This report is the culmination of 31 years of research, documentation, trials and tribulations that grew from the founding of Financial Management Group, Ltd., and the meeting of June 23, 1987 with an executive from International Signal & Control, or ISC. THE PROGRAM (my own term), as I call it, started out as a cover-up of the Federal Whistleblowing activities regarding ISC in 1987 utilizing a harassment campaign; false arrests; and fabricated mental illness and suicide attempts. I first started hearing the artificial telepathy in 2013 two weeks before my mother passed December 2, 2013. I have had alot of struggles through out my life. My faith in god and the love for my children. The little bit of  awareness I had on the subject is the only thing that has kept me alive. Plus listening to coast to coast. A gigantic new World Cup stadium goes up in Seoul, Korea. Note the huge, metal, antennae-like internal super-structure. Ten of these ultra-modern stadiums have recently been erected in Korea, and ten in Japan, all in readiness, we are told, for the 2002 World Cup soccer (futbol) sports championship games. These 20 stadiums cost untold billions of American dollars to build. Yet, even as they rise, both Korea and Japan are suffering staggering economic depressions.
By 2006, some twenty more World Cup stadiums are planned for Europe and Africa. Who is providing the funding? When you are in front of your computer screen or tablet or smart phone neuro scientists can interact with your computer in such a way that it is possible for them to see and inspect if there is any nano technology inside your eyes or facial muscles or lips, jaws or tongue.  If there is a substantial amount of nano technology therein you are then selected for human bio-robotization.  Each nano strand inside your eyes or facial muscles is individually connected to a computer network where said nano strands are then co-ordinated by the use of a super-computer so that your eyes and other completed sets of muscles can be co-ordinated with the thought streams of the bio-robotization personnel to the extent that whenever the bio-robotization personnel are speaking your whole facial muscles will be co-ordinated to move in tandem with their words.   We must discontinue all use of screen time in front of computers and smart phones combined with all other digital screens.   Some of our fellow human beings have already been totally bio-robotized by this method to the extent that they are total and utter slaves without the ability to move a muscle without permission.  The solution is to disassemble and destroy all microwave and millimetre wave transmitters combined with all other transmitters throughout the world urgently.   I am in a unique position to know that this bio-robotization process is real because many of the muscles throughout my face and body can already be remote controlled against my will.

If satellites really existed all of our satellite dishes would be pointing straight up to the sky in order to receive and transmit signals. However, our satellite dishes are pointing sideways in order to receive signals from microwave transmitters and these signals that said microwave transmitters are transmitting are being relayed from undersea fibre optic cables.

Further to that, so -called satellite navigation data is being obtained from triangulation of signals which are being transmitted from cell phone towers which are also known as phone masts.

In the Michaelson/Morley experiment in Cleveland in 1881 and again in 1887, scientists attempted to measure the motion of the earth, moving round the sun. To the astonishment of every scientist on the planet, they proved that the earth was stationary. However, scientists could not bring themselves to admit that the catholic church was right all along with regards to geocentrism, because the Copernicun revolution had elevated science to the top of the heirarchy of knowledge, above theology. So Einstein came up with an excuse as to why their experiment was wrong. He claimed that time was shrinking, and that was why it appeared the earth was not moving. The theory of relativity has been disproved by the Michaelson Morley experiment.

In order for the Big Bang Theory to hold true, everything in space has to be homogenous. Everything had to look the same. However, a probe called the WMAP was launched in 2001. The discovery was made that, in fact, everything is space was not homogenous. In the cosmic microwave background, scientists found, to their astonishment, that there were universe wide plains between the warmer and colder sections, aligned with one another. These defined an axis which directly aligned with the ecliptic and equinox of earth. This is in fact a universe wide arrow pointing at earth. This means that the theory of relativity does not exist. The Big Bang never happened.
