The neuro operatives who electronically harass and psychologically torture me by the use of wireless weapons are becoming dispirited recently for many of the following reasons but mostly because of the first reason.
I hear the voices of these neuro operatives coming from inside my head due to the fact that their are using voice to skull classified bio-communication technology to non-consensually communicate with me . I repeat almost everything they say to me in a loud voice using the following phrase each time they say something to me " WHY AM I HEARING YOUR VOICE COMING FROM INSIDE MY HEAD, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, WHILE SAYING THE FOLLOWING" ……...and then I repeat exactly what they just said.
I do this many times throughout each evening and night while I am lying in bed. Everything I say is then distributed widely among the student body who are helping to analyse my bodily functions which they are able to do because I have become implanted with bio-sensors and other technology throughout my body and brain. This is all being achieved by wireless means and without my permission or consent. I do not know these people or their location. They have been wirelessly experimenting on me for sixteen years and they have bio-communicated with me on a non-consensual basis throughout that sixteen years, often hundreds of times each day.
Other reasons why they are becoming dispirited are because I live in the countryside in a family owned stone farm cottage so I am not easy to access.
I have never broken any law in my life so they can gain no leverage on me.
I am not addicted to any substance. I do not even drink coffee or eat refined sugar.
They can not surreptitiously befriend me in order to gain access into my life because I do not make any new friends. I am friends with four other Irish targeted individuals who all have high online profiles so in that way I can know that they are genuine targeted individuals.

I have never and I never would at any time in the future accept money, gifts, bribes or favours from these unknown neuro operatives even though they have attempted to offer me bribes through the wirelessly enabled classified voice to skull bio-communication system on many occasions throughout the previous years since I have become non-consensually wirelessly tethered to their computer system. I personally believe that the reason they have asked me by wireless means if I would accept bribes is so that they would then have legal permission to continue with their wireless harassment and psychological torture of me. If you ever become targeted by wireless weapons you must never agree to meet up with these perpetrators and you must never allow them to do you any favours or to offer you any gifts or money.

Many targeted individuals who are being electronically harassed by a combination of remote neural monitoring and remote neural manipulation no longer complain to the police, because the police refuse to believe us when we do complain.  Instead of helping us they send us for unneeded psychiatric evaluation.   Therefore we can no longer trust the police.

I plan to continue repeating the phrase "WHY AM I HEARING YOUR VOICE COMING FROM INSIDE MY HEAD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION WHILE YOU WERE SAYING THE FOLLOWING …….and then repeating what ever they have recently said , because it is really annoying them and at appears to be compromising them also because their extremely cruel methodologies are being revealed to some of their colleagues and to whoever purchases their findings. The above sentence among others is often said to individuals who have previously been placed under negative neuro linguistic programming in order to boost their egos so that they would become extremely controlling in the way they treat their colleagues. Otro grupo es el  que vende servicios sexuales, allí actúa como proxeneta, entran los pedófilos, me han sabido saber que pueden entrar personas a mirar supuestamente qué he hecho yo, él dice que es alguien que quiere vivir la experiencia de una mente deprabada y pervertida, existe un cuarto grupo que es el del hombre que a toda hora me está ofendiendo en mi psiquis, pero para el exterior, lo escuchan diciendo cosas bonitas a una mujer, a mí me llama "culo", de ahí en adelante todo lo que se puedan imaginar de denigrante, siempre con su voz sínica, con él siempre hay varias personas, que aparentemente son hombres, pueden ser muchas voces, con las que tiene conversaciones sobre mí, siempre es hablando de mí, Sugey, y cada vez que me hace una fechoría y me atropella de alguna manera, les dice "Si señores", me acaba de pedir que haga cosas en contra de mi familia, ese tipo es terrible. 

Ahora bien, en España existen grupos de mujeres que se dedican al gangstalking, aquí en Colombia, puede suceder lo mismo, la que dice llamarse luis, puede ser una mujer, existen unas mujeres que siempre me atacan de forma horrible.

We are all aware that a social credit score system has been set up in China and is due to become mandatory in 2020. Data is being collected by electronic means on every citizen in China. Computerized algorithms award or deduct points based on every piece of data which has been collected. These include amount of hours worked each week, the amount of taxes paid to date, credentials, financial debts, financial credits, motoring penalty points, grocery purchasing history, clothing purchasing history, legal involvement, history of raising children, as well as many other pieces of data. A profile is being built on each human being who uses a smart phone, based on everything they say while in the proximity of their smart phone, and also everything they do while in the proximity of their smart phone based on electronic signals which come from their bodies and are being read by said smart phone. The smart phone also collects data on wherever they travel to and how long they remain at each location.
If the amount of points awarded to a Chinese citizen is low they are penalized in many and varied ways. They could possibly be denied access to public transport or be denied access to public buildings such as libraries or art galleries. Their credit card could cease to work if they attempted to purchase luxury items and would only work if they attempted to purchase groceries or other basic needs.
In order to set up a social credit score system which works by computerized algorithms in Ireland, this social credit score system but be first set up manually. Individuals, including myself have been selected for around the clock monitoring so that all of our words and actions can be studied in great detail in preparation for setting up a social credit score system at any time in the future. We are also being monitored in order to conduct many and varied types of research on us. I feel that I have already been partially if not fully incorporated into a manually run social credit score system already. My debit card ceases to work at inopportune moments. The individuals who speak to me via classified wireless voice to skull bio-communication methods have informed me that they deliberately wirelessly disabled my debit card so that it would not work because I have not answered them respectfully. Many other negative occurrences in my life have also been instigated by these same individuals. A social credit score system is an enslavement system. We must stop it ever being set up in Ireland. In order to stop we need to disable the technological infrastructure that supports it.
A social credit score system could possible be installed in Ireland above the heads of our senior politicians because a remote neural monitoring system combined with a remote neural manipulation system has already been instigated throughout the whole island of Ireland and our senior politicians claim to know nothing about it. I used to be a fan of  the American singer  Donny Osmond when I was fifteen. That is where I learned about Mormonism as he is a Mormon.  I am an agnostic and I believe that belonging to an organised religion weakens people because they must abandon logic in order to embrace faith.
However, the Mormons appear to be a stronger group than adherents to other organised religions because they lead sober lives. Drinking alcohol, smoking cigarettes, being sexually promiscuous, gambling and taking hard drugs weakens people as individuals and as groups.
We are being socially engineered by agents of the dark new world order criminal cabal to do all of those things in order that we become weaker and weaker so that we can be eventually enslaved by them.
Small children are being strongly encouraged to eat sugar coated cakes at birthdays, Christmas, easter and every other possible occasion. Sugar is poisonous and it weakens us.
The dark new world order criminal cabal normalize the habit of individuals and groups indulging in weakening behaviour at every opportunity, and I imagine that they rejoice whenever they see somebody in a weakened state so that they can then exploit them further.
We are living through a war of attrition now. Watch everything you do at all times. You are being profiled through your smart phone. Whatever you say while your smart phone is on your person is being used to build up a profile of you and I imagine your weaknesses will then be highlighted for others to exploit. 

I am a subject of remote neural monitoring and remote neural manipulation.  The neuro staff who reproduce their voices inside my head by wireless means have been of late attempting to present me in a false positive light.  I wish to present myself in an authentic, honest manner and I am uncomfortable with what I believe they are attempting to do.  Why are they attempting to present me in a false positive light?   I believe that I am equal to everyone in the world.  I would never look up to anyone and I would never look down on anyone.    I am an introvert and have no wish to ever be in the public arena.  I wonder what is going on?

Further to that I believe that the electronic harassment that most targeted individuals undergo is about leading us to a stage when we will no longer react no matter how much they continue to harass us.  If or when targeted individuals reached a stage when they became passive and indifferent to all kinds of electronic harassment and gang stalking, the neuro operatives would then take a reading of the brain wave frequencies in our brains and then they would transmit those frequencies  of passivity and indifference via transmitters and smart street lighting  into the brains of the rest of humanity.  I believe that they are already doing that because targeted individuals are finding it difficult to wake up some other members of the human race to the reality of human technological enslavement.

SIX STRONG REASONS WHY WE SHOULD NO LONGER ORGANISE OURSELVES IN A HEIRARCHICAL BASED CONTROL SYSTEM.

1. Whoever sits at the top of the hierarchy can be secretly controlled by an enemy.
2. Psychopaths always rise to the top because they are prepared to kill anybody that stands in their way of attaining money, power, status and control.
3. In a hierarchical based control system such as the American Presidency, one man at the top of the hierarchical based control system is suddenly deemed to know everything about everything, and is suddenly deemed to be a fount of all wisdom, a situation which is unreal.
4. No individual will agree to remain at the bottom of a heirarchy unless they are put under either trauma based mind control or else electronic mind control or both. Before electronic mind control became main-stream trauma based mind control was used in the church and state controlled school system through corporal punishment and through various forms of brainwashing which was administered by largely unknowing staff who had themselves become brainwashed on an earlier occasion. After school students are successfully inculcated into the heirarchical based control system very few of them will ever raise their heads above the radar again. They will be unquestioninglfy obedient to the system for the remainder of their lives.
5. When one belongs to a hierarchical based control system, they abandon use of their own conscience for the rest of their lives and they unquestioningly obey whatever orders they are given. Because of this error of their judgement they can be persuaded to go to war and kill other good living human beings for no reason other they the individuals who are to be killed live on a different part of the world.
6. In order for hierarchies to work we need to invent a false concept called authority. Authority is the concept of a diseased mind. It does not exist under natural law which is the only fixed and immutable law on the earth.
Some individuals are mind controlled to believe that the ones who sit at the top of the heirarchy are entitled to be there for many false reasons, some of which I have listed herebelow -
As each human being has hundreds of different facets to their characters, there can be no objective way to classify a human being. An accident of birth can not be grounds for conferring a high status on a human being.
"We are not our positions in society, our occupations, our culture, our beliefs, our financial status, our social status, our matrimonial status, our sexuality, our clothes, or how we speak. Take away all of these and we are still ourselves underneath. All of these are superficial identities, like masks. All of these superficial identities are transitory. We are consciousness, having a human experience.
Some human beings attempt to convince their fellow human beings that they have a higher status than the rest of the human race. They achieve this by using mind control tactics over their fellow human beings. They also send messages of their supposed superior status by acting superior at all times. They enhance the message by displays of superiority in the public arena by the skilled use of oratory. They also employ uniforms, titles, credentials , possessions and opulent surroundings to further enhance the lie that they are superior to others in some way. They have their staff organise large gatherings of fawning fans whenever they wish to push the notion of their supposed superiority further.
We are all equal. We came into this world empty handed and we will leave this world empty handed approximately eight decades later. We must value equality in the world above all else. Unquestioningly following the orders of our equals leads to acts of extreme evil because when we do so we refuse to take responsibility for our own actions by refusing to assess whether the order given is moral before we carry it out.

The worldwide would-be controllers are attempting to create a top down chain of command throughout the world. We aught to instead organise ourselves into a linear based self-regulating system, a system of rules without rulers, a system of self-government where we take back all power which we have erroneously given away to members of the self-proclaimed elite. According to new information which I have obtained today by synthetic telepathy, whatever you say or do in front of your smart phone can and is being used to build up a psychological profile of you. Your voice is also being copied and could be used to identify you at any time in the future even when you no longer in possession of your smart phone. Your image is also being taken from your smart phone and is being added as a component to your profile. Both voice recognition and image recognition software will be used in the future to profile you whenever you are in a public space, totally unbeknownst to you. If we wish to return to a time when we had total privacy, we must urgently disassemble and ban microwave transmitters and all wireless enabling technologies. There are many and varied reasons as to why we should ban wireless enabling technologies apart from lack of privacy. Wireless enabling capabilities can be used to murder all of us by remote means as well as burning down our homes as well as an aid to electronically mind controlling us or even wirelessly torturing us while we are in the privacy of our own homes. Microwave Mind control frequencies have been identified for each unique emotion. The unique frequency of trust has been identified and tabulated. Frequencies are being transmitted to the general population of each country from telephone towers as well as from mobile phones. Whenever senior politicians are asked to sign over valuable resources belonging to the people of their country they may first be bombarded with electronic mind control frequencies of trust in the new world order. I am being subjected to remote neural monitoring and remote neural manipulation where I am wirelessly linked by a two way stream of energy to a supercomputer which is being used by neuro operatives to interfere with my body and brain.
Today, I felt strong surging energy circulating around my nether regions while at the same time hearing a voice coming from inside my head inquiring of a colleague if I had washed myself today. I responded by saying to the aforementioned neuro operative the following " Why are you pulsating surges of energy around my nether regions, you disgusting sexual pervert". The response from the neuro operative which I heard coming from inside my head due to imbedded implants was as follows. "I am not a disgusting sexual pervert. I am pulsating surges of energy around your nether regions in order to establish if you have cleaned yourself already today.
I live alone and while this conversation was taking place I was alone in my home. All the non-consensual experimentation which I am experiencing is being conducted by wireless remote means and the neuro operatives who electronically harass and psychologically torture me are all unknown to me.
The reason I am writing about this incident and indeed many other incidents of what being subjected to both remote neural monitoring and remote neural manipulating entail is because I wish to people of the world to wake up to the fact that we are now on the verge of technological enslavement by agents of the dark new world order and we need to disassemble and ban all microwave transmitters and related paraphernalia at the earliest opportunity. We have all been inhaling and ingesting neural dust for the past many years which has been able to penetrate the blood brain barrier. It has now dispersed throughout our bodies and brains.
