I am a non-consensual subject of Remote Neural Monitoring combined with Remote Neural Manipulation.  I am wirelessly linked by a two way stream of low frequency electromagnetic energy to a super computer which is controlled by unknown neuro operatives.  These neuro operatives force me to listen to their voices both day and night on a constant basis from imbedded implants inside my brain.  These neuro operatives also send signals into both my brain and body in order to gradually gain more and more  control over me.   They have informed me that whenever I am sleeping they can access parts of my brain which they can not access while I am awake.  They have also informed me that they have now gained so much information on my body and brain that they could now  kill me without anyone knowing about it simply by distorting the information which they send to my body and brain via said two way stream of low frequency electromagnetic radiation which binds me to their computer system.   They have also informed me that they may engineer me to fall over at inappropriate times and break a bone in order to physically get me into hospital where they would then have even more control over me during the night.

These unknown neuro operatives whose voices I hear coming from inside my head by wireless directed energy means have informed me that a significant number of the police throughout Ireland know about this Remote Neural Monitoring control system now, more than is comfortable for the neuro operatives and their controllers.   

We are currently living through a secret war which is being fought for the most part by wireless weapons. Many people throughout the world have been secretly placed on a wirelessly enabled control system known as Remote Neural Monitoring and Remote Neural Manipulation. Nano technology has found its way into all of our brains and bodies through inhalation and ingestion. In a selection of people this internal nano technology is being connected wirelessly to supercomputers by two way links. These two way links allow unknown neuro operatives to upload sounds, voices, moving images, sensations, and even pain signals to the brain of the targeted individual. These neuro operatives can even send information to the body of the victim in order to force the victims own limbs to move against their own will, or even to make the victim unwell. Remote neural murder to direct neuro link is also possible and has happened. These two way links are also used by the neuro operatives to collect all electrical signals which the human brain and body constantly generated. This electrical activity is downloaded from the brain and body of the targeted individual to the supercomputer where it is data analysed. All of the thoughts, memories, words and actions can be made known to the neuro operatives by this method. The targeted individual can have no mental privacy from then on.
Secondary to remote neural monitoring wireless microwave weapons are also being used to place whole populations under electronic mind control using frequencies which entrain the brains of people into states of unquestioning trust in leaders who are either knowingly or unknowingly leading us into wireless enslavement.
Targeting human beings and wirelessly tethering them to supercomputers against their wills and without their permission is an act of war. We are now at war against the dark new world order criminal cartel who wish to have more and more power in fewer and fewer hands, their own hands. We the rest of the human race can easily win this war provided we act now.
We must tear down all microwave transmitters which are being used for both remote neural monitoring of a large selection of targeted individuals as well as electronic mind control over large populations. All adults should and must carry microwave readers with them at all times which can be used to detect if microwave beams are being transmitted from vehicles which might be parked near schools or housing estates or indeed anywhere.
We must stop using mobile phones also known as cell phones because they are miniaturized microwave weapons and they are responsible for entraining the brains of the users into artificial states where they are being manipulated into high levels of mind control.
The main stream media is for the most part owned and controlled by the dark new world order criminal cartel to the extent that any and all information about remote neural monitoring and electronic mind control is being censored from it.
We must decentralise political power as a matter of urgency. It is a rule of thumb that the more centralized power becomes the less freedom the ordinary people have, and the more decentralised power becomes the more freedom people have. We must dismantle the European Union and we must have very limited government inside our own countries. No government at all, simply a system of rules without rulers would be even better. This system is known as anarchy. It is a linear based self regulating system.

When a human being is being non-consensually subjected to both remote neural monitoring and remote neural manipulation they are wirelessly connected by a two way stream of energy which comes from technology inside their brains and bodies and is linked to a supercomputer. All of the electrical activity generated by their brain and body in real time is downloaded to that supercomputer where it is translated into everything they have thought, said, and done throughout each day. Sounds, voices, moving images, sensations, odours, pain signals and forced muscle movements are uploaded to the brain and body of the victim. The victim can be forced to experience a virtual reality experience without the need to wear a virtual reality headset. Remote neural murder is also possible in this way.

Many people throughout the western world are currently being remote neural monitored and remote neural manipulated. When ever they report the matter to the authorities they are being disbelieved. The reason that they are being disbelieved is because all government officials who work close to microwave transmitter towers are under electronic mind control. Microwave transmitters transmit extremely low frequency (ELF) signals which mimic natural brain waves. Microwave transmitters beam mind control signals into the brains of anyone who lives or works close to microwave transmitter towers. Brain researchers identified the specific brain rhythm to induce docile, submissive, zombie like behaviour. This specific brain rhythm was then recorded and was used as the template for the ELF signal now being beamed from microwave transmitters.

We are at a stage in scientific understanding when we are all about to be enslaved by being non-consensually wirelessly tethered to supercomputers but most of the population is under such strong electronic mind control that they dont care. Brain researchers have identified a vast catalogue of brain rythms which can be used to control the feelings of whole populations which entrain their brains into a state of misplaced trust in authorities who do not have their best interests at heart. The politicians of all national governments within the European Union must be under similar mind control constraints. Otherwise they would not have advised all government staff to carry smart phones, which can be used to entrain the brains of said government staff into docile, obedient, trusting and unquestioning order followers. Many people from all countries in Europe are being psychologically harassed and tortured inside their own homes by wireless means and whenever they report the matter to the police they are being disbelieved and they may wrongly end up in psychiatric facilities because wireless weapons are highly deniable.
When are we going to disassemble and ban all microwave transmitters and return to using hard wired telephones.

According to new information which I have obtained today by synthetic telepathy, whatever you say or do in front of your smart phone can and is being used to build up a psychological profile of you. Your voice is also being copied and could be used to identify you at any time in the future even when you no longer in possession of your smart phone. Your image is also being taken from your smart phone and is being added as a component to your profile. Both voice recognition and image recognition software will be used in the future to profile you whenever you are in a public space, totally unbeknownst to you. If we wish to return to a time when we had total privacy, we must urgently disassemble and ban microwave transmitters and all wireless enabling technologies. There are many and varied reasons as to why we should ban wireless enabling technologies apart from lack of privacy. Wireless enabling capabilities can be used to murder all of us by remote means as well as burning down our homes as well as an aid to electronically mind controlling us or even wirelessly torturing us while we are in the privacy of our own homes. Electronic harassment and torture programmes are already in place throughout every country in Europe but agents of governments are under strong electronic mind control and appear unable to confront the reality of what is occurring slowly and incrementally on a day to day basis.

My nextstore neighbors downstairs have been using cybernetics on me to cause me health problems through a microchip in my brain. I also believe they use sonic ear on me because I have had popping in my ears on and off and it sounds like rice krispys popping, my ears are also very sensitive to sound also I feel pressure in my ears. They have also used electronic weapons on me made up of guns ETC. I know this because I bought a gps tracking device and caught signals coming into my apartment from their apartment and I have also felt high amounts of electricity going through my body making me feel anxious at times. I think they caused the frontal antrophy in my brain because I did not have that in 2008 before the microchip was put in my brain. I also think that these people have caused damage to my lungs from cutting the oxygen to my lungs on and off. I believe they have caused the skip in my heart beat when they caused my heartbeat to go up well over a 100 beats per minute the reason why I know this is, I had no heart problems I had a normal angiogram in the past. They have also caused me stomach problems because I have thrown up a lot in the past. I believe that these people have murdered people before in the past through electronic weapons that he and she has used on people in the past and this people are very experienced in what they do. And that the murders was covered up because it look like the person died from a normal health problem.  I also have proof that the doctors at Renown hospital lied to me about my mri photos of the brain because they told me that my mri of my brain was normal with no foreign object. I later paid a doctor online who reviewed my 2012 mri of the brain from Renown Medical center and he told me it look like frontal antrophy of the brain. My sons wife a radiology tech was visiting my apt I showed her my 2012 mri photo of my brain and she told me it look like there was a foreign object in the left side of my skull at the time. But I later reviewed the mri photos of my brain for 2012 and found a photo that look like the microchip was in the leftside of my brain. I have evidence that there is a microchip in my brain because I bought a radiofrequency wave bug detector and took it outside and the light was all lit up on it I took a video of me standing by it when it was all lit up. I also had bought another radiofrequency wave detector CC308 in the past and I took it to a park by valley RD in Reno,Nv and when I got there I turned on the rf detector the all the lights was fully lit up when I would move away from the detector some of the light would go off when I would move close to it the all the lights would fully go on. I know that my neighbors was paid off by my ex-boyfriend Charles M who implanted this microchip in me in 2009 and that his mother Lillian B probably helps him pay these people to kill me through this microchip and electronic weapons made up of guns etc. One reason why he pays these people to kill me is because I broke up with him and I will not go back to him. The other reason why he pays these people to kill me is because he doesn't want anyone to know that he implanted the microchip in my body when he drugged me in 2009 and did it without my consent. I haven't been able to get this surgically removed from a doctor because the doctor covers up the microchip in my body by saying there is nothing there. I think that these doctors,mri,ex-ray depts are getting paid to lie about the microchip in my body because my mri of my brain for 2012 clearly shows a microchip in my brain and I have had my sons wife a radiology tech verify this. I have evidence from a rf detector I also have evidence from a gps tracking device. I still can't get any help from the Reno police dept even after filing a police report against these people who do this to me. I have even wrote the City mayor and President of the United States and have not received a response back. I know these people will murder me and hopefully if I die someone will read this letter and know who did this to me.

We can and must stop them if we can co -work more efficiently and more smartly. We are fast workers. But, we don't rush. We are smart. But, we don't play game. The world is watching. The world is listening. The world wants to put crule and atrocious acts of torture, murderer, crimes against humanity to an end.

Bioethics Commission Urges Compensation for Victims of Human Research

This article at the link below was welcome news when announced a few days ago. Apparently Amy Gutmann is calling for compensation for victims who have been harmed by gov......ernmental research programs. And according to Peter she stated that this would include military experiments as well. After hearing this, I was reminded of the one point I made in my speech to the commission requesting a similar system of redress for TI's. So maybe the commission listened to us after all! Well, I believe that it would not have happened at all if we had not gone and spoken up to them about this. I believe this to be a positive result for our efforts! Congratulations to all who participated in this process!
