I have become non-consensually wirelessly connected to a network of computer systems and I can not break free. The classified system which I am connected to is commonly known as Remote Neural Monitoring in combination with Remote Neural Manipulation. Both my brain and body are connected to this system and I am being continually monitored and I am having my body manipulated on a continual basis for many years. All of the electrical signals being generated by both my brain and body are being sent by wireless means to a base computer where my data is then analysed and collated by a team of criminal research scientists and other neuro staff members. The neuro staff send unwanted signals to my brain and body in the form of voice commands, moving images, bodily sensations, odours, feelings, thoughts, forced muscle movements and others. These unknown criminal neuro staff members wish me to behave according to their dictates and they have threatened to send me pain signals if I refuse to obey them.

This cruel control system is akin to being mentally enslaved. I have no mental privacy. All of my thoughts are being read in real time and they are sometimes commented on by the neuro staff who monitor me and I hear their voices coming from inside my head. Any mental image which I generate inside my head is being translated into a digital image on the digital media screens of the criminal neuro staff.

Governments are complicit in this cruel enslavement process which I have become linked to, to the extent that they ignore all complaints by targeted individuals of this Remote Neural Monitoring combined with Remote Neural Manipulation, largely because we have not yet been able to prove to them that we are being targeted by directed energy weapons. We could easily prove this if we were given the right equipment such as spectrum analysers and radiography equipment.

The medical community are not being appropriately educated. General practitioners and psychiatrists don't appear to know anything about Remote Neural Monitoring in spite of the fact that the online Remote Neural Monitoring and Directed Energy Weapons internet databases are vast.

Governments could easily stop our technological torture and enslavement through disassembling and banning microwave transmitters because the criminal neuro operators need microwave radiation to make their directed energy weapons work effectively.

I have been subjected to Remote Neural Monitoring combined with Remote Neural Manipulation for slightly more than sixteen years. During all of that time I have been monitored twenty four hours per day for the entire sixteen years. This type of continual monitoring is achieved wirelessly because I am non-consensually linked by a two way stream of energy to a network of computers and other equipment from implants in both my brain and body. Whenever some body causes a problem in the social world we then ascertain that they may cause a similar problem at some time in the future so we frequently make that problem occur ourselves by outside manipulation of either or both the human brain and/or human body of the human subject that we have earlier placed on both remote neural monitoring and remote neural manipulation.

I have not been working since 1992. I was suffering from irritable bowel syndrome on and off for a large part of my life and I had been attending general medical practitioners and specialists in an effort to get help for it. They then data analyse and collate the information gained for further use by the members of the deep state. The neuro staff also send false information to my brain and body in order to force me to see moving images, feel sensations on my skin, hear their voices aw well as other sounds, feel emotions that do not originate independently from my own brain, and experience forced muscle movement and even forced speech.
The deep state plan to gain a unique understanding of the human body and brain in order to use this secret knowledge for the greater evil of the human race at some time in the future. Over many years, I have been non-consensually communicating with said unknown neuro operatives and I have gleaned much information in this manner. I often wondered to myself why they were unused to other subjects of non-consensual experimentation speaking to them in a disrespectful way. It did not make any sense to me at the time but I have now figured out what has been occurring as follows :-
When somebody is first non-consensually selected for neuro experimentation and when they first begin to hear the voices of unknown neuro staff being transmitted into their brains they are asked hundreds of questions. Even if they refuse to answer said questions, each question generates a mental image inside their brain. Evoked potentials are read and automatically translated by the equipment being used by the neuro staff into actual pictures of whatever the targeted individual generates  inside their minds. In this way and in many other ways including automatically included lie detection which is also built into the equipment that the neuro staff use, the neuro staff find out if the targeted individual has ever committed a crime which has gone undetected. If that is found to be the case the targeted individual is then blackmailed into becoming a neuro operative themselves in order to further the enslavement agenda of the human race by exponential means. Some are also blackmailed into working against their own governments while actually working in an official capacity inside government offices. I have never committed a crime in my life to the extent that the neuro staff have constantly complained that they can not get any leverage on me. This is one of many reasons why I am enabled to tell the public what is going on behind the scenes of their world, which is about to come crashing down if they refuse to disassemble and ban all wireless enabling capabilities which enable this human control and enslavement system. Many individuals are now wirelessly leashed to computer networks by two way links, from implants in their brains and spines. Neuro staff who wirelessly send and receive digital signals through the two way links to the targeted individual are helping to enslave themselves, because this process can be fully automated and used against them. One day they may hear an artificial voice giving them a direct order by wireless means , and if they disobey that order they may automatically receive a pain signal or have money deducted from their digital bank account.  I ride a bicycle a distance of twelve kilometres  through quite country back roads  to a nearby town of Ballinrobe once per week.   For the last six kilometres of my journey the road is level and straight and mostly tree lined.   On at least five occasions in the past year I have met an unknown man who was walking with  a bicycle while wearing a metal chain and a padlock around his waist.  The man I met who was wearing the chain and padlock around his waist and walking with a bicycle  was a different man on each occasion. I  am not entirely sure if all five men who were walking with their bicycles were in fact wearing a chain and padlock around their waists but some of them definitely were.     There was no reason for any of these men  to walk with  their bicycles  because there are no hills of any kind on the road.  If any of these men  had been carrying frequency tools they  could have rendered me unconscious if they managed to get close enough to me to conduct a conversation.  If any of the men  had initiated a conversation or asked me for directions, the  frequency tool could then be used covertly to slowly but surely render me unconscious.      The chain and padlock could then  be used by the man  to handcuff and tie me up.   If I were to inform the police about the overt intimidation which I am experiencing they would not do anything about it because each of these men has the right to walk with their bicycles down lonely back roads while wearing metal chains and padlocks around their waists.  

   All targeted individuals of non-consensual brain wave  research are periodically gang stalked and intimidated as part of the program they are being subjected to.   This may be occurring in order to induce fear in the victim for the purposes of further brain research.  If I meet  another man in the future  walking his bicycle on the same lonely road, while wearing a metal chain and padlock around his waist, should I take his photograph and post it online or should I cycle quickly by?   MK Ultra has developed many ways to perform psychological operations of populations and these psychological operations should be exposed to the public, thereby rendering them ineffective.  The covert capabilities of frequency tools should be highlighted among the general public so that we can discuss possible ways of protecting ourselves from them.   Non-consensual brain research should be banned across the board.

I personally have been implanted with brain technology and now unknown strangers are able to read and write into my brain function in real time, remotely. For many decades the CIA and other intelligence agencies have been implanting unaware members of the public with a large variety of implants in order to wirelessly conduct a large variety of experiments on them at a later date. The normal mode of operations of the CIA is to break into the home of the selected targeted individual and render them unconscious using frequency tools before they implant them. The targeted individual has no memory of the implantation procedure when they wake up the following morning. However, at a later date they realize that they have become targeted with extreme technology when they begin to experience strange and unexplainable phenomena happening to them on a continual basis.

When a targeted individual becomes implanted with black budget, classified brain technology they are then wirelessly connected by a two way low frequency, electromagnetic stream of energy which then allows criminal neuro staff to read and write into their brain function. The targeted individual is effectively online on a continual basis for the remainder of their life. It was built by my grandfather without any financial help from a bank. It is my family home and they do not have a right to kick me out ever.

If this is not done soon, this program could be fully automated and everyone other than the would-be enslavers could be hearing computerized voices coming from inside their heads issuing them orders and delivering pain signals to them if they did not obey immediately. Those who are awake and aware are now mostly of the belief that the existence of satellites is a hoax, and all of the technology which is being used to technologically enslave us is ground based or air based. Therefore we can easily reach all of the technology being used against us in order to disempower and destroy it
