A neuro slave is a human being who has been implanted with a micro chip in the base of their brain and they may also have an array of electrodes injected all around their skull. The microchip and the electrodes becomes wirelessly linked to a supercomputer and this allows neuro staff to send and receive information to and from the brain and body of the neuro slave to the extent that they collect all of the electrical activity from the brain and body of the neuro slave on a continual basis. We were unable to successfully host the Global Neuroethics Conference, which was scheduled to take place in early August. All three speakers cancelled just weeks before the event, and we failed to find any replacements within the limited time frame. We are still looking for help in perfecting the bill, and eliminating any potential loopholes that may surreptitiously allow the rights to be violated. After only about seventy days of little sleep, a junk food diet, untenable living quarters, as well as constant and demeaning criticism by boot camp supervisors it is then easy to bring an army recruit into a state of shock beyond his endurance threshold which causes him to retain any directives which are given to him. In this way, it is possible to render thousands of boot camp attendees forever after unquestioningly and mindlessly obedient to orders given by supervisors or army generals. Army recruits are in this way reduced to a state of mind where they can be ordered and enslaved. This process is now being used on university attendees.
Why are army boot camp recruits being inculcated by these and other inculcating methods in view of the fact that soldiers have always volunteered to fight in wars and have fought effectively in the past in spite of the fact that they have not always endured any inculcation methods whatsoever?.

Every time you think a thought your brain produces a unique electromagnetic frequency which can be measured, translated into a thought or a feeling, then collated and downloaded to your own smart phone or smart television. If you keep your smart phone on your person all day or even a short distance from you and even if it has been switch off it is still reading and uploading your thoughts to the smart grid which has been building an extensive map of your brain. This brain map can now be used to kill or torture you wireless by remote means and it can be done without any human intervention based on the personality profile which has been collected in this way. I have heard via direct wireless communication that 5G will emit artificial intelligent energy. 5G transmitters emit energy and that energy can then be beam formed and each beam of energy can be transmitted individually to each individual human being and it could contain private information meant only for them. Your smart phone would receive the information in some instances. If you are what is known as a smart citizen which is sometimes known as a targeted individual who has technology inside their brains and bodies which has already been activated to send and receive information by wireless means then the information being sent from the 5G transmitters would be downloaded directly inside your cranium.
If you are not a smart citizen but you smart phone is in your home while you are lying in bed attempting to fall asleep the wireless energy coming directly to your smart phone from the 5G transmitters could cause floating images to appear in your bedroom. Said floating images are ones which are being created by artists using computer software and by other means. They are not supernatural in nature. Further to that, demonic possession does not exist. It is and always has been technological possession and nothing more. I myself am a long term targeted individual which is also being called a smart citizen because for many years I have been non-consensually experimented on by means of wireless technology which has come to be inside my head and body. I have experienced seeing floating images around my bedroom late at night on a number of occasions. They are not at all frightening because I am fully aware that they are computer generated. This technology has been used against all of us for many decades in order to make us disbelieve that we are being slowly technologically enslaved. These brain wave tracings show distinctive patterns all of which have been translated into individual words and feelings and they have been compiled into a computerized dictionary which can be translated at the speed of light into what you are thinking and feeling. By this method anyone’s thoughts can be read. Further to this, the brains of all targeted individuals who are also known as smart citizens have been turned into antennas to the extent that their brains can be read wirelessly in real time by unknown neuro scientists and ancillary staff who work from a remote location and without the permission and without the targeted individual ever having met any of them. MEASURING ELECTROMAGNETIC FREQUENCIES GENERATED BY THE HUMAN BRAIN.
The human brain and body and the environmnet all work off electromagnetic frequencies. The television, radio, internet, mobile phone, RFID chips etc all work off electromagentic frequencies. When the human brain thinks a thought it produces an electromagnetic frequency which can be measured by wireless means from a distance and automatically translated into what the human subject has just thought about.
In order to measure the electromagnetic frequencies of the human brain, an electroencephalogram is used. It is also known as an EEG machine.
In the 1970s at Stanford University, United States, Dr Pennial put electrodes on the scalp of human subjects and gave them cards to look at. He captured the electromagnetic frequency for each though and emotion of each human subject while that human subject looked at pictures and words on those cards.
Dr Pennial compiled a dictionary of the differnet brain patterns and electromagnetic frequency measurements which corresponded with each picture or word. He then computerized his dictionary to the extent that each brain pattern and electomagnetic frequency measurement would automatically be translated into whatever picture or word that it corresponded with.
When this automatic translation capability was fully completed Dr Pennial could then use it to read the thoughts of human subjects by having a long series of their brain patterns automatically translated into what they were thinking about by using the computerized automatic translating capability to do so.
By using this method Dr Pennial could also determine the emotional state of each human subject he studied.
If you take the electromagnetic frequency for ice cream and send it to the brain of a human being who is not hungry and who has not been thinking of eating ice cream you can manipulate them to then eat ice cream.
If you take the electromagnetic frequency for any possible human emotion and if you send it by wireless means to the brain of an individual you can change their mood instantly in any way you wish. The internet of things is a worldwide control system where eventually everyone and everything on the planet would be wirelessly linked to each other except for the slave masters who would run the system. All of the electrical activity which is generated by my brain and body is transmitted continually by wireless means to the computerized control system where all of my verbal thoughts as well as my words and actions are automatically translated by the system. Several aspects of my health are automatically being read and even partially controlled by the system. Digital signals are being sent from behind the scenes operatives who manipulate the system to my brain and body on a constant basis throughout each day of my life. This transfer of digital signals to my brain and body allow these operatives to force me to listen to their voices or simulations of their voices which I hear coming from inside my own head. It also allows them to send me video signals, pain and forced muscle movements among other unwanted experiences. These operatives are constantly monitoring my body processes to such an extent that they sometimes tell me when to visit the bathroom. They are so intrusive into my life that I would much prefer to be dead than to continue to endure what I endure.
I don’t leave my home very often due to the fact that I have poor health. I suffer from irritable bowel syndrome and bladder problems. However, I visit one of my local towns possibly once per week for about ten minutes in order to collect a medical prescription or another small item. My groceries are delivered to my home so I do not need to go out very often. Whenever I go to town the voices which I hear coming from inside my head inform me that they are informing the store security that I am coming into the store and they claim that they are giving a profile of me to the store security. This is followed by what is presented to me as the voice of store security personnel deciding to allow me to shop at that store. This process makes me feel extremely anxious. I and all other targeted individuals of wireless electronic harassment and psychological torture are a test bed for the future internet of things which can only come onstream if 5G which is fifth generation wireless technology is fully installed and activated throughout the world. When 5G is fully installed the bandwidth necessary to wirelessly link each human being other than the slave masters to a super computer where they would be wirelessly controlled and enslaved for the rest of their lives. I have been warning anybody who reads my blogs about this for years but very strong electronic mind control is being used against anybody who lives or works close to a microwave transmitter and many of them are unable to over ride the electronic mind control that they are being subjected to.
If or when you become wirelessly linked to the wireless internet of things you will be video recorded wherever you go and anybody throughout the world who has access to the wireless internet of things from behind the scenes who are now known as the security staff will automatically access a profile of you which would automatically appear under all footage of you no matter where you were. These security staff could use 5G to send you an individual beam of energy in order to electronically manipulate you in some way and if they thought you were a threat plans are now in place to allow them to electronically paralyse you for a short space of time until you were apprehended by the police. The wireless internet of things can also be used to kill you by wireless remote means by the use of a computer program without any repercussions to whoever wirelessly murdered you. The wireless internet of things is a lock down wireless enslavement system. We must disassemble and ban both microwave and millimetre wave transmitters now while we still can. I believe that the wireless internet of things is owned and controlled by dark occultists who have spent large amounts of money creating hoaxes in order to try to get the rest of the human race to falsely believe that the threat to their freedom is coming from the supernatural, sentient AI or extra-terrestrial beings. However, the extra-terrestrial hoax is being created by very life like robots which are being externally and wirelessly controlled and as well as that sentient AI does not and could not exist. What looks like sentient AI is in fact thousands of algorithms working together. I personally do not believe in the supernatural. All incidences which have been presented as supernatural including demonic possession are easily explained away by the use of science and technology.
In 1995 a patent was created that would subsume all other patents in order to control everybody and everything on planet earth and which is euphemistically known as “the internet of things” patent but is called the Walker patent after Richard C Walker who filed it. However, it is now believed that Richard C Walker is a front man and that the patent is in reality owned and controlled by Sir Geoffrey Pattie of the British Privy Council, which works within the City of London Financial District. I have been investigating these reports of V2K, RNM, Synthetic telephathy, etc, for about the last decade. My investigations have taken me across the world, from the UK to Australia. I have been able to confirm that all these events are attributable to one or more satellite constellations in orbit, firing needle-like microwave beams at humans enabling both the reading and writing to the human brain. Further, as an extension of this, this system is learning how to control tissue throughout the body for the purposes of remote control. The system(s) is backed by Artificial General Intelligence with the goal of being able to rapidly impersonate humans, deploy troops and infiltrate gov/military and other groups anywhere in the world.
These events appear to be connected with the fairly recent attacks on US CIA and diplomatic staff in both Cuba and China.

Dear Minister Zappone,
I am deeply disappointed that you are attempting to introduce home inspections of private homes by stealth. You are first of all targeting people who need jobs as child minders and who can not refuse to have their private home inspected by government officials if they wish to attain employment in that area. When governments wish to take away more and more of the legal rights of the general public they always cite concern for children or other social groups.
If home inspections of private homes are being introduced into some sectors of society it is only a matter of time before they will be introduced into all areas under the guise of public safety or under some other guise.
I believe that all members of the Irish government are under mass mind control to the extent that they appear to be constantly acting against the wishes of the people of Ireland where they enact new laws on a constant basis which disempower the people of Ireland and hand that power that the Irish people once enjoyed over to government staff whose job it is to enforce those new laws.
I do not blame the Irish government for this state of affairs because I believe that mind control technology has been deployed close to Leinster House and close to other government buildings which is similar to what has been deployed throughout the United Kingdom and which has lessened my confidence in the capabilities of the Irish government. Other members of the Richmond City Council and I, Councilman Nathaniel Bates are much aware of your efforts to enact a city based legislation regulating local authority and innovative space-based technology of which directly falls under federal and international jurisdiction. The Space Preservation Act of 2001 reaffirmed US policy that activities in space should be devoted to peaceful purposes.
As you also are aware, the City of Richmond has done what it can to acknowledge and support individuals who claim to be Targeted Individuals (TI) by adopting Resolution 51-15 in support of targeted individuals who claim to be under assault from space based weaponry and rreferenced the Space Preservation Act (SPA). The SPA was introduced to the 107th Congress, HR 1977 to preserve the cooperative, peaceful uses of space for the benefit of all humankind by permanently prohibiting the basing of weapons in space by the United States, and to require the President to take action to adopt and implement a world treaty banning space-based weapons. The resolution demonstrates the City's support of these proposed actions and more importantly, support for those individuals who identify themselves as targets of space-based weapons.
