6:59 p.m Reached for a saucepan to prepare dinner and nearly dropped it… a newly implanted point located at wrist clipped for the purpose of disablement to mimic a serious case of arthritis. No arthritis in my joints BUT, I had it today… the artificial electronic version of the real thing straight from the makers of electromagnetic radiation weapons of war laboratories; i.e., highly sophisticated technological advances – applications and systems developed and perfected by corporate/ industrial contractors linked to the Department of Defense.

My body is filled with these devices – tiny nano particles and structures; nanobots, et cetera – remotely implanted

at the point of influence at the Illuminati Display Screen where "handlers" have access to the host biosystem.

My body has also been remotely implanted with enhancements and augments to both (R) and (L) upper arms & moving down to wrists and into fingers. (L) buttocks cheek has a sunken in appearance from the power unit that tugs at and PULLS IN musculature at this location. Some of these nanotechnology devises have the capability to travel around within the host biosystem settling in at strategic locations if, for example, they choose to promote one of their "designer diseases" to a specific location.

At the end of the day I get home and they commence working me over and hooking me up so that every muscle and bone in my body is made to feel sore and aching resembling a bad case of fibromyalgia and then some... I can barely move about much of the time. My feet can be tied tight and crippled in pain making it impossible to walk. My spine, which was remote surgically implanted (June ’08) while in Bradford, VT, can be made to experience debilitating pain and a low back point which was clipped or pinched was done so to exercise "control." This particular point I clearly recall them having to bring in a superior to help the "handler" get it right... he had tied and released twice already and was tieing so tight that I could no longer move my bowels. In other words, my entire body is programmed to be set up for debilitating pain, discomfort and crippling… ARTIFICIALLY MANUFACTURED implants, augments, power units, all kinds of devices which respond to the touch of frequency weapons that allow inadequate little men to feel like giants. Little men with not too much else to boast about in their lives are given these weapons to use as "power" over defenseless innocent American citizens. With these weapons in the hands of government employees like these characters, instead of seeking cures for diseases, they instead take pleasure in causing my body to mimic an elderly disabled person who forgot to take good care of him/herself and ended up afflicted with a very bad case of debilitating arthritis and rheumatism... a condition that can be turned on and off like a light switch.

When these criminals stole my life out from under me and thought it was perfectly okay to hook my beautiful mind and body up to a Pentagon man-machine interface for the purpose of Mind Control and torture, I had beautiful porcelain skin and was 100% healthy w/zero physical impairment. I remained this way until recently when these ghouls let me know that I was looking far too good for their purposes and proceeded to use a Thermal Microwave Weapon to heat my body around the clock whereby deliberately destroying the layer of collegan beneath the skin coupled with weapon technology that these sick twisted little men who are ridiculously referred to as "elite"

HOW MANY OTHER INNOCENT AMERICAN MEN AND WOMEN and citizens of the globe is this happening to? Artificial electronic manipulation to cause crippling of the masses using the latest advances corporate America has to offer. Am I one of the LUCKY ones smart enough to have figured it out. Maybe because I saw many of their faces when this all began – the fact that despicable little men could exist in positions of authority and run rampant throughout the entire government complex – that such an absolute degree of corruption and criminality exists in this country – that our Constitution has fallen by the wayside and decent elected officials have been made fearful to stand up to the ‘control’ factor keeping them in line and the corporate greed machine for fear of falling prey to the predator…. that our United States Department of Defense is using dreadful heinous technology it helped develop and perfect on university campuses with dirty DARPA money and National Laboratories such as Sandia, Los Alamos and Livermore who have bought and sold out the American people lock, stock and barrel.

Until I found out 1^st hand about the technology, I would never have imagined my government capable of deliberately aiming it’s weapons of war on its very own people. No specific racial segment of the population this time around as was the case in Nazi-occupied Germany and Europe. Rather, they are targeting whistleblowers who wouldn’t agree to go along with the program as well as those they consider to be undesirable politically and/or economically – what they consider an underclass.

Our young soldiers need to beg to be taken care after getting shot up in a war for U.S. Imperialism and Expansionism - all about mighty military power and dominion while the Department of Defense sets aside BILLIONS OF TAXPAYER DOLLARS FOR BLACK BUDGET OPERATIONS.

Recently, when government officials no longer chose to be forced to answer questions about the work they were doing, they took it upon themselves to phase out these military programs from many major university campuses in large part and have seen fit to hand everything over to corporate America instead because corporations are exempt from FOIA requests. It seems the U. S. Air Force has figured out yet another loophole. It wasn’t long ago that I read somewhere; and this isn’t a direct quote - that they arrogantly proclaimed they would soon “own the skies.” Between the USAF and Lockheed, it is probably a done deal with the Haarp Project in full swing.

Gang Stalking is a systemic form of control, which seeks to control every aspect of a Targeted Individuals life. Gang Stalking has many similarities to workplace mobbing, but takes place outside in the community. It called Gang Stalking, because the target is followed around and placed under intrusive and directed surveillance by groups of organised "Covert Human Intelligence Sources" also known as Citizen Informants 24/7. Using anti-terror laws to spy on ordinary people.

Many Targeted Individuals are harassed and placed under surveillance in this way for months or even years before they realise that they are being targeted by an organised protocol of harassment.

What happens during this Gang Stalking surveillance is very similar to what happened to many innocent individuals in the former East Germany or Activists and Dissidents in Russia. Many innocent people in the former East Germany would be targeted for these harassment programs, and then their friends, family, and the community at large would be used to monitor, prosecute, and harass them. In Russia it was used by the state to declare activist, dissidents or anyone they thought to be an enemy of the state as mentally unfit and many were institutionalised using this form of systemic control.

The closest thing to Gang Stalking that democratic countries have seen before this is McCarthyism, Cointelpro, and RED SQUAD programs. Red Squad programs were used for monitoring, and harassment of various groups. They have been in place for over a hundred years, and they also employed Covert Human Intelligence Sources.

Civilian Spies, also known as "Covert Human Intelligence Sources" are recruited from every level and sector of society. Just like with Cointelpro investigations, everyone in the targets life is made a part of this ongoing never ending, systemic psychological harassment and manipulation of the target. These actions are specifically designed to control the target and to keep them in line. These actions are also designed to destroy the target over years, make them look crazy and leave them with no form of support.

For the targets of this harassment, Gang Stalking is experienced as a covert psychological, emotional and physical attack, that is capable of immobilizing and destroying a target over time. For the state it’s a way to keep the targets in line, control them, or destroy them.

Worldwide programs of control and conformity have been used with equal success and lethality. What we are seeing now is a global co-ordinated and organised effort of control and conformity. Many countries around the world are currently using a model of policing called: Community Oriented Policing. It's described as a systemic approach to policing. It focuses on instilling a sense of community within a geographically located neighborhood. Communities come together and discuss what values they would like to have in their community, community development, and it's also a time to discuss any problems that might be happening in a specific area. If a problem is identified an investigation might be opened. These local programs in many countries have been forming partnerships with other government run programs at, provincial, state and federal levels. Reports of Gang Stalking are not only coming in from democratic countries, but they are coming in from many other countries as well.

The modern day systemic form of control could only be funded at higher governmental levels, just like it has in other societies where these similar types of harassment programs have been implemented. It's all part of a system of control and conformity that has been in place for many years. A system of control with many local groups and appendages taking part.

What are the goals of Gang Stalking?

The goal is to isolate the target from all forms of support, so that the target can be set up in the future for arrest, institutionalisation, or forced suicide. Other goals of this harassment is to destroy the targets reputation and credibility. Make the target look crazy or unstable.

Other goals involve sensitizing the target to every day stimuli’s as a form of control, which is used to control targets when they get out of line. Once the target is sensitized, the Citizen Informants have an easier time identifying the Targeted Individual in public.

These programs are designed to make the targets of this harassment vulnerable, they want to make them destitute. The secondary goals seems to be to make the target homeless, jobless, give them a breakdown, and the primary goals seems to be to drive the target to forced suicide, just like what they did with some of the targets of Cointelpro. It's a useful way of eliminating perceived enemies of the state.

Who gets targeted?

Targeting can happen to anyone in society. In the past primary targets of programs such as Cointelpro have been minorities. Targeting however can happen to anyone. Individuals are often targeted for being outspoken, whistle blowers, dissidents, people who go up against wealthy corporations, woman’s groups, (single) women, anti-war proponents, individuals identified or targeted as problems at these community meetings, and other innocent individuals. The majority of the targets are often not aware that they are being targeted in this way. When a target moves, changes jobs, the harassment still continues. Who takes part?

People from all walks of life are being recruited to be the eyes and ears of the state. People from all races, ages, genders. Every sector of society that you can think of is a part of this. Civilian Spies/Snitches include, but are not limited to: General labourers, the wealthy, bikers, drug dealers, drug users, street people, punks, hip hop culture, KKK, black activists, church groups, youth groups, Fire Fighters, police officers, lawyers, health care workers, store keepers, maids, janitors, cable installers, phone repair persons, mail carriers, locksmiths, electricians, etc. There really is no minimum or maximum age range. An article came out recently in the Uk, saying they were recruiting children as young as eight years old to be Covert Human Intelligence Sources.

Some of these citizens might be recruited via programs such as, Citizen Corp, Weed and Seed, Citizens On Phone Patrol, (COPP), City Watch, T.I.P.S. Many started with good intentions to help patrol and monitor their cities and neighbourhoods. Others are recruited via their families, others at school, others at work. Since every sector, class, race in society takes part, recruitment is multi-faceted.

Many do not understand or care that the end consequence of this harassment protocol is to destroy a person.

Why people participate in Gang Stalking?

There are many reasons that someone takes part in this activity.

1. Some do it for the sense of power that it gives them.

2. Others do this as a way to make friends and keep friends. It’s something social and fun for them to do. Many in society use the one handed sign language to communicate and it's very effective in breaking down race, gender, age, social barriers.

3. Others are forced or black mailed by the State or the police into taking part.

4. They are told that they are part of homeland or national security and being used to help keep and eye on dangerous or emotionally disturbed individuals. They see themselves as heroic spies for the state.

Civilian spies can come from a variety of different programs such as the Citizen Corp, Citizen On Phone Patrol COPP, Weed and Seed, T.I.P.S., City Watch or some other centralized government program used for patrolling and monitoring cities.

5. Others are just local thugs or Informants who are already being used for other activities, and their energies are just diverted over into these community spy programs. Eg. Some may be given the choice of Spying for the State or the police vs going to jail.

6. Others are told outright lies and slander about the target to get them to go along with ruining the targets life.

7. Many are however just average citizens who have been recruited by the state the same way citizens were recruited in the former East Germany and other countries. It's the way the society is.

What are some techniques used against targets?

A few of the most common techniques are listed below.

a) Classical conditioning.

Getting a Targeted Individual sensitized to an everyday stimuli. The targeted individual over a period of months, or even years is negatively sensitised to an everyday stimuli, which is then used to harass them. It’s used out in public to let them know they are constantly being harassed and monitored. Some examples of everyday stimulus that might be used include: sounds, colors, patterns, actions. Eg. Red, white, yellow, strips, pens clicking, key jangling, loud coughing, loud whistling, loud smacking of clapping of hands together, cell phones, laptops, etc.

b) 24/7 Surveillance This will involve following the target everywhere they go. Learning about the target. Where they shop, work, play, who their friends and family are. Getting close to the target, moving into the community or apartment where they live, across the street. Monitoring the targets phone, house, and computer activity. Surveillance Policy.

c) Isolation of said target.

This is done via slander campaigns, and lies. Eg. People in the targets community are told that the target is a thief, into drugs, a prostitute, pedophile, crazy, in trouble for something, needs to be watched. Files will even be produced on the target, shown to neighbours, family, store keepers.

d) Noise and mimicking campaigns.

Disrupting the targets life, sleep with loud power tools, construction, stereos, doors slamming, etc. Talking in public about private things in the targets life. Mimicking actions of the target. Basically letting the target know that they are in the targets life. Daily interferences, nothing that would be too overt to the untrained eye, but psychologically degrading and damaging to the target over time.

e) Everyday life breaks and street theatre.

Flat tires, sleep deprivation, drugging food, putting dirt on targets property. Mass strangers doing things in public to annoy targets. These strangers might get text messaged to be at a specific time and place, and perform a specific action.

It might seem harmless to these Citizen Informants, but it could be causing great psychological trauma for the target. Eg. Blocking targets path, getting ahead of them in line, cutting or boxing them in on the road, saying or doing things to elicit a response from targets. Etc. It's like the death of a thousand paper cuts. One or two minor incidents will not cause any harm to the target, but over time the target is slowly worn down.

Where does the support or funding for this come from?

Though Gang Stalking itself is immoral and unethical in nature, programs such as this in democratic countries, and none democratic countries have always been funded by the Government. They are the only ones with enough money, coordination, and power to keep such a system in place. These Co-ordinated efforts then join hands with others for this systemic form of control and harassment.

1. If you know someone who is being targeted in this way please don’t go along with it. Don’t assume that the person is guilty or a bad person. Many innocent people are currently being targeted, and people are being told lies. This form of harassment is systemic and it's about state control and conformity. The express goal of this harassment is to destroy the individual over time.

2. If you are aware of someone being harassed in this way, subtly direct them to websites that deal with Gang Stalking, or sites for Targeted Individuals. Knowledge is power.

3. You can subtly offer your support to someone who is being unfairly treated, in very small little ways.

4. You can bring up the subject of Gang Stalking or Targeted Individuals.

6. You can subtly suggest that your local newspapers or community papers print articles about Targeted Individuals or even an write an objective piece about Gang Stalking.

How do participants communicate?

Communicate happens in a number of ways. When on the street or in cars patrolling, they use baseball or Stasi like signals. Citizen Informants also seem to get verbal ques via cellphone and earphones.

These include things like tapping the side of the nose, corner of the eye, brushing back the hair 3 times, the infamous double blink, etc.

3:30 PM Targeted me with Pulsed Energy Projectiles Weapon while up at the University; struggled to stay on my feet but body went into temporary paralysis; fell in a heap on the floor where the librarian insisted on calling paramedics instead of helping me to get up. Apparently, the criminals wanted to give me a more indepth demonstration of their military might and Satanic evil practices. PEP is my best guess but suppose it could have been another type weapon.

Campus paramedics were terrific but then two more from the Fire Dept. who I was told “were in the area” showed up. There was something creepy about the two of them and what it was, I'm sure, is that they were in on it.

It crossed my mind that something might be in store for me because I was left alone the entire day. Obviously, they read my thoughts.

I continue to get zero sleep at night with very loud acoustics blasting away in my head and heating my body to the extremes... almost uninterrupted when I’m lying in bed at night for which I' ve been unable to find adequate shielding. They continue to harass and entertain me blasting the audio effects of aircraft engines
overhead followed by a train rolling down the tracks (with no train tracks anywhere on this side of town); and because I'm not in a war zone (except covertly) there could be no loud ovrehead military aircraft. It's all so ridiculous and to think of the amount of money taxpayers are footing the bill for to allow Lockheed Martin (black budget aerospace industries) and the rest of the players to carry out this sort of nonsense. Then came the knocking sound at my bedroom window while I sat on the edge of the bed coping with the creation of battery acid from hell using the same sick twisted slow methodical, sadistic movements up and down throat into esophagus into stomach and back and forth - the language of a disturbed individual sitting at the display screen in a cowardly remote location so as not to be found out.

4:14 a.m. Awakened to neurological pain to (R) Leg behind Knee accompanied by cramping of the leg which was turned off like a light switch shortly after I made a written note of it; more knocking sounds at bedroom window.

My son has been afflicted with what he believes is food poisoning and vomiting with terrible pain. This is the 3^rd time recently and worse than other episodes. I need to explain the weapons assault and abuse to my son and his close family of friends. He continues to not want to hear about it, but now he will listen to what I have to say regardless. I wonder what his friends parents will have to say about all this... if they will even have heard of the technology. People have great difficulty believing their own government could do such evil things. They would rather believe someone is mentally ill just as Ret'd Colonel John Alexander told the USAF a long time ago about the weapon technology - "... Last night was the continuation of an entire day of brutal neurological weapon's assault to legs. Upper ARMS pinched for pain and limitation of movement... both upper arm's tweaked at point within the musculature and can be tweaked for pain or combined with shoulder blade/arm joints where implants are located to create neuromuscular pain and/or crippling effect

5:00 p.m. Pressure applied to bladder/ kidneys; forced urination and defecation;
6:00 a.m. Poking at throat to cause coughing;

9:00 a.m. Usual coffee stain targeting clean laundered white blouse between 5^{th
and 6th} button down front of blouse as usual.
9:20 a.m.The moment I stepped outside to walk to church my feet were attacked to hinder mobility; (L) knee also impaired as I began the walk. I forgot what they had done to my knee and jumped a couple of steps with pain shooting through it - 60 seconds later they tweaked
the knee to acknowledge they'd felt my pain – SO, what do you
say????? Anyone else living inside my body besides me?… 24/7 and
every second of each and every day they monitor every move. WHEREAS
most targeted victims are hooked up to the mind-machine interface
super computer w/personal monitoring off and on throughout the day
when necessary – that is not my experience – It is as if there
is another living being or computerized artificial intelligent life
inside me. My FACE is electrified - like touching the side of the
refrigerator with the motor running. I would be interested to know
if the rest of you are experiencing a similar state of being... the
embodiment of sensations and characteristics that do not identify as
human – when I touch my face or do any facial movement such as

That’s one story they had going around town and many of my stalkers didn’t buy into it so they changed their tactics to something much worse...

They couldn’t make much of a go of it and pretty much quit trying
in general. Their efforts continue to be used to influence friends
and family members. The type keeping a watchful eye on me are older
retired police and ex-military, other flunkie types and members of the American

Nazi party who give each other the raised outstretched arm salute and drive
around in cars/trucks. At this point it's pretty much a comedy of errors in a way

because they’re so obvious and all look alike besides.

9:55 a.m. SITTING IN CHURCH; (L) eye twitching with the strange electronic
fluttering sensation of eye ball with a grain of sand caught next to
tear duct waiting for me to expel it with my forefinger which always
leaves the eye feeling irritated... this is ongoing with (L) eye-
whatever they are doing, I don’t know. There is also a metallic
fluttering sound in my head. As I sit in Church my KNEES are hooked
up to mimic an extreme case of arthritis which causes standing up and
sitting down difficult. I more or less fall back into a seat like an
old person who hasn't taken good care of him/herself. To get up is also
a big deal; I've been in excellent shape my entire life; and now U. S.

I have decided to join forces with the Natives who are instrumental in starting the anti-Olympic movement-campaign here in Canada. At the same time I decided to join this group, I also phoned Keven Annett (Canadian Activist, former United church minister who lives here) and he and I are getting together later today. For those who do not know Kevin Annett, he fought for the Natives to expose the genocide that took place when they gathered up all the Native children and shipped them off to residential schools where they were tortured and killed at the hands of the United church and it (the round up of native children)was facilitated by the RCMP. Kevin has had a rough ride and the perps did effectively trash his life and the United Church did fire him. Kevin is in the process of doing a documentary about the Child Trafficking ..the documentary is called the Diary`. He was interviewed and filmed for this documentary and after that he was attacked and beaten up. He tells me this is not the first time he has been beaten up.

I am going to another Olympic protest-march next weekend in Victoria with the intention of networking with the other activists whom I know have become targets. I will keep you posted...provided I can stay in touch with you all and there is no disruption of communications.

I just had a meeting today with Kevin Annett and his wife. Kevin is exposing the child trafficking ring in Vancouver right now. Dear Honorable Senator Reid:
I write this letter regarding Eric Griffin's criminal victimization in a dreadful and deadly mind control program which effectuated the below criminal framing, set up and wrongful incarceration. Foremost, Eric Griffin has filed multitudes of affidavits and criminal complaints regarding being put in a slow kill MKULTRA/COINTELPRO mind control program. Specifically, he was being victimized by military weapons. He constantly complained of having directed energy weapons and the microwave auditory effect weapon inflicted on him. In simple English, these are deadly and criminal mind control weapons that need to be banned off of this earth. Since these weapons are being criminally used on innocent people, unregulated, and have not been banned, Eric Griffin is now incarcerated for a crime he was programmed to do, and committed such with no criminal intent.
In summary, Eric Griffin stated that he received a judgment signed by a judge regarding being compensated for the damages inflicted on him via this weaponry. Prior to going to the below bank, he went to the police department to see if they would help him enforce the judgment. They did not help him. Thereafter he went to the bank. If Eric Griffin was going to rob a bank as aledged, he would not have gone to the police department prior to going to the bank. The issues that will vindicate him are simple. The signed judgment he presented at the bank will show that he was set up. Did a real judge sign the judgment or was he victimized by fictional administration in the courts? Was the judgment signed for no other purpose other than a major part of his mind control programming, which led him to believe he had authority to seek enforcement of the judgment?
To this end, we, family and friends of Eric Griffin seek the release of Eric Griffin from the criminal mind control weapons he has relentlessly complained of and we demand his release from the penal system that he would have nothing to do with if justice prevailed in the banning of mind control military weapons being used on innocent people. Please note Eric Griffith was an active member in the Freedom from Covert Harassment movement, where multitudes of innocent people have testified of the atrocities inflicted on them via ruthless, deadly and criminal mind control operations. There are millions of people seeking to stop the criminal use of deadly mind control weapons on human beings. Our voices have been disregarded for too long, and another mind control atrocity has occurred because of such. A human race protection committee and a legal defense fund is needed to stop these disguised killings, programmings, set ups and framing's.
Honorable public official, today it is Eric Griffin, but tomorrow it could be you, your son, daughter or neighbor. Please demand the release of Eric Griffin as he has committed no crime and the evidence exemplifies that he is a victim of relentless, deadly, inhumane and unregulated mind control programming. Dear Senator,

Referring to the letter written to you by Mrs. Miriam Snyder (see below), I take the liberty to draw your attention to the fact that in the light of what is reported throughout the world, it is likely that Mr. Eric Griffin really has become a victim of chilling crimes against humanity perpetrated by a) invisible energies, b) chemical poisons, c) organised stalking.

From the point of view of humanity as well as from that of the constitutional state, it is utterly important that fundamental rights of detainees be respected ? as is utterly important in general that torture from a distance and the like cease to be practised.

Therefore, I strongly hope that you will do what you can in this respect. People around the world will feel immensely grateful for that. (In Belgium, prisons are obliged to allow entrance to members of parliament; the latter may visit detainees and ask questions to the personnel in the institution : I suppose something the like applies to the United States or to the state of Nevada?)
