WHY I HAVE DECIDED NOT TO GET SOME KITTENS EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A MOUSE IN MY HOME.
I have been planning for a while to get three kittens. I had even picked out names from them, namely Nelson, Larry and Lulu. They would have been both indoor and outdoor cats with total freedom to travel where they wished. I live in a quite rural area and they would have come to no harm no matter where they wandered to. I have been watching youtube videos about keeping kittens for the past while and I was really looking forward to getting them.
However, I have decided now that it is dangerous in the current world of advances in technology to take care of kittens because of the fact that I am a targeted individual of EEG heterodyning and remote neural monitoring combined with remote neural manipulation. EEG heterodyning allows unknown neuro science criminals to wirelessly control our physical bodies from a distance and can be used to make us hurt small animals or even babies against our wills and without our permission. It is very easy for the non scientist to understand how this is achieved scientifically and I offer a full explaination here of how it is achieved here.
When ever we move a muscle in our arm an electrical signal is first generated inside the motor cortex of our brain and it travels through our central nervous system down to our arm. We now have metallic particulates and other materials saturated throughout our bodies and brains which were injected into us through vaccinations and which we ingested through our food and water. By these metallic particulates we have become human antennas and because of this we have become senders and receivers of electrical signals which can be read wirelessly and by other means by neuro operatives who work from unknown remote locations. These electrical signals which our bodies and brains generate are being translated at the speed of light into what muscles we are moving in the privacy of our own homes and what thoughts we are thinking in the privacy of our own heads. Because I myself am a long term non-consensual victim of neuro experimentation the electrical signals that my motor cortex is generating are being monitored, measured and manipulated every day as I attempt to live a normal peaceful life.

By reading and translating the electrical signals in orther parts of the human brain such as the visual cortex, the auditory cortex and the sensory cortex, unknown neuro science criminals can also access what the non-consensual human subject of neuro experimentation is seeing, hearing and feeling. The neuro science criminals can also access the thoughts, feelings and memories of the non-consensual human subject by reading the electromagnetic frequencies being generated in still other parts of the human brain.
A frequency modulator can be used to take frequencies from the motor cortex of the human brain of a victim of neuro experimentation and mix them with incoming frequencies from another separate human being in order to enabled that other human being to take over and control the muscles and vocal cords of the victim. The non-consensual experimentee victim could by this method be forced to hurt a kitten by squeezing it too tightly. Similarly the non-consensual experimentee victim could possibly be forced to hurt a baby if there was a baby in the environment of the victim. Similarly the non-consensual experimentee victim could be forced to drive a car or a truck into a crowd of people and even be made to falsely believe that he drove his truck into the crowd of people through his own carelessness. This has happened throughout the world on many occasions because the individuals who own and run the neuro weapons industry wish us to eventually abandon use of our own personal vehicles and agree to be driven around in self driven vehicles in future which would seriously curtail our freedom to travel where we wished and when we wished.
The repercussions of the use of Remote Neural Manipulation which is sometimes known as EEG heterodyning are extreme. Individuals who have become non-consensual victims of neuro scientific experimentation could be formed into an army where they would eventually be remote controlled to cause chaos throughout the world in the fullness of time. Any human being in existence can be non-consensually wirelessly attached  to a super computer from implants which are believed to be already inside all of  our  brains and spinal cords.   That  super computer then reads and stores all of the electrical activity which the individuals   brain and body generate throughout each and every day of their life from that day forward. .  Some of the data about the individual which comes to be stored on the super computer data banks  can automatically be analysed by computerized algorithms.  The remainder of the data  is researched by teams of analysts who further categorise it into specific categories based on computer monitoring of the  normal everyday routine of the targeted individual.   

The super computer categorises every word the targeted individual says and further categorises this data  into specific categories so that it can be researched at a later date by neuro specialists who exist primarily to catch good will  individuals out in some small way so that said neuro specialists  can exert further control over the lives of the targeted individual by legal means if necessary.

The super computer can also now map out the electrical signals from the visual cortex of the brain of a targeted individual.  Once these electrical signals are decoded they then project the visual images of what the targeted individual sees, and what the targeted individual imagines and remembers and dreams on to a computer screen for further analysis.

By having access to an individuals brain waves by way of  this two way super computer enabled monitoring system neuro operatives  can send covert signals to the brain and body of the targeted individual.  This  capability enables neuro operatives to project their voices as well as moving images and pain signals to the targeted individual.   This capability also enables neuro operatives to force the targeted individual to move their own muscles against their own free will.   This capability effectively enables unknown neuro operatives to paralyse a targeted individual from head to toe if they refuse to obey an order given via bio-communication by  any neuro operative.  The targeted individual then become a prisoner inside their own body and is not allowed to move a single muscle unless they do exactly as they are told to do.

I personally know of many individuals throughout the island of Ireland who are wirelessly tethered to a supercomputer for the purposes of facilitating Remote Neural Monitoring of them. They no longer complain to the Gardai because they are continually being disbelieved as well as being considered insane. They can not prove that they are being Remote Neural Monitored because wirelessly enabled directed energy is invisible. Combined with this anybody who claims that they hear voices and their thoughts are being read are being ridiculed by sections of the main stream media. The overwhelming power of ridicule is impossible to fight against.

Please organise to your senior politicians to have all microwave transmitters urgently disabled and banned in your area.

We have all been sprayed with nano particulates from chemtrail spraying of the skies over our heads.   We  have all inhaled and ingested these nano particulates  and they have now lodged throughout our brains and bodies.  Combined with these nano particulates  many people  have been implanted with microchips which connect wirelessly to  these  nano implants.  These nano implants and micro sensors have become encased inside all parts of our bodies and brains.  Anybody can now wirelessly tether us to a computer network and enslave us by this  means.

According to a book called "Project Lucid" published in 1996  by one of Americas foremost authorities on the dangers of technology,  Texe Marrs,   there are super-secret experiments by government and corporate laboratories in which unwilling human subjects are having computer chips and transmitting devices implanted into their brains, ears and elsewhere in their bodies.  The primary reason for this systems use is control.

I myself am a fifteen year long non-consensual and extremely unwilling subject of neuro weapon research, which is being conducted on me by wireless means and by unknown neuro operatives who work from a remote location.  These criminal neuro operatives  can turn the neocortex of the victim into their very own visual, verbal, and auditive communication system simply by manipulating the audio cortex, the visual cortex, the motor cortex and the sensory cortex of the victim whenever they wish.   What this means in my own case  is that the muscles of my face can now be moved against my will.  I can be made to grimace against my will.   The neuro operatives can gain control of my mouth, jaws, lips and tongue and force words and whole sentences out of my mouth against my will.   They can nod and shake my head vigorously by remote means.  They have even moved my eyes rapidly back and forth against my will on one occasion.

Added to that, the criminal neuro operatives can force both sounds and voices inside my head any time of the day or night.  They taunt me constantly and they frequently threaten to torture me at some time in the future.  They also threaten to kill me on occasion.   These criminals monitor everything I say and do.   They attempt to forbid me from every having any conversations about any other members of the human race.   When I am on the telephone I am only allowed to speak about myself or my own issues.  However, I do not obey them.  I treat them with distain.

The criminal neuro operatives who have been part of my life every day for more than fifteen years have informed me that they can see whatever I see provided it is close.  They are unable to see anything I see in the distance.   They have turned my brain into their very own visual system.  They have the capability to hear whatever I hear but they have not activated that capability because it would interfere with their thought analysis work.  Combined with all of this they can also make me feel sensations on my skin whenever they wish.  They can even make these sensations appear hand shaped as if a human hand was physically holding my wrist.  This capability is called haptic technological capability.   Their  experimentation of me is not concerned with mind control.  Their experimentation of me is about research and development of human body control methodologies.  These criminal neuro operatives could potentially place somebody inside a virtual hell if they wished to do so.

Humanity is currently being sprayed with chemtrails which contain nano technology which human beings are inhaling and ingesting.   By this means and others we have become seeded with nano technology which can be used to abuse us.  We have no option but to disassemble and destroy the totally ground based wireless enslavement system which is composed of microwave and millimetre wave transmitters and other antenna and related paraphernalia.   The future is not viable if we fail to do so.    The existence of satellites and other space based weapons is an easily proveable hoax.  Under sea fibre optic cables are currently being used to transmit all worldwide data.

I am not the only targeted individual of non-consensual neuro weapons research in Ireland or overseas.  There are hundreds of thousands of us.  We call ourselves targeted individuals.  Our stories are being disregarded because many others are being heavily mind controlled to disbelieve us.  Remote influencing technologies are being used against them without their knowledge to encourage them to only believe whatever their government or media informs them of.  Targeted Individuals no longer can inform the police, their general medical practitioner or psychiatry of their predicament because they are not being believed.  They end up locked in psychiatric hospitals where they are being forced to ingest brain damaging toxic substances which pose as anti-psychotic medication.  When they are under the influence of these toxic substances they are no longer able to explain their predicament in a plausible manner because these toxic substances blur their thinking in all cases.

The super-rich who wish to enslave the human race by technological means wish to hide their growing control over us.   To that end, the fact that they have secret means to control  hundreds of thousands of their fellow human beings throughout the world has remained a secret until now.  Their agents discredit anyone who attempts to inform the public of their experiences of being a non-consensual neuro weapons research subject.   Every effort is made to place that whistleblower in a psychiatric hospital as soon as they attempt to tell of their experiences.   Failing that, agents of the enslavement system make every attempt to place said whistleblower on a terrorist list.

The super-rich who wish to gain control over the human race have fabricated hoaxes in order to provide cover stories to cover the existence of this advance secret technology and to engender passivity in the masses, and to make they themselves appear to have more power and capability than they actually have.

These hoaxes were created by dark occultists by the use of science and technology and many forms of trickery for example, the expedient use of magic lanterns, hollywood makeup, film sets, holograms and brain weapons combined with constant repitition in the media in order to engrain these hoaxes in the minds of humanity. In some instances they back date their hoaxes to make it appear that these occurrences were happening in the distant past. The CIA, by the use of brain warfare, are now using personal data profiles to create individualized religious experiences which they can download into the brain of an illegally implanted human being by wireless means.

Multiple Personality Disorder is an artificial construct which is created scientifically by the use of Remote Neural Monitoring.   Remote Neural Monitoring has been in common use for at least fifty years and is being covered up by false psychiatry.  When a human being becomes a subject of Remote Neural Monitoring they are wirelessly tethered to a network of computers combined with a supercomputer from wirelessly enabled nano implants which have been inhaled and ingested via the food, water and air supply.  Said nano implants become imbedded inside all parts of the skull and spinal cord of the nano implanted subject.   Said nano implants are processed from a distance and wirelessly by a team of neuro operatives who are mostly unknown to the human subject and who work from an unknown location while processing said implants to act in co-ordination with each other.

Over many years when said nano implants are fully co-ordinated to act in tandem with each other and with the neocortex of the human host they are then used against said human host in many and varied ways.  One example of remote neural manipulation capabilities is as follows:-  When the neuro operatives speak to the non-consensual and extremely unwilling human subject the human subject is forced to move their mouth, jaws, tongue and lips in tandem with each and every work a member of the neuro operative team speaks wirelessly to them.   When many different members of the neuro operative team speak to the human subject at different times of the day the human subject appears to an onlooker to have many different personalities.   Sometimes the human subject themselves have been disempowered to speak at all from their own personality and in such an occasion it is easy to project a simulation of Multiple Personality Disorder which is totally and completely a science backed disorder.  No such disorder exists in reality.

In advanced cases of Remote Neural Monitoring the neuro operatives who work from a remote location by wireless means can turn the neocortex of the victim into their very own visual, verbal, and auditive communication system simply by manipulating the audio cortex, the visual cortex, the motor cortex and the sensory cortex of the victim whenever they wish.

If a targeted individual of wirelessly enabled non-consensual  Remote Neural Monitoring and Manipulation stops using a computer, television, ipad and mobile cell phone, this is known by the criminal neuro operatives as " the subject having gone dark". When this occurs the criminal neuro operatives no longer have regular access to the targeted individual and they no longer have any reason to continue their specific type of experimentation on that particular now dark targeted individual. They fall away in d...roves. The hive mind team who are the front line co-ordinators who organise visitation rights of the criminal neuro scientists and the criminal behavioural scientists among others to the mind and body of the targeted individual can then no longer continue in their quest to lock down the targeted individual through controlled manipulation of the neo cortex to the point of paralysis or human bio-robotization, as was initially their intention and also the intention of their pay masters, the would-be enslavers of the human race.. The hive mind team have informed me just now that they are hindered to an extreme degree by the fact that I will no longer be using my computer or mobile cell phone from this moment on. Without permanent access to me through a digital media screen or a high definition media screen they will no longer be able to work on me at all.

SECONDARY TIP FOR TARGETED INDIVIDUALS.

I have heard alot of recommendations advising targeted individuals to wear a neodymium magnet with the north side of the magnet placed close to the skin. When the blood flow passes through the veins and the arteries directly under the magnet the nano technology in the blood stream is affected in some way in order to make it less effective for the purposes of Remote Neural Monitoring and Manipulation. After weeks and months of wearing a neodymium magnet with the north side ...facing your skin, some targeted individuals are claiming that the voice to skull bio-communication technologically induced voices slow down and eventually stop altogether. They are also claiming that all electronic harassment and remote neural manipulation has stopped for them.

I have purchased some large circular neodymium magnets with holes in the middle. They appear to the best type to purchase because I can place cords through the holes in the magnets in order to hold them close to my skin with the north side facing towards my skin.

Do not wear a magnet while using a computer because your computer will immediately malfunction and break. If you must use a computer or phone only wear the magnet in bed at night and dont keep any technology in your bedroom. If you accidently stand near your computer while wearing a strong neodymium magnet your computer will be damaged. You must wear the magnet for several months before you will notice an improvement. I have not worn it long enough to notice a difference in my own experiences of electronic harassment and Remote Neural Manipulation yet. This extremely advanced technology is recent and we must try everything we can in order to block it. The freedom of the children of humanity is at stake.

Neuro slaves can be forced both to speak and to act against their wills.
Neuro slaves can be forced to place their hands on a hot stove.
Neuro slaves can be forced to hit themselves repeatedly against their wills.
Neuro slaves can be forced to cut off their own finger or even all of their fingers in their left hand.

There are no satellites. The existence of satellites was created by disinformation agents. The existence of satellites is a hoax. Firstly, there is no material that can resist the heat of the thermosphere which is 2000 degrees celsius. Secondly, air and space can not co-exist side by side. This feat has never been achieved in a laboratory setting. It is biologically impossible for space to even exist other than air. This would indiciate that satellites and space travel have all been hoaxed in order to steal tax dollars and in order to make a cabal of would-be enslavers appear to have more power than they have. If we have mobile phone towers dismantled the human race would have our freedom returned to us immediately.
