heidelberg, then...", originally in german : " Wenn Ihr noch einmal nach Heidelberg kommt...".
Sometimes the town Heidelberg is simply called "the Neckar" and therefore the threats were also: "if you ever come back to the neckar....".
There are many other threats by these turks. The first thing being practically or closely a death-threat trough telepathy by these turks against me came while living in the floor above them. It was: "suffocate him....", or originally in german "erstick ihn doch....." and it came after what I understood and perceived from a female turk of this PSI-group, probably a sister. Death-threats by these turks needn't to be deadly in the direct way, such comments can incite others to behave strangely or to commit a spontaneous crime.
The most plausible purpose to intimidate mindcontrol-witnesses is to discredit them, to weaken them, and then even to use them as patsy. So it can be rendered their fault and their handicap. The perfect mindcontrol-supported crime can be committed in this way, afterwards covered with only more PSI-Distraction and deceptive input.
Over the years I had more than once the impression that the actual PSI-perpetrators and the story around them should be psycho-transformed into another person's reality. This could also explain why this turkish group is still active after so many years.
One method I have observed is as follows: the turkish PSI-Group manipulates, urges, forces by means of PSI-Terror any specific consequence, action, or make others commit a crime. Some time later these consequences became reality. To cover the manipulation the turkish PSI-Group starts an additional deception and suddenly starts to involve other persons using for example telepathy. These persons are then a kind of patsy to cover a mindcontrol-supported action or manipulation by these turks.
Another method to intimidate witnesses is closely tied to corrupt and fraudulent investigations, keeping the case fraudulently more on the side of the reporting witnesses. Although not much happens in this state it is also in support of the real perpetrators. What happens is that stupid lies are repeatedly kept alive to not investigate the Kilic-Heidelberg-Case.
Another method to intimidate is of course realized by "genuine electronic surveillance methods". And here I mean the real electronic harassment methods. I am of the opinion that electronic harassment is also used to intimidate witnesses with a method called "bogus trapping". At least in my case it was called bogus trapping, beginning from the start it was probably required to introduce it as bogus trapping because no argument exists.
The important detail I stress here is that in reality it is much more a method against PSI than one would expect. Over the years I had more than once the impression that the people were to be confused with phone-terror but with the specific goal to distract or to disperse from the real PSI-source.
The problem is that the real source of PSI-Terror was never eliminated and never done.

When ever you register your name with your personal computer or personal smart phone that computer or smart phone is then programmed to recognise your unique energy imprint whenever you are online while using only a device which is registered to your name. and it will then uptake all of the electrical activity which occurs within your brain and body while you are online while using that device. If you are using a device which has been registered to another individual your information will be rejected as not compatable with the device. All of the electrical activity which is colleected from your brain and body is then stored in large data bases where it can then be automatically translated into everything you said, did, thought and felt while you were online. Whenever you say a word it generates a unique electromagnetic pattern which can be automatically translated into exactly what you said. Similarly, whenever you feel a feeling, think a thought or move a muscle that unique feeling, thought or action generates a unique electromagnetic pattern which can be automatically translated into exactly what you felt, thought or what muscle you moved and at what speed you moved that muscle and in what direction you moved that muscle. This is known as neuro science and it is still classified under military technological know how.
If you happen to be doing something of a private nature in front of your computer screen and you wish it to remain private your data will not be collected from you if you wear pinhole glasses because all of the electrical activity which is collected from your brain and body is collected through your eye beams. Human eye beams are real and tangible and have been protographed by Kirlian cameras which are energy field cameras and they are widely available for purchase.
Whenever your human energy field is exposed to a two way digital communication screen which is attached to a digital device that is registered in your name all electrical activity which is occurring inside your body and your brain is uploaded to that two way digital communication device. If you happen to be using a two way digital communication device which happens to be registered in the name of someone other than yourself then in that case the electrical activity which is occurring inside your body and brain will be rejected by that digital device. If you should stop using any and all two way digital communication devices the information already gathered about you and which is continually being stored in an information field under your name will not be deleted. Members of the intelligence service and others can read that information field containing private information about you whenever they wish while using special reading devices. The capability to control and immobilize an unwilling human being by controlling their central nervous system is patented under patent number US6965816 which was filed by Richard C Walker.
How do we solve the problem of unknown others being able to both immobilize us and bio-robotize us by remote wireless means. Should we ban all wireless capabilities across the world? Should we ban all HAARP phased arrays across the world because it is being claimed that they needed to enable these technological capabilities? Should we ban all microwave transmitters? Should we use pulsed weaponry to destroy all of the information fields which have been both illegally and immorally gathered on us so far? Should we disempower the unelected and privately owned United Nations because both UN Agenda 21 and UN Agenda 30 are both enslavement protocols. I know that individuals who work inside the United Nations and the Council for Foreign Relations and many other worldwide forums intend to enslave us by wireless remote means because I have been subjected to wirelessly transmitted voice commands and wirelessly transmitted pain and othe phenomena for many years which have brought me to the edge of dispair on many occasions. This enslavement method is invisible to the extent that nobody knows about it until they suddently become subjected to it without warning. Please act now to pull yourself back from the brink of enslavement while you still can.
I am a first-hand-witness from Heidelberg, Germany. In the past I lived as a close neighbor in the floor above a certain turkish family who became known as "the actors" of mass-mindcontrol, experimental telepathy and sexually oriented psychokinesis in Heidelberg. I was physically attacked and telepathically terrorized and assaulted sexually by members of this turkish group. My first psychokinetic experience happened in Heidelberg and goes back to 2002, was perpetrated through means of psychokinesis by this radical turkish group and must be perceived a hateful act of assault or revenge to hit me sexually. This was a highly conceptualized and planned assault by this turkish group. It is a through and through hostile turkish group and all attempts failed to establish a friendly atmosphere.
While living as close neighbor in the floor above them I had the (unlucky) opportunity to meet each of them occasionally for example when leaving the house. It is a group of up to 10 turkish persons living together at that time.
Just one example from the early days in Heidelberg: at one day I met a female turk from this turkish group while leaving the house. I said hello to her as it is usual among civilized humans. Her immediate snippy, hostile and insulting answer was: "Fuck yourself for your hello", or originally in german: "Für Ihr Grüßen können Sie sich mal". She answered this insulting phrase in german and this turkish group is most importantly very fluent with the german language. It is a hostile turkish group acting from a private apartment in Heidelberg with the goal of politically sabotaging any target of any kind. This is accomplished by means of highly invasive PSI-Methods and requires the constant or permanent mental devotion and concentration of more than one actor and leads to the total PSI-Mindcontrol-Invasion to gain total control over arbitrary and innocent victims. It is not the product of a single telepathic mind!
Constant mindcontrol activities were present even throughout the night. Because I lived as a former neighbor next to this turkish group and because of other suspect and odd details around and about them I am certain that this turkish group is the permanent source of highly endangering PSI-experiments and deeply disturbing PSI-methods of psychophysical torture and complex experiments on many if not all consciousness levels. Over the years these experiments became more and more sophisticated and "terminal". I was reporting the case to many different authorities, I tried to report the case for the first time as early as 1999 to local authorities and again in 2005 and also in later years. Because of many cruel and pervert details about this case I am of the opinion that these turkish mindcontrol experiments are a crime against humanity and that many laws were broken.
I am ready to confirm that all current and predominant mindcontrol effects and manipulations including telepathy, psychokinesis are due and are generated by a small turkish group experimenting from a private apartment in Heidelberg with highly dangerous PSI-Experiments and methods to assault arbitrary victims. As far as I know it is the one and only source of deeply disturbing and most dangerous mindcontrol activities, at least I never heard of any other independent source. These experiments go back several decades and many people locally and internationally became aware and were affected deliberately by these privately motivated experiments.
I would like to open a petition that can be presented to the OCHR and the ICC.
I am appreciating any serious questions including scientifically oriented questions and will answer them in written form as good as I can. If anyone is interested the whole story is available at once and can be told in detail.

The electromagnetic field of the human body which is sometimes known as the human bio field or the human energy field or the human aura exists and can be photographed by a human energy field camera. They wirelessly connect their own biofield to the biofield of the largely unaware digital device user so that they can adjust it in ways that make it remotely controllable to them so that they could eventually get remote control over the human bodies of the individual who they are targeting for remote control.
These biofield scientists who work for the, by now, criminal elite can achieve total control over the human biofield of one of their fellow men, women or children anywhere in the world and by that means then achieve total control over their physical body while accessing them through their two way digital communication device. The scientists who work for the aforementioned criminal elite do so against their wills and without their permission because they themselves are accessed by their own human biofield and can be murdered at the will of the aforementioned criminal elite. I am in continual contact with these scientists and their staff via direct human communication which has come to be known as voice to skull or microwave hearing or synthetic telepathy because I myself am now going through the process of being bio-robotized through exposure of my own biofield to my own two way digital communication devices. However, I will shortly no longer be exposing myself to any digital technologies whatsoever in order to protect myself from this biorobotization process which has also come to be known as human cyborgization or whole body takeover.
I have over time received this information from the voices which I hear coming from inside my head via voice to skull and I am not entirely sure if I should trust it because by using our computers to share true information we can fight against the criminal elite who control the intelligence services. The intelligence agencies are secret societies whose salaries are paid by the general public but the general public are not allowed to scrutenise their activities. Why is this? What is the role of the intelligence agencies? Are the intelligence agencies controlled by any other secret society such as the Freemasons? Why are their areas throughout the whole world that are out of bounds to the general public such as Area 51. Can people be legally murdered now? Can people be murdered or tortured inside Area 51 without any public scruteny whatsoever? Who allowed this situation to come about and why? When will all areas throughout the world which are out of bounds to public scruteny be again exposed to publics scruteny?
