I am being non-consensually subjected to a process commonly known as remote neural monitoring in combination with a similar process known as remote neural manipulation. Nano sized electrodes have become trapped in the brains of many individuals due to ingestion of certain types of foods which have been made to contain said electrodes, mostly food containing grains.. These nano sized electrodes have formed networks inside the brains of a selection of individuals over many years of ingestion of said grain containing foods. The industrialist Elon Musk has named such a networks of brain electrodes " neural lace."
Because I personally have a network of electrodes inside my brain I have become wirelessly tethered to a computer system where I am being monitored and surveilled on a continual basis for more than sixteen years. Neuro operatives who operate that computer system are able to force me to listen to their voices against my will whenever they wish both night and day over many years. They are also enabled by this cruel system to force me to see internal images, feel sensations all over my body, smell odours, and experience my muscles moving against my will.
Whenever one of the aforementioned neuro operatives places a neural connected helmet on their heads which I am informed is on a continual basis, that neuro operative is then able to feel what I feel, hear what I hear and smell what I smell and see what I see. Today, I was suffering from acid reflux and just afterwards the voice of an unknown neuro operative was heard by me to say the following "the brain to brain technology which I am using is so advanced that just when the control subject was suffering from acid reflux I could feel the acid reflux coming up my own neck through the energy link which tethers her to my computer system.

Many scientists are working in the development of brain to brain interfaces in order to gain control and even total enslavement over their fellow human beings
By putting minimal sized electrodes in a network within the brain of a real live human being, some neuro scientists are then able to read and write into the brain function of a real live human being in real time while working from a remote location, while the human being is fully conscious and going about their life. The targeted human being has no way of shielding his/herself from receiving the digital signals which affect their motor control because the human brain and body have no firewall, as yet. By this means and others the neuro scientist would then be able to immobilize any human being at any time into a state of absolute paralysis on either a temporary or permanent basis. This also allows neuro scientists to remote control a real live human being into committing acts of extreme evil by remote means. Many crimes have been committed throughout the world by this method while the remote controlled human being goes on to be blamed for committing whatever act of evil was committed and the real culprits of the evil who are the neuro operatives remain free of all blame forever after.
The process by which all of this is being allowed to occur is as follows – First, a random anonymous individual is selected for targeting in this manner. They first of all are wirelessly linked from a network of electrodes inside their brain to the computer network which is controlled by the cabal of would-be neuro enslavers. The would-be neuro enslaver read and write into the brain function of the targeted individual over many years. Over time, the neuro enslaver can gain control of all of the muscles of the human body of the targeted individual. When sitting at the computer which is linked to the targeted individual, and while wearing a helmet which is further linked to the brain and body of the targeted individual, the neuro enslaver can read the thoughts of the targeted individual in real time and can reply to them in real time. The neuro enslaver can also force the targeted individual to speak whatever words the neuro enslaver speaks. The neuro enslaver can select any one of a large amount of disturbing images from files on his/her computer and download them to the mental imaging centre of the targeted individual. The neuro enslaver can select from any one of a selection of odours from files on his/her computer and then download them to the nasel cage of the targeted individual. The neuro enslaver can select from any one of a large selection of emotions or feelings and then have them downloaded to the emotional centre of the targeted individual. The neuro enslaver can move the facial muscles or indeed any muscles of the targeted individual at will by this process.
At a later stage when more control has been gained over the brain and body of the targeted individual, the targeted individual reaches a stage when they lose all of their free will and can then be totally controlled by virtual reality and can be made to commit acts of extreme evil by the controllers. I have been informed by the voices of neuro operatives which I hear coming from inside my head that many individuals, especially school shooters have been used in this way on many occasions in the past. This situation of using remote controlled human beings to commit acts of evil is about to get infinitely worse if we don’t immediately use all of the resources of the state in order to stop the roll out of 5G and in order to disassemble the infrastructure which allows neuro enslavement to continue. The police need to have access to spectrum analysers and millimetre wave readers among other equipment in order to establish if complainers of electronic torture are indeed showing signs of having abnormal electronic energy coming from their bodies. Further to that, all members of the public aught to carry on their persons both microwave energy readers and millimetre wave energy readers and should notify the police immediately they notice any unusual energy readings around them.
I live close to Claremorris town in the West of the Republic of Ireland. I am being targeted by directed energy weapons for neuro research. I have been connected to advanced computerized technology via an energy link. My computer screen is being controlled by remote means by unknown neuro workers. When I check my weather forecast on a website called www.met.ie, I find that my location is wrongly presumed to be in the Eastern side of the Republic of Ireland and the location I am presumed to be at changes from location to location frequently. On Jan. 02, 2018, a British Crown-controlled company named Serco Inc. was awarded a $610 million contract to manage FEMA Region 9 that covers Arizona, California, Nevada, Hawaii and the Pacific Islands. On Jul. 16, 2013, Obama awarded Serco a $1.2 billion contract to run the Obamacare website. Serco also manages the air traffic control towers in 63 U.S. airports, and has been paid more than $95 million to run the U.S. Patent and Trademark examination processes. Why have we not heard of them? More to the point, why are we outsourcing critical American infrastructure, ingenuity and private medical information on every U.S. citizen to sworn agents of the British Crown?!

On the surface, Serco is the weirdest assortment of companies on the planet
Serco builds nuclear weapons, provides housing for migrants, reviews U.S. patents, runs the Obamacare website, operates obvious money-laundering shell companies in the Middle East, is teamed with Lockheed Martin, builds ships, manages massive IT infrastructure, manufactures space vehicles, runs job placement agencies, provides air traffic control to cities, runs rail services, manages parking meters, oversees FEMA Region 9, manages courts and prisons, and runs sports and recreation centers. Huh? This is the weirdest list of companies one can imagine, until one overlays Richard C. Walker's "wet-ware" patents on top, then it makes sense.
This Serco list of 73 subsidiaries revealed a shocking correlation among; (1) Serco’s business interests, (2) the activities of the Senior Executive Service (SES), and (3) the monstrous “Internet of Things” patents filed by Richard C. Walker, Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies.

The widely-promoted 5G wireless plan is very clearly designed to make Walker’s one-world government population control plan a reality. Among these SES corruptocrats is perhaps the largest British company in America that you have never heard of—Serco Group Plc. (“Serco”).
Serco began life in 1929 in the United Kingdom (UK) as RCA Photophone Limited. In 1956, they changed their name to RCA Great Britain Limited. In 1969, they changed names again to RCA Limited. In 1987 their name changed again to Serco Limited.
Today, Serco employs 47,000 people around the world with 8,000 in the United States alone. In 2005, Serco bought commercial, government and defense contractor Resource Consultants Inc. (RCI). Then in 2008, they bought SI International, Inc., an almost carbon copy of RCI. SI International, founded by Lockheed Martin and CACI, Inc. insiders, became wholly-owned US subsidiaries of Serco Inc. These acquisitions gave Serco a significant foothold in major U.S. and government services, including IT, engineering, strategy consulting, HR, business process management, professional services, military and intelligence.
Serco has become, in some cases, the single source provider of critical American infrastructure via 5,000 contracts totaling $6.2 billion (not including secret offshore accounts) including 477 contracts worth $41.3 million at the Senior Executive Services' Office of Personnel Management (OPM), four contracts worth $172 million at the Department of State (DOS), and 4,644 contracts worth $4.22 billion at the Department of Defense (DoD).
Three astonishing Serco contracts are: (1) a $95 million contract to run the U.S. Patent Office’s processing of new patent applications, (2) a $1.2 billion contract to run the Obamacare website, and (3) $610 million to run FEMA Region 92: Arizona, California, Nevada, Hawaii and the Pacific Islands. This British hegemony extends to the American judiciary and government.
British Crown Agents operate in America and have numerous U.S. government contracts too. Here is one example, a $23.7 million USAID contract with Serco. These are the very same Crown Agents whose taxes on tea sparked the Boston Tea Party. See Crown Agents Act of 1995. Why are we giving any money and contracts at all to the British Crown?
In addition, both British and American attorneys are given the title of “Esquire” despite the fact that Article I, Section 9, Clause 8 of the U.S. Constitution prohibits the federal government from granting titles of nobility due to the corrupting foreign influences.
The fact is, American lawyers, judges, law professors and students are organized into an elaborate British-styled union called The American Inns of Court with over 30,000 members. It is directly modeled on the British Inns of Court comprised of four “Temples” in and around the City of London and Westminster.
Tellingly, our American Inns of Court nowhere mention the U.S. Constitution in their charter documents, including their Vision Statement and Professional Creed. To whom do they pledge? To “the movement” and a generic "Rule of Law."
When one considers that The City of London UK banking center is adjacent to the British Inns of Court temples, one begins to get the picture. The British Army may have withdrawn in 1776, but Britain’s bankers and lawyers dug in, and have never left. Now, a British company name Serco is being tapped by the SES to finish the job of bringing the American colonies to heel.

The world is now beginning to be controlled by a few individuals by use of patent control via the United States patent office which is being run by a British owned company known as Serco.
Inventors are now being endangered if they attempt to turn in their patents to the United States patent office. If said patents can be used as a weapon control of them is taken by the patent office and the inventor is forbidden from discussing them ever again under threat of legal procedings.
On 7th December, 1942, Franklin D Rosevelt signed a document which allowed the patent office to take control of privately owned patents and the documents was legitimized under the pretence of United States national security. By this manner, fifty thousand patents were literally stolen from inventors throughout most of the world. If they inventors complained publicly they were murdered. The United States patent office now steal between three and five thousand patents per year.
After President Barack Obama came to power, David Capos and his company rewrote the patent laws in order to make it easy for multi-national corporations to attack patent holders with something known as patent re-examinations, which is a legal way of continually harassing a patent holder until that patent holder runs out of money from continually attempting to protect said patent.
Further to monopolizing the United States patent office, all venture capitalists are now singing from the same hymn sheet. Whenever they are approached by entrepreneurs who wish to obtain finance in order to start a business, the venture capitalist will then demand detailed ideas about the venture without protecting the intellectual property of the entrepreneur. They will then allow the entrepreneur to believe that he or she needs to be in partnership with the venture capitalist. Because of the method by which the business is then set up because of the exact specification of the venture capitalist, the entrepreneur will have lost control of his or her company within a number of years. The venture capitalist will then move in their people and take over control of the company, giving themselves the lions share of the proceeds.
Over a century ago a group of British entrepreneurs, among them were Cecil Rhodes, Alfred Milner and John Buchan, monopolized trade throughout the world in gold and diamonds. This allowed their direct descendents to further gain monopolies on uranium and electronic communications. The control of electronic communications allowed them to control all election outcomes through the control of the use of propaganda through their control of the main stream media. These same individuals further gained monopolies on cyber warfare. They wish to control the world by use of a world currency.

A worldwide invisible technological takeover of most of humanity is occurring behind the scenes in your lives. These millimeter wave frequencies can be used to x ray any human being from a remote location. They can be used to activate viruses which were injected into a human body at a much earlier time. 5G is similar to having a continuous mild MRI scan because the energy weapons operatives can use the 5G millimeter waves to inspect the inside of the body of every human being on earth if they so wish as soon as 5G becomes installed throughout the world.
The wireless communication systems and communication towers which transmit millimeter waves all have back doors which allow the military or others to access and control how this dangerous technology is used and who it is being used against.

The skies over our heads are now being sprayed with chemtrails which contain metallic compounds such as barium, aluminium and others. Microwaves, in the current frequencies that we are immersed in, open the blood brain barrier and allow metallic compounds to get through to the human brain. Those metals are then microwaved while they are inside the human brain and body which causes the human being concerned to have voltage discharges take place throughout the human body. Your smart phone interacts with all of the electro chemical processes taking place in your brain due to the presence of these aforementioned metals which have become trapped inside our brains.
Beam forming is another piece of the technological enslavement protocol. Beam forming technology hunts down a device and locks on to that device and it then channels and funnels microwave or millimeter wave energy or both to that device.

POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
Do not use store bought hygiene products because they contain nano materials. When these nano materials adhere to our skin they can be manipulated by remote control by unknown operatives using wireless radiation activation frequencies.
Do not allow yourself or your family to be vaccinated. I believe that the ultimate goal of a vaccination is to get nano technology in to your blood stream where it could then be used to immobilise you or cause you to have a stroke or a heart attack by remote means.
Wear jewellery which has magentic properties. You will not be able to use a computer or other digital media device if you decide to wear magnetic jewellery because the magnets will permanently disable whatever digital media device it comes in contact with. However, I believe that magnetic jewellery has protective properties.
Get rid of all digital media screens and wirelessly enabled transmission devices from your home.
Inform others that we are now under attack and will be soon technologically enslaved if we fail to act.
Nano compounds are likely to be highly concentrated in processed foods such a cereals and baked goods. Eat plain, unprocessed foods.
Chemtrail spraying of the air over our heads with nano compounds is not successful because those particular nano compounds degrade before they reach our bloodstream in most occasions.
Millimeter waves do not travel very far. In fact they only travel about 500 feet. Screen your windows with aluminium blinds. Sow trees and shrubs outside your windows. The enslavers hate trees and I believe that they are currently using electronic mind control in order to make us believe that we should engage in a tree cutting program for reasons of road safety.
Do not drink from the public water supply. Fluoride and other compounds have been added to it in order to dumb us down and sicken us. A vibrantly healthty and intelligent population can not be enslaved.

Over compliance with the wishes of others,

I am a targeted individual of non-consensual research and this afore mentioned research is being conducted on me by unknown criminal operatives who work from a remote location and use advanced technology to monitor and survey my brain and body on a continual basis and they have been doing so for the past sixteen years. I have been disbelieved by both the local Gardaí, my general medical practitioner and many psychiatrists whenever I have informed them of these unusual and terrifying experiences. I no longer complain to them about my predicament because it would probably lead to me being detained in a psychiatric hospital where I would more than likely be mandated to ingest toxic substances for no reason whatsoever.

Earlier today I heard one of the afore mentioned inner voices say the following “We were told you were a mock up of a human being rather than a real live human being.” Another inner voice was then heard by me to say the following “There are no mock ups of human beings. All who are being surveyed are real live human beings and none of them have given us permission to monitor and survey them at any time ever.”

I am non-consensually wirelessly linked by a bi-directional link to a computer network from my brain and body using classified technology. I am forced to hear the voices of the computer network operatives coming from inside my head. The computer network operatives send information through the bi-directional link in a way that makes my muscles malfunction and which ultimately could give these criminal computer network operatives total control over my muscles to the extent that they then could possibly control my whole body by wireless remote control. If these criminal computer network operatives do eventually gain total control over my body and if during a time when I am being trialled by remote control in a public arena, then if the Irish police came across me and found evidence that I was being wirelessly remote controlled they would then be informed by the team who would be wirelessly remote controlling me that I was a systems analysis platform cogent. I do not know what that means but I was informed via the bi-directional link which I am connected by that this would be how the situation would be handled if it ever occurred.
As this wireless connection from computer networks to a selection of individuals is invisible, these individuals who are non-consensually wirelessly connected in this manner currently have no means of proving to the Gardaí that they are wirelessly connected to computer networks run by organized criminal gangs. However, if the targeted individuals were given access to spectrum analysers and other state owned equipment they might then be able to prove that they are non-consensually wirelessly linked in this manner.
As the situation stands, we, the non-consensually wirelessly connected targeted individuals of the Republic of Ireland have no access to the protection of the law because we can not prove that we are wirelessly linked to computer networks being run by organised criminal gangs. The Gardaí tend to believe that we are imagining it so they feel it is necessary to first send us for psychiatric evaluation in order to ascertain that we are not mentally ill. Unfortunately, psychiatrists are wrongly trained to believe that we are mentally ill when we present with claims that we are wirelessly connected to said computer networks and they incarcerate us inside mental hospitals where we are obliged to ingest harmful substances which hinder our ability to further illucidate our experiences.

I am horrified by this situation because I know that this wireless linking system is an enslavement system. The governments of Europe and the United States of America have donated billions of Euros and Dollars towards brain research. I am wirelessly linked by a two way link from my brain and body to a computer network which is controlled by criminals. These criminals speak to me whenever they wish throughout each day and throughout each night. I hear their voices coming from inside my head. They send information to my brain and body which makes my muscles malfunction at a moments notice and they make them recover again about twenty minutes later. They have informed me that they will one day paralyse me but they will leave me with the ability to feel pain . This situation has been going on for more than sixteen years. Initially, I was so frightened of them that my teeth would chatter with fear. Now I am so used to their death threats and their torture threats that I would be likely to doze off in the middle of a death threat. It is possible to get used to anything.
Even though I have complained in the past to both psychiatrists and the police there is no longer any point in complaining to agents of the government. That day is gone. If I were to complain to my general medical practitioner, he may decide to send me for mandatory psychiatric evaluation. The chosen psychiatrist would then, under medical law, be obliged to detain me in a psychiatric institution against my will and without my permission. If I complained to the local police they would also be mandated to send me for psychiatric evaluation resulting in the same situation of psychiatric detainment.
I know of many other men and women throughout my country, Ireland, who are also wirelessly linked to a computer network and are being either physically or psychologically tortured by wireless means, by the use of directed energy weapons.
