MY DIARY OF BEING A TARGETED INDIVIDUAL OF REMOTE CONTROLLED PSYCHOTRONIC TORTURE BY GRETTA FAHEY, AND THIS POST WAS WRITTEN AND POSTED ONLINE ON 15th AUGUST, 2020.
Some individuals have been stealing data from my brain and body for the past seventeen years or more by wireless remote means. They also have been writing codes into my central nervous system in order to gain wireless external control over my physical body. Here is some of what they were heard by me to say over the past twenty four hours via bio-communication technology by direct means into my brain as follows:-
“Gretta. Your brain and body have now been coded for external remote control. You are going live next Thursday.”
“You are now a sleeper agent who can be physically controlled through a computer.”
“Take her in for questioning.”
“This lady is not someone I wish to interfere with in the course of my life. I dont want her to be free.”
“We dont want her to commit suicide. We are not really there yet.”
“I am deeply dismayed by her trajectory. We were not expecting this.”
“Systems analysis of the lady right now.”
“You dont have the right to ask for systems analysis of her.”
“I have the right to ask. I am paying for this charade.”
“We wish to stand down.”
“Alot of work has been done on this lady. We wish to have a stake in her ownership.”
“If she was mine I would be more co-operative to the system.”

I am connected to a computer system by a two way stream of energy which allows the  operatives of said computer system to force me to listen to their voices whenever they wish and I hear their voices coming from inside my head.   Today I heard a voice of one of these afore mentioned   operatives say the following to another colleague  "We need some help.   There is nothing we can do here."   This was followed by another voice which was heard by me to say the following  "Do you have insurance."   Another voice replied as follows "Do you mean leverage on the lady in question?"    The answer I heard coming from inside my head was "No".  A voice then replied as follows "Just leave and we will come back and finish the job later."

I am being assaulted by stealth weapons which are purported by those in the know to be  electromagnetic weapons of an extremely low frequency which has the capability of affecting my brain and nerve cells and which allows unknown individuals working from a remote location by wireless means to hack into my brain and body and cause my health to deteriorate.  I have been locked into this hugely unethical program for many years.  These unknown individuals who focus their weapons on me have gained more and more control over my brain and  body throughout the years by sending information via a two way wireless link into my brain and body.  They send information to me which causes my facial muscles to move against my will.  They send information to me which causes me to see moving images as well as hear sounds and voice.  They also send information to my brain and body to make me smell odours and feel sensations and sometimes even pain.   I post online some of what these unknown neuro operatives say to me on a daily basis.  Here below is a small sample of what these unknown neuro operatives have said to me and about me in the past twenty four hours :-

"The intake of sodium chloride of Gretta Fahey detracts from my ability to work on her."

"I have done considerable damage to your reputation both at home and overseas."

"We want to destroy her reputation among the staff here because she has been called a sweet woman by a staff member recently."

"The office of the President of Ireland is closed off.   We have a member working there but he has not been able to access the files of emails in order to investigate whether the email Gretta Fahey sent to the President of Ireland, Michael D Higgins has been accessed yet."

"She turned out to be a creep."

"I am diametrically opposed to the fact that we have to read what we pay the agents to say to Gretta Fahey.   However,   I am on board with what is happening to her with regard to her electronic harassment and voice to skull bio-communication."

"I am not advocating that this information goes out to the public."

"I shudder to think what is next for this lady."

"She is running amok with the information.  It is not nice."

"She has no privacy at all.  We can see her body.  We can read her mind."

"Emergency measures to stop this woman putting out what we say.   Call the troops.   We have no troops in Ireland who are willing to respond."

"Her clothing is informal.  This is not our clothing.  Why haven't we got her to wear out clothing? "    "It is not suited to her budget.  She is not one of our clients.  We call her a client in order to confuse the purchaser. "    I then asked the neuro operatives who speak to me via bio-communication the following   "What is a purchaser?"   The response I heard coming from inside my head via bio-communication was as follows " A purchaser is someone who would purchase you if we managed to enslave you, which is now a distinct possibility, now that we have sufficient information on you and on your social group."

"Get in here.  Why have you given this information to this woman."   "She asked for it."

"It is a pity you don't drink alcohol.  If you drank alcohol, we would be able to gain access to your brain and spine easier than when you remain constantly sober.  This is due to the fact that your brain is more fluid when you are sober and it can not be hacked into very easily."

"The lawful swearing-in of this system into the Republic of Ireland will not take place now ever."

"We are in the business of paralysing you from head to toe, followed by continuous torture if we ever succeed.   You better hope we don't succeed or you are in for a rough ride like no other."

"The people who live near microwave transmitters are the most idealized by having their minds manipulated by electronic mind control.  There is a man in every regional outpost through Europe who is dictating what the people who are being mind controlled are to believe.   Voices are being inserted into their minds by the same method that is being used to speak to you and to other targeted individuals who hear inner voices by this method.  Voices are sending them messages sub-consciously on a continual basis."  (I don't live near a microwave transmitter.)

I am non-consensually wirelessly linked to neuro operatives who speak to me whenever they wish totally against my will and without my permission.    A female voice which I heard coming from inside my head asked me in the last ten minutes if children were working in my area.   I responded with the following question  "What do you mean?   What would they work at?   I then further heard another voice coming from inside my head telling me that some of his colleagues were attempting to set me up in some way.    I constantly post online much of what the voices which I hear coming from inside my head say to me on my social media site.   Voice to skull bio-communication was used in the first Iraq war in 1991 in order to convince Iraqi soldiers that Allah was speaking to them.   It is being widely abused throughout most of the world now but because it is remains classified not many people are prepared to believe the recepients of it.  Psychiatrists remain in denial of its existence.

I am a targeted individual of Remote Neural Monitoring combined with Remote Neural Manipulation from the West of Ireland. I am a fifty nine year old woman of rural background and I still live in the house where I was born fifty nine years ago. I am in receipt of disability allowance for irritable bowel syndrome. I may have been implanted with a wide range of technologies because now I find myself wirelessly linked to a computer network which is operated by neuro operatives who run the program which I am wirelessly and non-consensually linked to. These unknown neuro operatives force me to listen to their voices all day, every day without a break. They also collect data of my body functions which they analyse and collate for the purposes of sending this information out to the scientific community throughout the world which they get paid hansomely for. I do not and would not and have never accepted any money, gifts, bribes or favours from these unknown neuro operatives which I hope never to meet. Almost everyday recently I transcripe some of what they say to me on to my social media site so that others may know some of what it is like to be placed on a non-consensual Remote Neural Monitoring combined with Remote Neural Manipulation program. Here are some of what these unknown neuro operatives have been saying to me recently -
"She will have to be moved to a psychiatric hospital. She will need to be in a secure location so that I can examine her bowel movements wirelessly."
"No one was supposed to know about this. This was supposed to be a private concern. Why is it now public."
"When they transmit voices inside people's heads they do so with impunity because they dont realise that people have started to believe the voice hearers."
"There must be something wrong with the system if it is bringing up this type of verbiage."
"The system does not yet operate automatically. We operate the system by transmitting our voices into the brain of each targeted individual."
"I need you to place some restrictions on this woman."
"I dont need to force speech you, Gretta. All I need to do is to send you pain signals."
"We have a system here that is beyond repair."
"We dont like her transparency. That never serves us well."
"We have a logistics nightmare."
"The democratic process is eclipsing the control system."
"Inner voice assessment terminal believe you will be ok tonight."
"If Remote Neural Monitoring is discovered before it is fully established it will easily be abolished."

The neuro operatives who electronically harass and psychologically torture me by the use of wireless weapons are becoming dispirited recently for many of the following reasons but mostly because of the first reason.
I hear the voices of these neuro operatives coming from inside my head due to the fact that their are using voice to skull classified bio-communication technology to non-consensually communicate with me . I repeat almost everything they say to me in a loud voice using the following phrase each time they say something to me " WHY AM I HEARING YOUR VOICE COMING FROM INSIDE MY HEAD, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, WHILE SAYING THE FOLLOWING" ……...and then I repeat exactly what they just said.
I do this many times throughout each evening and night while I am lying in bed. Everything I say is then distributed widely among the student body who are helping to analyse my bodily functions which they are able to do because I have become implanted with bio-sensors and other technology throughout my body and brain. This is all being achieved by wireless means and without my permission or consent. I do not know these people or their location. They have been wirelessly experimenting on me for sixteen years and they have bio-communicated with me on a non-consensual basis throughout that sixteen years, often hundreds of times each day.
Other reasons why they are becoming dispirited are because I live in the countryside in a family owned stone farm cottage so I am not easy to access.
I have never broken any law in my life so they can gain no leverage on me.
I am not addicted to any substance. I do not even drink coffee or eat refined sugar.
They can not surreptitiously befriend me in order to gain access into my life because I do not make any new friends. I am friends with four other Irish targeted individuals who all have high online profiles so in that way I can know that they are genuine targeted individuals.

I have never and I never would at any time in the future accept money, gifts, bribes or favours from these unknown neuro operatives even though they have attempted to offer me bribes through the wirelessly enabled classified voice to skull bio-communication system on many occasions throughout the previous years since I have become non-consensually wirelessly tethered to their computer system. I personally believe that the reason they have asked me by wireless means if I would accept bribes is so that they would then have legal permission to continue with their wireless harassment and psychological torture of me. If you ever become targeted by wireless weapons you must never agree to meet up with these perpetrators and you must never allow them to do you any favours or to offer you any gifts or money.

Many targeted individuals who are being electronically harassed by a combination of remote neural monitoring and remote neural manipulation no longer complain to the police, because the police refuse to believe us when we do complain.  Instead of helping us they send us for unneeded psychiatric evaluation.   Therefore we can no longer trust the police.

I plan to continue repeating the phrase "WHY AM I HEARING YOUR VOICE COMING FROM INSIDE MY HEAD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION WHILE YOU WERE SAYING THE FOLLOWING …….and then repeating what ever they have recently said , because it is really annoying them and at appears to be compromising them also because their extremely cruel methodologies are being revealed to some of their colleagues and to whoever purchases their findings. The United States government is now openly  targeting  a selected number of citizens of the United States as well as overseas individuals for wirelessly enabled  unlimited remote  neural monitoring  and human experimentation. These selected targeted citizens  are known to the United States police as non-investigative subjects or silent hits.  I have been and still am such a targeted individual and I reside in Ireland.  Voice to skull bio-communication is being used to force me to constantly  listen to the voices of the operatives who run the Remote Neural Monitoring combined with Remote Neural Manipulation system.   Recently I have begun to write down and post online  a small selection of what these operatives say to me by means of reproducing their voices inside my head against my will and without my permission.   Here below is a small selection of what these neuro operatives have been communicating to me by wireless means over the past two days.   

"Watch this space.   We will tie her up in knots so that she wont be able to move a muscle."

"There is somebody here who writes what we say."     The response of a different operative was as follows   "We have had those people before.  We just kill them off."

"This is directly affecting the whole system because now we all know what happens when we speak to her."

"You will wind up as meat on my table.   My people will kill this woman and clean her out and prepare her as a dish to be served in front of me."

I myself said to the neuro operatives whose voices I hear coming from inside my head the following  "Why are you hurting both my knees?"   The response I heard back was as follows  "I am conducting experiments on you".   I then asked the following question  "Are you conducting experiments on me for money?  The response I heard back was as follows  "Yes".  

"It is not a nice thing to do to her but we are getting the system into focus in the world".

"Too many people in the know.  We can't go ahead."

"Puffed up information coming through again."

"Which do you use with Gretta Fahey, the carrot or the stick?"

"Put manners on that woman.  She has destabilized the process."

"Try and destroy the system and see who will win."    My response to that statement was as follows  "We will easily win.  There are seven billion of us.  There are only a small number of you.   The phone towers are the linchpin of your wireless weapons.  We will disassemble and ban all phone towers and your weapons will then be powerless."

We are all aware that a social credit score system has been set up in China and is due to become mandatory in 2020. Data is being collected by electronic means on every citizen in China. Computerized algorithms award or deduct points based on every piece of data which has been collected. These include amount of hours worked each week, the amount of taxes paid to date, credentials, financial debts, financial credits, motoring penalty points, grocery purchasing history, clothing purchasing history, legal involvement, history of raising children, as well as many other pieces of data. A profile is being built on each human being who uses a smart phone, based on everything they say while in the proximity of their smart phone, and also everything they do while in the proximity of their smart phone based on electronic signals which come from their bodies and are being read by said smart phone. The smart phone also collects data on wherever they travel to and how long they remain at each location.
If the amount of points awarded to a Chinese citizen is low they are penalized in many and varied ways. They could possibly be denied access to public transport or be denied access to public buildings such as libraries or art galleries. Their credit card could cease to work if they attempted to purchase luxury items and would only work if they attempted to purchase groceries or other basic needs.
In order to set up a social credit score system which works by computerized algorithms in Ireland, this social credit score system but be first set up manually. Individuals, including myself have been selected for around the clock monitoring so that all of our words and actions can be studied in great detail in preparation for setting up a social credit score system at any time in the future. We are also being monitored in order to conduct many and varied types of research on us. I feel that I have already been partially if not fully incorporated into a manually run social credit score system already. My debit card ceases to work at inopportune moments. The individuals who speak to me via classified wireless voice to skull bio-communication methods have informed me that they deliberately wirelessly disabled my debit card so that it would not work because I have not answered them respectfully. Many other negative occurrences in my life have also been instigated by these same individuals. A social credit score system is an enslavement system. We must stop it ever being set up in Ireland. In order to stop we need to disable the technological infrastructure that supports it.
A social credit score system could possible be installed in Ireland above the heads of our senior politicians because a remote neural monitoring system combined with a remote neural manipulation system has already been instigated throughout the whole island of Ireland and our senior politicians claim to know nothing about it. Has the Irish nation lost its sovereignty?

I am being subjected to a form of around the clock monitoring and surveillance which is also being prepared for you and everybody else on a worldwide scale other than the instigators of it.  It is known as Remote Neural Monitoring combined with Remote Neural Manipulation.

  I am wirelessly and non-consensually linked to a network of computers by my brain and spine.  These computers are operated by unknown neuro operatives.  This link which connects me to the computer network is two way which enabled the neuro operatives to collect all the electrically  generated data from my body and brain on an ongoing basis as well as sending my brain and body sounds, voices, moving images, sensations, odours, pain signals and various types of emotions including  that of extreme fear.   The neuro operatives locked my unique brain signature  on to a frequency of fear for a whole year in the past. They had informed me in advance that they were going to punish me.   I am not normally fearful but I was kept in a state of extreme distress during that year.   I know another Irish individual who is also a subject of Remote Neural Monitoring combined with Remote Neural Manipulation who is currently locked onto a frequency of aggression.  However, he manages to keep it under control.

  Further to that,  the neuro operatives and their agents wake me up by wireless means any time they wish during any night and they keep me awake for as long as they wish.   If I am kept awake for too long and for two many nights in a row it can bring on feelings of despair.

I post blogs on a daily basis telling of my experiences and telling of what the unknown neuro operatives say to me by way of a voice to skull bio-communication.   I hear their voices coming from inside my head on a constant basis.  Here are some of what these unknown neuro operatives have said to me and about me to their colleagues in the past twenty four hours.

"We now have a clear view of the whole topology of the human being." 

"Marriage is now compulsory."

"Is she pregnant.  She is overeating.  What are we going to do about that?"

"We are now leaving.  I will instil a virtue in her some other time in some other way."

"If you let a singleton off the hook you are in trouble".

HOW SOCIETY IS UNDER ATTACK BY NEURO WARFARE.

Remote Neural Monitoring is being used to image, measure and transmit brain and neural activity.

Many human beings throughout most of the world are now wirelessly tied to a super-computer via nano technology which has been imbedded inside their brains and bodies. The Remote Neural Monitoring super-computer monitors and manipulates all electrical activity in their brains on a constant basis throughout each day. It uses physical and psychological trauma to map out and reverse engineer the sensory and neural pathways of the brain and central nervous system of the targeted individual in order to then build a cognotive model of that brain.

A computer multiplexer routes the brain signals to a tower or mobile platform. The tower or mobile platform then relays the signals to a digital receiver.

The cerebral cortex is remotely tied to a supercomputer which monitors and manipulates all of the electromagentic activity of the human brain.

There are hive mind teams involved which aid and abet the process for the purposes of training, research and development. The hive mind teams manually inject information into the human brain when whenever they need to but up to twnety percent of all of the manipulation is now being done automatically by the supercomputer. The automated work of the supercomputer involves muscle manipulating via the motor cortex of the human being, as well as inducing sleep disturbances when necessary and the supercomputer can automatically decide to kill a targeted individual of remote neural monitoring.

The brain of the victim has been digitized by nano technology which they have both inhaled and ingested from illegal chemtrail spraying of the skies over our heads. Nano technology is already in the brains of all 318 million Americans as well as all Europeans and further afield. Once ingested, the nano technology then migrates to the brain and adheres to the neuro transmitter of the brain. It begins to decode those neuro transmitters after it is activated. Your brain can be activated from thousands of miles away using a process called Directed Energy Flashing Photons. Even though everyone is infected with nano technology only a few million human beings have been activated throughout the world so far.

The hive mind teams force the targeted individual into a pattern of response and a pattern of speech. They try to develop and identify patterns of behaviour of the targeted individual which they then remotely measure and re-intigrate into the Remote Neural Monitoring data for the purposes of building a cognotive moel of the human brain. The hive mind teams deliberately generate anxiety and fear in order to generate emotional responses which can be measured and reintigrated back into the remote neural monitoring data.

The super-computer has copies of the bio-algorhythms of the will, intellect and emotions of any targeted individual that has become wirelessly tethered ot it. The will, intellect and emotions of these targeted individuals is used to further program the super-computer. Naturally the super-computer, being non-sentient can not actually feel the emotions. It can only simulate them through the tone of voice that it is programmed to use.

The hive mind team turn the brain of the victim into their very own visual, verbal and auditive communication system.

Remote Neural Monitoring locks on to the emotional state of the victim. If the victim uses pleasing music or a pleasant pass-time to dampen down the neural link to the hive mind team and to the super-computer trauma will then be used to re-entrain the brain of the victim back to the desired frequency of the Remote Neural Monitoring system.

Remote Neural Manipulation is the ability of the system to predict and influence your memories during thought composition in order to pitch you into some type of action or access sequence.

It is imperative that the hive mind team do everything in their power to discredit the targeted individual so that the targeted individual will not be believed. They use slander campaigns and false psychiatry to discredit targeted individuals. In some situations the hive mind create a hostile environment everywhere the victim goes in order to isolate the victim so that there is no external interference which might dampen down the desired neuro programming.

The hive mind team can introduce sound, voices, aromas, sensations, images, thoughts, and emotions into the brain of the targeted individual or on some occasions targeted group. They are using a fabricated and falsefied stream of electromagnetic low frequency waves specifically to match the brain wave sequence of the victim. This bio-directional stream, known as the information and injection feedback loop which scientists call the neural link contains a hidden carrier frequency which is specificaly tuned to the unique one of a kind brain wave signature of the victim.

The hive mind team obtain the digital brain imprint of the victim which they remotely measure and then they upload it into a super-computer and they wirelessly tie the victim to that super-computer for life by way of the bio-directional stream of electromagnetic low frequency waves, turning the brain of the targeted individual into their very own visual, verbal and auditive communication system. The victim is then a walking digital receiver. They attempt to restrict the victim at will using remotely induced trauma and pain. They use bio-communication to project their voices inside the brain of the victim. They eventually are able to manipulate the visual cortex of the victim to introduce images into the victims field of vision. They introduce signals into the audio cortex of the victim to introduce sounds and voices. They manipulate the sensory cortex of the victim to introduce sensations or pain. They manipulate the motor cortex of the victim in order to cause movement to the muscles of the victim anywhere throughout the victims face or body. By modulation of the phase, frequency and amplitude of the stream of energy they can target any area of the human anatomy.

There is a perceived seventy or eighty year gap between the technology available in the market place and the technology available to the satanic and luciferian control system. They wish to determine what a society can maintain is true.
