If a targeted individual of wirelessly enabled non-consensual  Remote Neural Monitoring and Manipulation stops using a computer, television, ipad and mobile cell phone, this is known by the criminal neuro operatives as " the subject having gone dark". When this occurs the criminal neuro operatives no longer have regular access to the targeted individual and they no longer have any reason to continue their specific type of experimentation on that particular now dark targeted individual. They fall away in d...roves. The hive mind team who are the front line co-ordinators who organise visitation rights of the criminal neuro scientists and the criminal behavioural scientists among others to the mind and body of the targeted individual can then no longer continue in their quest to lock down the targeted individual through controlled manipulation of the neo cortex to the point of paralysis or human bio-robotization, as was initially their intention and also the intention of their pay masters, the would-be enslavers of the human race.. The hive mind team have informed me just now that they are hindered to an extreme degree by the fact that I will no longer be using my computer or mobile cell phone from this moment on. Without permanent access to me through a digital media screen or a high definition media screen they will no longer be able to work on me at all.

SECONDARY TIP FOR TARGETED INDIVIDUALS.

I have heard alot of recommendations advising targeted individuals to wear a neodymium magnet with the north side of the magnet placed close to the skin. When the blood flow passes through the veins and the arteries directly under the magnet the nano technology in the blood stream is affected in some way in order to make it less effective for the purposes of Remote Neural Monitoring and Manipulation. After weeks and months of wearing a neodymium magnet with the north side ...facing your skin, some targeted individuals are claiming that the voice to skull bio-communication technologically induced voices slow down and eventually stop altogether. They are also claiming that all electronic harassment and remote neural manipulation has stopped for them.

I have purchased some large circular neodymium magnets with holes in the middle. They appear to the best type to purchase because I can place cords through the holes in the magnets in order to hold them close to my skin with the north side facing towards my skin.

Do not wear a magnet while using a computer because your computer will immediately malfunction and break. If you must use a computer or phone only wear the magnet in bed at night and dont keep any technology in your bedroom. If you accidently stand near your computer while wearing a strong neodymium magnet your computer will be damaged. You must wear the magnet for several months before you will notice an improvement. I have not worn it long enough to notice a difference in my own experiences of electronic harassment and Remote Neural Manipulation yet. This extremely advanced technology is recent and we must try everything we can in order to block it. The freedom of the children of humanity is at stake.

I am and have been a non-consensual and totally unwilling neuro weapons test subject for the past fifteen years. During that time I was frequently informed via voice to skull communication technology which I constantly hear coming from inside my head that if the criminal neuro weapons operatives ever succeeded in enslaving me by neuro technological means that they would force me to marry and they would then take over ...my life and that my own family would not know that I had become a neuro slave because at that stage they implied that they would be able to control the speech centres of my brain.

The neuro slaves may be branded with tattoos using words such as cash.
The victims may show sudden changes of dress and behaviour.
They may suddenly have possessions that they usually can not afford.
They may have unusually long work hours.
They may have new relationships with individuals that are noticeably older.
The victims may have difficulty making eye contact.
They may have untreated cuts, bruises, burns, broken bones.
The victims may make frequent trips.
They may not be allowed to speak independently. Other people may insist on answering

I am a non-consensual neuro weapons research subject and I have been so for fifteen years. I have been wirelessly tethered to a network of computers combined with a super-computer. What is now commonplace technology is being used to place intelligent sounding voices inside my head. These voices are of real human beings who I have never met and who sometimes give me unasked for and unwanted information heavily combined with insults and instructions.

One of these unkn...own technologically induced inner voices has informed me that a staff of twenty young people who are uninformed as to what actually is taking place are assimilating nano particulates inside my body which they can see with the aid of the supercomputer that they are permanently linked up to. These twenty young people work from a single location in the heart of Britian. I live in Ireland. 

The technologically induced inner voices also informed me that an Irish shadow government exists and is heavily involved in covertly manipulating Irish politics from behind the scenes with the use of remote influensing technology.

Some human beings throughout all countries in the world have had their bodies imbedded with various technologies. They are now wirelessly tethered by both their brains and spinel cords to supercomputers. Their thoughts go out on a wireless live medium to many unknown individuals. Their thoughts are being read in real time. The motor cortex of their brains are being slowly mapped and something is slowly taking over control of the movement of their muscles. They are slowly being bio-robotized.

I am a subject of remote neural monitoring and voice to skull military communication technology.

On occasions, when I hear voice to skull internal voices, especially when I am in my own home I feel a strong urge to stare at an exact point in my home while I am speaking to those unknown voices. If I move to another room while I am speaking to these inner voices I sometimes feel a strong urge to come back into the first room and remain staring at the same point that I was ...previously staring at while I am answering the questions posed by these inner voices. I asked the microwave surveillance staff who speak to me using this inner voice technology why I have such a strong urge to stare at certain prescribed points whenever I spoke to them.
They replied that the wireless enabled technologically induced inner voices have recently informed me that my eye movement has now been perfected to the extent that when ever they motion their sensor to a certain point my eye movements will follow and if they motion their sensor to another new point my eye movements will then move to that other new point in tandem with their sensor.  My eye movements can be partially controlled to move backwards and forwards in tandem with their sensor as many times as they wish.  I can currently  over ride their sensor movements anytime I wish by looking away.

On May 18-19 in New York City, the President’s

Commission on Bioethics convened

once again. Hundreds of people registered to

speak about their firsthand experiences as

unwilling test subjects of ongoing government experiments.

However, only 20 were selected to speak; they

were each given a paltry 90 seconds to summarize stories

that covered a lifetime of abuse.

 

AFP previously reported on targeted individuals

speaking before the Bioethics Commission at its

Washington, D.C. meeting in March, and this latest

forum resulted in more obstructionism.

 

This reporter spoke with several individuals present

in NYE. They mentioned supposed emails sent to people

granting them time to speak, only to discover they

had never been sent. Others weren’t permitted to speak,

only to learn later that they could have spoken. One eyewitness

described the disorganization as “a deliberate

effort to confuse the participants in an attempt to quash

this information.”

 

Aside from AFP, media outlets consider this stuff

untouchable. Participants recounted how, at the most

recent NYE hearing, “The room was dismissed for a

break and then we were called back to speak. With the

exception of two [reporters], the rest did not return.”

 

Many details were given from those who have been

repeatedly victimized. Some people spoke about gang

stalking where strangers speak to individuals about personal

matters that they should not know about. Such

occurrences could be coincidental, but as they happen

several times a day, even while traveling across state

lines, it suggests that surveillance is being used.

 

When AFP asked about the purpose of this harassment,

it was suggested that the perpetrators want to

breed paranoia and fear in their victims. Others mentioned

a connection to InfraGuard.

 

According to its website, InfraGuard is “an association

of businesses, academic institutions, state and local

law enforcement agencies and other participants dedicated

to sharing information and intelligence to prevent

hostile acts against the United States.” Utilizing citizen

spies and corporate partners in the private sector would

certainly lead to comprehensive scrutiny on anyone.

It’s clear that allowing a subject to know how thoroughly

they were being watched would make them suspicious

of anyone with whom they came into contact.

 

This tactic seems useful, since the targeted individual can

then be easily dismissed asmentally unsound, preventing

them from obtaining legal protection or subjecting them

to incarceration and forced medical procedures.

It’s easy to see how these psychological operations

are useful to the elite. As technologies are tested and

results gathered, the stealthy evolution of governmentsanctioned

mind control programs like MK-ULTRA

could be used, amazing though this may sound, to create

thousands of “Manchurian candidate” automatons that

become the domestic terrorists officials are always

warning us about.

 

During AFP’s conference call, one woman identified

as Leslie claims she discovered devices implanted in her

body with no recollection of the surgery. She mentioned

presenting visual proof to the commission.

 

The President’s Commission on Bioethics acknowledges,

and even seems remorseful about, experiments

perpetrated against American citizens.

 

Unfortunately, the media and elected representatives

are unwilling to admit that these supposedly dissolved

programs evidently still exist, and that they’re still harming

innocent victims.
