The so called world management team have deliberately sabotaged world systems for the purposes of worldwide genocide. They have deliberately blended pharmaceutical medicines as well as vaccines and some public water supplies with toxic substances in order to destroy the health of their fellow human beings. They have deliberately created policies which are turning many of their fellow human beings into debt slaves by giving themselves an unfair monetary advantage over their fellow human beings because this so called world management team own and control the federal reserve banking system where they create fiat money out of nothing and they then charge enormous interest on that money in order to impoverish the borrower of said money. This so called world management team are attempting to gain total wireless electronic control over the physical bodies of both human beings and farm animals by using neuro science and technology to gain access to the brains and bodies of a selection of non-consensual human being and attempting to wirelessly immobilize any of their fellow human beings who refuse to be obedient and subservient to them and to their staff. This system of having wireless control over the physical bodies of their fellow human beings is called transhumanism. This so called world management team are responsible for sending subliminal post hypnotic suggestions to politicians and government staff throughout the world via the smart phones and other smart technology of said politicians and government staff and via microwave transmitters in order to manipulate all politicians to unknowingly act against their own best interests and against the best interests of their own constituents. The so called world management team have plans to depopulate the nations of the world because they view their fellow human beings as being in competition with themselves for the resources of the world. In order to give their fellow human beings the illusion of scarcity, this so called world management team have banned industrial hemp from the market place even though industrial hemp is the worlds number one resource and it is capable of generating sixty thousand different products from animal food to soft furnishings to oil and they have also banned free energy generation devices from the market place for the same reason. Some members of the so called world management team may outwardly appear to be active members of the so called management team but they may in fact by either physically or mentally wirelessly enslaved so we must not harm any of them but we must disempower them now from having positions in world management. Electronic wireless external physical control of human beings and farm animals from implants in their bodies and brains is under development throughout Ireland. Many non-consenting and extremely unwilling Republic of Ireland victims as well as overseas victims of this procedure are being used for product development. “Fully uniformed ” is a phrase which is being introduced into the business of transhumanizing a human being. I am what is known as a targeted individual or a smart citizen. I am a non-consensual subject of wirelessly enabled brain and body experimentation and I have been so for many years. Information is being wirelessly sent to my motor cortex and my spinal cord in order so that those who are illegally and cruelly experimenting on me might gain external control of my facial and body movements. I appear to be continually brain to brain linked with a member of a team of neuro personnel and they appear to be gaining more and more control over me as the years go by. They can now gain external control of my vocal cords and force me to speak words which did not originate from my own brain. When the individual who I happen to be brain to brain linked with laughs I am then forced to laugh also. When the individual who I am brain to brain linked with is angry my own face grimaces in anger but what is even more difficult to understand is the fact that my own eyes blaze in anger also even though I myself would not be angry at that time. When the individual who I am brain to brain linked with is gleeful my whole face takes on an expression of glee but what is much more difficult to understand is the fact that my own eyes fill with glee even though this gleeful feeling in my face and eyes would not have come from me at the time. It is easy to understand external control being taken of my facial muscles by various scientific means but it is more difficult to understand how external control can be taken of my eyes to make them blaze in anger or to make them dance with glee neither of which has sprung from my own feelings. Has any other targeted individual of remote neural experimentation experienced such extreme experiences such as external control of their eyes. I would appreciate feedback because I am frightened of what is happening to me and I know of many others who are reporting similar experiences.

After only about seventy days of little sleep, a junk food diet, untenable living quarters, as well as constant and demeaning criticism by boot camp supervisors it is then easy to bring an army recruit into a state of shock beyond his endurance threshold which causes him to retain any directives which are given to him. Every time you think a thought your brain produces a unique electromagnetic frequency which can be measured, translated into a thought or a feeling, then collated and downloaded to your own smart phone or smart television. If you keep your smart phone on your person all day or even a short distance from you and even if it has been switch off it is still reading and uploading your thoughts to the smart grid which has been building an extensive map of your brain. This brain map can now be used to kill or torture you wireless by remote means and it can be done without any human intervention based on the personality profile which has been collected in this way. There is a plan underway by smart technologists to use all of the above information to hurt most of the human race if we continue to use smart phones. I have heard via direct wireless communication that 5G will emit artificial intelligent energy. 5G transmitters emit energy and that energy can then be beam formed and each beam of energy can be transmitted individually to each individual human being and it could contain private information meant only for them. Your smart phone would receive the information in some instances. If you are what is known as a smart citizen which is sometimes known as a targeted individual who has technology inside their brains and bodies which has already been activated to send and receive information by wireless means then the information being sent from the 5G transmitters would be downloaded directly inside your cranium.
If you are not a smart citizen but you smart phone is in your home while you are lying in bed attempting to fall asleep the wireless energy coming directly to your smart phone from the 5G transmitters could cause floating images to appear in your bedroom. Said floating images are ones which are being created by artists using computer software and by other means. They are not supernatural in nature. Further to that, demonic possession does not exist. It is and always has been technological possession and nothing more. I myself am a long term targeted individual which is also being called a smart citizen because for many years I have been non-consensually experimented on by means of wireless technology which has come to be inside my head and body. I have experienced seeing floating images around my bedroom late at night on a number of occasions. They are not at all frightening because I am fully aware that they are computer generated. A frequency modulator is being used and has been used for many decades to take electromagnetic frequencies from the human brain and mix them with other incoming frequencies so that the incoming frequencies then over ride the outside frequencies and in this way can effect the thoughts and emotions of a human being. This technology has been used against all of us for many decades in order to make us disbelieve that we are being slowly technologically enslaved. You must act now to stop 5G transmitters for ever being erected in your area. If they are erected you and your family will eventually receive information directly to your brain containing voice commands telling you when to get out of bed in the morning and what to do all day long. If you refuse to be obedient to the voice commands you will receive pain or an electric shock. I have experienced a myriad of unwanted and distressing experiences over the past sixteen years by wireless remote means. I and all other targeted individuals are being disbelieved by agents of the government because those agents of the government are now receiving incoming messages from frequency modulating technology in their area, to the extent that they are under dangerous levels of outside influencing of which there is no defence against.
When you undergo an EEG examination your brain wave tracings show up on a computer screen. These brain wave tracings show distinctive patterns all of which have been translated into individual words and feelings and they have been compiled into a computerized dictionary which can be translated at the speed of light into what you are thinking and feeling. By this method anyone’s thoughts can be read. Further to this, the brains of all targeted individuals who are also known as smart citizens have been turned into antennas to the extent that their brains can be read wirelessly in real time by unknown neuro scientists and ancillary staff who work from a remote location and without the permission and without the targeted individual ever having met any of them. These unknown neuro scientists then use the human antenna capabilities that have been internalized inside the body of the targeted individual to reply in real time to the thoughts and words generated by the targeted individual.
Please become an activist in order to persuade your neighbours to disassemble and ban all illegal and legal transmitters in your area. If you don’t you too will become a technological slave.

MEASURING ELECTROMAGNETIC FREQUENCIES GENERATED BY THE HUMAN BRAIN.
The human brain and body and the environmnet all work off electromagnetic frequencies. The television, radio, internet, mobile phone, RFID chips etc all work off electromagentic frequencies. When the human brain thinks a thought it produces an electromagnetic frequency which can be measured by wireless means from a distance and automatically translated into what the human subject has just thought about.
In order to measure the electromagnetic frequencies of the human brain, an electroencephalogram is used. It is also known as an EEG machine.
In the 1970s at Stanford University, United States, Dr Pennial put electrodes on the scalp of human subjects and gave them cards to look at. He captured the electromagnetic frequency for each though and emotion of each human subject while that human subject looked at pictures and words on those cards.
Dr Pennial compiled a dictionary of the differnet brain patterns and electromagnetic frequency measurements which corresponded with each picture or word. He then computerized his dictionary to the extent that each brain pattern and electomagnetic frequency measurement would automatically be translated into whatever picture or word that it corresponded with.
When this automatic translation capability was fully completed Dr Pennial could then use it to read the thoughts of human subjects by having a long series of their brain patterns automatically translated into what they were thinking about by using the computerized automatic translating capability to do so.
By using this method Dr Pennial could also determine the emotional state of each human subject he studied.
If you take the electromagnetic frequency for ice cream and send it to the brain of a human being who is not hungry and who has not been thinking of eating ice cream you can manipulate them to then eat ice cream.
If you take the electromagnetic frequency for any possible human emotion and if you send it by wireless means to the brain of an individual you can change their mood instantly in any way you wish. You can use the electromagnetic grid to send the electromagnetic frequency of any human emotion to a whole household or to a whole city.
60 hertz electric wires are to be found in every home and work place. The 60 hertz electric wires in our walls or in our electronic devices have a dual purpose. Ultrasonic wave form pulses ride on top of the sixty hertz power lines and are being used for mind control purposes. This wave form is called the lilly wave after the inventor John Lilly. Dr Robert G Malech created a frequency modulator machine. A frequency modulator machine is used to play back the electromagnetic frequency of a particular emotion to a human being or a selection of human beings.
A frequency modulator can be used to take frequencies from the human brain and mix them with other incoming frequencies so that the incoming frequencies over ride the original brain frequencies and in this way you can effect the thoughts and emotions of a human being, thereby modifying their behaviour, even without their knowledge. A frequency modulator can be used to modify the behaviour of a law court judge and jury so as to manipulate them to find a defendent guilty or not guilty. It can be used to sports men and women to change the outcome of a football match. It can be used to change the outcome of an election. It can be used on senior politicians to change their decisions. It is being used on psychiatrists to make them wrongly believe that individuals who are being remote neural manipulated are mentally insane. It can be used to turn followers of any organised religion into fanatics which I believe is currently allowed to occur.
The individuals who currently have access to mind reading systems and frequency modulators are the military industrial complex and the medical industrial complex among others.
Most human beings no have nano sized neural dust inside their brains and spinal cords which allow neuro scientists and others to remote neural monitor and remote neural manipulate them at will. We have been turned into antennas. We currently have no defence against remote neural monitoring or remote neural manipulation. This technology has become so advanced that in a selection of cases neuro scientists can access the visual cortex of our brain and translate the evoked potentials of said visual cortex in order to show them what we are currently looking at. They can translate the evoked potentials of the auditory cortex of a human being into what that human being is hearing. They can manipulate the motor cortex of a human being in order to control their movements or in order to curtail their movements or in order to temporary or permanently paralyse them and they can do all of this by wireless means while working from a remote location.
Because a number of the police are under mind control themselves they are wrongly being led to believe that all who complain of wireless electronic harassment and torture are insane. Most of the targeted individuals who are being wirelessly electronically harassed and tortured are anti-authoritarians and dissidents. They are then be taken away, locked up and drugged without due process. This is why their complaints never get dealt with.
