Remote Neural Monitoring is being used to image, measure and transmit brain and neural activity.

Many human beings throughout most of the world are now wirelessly tied to a super-computer via nano technology which has been imbedded inside their brains and bodies. The Remote Neural Monitoring super-computer monitors and manipulates all electrical activity in their brains on a constant basis throughout each day. It uses physical and psychological trauma to map out and reverse engineer the sensory and neural pathways of the brain and central nervous system of the targeted individual in order to then build a cognotive model of that brain.

A computer multiplexer routes the brain signals to a tower or mobile platform. The tower or mobile platform then relays the signals to a digital receiver.

The cerebral cortex is remotely tied to a supercomputer which monitors and manipulates all of the electromagentic activity of the human brain.

There are hive mind teams involved which aid and abet the process for the purposes of training, research and development. The hive mind teams manually inject information into the human brain when whenever they need to but up to twnety percent of all of the manipulation is now being done automatically by the supercomputer. The automated work of the supercomputer involves muscle manipulating via the motor cortex of the human being, as well as inducing sleep disturbances when necessary and the supercomputer can automatically decide to kill a targeted individual of remote neural monitoring.

The brain of the victim has been digitized by nano technology which they have both inhaled and ingested from illegal chemtrail spraying of the skies over our heads. Nano technology is already in the brains of all 318 million Americans as well as all Europeans and further afield. Once ingested, the nano technology then migrates to the brain and adheres to the neuro transmitter of the brain. It begins to decode those neuro transmitters after it is activated. Your brain can be activated from thousands of miles away using a process called Directed Energy Flashing Photons. Even though everyone is infected with nano technology only a few million human beings have been activated throughout the world so far.

The hive mind teams force the targeted individual into a pattern of response and a pattern of speech. They try to develop and identify patterns of behaviour of the targeted individual which they then remotely measure and re-intigrate into the Remote Neural Monitoring data for the purposes of building a cognotive moel of the human brain. The hive mind teams deliberately generate anxiety and fear in order to generate emotional responses which can be measured and reintigrated back into the remote neural monitoring data.

The super-computer has copies of the bio-algorhythms of the will, intellect and emotions of any targeted individual that has become wirelessly tethered ot it. The will, intellect and emotions of these targeted individuals is used to further program the super-computer. Naturally the super-computer, being non-sentient can not actually feel the emotions. It can only simulate them through the tone of voice that it is programmed to use.

The hive mind team turn the brain of the victim into their very own visual, verbal and auditive communication system.

Remote Neural Monitoring locks on to the emotional state of the victim. If the victim uses pleasing music or a pleasant pass-time to dampen down the neural link to the hive mind team and to the super-computer trauma will then be used to re-entrain the brain of the victim back to the desired frequency of the Remote Neural Monitoring system.

Remote Neural Manipulation is the ability of the system to predict and influence your memories during thought composition in order to pitch you into some type of action or access sequence.

It is imperative that the hive mind team do everything in their power to discredit the targeted individual so that the targeted individual will not be believed. This report is the culmination of 31 years of research, documentation, trials and tribulations that grew from the founding of Financial Management Group, Ltd., and the meeting of June 23, 1987 with an executive from International Signal & Control, or ISC. THE PROGRAM (my own term), as I call it, started out as a cover-up of the Federal Whistleblowing activities regarding ISC in 1987 utilizing a harassment campaign; false arrests; and fabricated mental illness and suicide attempts. I first started hearing the artificial telepathy in 2013 two weeks before my mother passed December 2, 2013. I have had alot of struggles through out my life. My faith in god and the love for my children. The little bit of  awareness I had on the subject is the only thing that has kept me alive. Plus listening to coast to coast. With the help of my girllfriend I have searched information on the internet. My handlers are attacking me now as I write this letter.  I have alot information off the internet that has given me hope.   Alot of their tactics is simple "trickery". The greatest sports spectacular on earth is not America's football Superbowl or baseball World Series. It is the World Cup, the trophy and award given to the winner of championship competition soccer after a feverish playoff among teams from all nations on earth. In 2002 the World Cup finals are being held in Japan and Korea. Twenty fabulous new stadiums have been constructed especially for the games, as well as a World Cup Town in Korea. A gigantic new World Cup stadium goes up in Seoul, Korea. Note the huge, metal, antennae-like internal super-structure. Ten of these ultra-modern stadiums have recently been erected in Korea, and ten in Japan, all in readiness, we are told, for the 2002 World Cup soccer (futbol) sports championship games. These 20 stadiums cost untold billions of American dollars to build. Yet, even as they rise, both Korea and Japan are suffering staggering economic depressions.
By 2006, some twenty more World Cup stadiums are planned for Europe and Africa. Who is providing the funding? When you are in front of your computer screen or tablet or smart phone neuro scientists can interact with your computer in such a way that it is possible for them to see and inspect if there is any nano technology inside your eyes or facial muscles or lips, jaws or tongue.  If there is a substantial amount of nano technology therein you are then selected for human bio-robotization.  Each nano strand inside your eyes or facial muscles is individually connected to a computer network where said nano strands are then co-ordinated by the use of a super-computer so that your eyes and other completed sets of muscles can be co-ordinated with the thought streams of the bio-robotization personnel to the extent that whenever the bio-robotization personnel are speaking your whole facial muscles will be co-ordinated to move in tandem with their words.   We must discontinue all use of screen time in front of computers and smart phones combined with all other digital screens.   Some of our fellow human beings have already been totally bio-robotized by this method to the extent that they are total and utter slaves without the ability to move a muscle without permission.  The solution is to disassemble and destroy all microwave and millimetre wave transmitters combined with all other transmitters throughout the world urgently.   I am in a unique position to know that this bio-robotization process is real because many of the muscles throughout my face and body can already be remote controlled against my will.

Satellites do not exist. Antennas are placed on the highest mountains in order to simulate the existencce of satellites. Undersea fibre optic cables relay all worldwide data to those antennas who then further said data to the human race.

If satellites really existed all of our satellite dishes would be pointing straight up to the sky in order to receive and transmit signals. However, our satellite dishes are pointing sideways in order to receive signals from microwave transmitters and these signals that said microwave transmitters are transmitting are being relayed from undersea fibre optic cables.

Further to that, so -called satellite navigation data is being obtained from triangulation of signals which are being transmitted from cell phone towers which are also known as phone masts.

Under sea fibre optic cables are responsible for transmitting all internet and other data across the world. One month later, Lyndon Johnson and the Senate Special Committee on Space and Astronautics drafted a resolution to change the name of the US Army's Ballistic Missile Arsenal to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, NASA.

NASA's early rocket research is well documented to have been a complete failure, plagued by one disaster after another. At some point, perhaps after the Apollo 1 disaster, it was decided to fake the space program outright and use rockets which only needed to fly into the air until they disappeared from sight. NASA went from nearly every launch being a failure to a near flawless track record, able to land man on the moon multiple times without error, and with only two public spectacles of failure in 45 years.

The earth is portrayed as round in NASA media. At the time of NASA's creation the general population already believed that the earth was round, based on the handed down teachings from Galleleo and Copernicus.

All bodies in the universe go around a centre of mass, which never moves. The fixed centre of mass has been proven to be the earth, by many different experiments performed in the 19th century.

In the Michaelson/Morley experiment in Cleveland in 1881 and again in 1887, scientists attempted to measure the motion of the earth, moving round the sun. To the astonishment of every scientist on the planet, they proved that the earth was stationary. However, scientists could not bring themselves to admit that the catholic church was right all along with regards to geocentrism, because the Copernicun revolution had elevated science to the top of the heirarchy of knowledge, above theology. So Einstein came up with an excuse as to why their experiment was wrong. He claimed that time was shrinking, and that was why it appeared the earth was not moving. The theory of relativity has been disproved by the Michaelson Morley experiment.

In order for the Big Bang Theory to hold true, everything in space has to be homogenous. Everything had to look the same. However, a probe called the WMAP was launched in 2001. The discovery was made that, in fact, everything is space was not homogenous. In the cosmic microwave background, scientists found, to their astonishment, that there were universe wide plains between the warmer and colder sections, aligned with one another. These defined an axis which directly aligned with the ecliptic and equinox of earth. This is in fact a universe wide arrow pointing at earth. This means that the theory of relativity does not exist. The Big Bang never happened.

Remote Neural Monitoring is being rolled out in Ireland under the radar. It is a total human enslavement plan. Please research it.
