We all have neural dust inside our brains and bodies and it got there mostly through inhalation and ingestion. Each neural dust mote contains a piezoelectric crystal. The neural dust motes inside our brains and bodies are being used to read our brain signals and the data gathered from our brains and bodies is collected by whatever smart phone is registered to the name of each individual. The smart phones automatically transmit the data to a central control system. This has all been achieved without the permission of the majority of the human race by individuals who wish to wirelessly enslave or else torture or genocide us.
When our neurons fire and pass signals to each other they reach what is known as an action potential when generates and electrical pulse. These electrical pulses are measured using EEGs and are automatically translated into what you see, hear, feel, smell, touch, taste and they are also translated into all of your muscle movement including the smooth muscle movements of your intestines. Some of this information is extracted from your brain and is transmitted wirelessly to a central storage system. This system is called A BRAIN COMPUTER INTERFACE.
A COMPUTER BRAIN INTERFACE writes information into your brain using transcranial magnetic stimulation or by a number of other means. Phosphene induction is used to write information into the brain. The process of writing information into your brain is used to stimulate your action potentials which generates electrical pulses. The process is called SSVEP. The electrical pulses which are generated by this process cause you to see, hear, feel, smell, touch and taste what is not actually real. It is simply an illusion but yet you can be made to feel as if you are inside a virtual reality setting which can be used to either torture you or to allow you to experience a state of bliss. Some of the electrical pulses which are generated when information is written into your brain can be used to cause the muscles of your face and your body and even your vocal cords to be remotely controlled against your will, which can be used to turn you into a bio-robot. A BRAIN TO BRAIN INTERFACE is created by attaching a BRAIN COMPUTER INTERFACE TO A COMPUTER BRAIN INTERFACE. By means of brain computer interface the brainwaves are extracted from one human being and they are stored inside a computer. They can then be sent instantly thousands of miles across the world to another computer which can be owned and controlled by criminal neuro operatives. The criminal neuro operatives write this information into the brain of a second human being, often against the will and without the consent of that second human being.
The industrialist Elon Musk has stated that he plans to inject a neural lace into the brains of members of the public in such a way that the neural lace would form a brain computer interface which would in turn enable him and and his colleagues to connect the brains of members of the public to the internet. However, brain computer interfacing the general public has been largely achieved already through chemtrail spraying of the skies over our heads with nano materials which we later inhale and ingest.

There are now in existence hundreds of patents where the human body and brain can be both manipulated, influenced and controlled wirelessly and remotely by directed energy weapons and mind control/neuro weapons. I am informed that if you own a personal smart phone and you carry it around with you on a constant basis, the smart phone will record everything you think, say and do while you have it close to you, at least within five feet of you. Every time you think a thought you generate a unique electromagnetic frequency which is downloaded to the smart phone and it is then wirelessly transmitted to a central location where it is automatically translated into that unique thought. . All of your other thoughts, words and actions which also generate their own unique electromagnetic frequencies are stored at that central location as well. That central control centre stores unique details about you such as how long you sleep each night, how often you eat, what your moods are like and many other personal details.
I don’t carry a smart phone with me and I don’t have any digital media devices on my bicycle which is my mode of transport. I live out in a rural area and I don’t often encounter any digital media devices other than my personal computer. Because of a lack of digital media devices in my environment, the engineers who monitor me via smart engineered technology can not obtain as much detail about my daily habits as they would like and this is causing consternation among the team of bio-engineers who keep me on file with regard to my claim for irritable bowel syndrome.
Not alone are all of the electromagnetic frequencies which are generated by the brains and bodies of individuals who are wirelessly and non-consensually connected to the smart grid automatically stored at a central location and also automatically translated into everything we think, say and do but as well as that, a frequency modulator is used to send us back other electromagnetic frequencies which are made to over ride our own electromagnetic frequencies to the extent that now our arms and legs can be forced to move against our wills among many other unwanted experiences. These unknown bio-engineers who I regard as criminals sometimes tell me what I should eat, what time I should get up in the morning at, what I should spend my money on, and even when I should visit the bathroom. Further to this, preprogrammable microchips exist which can induce pain in the microchip implant victim if they should attempt to cross pre-set boundaries such as the boundaries of their own town or city. Every time you think a thought your brain produces a unique electromagnetic frequency which can be measured, translated into a thought or a feeling, then collated and downloaded to your own smart phone or smart television. If you keep your smart phone on your person all day or even a short distance from you and even if it has been switch off it is still reading and uploading your thoughts to the smart grid which has been building an extensive map of your brain. This brain map can now be used to kill or torture you wireless by remote means and it can be done without any human intervention based on the personality profile which has been collected in this way. There is a plan underway by smart technologists to use all of the above information to hurt most of the human race if we continue to use smart phones. As soon as an extensive brain map has been built of you and your family you can then be exposed to all kinds of information coming from smart grids such as fifth generation wireless transmitters. You can be forced to see information that you do not wish to see such as pornography or frightening images. You can be forced to hear voices which appear to be inside your head. Fort Meada, Maryland is heavily involved in tabulating all data which is being collected from me and from many other targeted individuals throughout the world in preparation for a police state in Ireland and all other courtires throughout the world. As part of the work of the sub agents who target me and others, they are obliged to tabulate the number of sexual penetrations which women have had during the course of their lifetimes to date. I personally believe there is an easy way to stop this slow enslavement process of the human race. We should and must destroy all infrastructure which enables it. The existence of satellites has been found to be a hoax. What was initially believed to be satellites were in fact large stationary drones. Telephone masts are the linchpin which holds the whole control and enslavement system together. The dark new world order self-proclaimed elite do not own the infrastructure as previously thought because they obtained it by the use of electronically mind controlling the individuals who sold them the infrastructure , which makes their ownership of it illigitimate. Therefore the human race ownes all technological infrastructure which has been installed throughout the world and it is our right to disassemble it and have it banned and outlawed urgently. The practice of forcing unwilling people to hear the voices of criminals who work within the intelligence services or who are loosely affiliated with the intelligence services has now become widespread. The police and psychiatrists are refusing to confront this situation either through fear or because they have been already compromised by this technology or because they are under electronic mind control from the use of smart engineered technology in their environment. Targeted individuals of this practice of being forced to hear inner voices which is known as voice to skull direct communication or microwave hearing or synthetic telepathy for the most part no longer inform the police or psychiatrists of their predicament because they do not wish to be erroneously incarcerated in a psychiatric hospital. Many targeted individuals have purchased radio frequency tracers only to find that strong radio frequencies sometimes come out out of their ears or from the back or top of their heads. 

A criminal syndicate of neuro operatives have been reproducing their voices inside my head wholly against my will and without my permission for nearly sixteen years. They frequently threaten to torture me at some time in the future. They have graphically threatened to kill me using a variety of gruesome methods. They insult me regularly. Because of the accumulation of technological dust particles inside my body and brain, these members of the criminal syndicate can now move my facial muscles against my will and can also force my head to nod and shake against my will. My whole body has started to come alive against my will.

Targeted individuals and indeed any member of the public who has an accumulation of technological neuro dust dispersed throughout their body and brain can now be made to have a virtual reality experience without the need to wear a virtual reality headset. The virtual reality experience could be made to involve all five of their senses and it could be positive or negative. False cover stories such as the demonic possession hoax, the near death experience hoax, the extra-terrestrial hoax, the religious apparition hoax, the existence of satellites hoax, and many other hoaxes have been invented to cover up these classified scientific capabilities. Stationary drones have been mistaken for satellites by the scientific community.

One of the voices which I hear coming from inside my head has informed me today that they hope to be able to gain total control of my brain and body in as little as six months time. If that situation comes about I would then be a remote controlled neuro slave. I would not be able to over-ride the wireless digital signals which they can both send and receive to and from the accumulations of technological neuro dust inside my body.

I am not the only one in this predicament. In fact there are so many other targeted individuals who are claiming to experience forced muscle movement and internal voices that if we all eventually become human robots the fabric of society will collapse in due course.

We have no choice to be disassemble and ban all microwave transmitters and all related paraphernalia immediately. However, the general public appear to be under electronic mind control which is non-detectable and impossible to override. They appear to have been electronically mind controlled to believe that anybody who hears the voices of other human beings coming from inside their heads is mentally ill, which is not the case. If we organised to have the microwave transmitters and related paraphernalia disassembled and outright banned electronic mind control would also be a thing of the past. Microwave transmitters can also be used and is being used to burn down houses be remote wireless means. Hence, another reason to urgently ban all microwave transmitters now. These are silent weapons and this is a secret war. Time is short. The worldwide economy may soon shut down because of the secret use of these wireless weapons in high places.

We can not afford to be naïve in a twenty first century of advanced technology where almost anything is possible. We have gone too far. Cadavers can now be made to get up and dance because of inner neuro dust combined with strategically placed implants. Real life human beings such as you and I can also be bio-robotized if given enough time to complete the process. There is no future for the children of his generation or for a million generations of children to come while the microwave transmitters remain standing.

Small animals have been given dust sized technology to ingest.  When the technology has been evenly dispersed inside their bodies each piece of technology is then bi-directionally connected to a computer network, where neuro operatives are paid to bio-robotize each small animal so that they can be remote controlled to move and act largely against their wills.  This is also being done to real live human beings on a large scale but when they complain they are deemed to be mentally ill.  Governments can not admit that humans can be wirelessly interfered with because by doing so the law courts would be deemed unsound and prisoners would have to be let out of jail.  However, the human beings that have become bio-robotized can have their free will totally over powered and they can be made to commit acts of extreme evil such as poisoning the water supply of a whole city or take part in a school shooting. 

Many human beings who can prove that they are being slowly bio-robotized have come forward to be interviewed on youtube by award winning American journalist Ramola Dharmaraj on her channel which goes under the name of "Ramola D Reports".   Patents also exist which prove this capability.  

Secrecy allows evil to flourish.  Governments have a duty to admit to the existence of wireless weapons to their fellow country men and women and they must  destroy and ban all wireless enabling capabilities immediately.  However, these same wireless enabling capabilities are being used to electronically mind control them and they are not even aware that they are under electronic mind control.

Targeted individuals of wireless directed energy weapons are complaining to government officials throughout most of the world. Targeting of individuals is heavily co-ordinated throughout many countries in the world.  If the targeted individual moves to a different country they are met and followed by a team of gang-stalkers at each airport and their electronic harassment continues uninterrupted in the new country.   The only individuals who have the money and political connections to organise this slow and secret worldwide enslavement system  are the dark new world order crime cartel who control the intelligence services, the military and the police in most countries indirectly.    A secret technological holocaust is happening behind the scenes  in your life.  Many good will and good living human beings are being forced to commit suicide or else face experiencing whole body takeover.  Psychiatrists appear to be under electronic mind control or else they are afraid to come forward for fear of being targeted themselves.  Anytime a country is being taken over by a fascist regime they first of all take control of the main stream media and the police.  They has largely occurred in most European countries.  We can no longer trust the main stream media or the police.  They may have been captured at the top level by agents of the new would-be fascist dictatorship who regard most of us as useless eaters who are wasting the finite resources of this planet and who ultimately wish to depopulate the planet by killing of most of us and enslaving the rest.  To that end they have infiltrated and taken control of the drug industry, main stream medicine, the public water supply, the schooling system, and all other aspects of government.  Our current politicians are under electronic mind control or have been compromised in some other way by wireless weapons.

We must urgently break away from the fascist controlled European Parliament, ban all wireless enabling capabilities, and all electronic mind controlling capabilities.  We must reform under a very limited Government because it is true that the larger the government the less freedom we have.   The function of any government is simply to protect our rights, freedom and property.  That should be the only function of a government.

It is my profound knowledge that there are multiples of individuals throughout mostly Britian who are helping each other to tie down the synapses of my body bit by bit.  To that end their work is co-ordinated by a group of individuals who are known throughout the world as the self-proclaimed elite,  in order to organise these disparate individuals  to work in tandem with each other  on a daily basis so that they may eventually tie down all of the synapses in my body so that they would  be able to then paralyse me from head to toe  some day or else to some day bio-robotize me.

A large portion of these disparate individuals who work alone throughout Britian have no way of knowing what they are doing or who they are doing it to.  They have been informed that they are attempting to achieve something of great importance for the human race.  Instead they are indirectly helping to enslave themselves because if human bio-robotization becomes widespread the bio-robots will be forced to  go on to enslave others.

I along with most other human beings in the western world have inhaled and ingested neural dust.  I have been informed that some neural dust particulates have coagulated inside my brain at this stage to the extent that they have become a miniature very basic smart phone so that I am permanently online whether I use digital media or not.  I have no way of proving this.

After more than fifteen years of being targeted  with directed energy weapons and both remote neural monitoring and remote neural manipulation the muscles of my face and neck can be  moved by wireless means   by individuals who remain unknown to me and who work from a remote location. Said individuals move  the muscles of my face and neck at their own will.  It is only a matter of time until I am completely bio-robotized unless I can stop it from happening  and there may be ways of stopping it from happening either by drinking ozonated water which might help to dislodge the neural dust inside my body or by the use of a home-made emp pulse gun whereby I would shoot myself with strong pulses of magnetic energy, thereby dislodging the neural dust inside my body and set myself free from this wireless tethering to computer networks which I am currently enduring. I would appreciate any and all advice on how to make a magnetic pulse gun.
These unknown criminals can now disengage small groups of my muscles on a temporary basis from time to time causing me to walk with a pronounced limp for a short space of time. The pronounced limp reappears and disappears at disparate intervals.

The abuses of remote neural monitoring and remote neural manipulation capabilities is the real reason why we have no European Parliament of any consequences.  Most people are in the know about remote neural manipulation and they are afraid to speak out.

I currently hear voices coming from inside my head.  The general public must now confront the fact that technology has existed that can transmit voices inside the heads of random members of the public by wireless capabilities for many decades and the science is easily explainable.

The general public must also confront the fact that they have been in denial about this  because to acknowledge the truth would lead to a public crisis like no other.

I have been lead to believe that the following method is the one that is  being used to wirelessly transmit the voices which  I hear coming from inside my head.   We all have ingested neural dust in our food and water.  This neural dust has lodged inside our brains and bodies, some of which has coagulated into larger units over time.  These larger units of neural dust which I will call nodes are being used to draw energy into a computer network from my brain circuits in order to provide information to the neuro operatives about the condition of the nodes.  If said nodes are sufficiently large enough they can then be used to create an electronic circuit board inside the human brain. Each coagulated neural dust node can be connected to another coagulated neural dust node by way of  streaming digital signals from one node to another node through the computer network that they have been wirelessly linked to.  This electronic circuit board can then be used by the criminal neuro operatives to upload voices, images, short videos, odours, sensations and tastes into the brain and mind of the targeted individual.  Furthermore, this electronic circuit board inside my brain is now being used on an almost daily basis to move the muscles of my face and neck against my will and without my permission.

The cover stories that are being most commonly used to cover up advances in neuro science are the cover story that the subject  who is experiencing strange phenomena is mentally unwell or is having supernatural experiences.   Neither is true.

The nodes of neural dust  which have coagulated inside my brain and body over many years are not in my favour.  They are being used to slowly enslave me.  I could find myself in a situation at some time in the future where criminal neuro operatives could close my mouth or eyes against my will and refuse to allow me to open them again unless I do their bidding.   I could also be paralysed by wireless means and from a remote location in the future if I do not find a way to dissolve the coagulated nodes of neural dust inside my brain and body.   Some fellow targeted individuals of remote neural manipulation have suggested I drink ozonated water or Epsom salts in order to dissolve the coagulated nodes of neural dust inside my brain and body.  I am currently drinking both of these drinks.  I have not noticed any change in the level of invasion into my mind and body  by these remote neural monitoring and remote neural manipulation staff.    Please urgently disassemble and ban microwave transmitters if you wish that you and your children to  live in freedom from wireless tethering to computer networks.   Otherwise neural enslavement of many individuals is now imminent.

A social credit score system in combination with a universal remote neural monitoring system is being rolled out throughout the world for most of the human race.     First of all humans  would be wirelessly linked to a computer network from what has been described as either neural dust or implants  inside our brains, spinal cords and various parts of our bodies.   This is being called "Remote Neural Monitoring" .    All electrical activity generated by the brain and body of each human is then sent by a wirelessly enabled  two way stream of energy to the computer network which would both store it indefinitely and analyse it for categorization into dozens of categories such as quantity and type of food eaten based on particulates in common processed foods, amount of hours slept, amount and times of  sexual intercourse, bathroom visits, amount and intensity  of daily exercise and a myriad of other actions.  Other aspects of the life of each human would also be blended into the social credit score system such as work activities, taxes paid, academic credentials, religious observance, dissident behaviour  and online comments.   I, myself, have been an unwilling subject of Remote Neural Monitoring for more than fifteen years and I have been informed via voice communication technology which I hear coming from inside my head that I am being studied on a second by second basis in order to set up a social credit score system for me based on my activities for every minute of every day which can already be discerned from said "Remote Neural Monitoring".  The neuro staff who are studying me via the electrical activity readouts of my brain and body which are automatically translated into my activities on their computer screens are using giant algorithms to help set up this absolute enslavement system for most of the human race for and on behalf of dark occultists who I am led to believe no longer classify themselves as humans.    The dark occultists are already beginning to create a hoaxed story line suggesting to their fellow human beings that the artificial intelligence network which would control the giant algorithms which would run the social credit score system for humans is in danger of going out of control and taking on a life of its own in order to cover up their extremely cruel and torturous future enslavement  plans for the rest of us so that all blame is deflected away from them.   Many other hoaxes have already been created to cover up both remote neural monitoring and remote neural manipulation of hundreds of thousands of individuals who are now calling themselves "targeted individuals" for all walks of life, throughout most of the world.   We can instantly stop this enslavement process in its tracks by disabling, disassembling, banning and outlawing all wireless enabling capabilities throughout the whole world.  Please consider doing this.

These criminal neuro operatives attempt to micro-manage my life to an unbearable level.  Recently on one occasion they observed and stated that I had a strong need to use the toilet.  They even tell me what I am allowed to think about on occasion, and they will strongly reprimand me if I think about something harmless that they deem inappropriate.  If you belong to a cult, the cult leaders will wish you to break off all human relations with family and neighbours and give all of your attention to the members of the cult.   If I show a neighbourly  interest in the activities of my neighbours I am  similarly reprimanded my the voices of the neuro operatives which I hear coming from inside my head on a continual  basis throughout each day.

Remote Neural Monitoring and Manipulation is a tool for wireless enslavement of human beings at the hands of dark occultists who run a secret network of human neural  enslaving centres in any country  that has widespread  wireless capability.   A human being is selected for wireless neural enslaving based on many and varied factors, possibly to do with the amount of technology they keep in their bedroom, combined with whether or not they switch off the electricity supply to their home each  night and whether or not  they bolt the doors of their home and their bedroom each night.  Most standard door locks can be overridden by universal door keys and the householders can be entrained by neuro weapons  to feel so tired that they would not be able to wake up and check for an intruder.
