Hi. I have 1st hand experience being a witness to this. This was earlier on in my targeting. Perps gained access to the flat/appartment above me. I had the old tv model then. With the big back on it. Not the flat screens like today wiv LED or LCD.
So everything was working fine for ages. Until one day I knew the neighbour was out upstairs. I even seen him go out. But still I heard the floor boards squeeking in one corner above me. Anyways...every channel I flicked over to watch, was like watching an old film. You kno...the ones when you see speckles over the picture. Like an old war fiIm or Laurel & Hardy???. So I went all through my channels. Proper picture. Good reception. Nothing cutting out.
I thought my eyes were decieving me? But every channel I turned over, I cud see speckles. Even on the black border lines from top and bottom just like wen ya watchn sumat in widescreen. Every fooking channel was like it was snowing??!. I knew sumat wasnt right. It was dwn to perps above doin this.
So I covered the top of tv and around sides wiv foil & for a while it stopped. So I knew sumat was hitting tv?. Now a few nytes went by. I had tv on. No sound. Then I cud hear the microwaves hitting the tin foil, pita pata. This was NOT tin foil expanding and contracting wiv heat etc.
I even put baking trays along top of tv & cud hear the the microwaves hitting it. Also my cc308+ reacted everytime my tv was getn hit.
So based on my 1st hand experience & the evidence I cud hear & see on my tv & also picked up wiv my cc308.
If anyone is experiencing the same? Your tv is getting hit by microwaves. The picture will look like its snowing. White dots/speckles etc. I even connected an xbox console to tv inwhich the picture wud be crystal! But again picture had all specs showing up & all around the screen. Also tin foil afta a while had tiny holes in it from directed microwaves.
This is not down to any form of contracting or expanding of tin foil!

The more one researches mind control, the more one will come to the conclusion that there is a coordinated script that has been in place for a very long time with the goal to turn the human race into non-thinking automatons. For as long as man has pursued power over the masses, mind control has been orchestrated by those who study human behavior in order to bend large populations to the will of a small “elite” group. Modern mind control is both technological and psychological. 1. Education — This is the most obvious, yet still remains the most insidious. It has always been a would-be dictator’s ultimate fantasy to “educate” naturally impressionable children, thus it has been a central component to Communist and Fascist tyrannies throughout history. No one has been more instrumental in exposing the agenda of modern education than Charlotte Iserbyt — one can begin research into this area by downloading a free PDF of her book, The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America, which lays bare the role of Globalist foundations in shaping a future intended to produce servile drones lorded over by a fully educated, aware elite class.

Advertising and Propaganda – Edward Bernays has been cited as the inventor of the consumerist culture that was designed primarily to target people’s self-image (or lack thereof) in order to turn a want into a need. This was initially envisioned for products such as cigarettes, for example. However, Bernays also noted in his 1928 book, Propaganda, that “propaganda is the executive arm of the invisible government.” This can be seen most clearly in the modern police state and the growing citizen snitch culture, wrapped up in the pseudo-patriotic War on Terror. The increasing consolidation of media has enabled the entire corporate structure to merge with government, which now utilizes the concept of propaganda placement. Media; print, movies, television, and cable news can now work seamlessly to integrate an overall message which seems to have the ring of truth because it comes from so many sources, simultaneously. It started in the year 2004. But I didn't know what or how these things were being done. I saw Cherly Welsh on television and I knew right away what she was talking about. As for the name Seymour Johnson, its a name that showed up on my caller ID. Look at my posting, phone calls to my land line. I have lived at the same address since 1982.
As for telling people what has been done to my anatomy, it is embarassing but necessary. It is strong evidence when all the other eliments are put together. Can you imagine what it going feel like when a grand jury is going to want to see my penis or whats left of it? Look at all my postings and see the evidence that can be put together.
I am willing to do what is necessary to expose these terrorest. There is no amount of money, land or anything else that can buy my silence. I am not just fighting for me. I am fighting for Connie Marshall, for Mr. Finch and all who are suffering from the unimaginable.
So I want all of you to copy what I have posted and keep it in the event that I can no longer speak. Lawyers and my friends might need to have this documentation. All the names I have provided are in the phone book but don't look for Seymour Johnson in the phone book. That is just a name he used to prove how sick he is. He likes to show me what he can do. I have never seen anyone so sick in my entire life. There is no repentance in their souls. They commit evil because that is whats in them. They do what is natural to them and they enjoy it. They haven't just recently became evil but now is the time for them to be exposed.
So I need all the support that I can get and prayer is a very good place to start. I intend to stand to the death. I won't give in. They are going to lose all they have because of what they have done to me here. I won't give in because they are not lifting a finger to help all who are suffering from this evil. They have taken an oath to serve and protect and there is no forgiveness for them. Those who come forward now when help is most needed can find some mercy but the door to mercy will soon be shut.

When a man tells you that a certain part of your anatomy is going to turn sideways and it does, then he's saying, I can see that part of your anatomy. He's saying I can see through your walls, through your bed covering and I can see through your underwear and I've been looking at your penis a lot. When he speaks these words, he is telling me that he has some type of apparatus that he can use as a weapon and I am going to use it on you and your going to piss sideways. He is saying that he is going to look at my penis day and night and use this apparatus to deform my penis. And he looks and works on you day and night for months, for years. He is letting me know that he can do that and that he enjoys doing it and that there is nothing I can do to stop him from doing it and he is not going to stop because someone with power has his back. They watch and laugh as they work on your body. They love the feeling of being in control and their sick sadistic hearts and lack of self control has become their down fall. A great fall indeed. If they are not brought to justice then we know that the constitution of the United States of America doesn't mean any thing any more.

This is as evil as it gets for humanity. It is so far beyond imagination and beleiveability that if this wasn't the "generation of the fig tree",------ well it is, what else can you say. Pastor you already know what's coming and I want to make sure that you know about these new weapons of destruction and deception that are presently being used on American citizens on American soil and humanity worldwide.
I have talked to pastors and a Priest and all I get is empty stares. They want to pray for me. You know what I mean. I know you can recognize the truth and my upmost concern is that the church and God's chosen people are made aware of this evil. These perpetrators don't need to implant you. This can all be done remotely. People and most of the church have absolutely no idea about what is going on right now and what is coming. Christianity is real, it is life and it is experiencial. When people are subjected to invisible energies they will beleive that it is coming from the ultimate power of God. I couldn't explain what was happening to me until 2010. I thought it was God but I could not get it to mesh with what is in me. Look at my postings and those of others who are being murdered daily. It's a slow kill.

These guys are continually assaulting me sexually and with threats of complete emasculation. They burn me there. They are really sick and becoming sicker as exposure approaches. The leader of this pack is or was once a professing Christian and may have professed to being a Spirit filled Christian. He has gotten many people and some Christians to lie to protect himself and to cover up what he has been doing. The people he has used will not be able to lie under oath nor will anyone be able to hide from the Lord. They are also under a threat of retaliation, whether spoken or not spoken. These individuals are retaliating against me because I have been going to different churches trying to make pastors aware of what is coming and it is hard to find an ear that can comprehend the dangers that science and technology poses for us today. These powers will be perceived as ultimate power in the very near future. If there are some of you who read this and you pray, please pray for me. I stand here in Sanford, NC and I stand here for you also. I believe that once you give in to there will, you will be eternally lost. They don't have good plans for the souls of mankind. We are going to have to stand and fight to the end even unto death.

Up until June of 2010, I offered them forgiveness and silence. When I found out that this was happening to people across America and the world, it was no longer a choice. I cannot give them forgiveness and I certainly cannot be silent about these individuals. There is no amount of anything that they can or could give me to buy my silence. There is no amount of gold, lands, kingdoms or pleasures to buy my soul. To be silent would make me as guilty as they are. The road is strait and narrow. I find no pleasure in hurting people and it pains me to think of all the people they have made complicit in such atrocities. They have brought destruction on and into people's lives, to some it will led to eternal destruction. Rather than confess to everything they have done, they will try to conceal their deeds because confessing to this evil would mean to lose everything that they have in this life. The only way they can save their souls is to tell the truth and go to prison for the rest of their lives. There is, in my opinion, little hope for them. It is saddening to see so many fall. It would be a horror to contemplate that you or I could lead so many in the path of destruction.

Jeffery Batchelor was living in the house at 2019 Lee Ave around this time. He also knows the individuals from the Lee County Sheriff's Department who made the request to use his father's property. He in all likelihood saw the initial setting up of equipment by these individuals and others involved.
My next door neighbor living at 2011 Lee Ave was compelled to assist them as well. Also in all likelihiid he can confirm the identities of these individuals and can corroborate the testimony of the Batchelors'. I do not have his name at this time but he and his family lived next door to me for several years and during this initial period of time. I was told, sometime in 2011, that he and his wife had separated. His wife and children continued to live there until recently. I was also told that several men in the neighborhood also left their wives around this time. They also may be corroborating witnesses.
Jeffery Batchelor moved out of the house and Mr. Batchelor rented the house out on two close occassions. Both tenants failed to keep up rent payments. Mr. Batchelor is such a good business man and such a good judge of character that it seems odd that he could make even one miss judgment much less two.
The house seemed to remain empty for a long time. Mr. Batchelor would come by regulary to check the condition of the property and go in the house. At a time when the house was empty or appeared to be empty he came by and parked his truck by the side door. He was out of the truck standing by the front fender, on the driver's side, and he was talking to someone who was inside the back porch. I was in my backyard changing a flat tire at this same time and someone was using a remote control device to lock and unlock the door locks on my car at the same time this person was talking to Mr. Batchelor. I looked in Mr. Batchelor's direction and he saw me and hung his head while the person continued playing with my door locks. This person likes to show off and this was one of my first encountrs with long distance remote controls and how they can be used to harass individuals.
It was during this period of time when the house appeared to by empty that I noticed that someone was coming in my house when I left. I found credit card statements out in the open and arranged in an odd way like you would hold a hand of playing cards. I don't leave credit card statements out in the open. I don't even through them in the trash. My trash was being gone through when I put it in the container outside of my house. I kept putting up lights in the back of my house and someone would break them every time. I also notice that medications were being handled, the seals of powered vitamin supplements were being opened but not by me. Nothing that was left opened was safe to consume. I had to change my way of eating entirely. These guys were coming in my back door in the light of day for all to see. This was after 9/`11.
I stopped using my back door to exit my home but they still came in my front door for all to see. I reported this to the police but I was told I needed evidence of breaking and entering. I couldn't believe that law enforcementt officers were committing such violations with utter disregard of the laws, but this was just the beginning. This was the beginning of terrorism being committed while "Under the Color of Law".
Mr. Batchelor sold the property to a Hispanic man. I believe he did it so he could wash himself and feel clean again.
With the selling of the house the violations did not cease. My home was still being entered when I left. I began to feel light shocks to my body as I moved around my home. And later I began to feel a heating in the middle of my chest at night while in bed. I had no way to explain these things to myself. It was impossible to contemplate.
My Hispanic neighbors are very hard working good people. They want to be a sucess in America for themselves and for their children. I feel these rouge officers have imposed much upon these good people and used them disrespectfully and without any regard for their aspirations and belief in America.
With regret, I believe they are witnesses to the continuing harassment and violations of human rights here in America.

ADDENDUM
To the complaint I filed at the Federal Bureau of Investigation Office at 7915 Microsoft Way, Charlotte, NC May 15, 2013
Attention: Mark Rich, Chief Division Counsel
I will refer you the civil court complaint filed against me in the District Court of Durham N. C. The court file number is File NO. 08cxvd3043. I was the defendant and Dr. Tracey Carson was the plaintiff. The court date was in June of 2008. As I have written previously, the electronic harassment and unlawful entry into my home began in the year 2004.
It is my allegation that the plaintiff Dr. Carson and Jim Eads and others from the Lee County Sheriff's Department had relationship prrior to her filing of the complaint. It is also my allegation that through this relationship, the plaintiff had knowledge of my whereabouts at all times through Jim Eads and others who worked with him, which means that the original complaint filed by Dr. Carson was in origination an act fo perjury and an act of subornation of perjury made willingly by Co-conspirators Dr. Carson and Jim Eads and others of the Lee County Sheriff's Department.
This is part of the conspiracy to deprive me of rights and this a fabrication of evidence and are crimes committed while "Under the Color of Law".
When I filed the complaint in person at the Charlotte, N. C. office the agent refused to accept the photos of my deformed body part which were appropriately taken in a doctor's office after the doctor had administered an injection to effect an erection.
They continue to electronically harass me day and night and they continue to asssault me sexually with an attitude that they have impunity. Several states have passed laws making it illegal to use an electromagnetic device to harm another person. The penalties for committing such crimes are too lenient and they are a crime against humanity.
Retaliation and getting back at me is what they are doing now.

I have seen no relief or abating of the actions being committed against me
As some of you know, I filed a complaint with the FBI and the Department of Justice. I filed the complaint with the FBI in person. I also filed a addendum to the complaint by mail certified return receipt. That doesn't mean that the addendum I sent got there in tact without alteration or arrived at all. I received the return receipts but the names were unreadable. You wouldn't think that would be the case?
The anti-torture law in the United States should cause these guys worry
Under U. S. Code Title 18, Section 2340-2340A, it is a federal crime for anyone acting in a U. S. government capacity to commit torture or to conspire to do so.
With the passage of the anti-torture law in 1994, accompanied the U. S. ratification of the International Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading treatment or Punishment. Adopted by the U. N. General Assembly in 1984 specifies that public officials must not only refrain from using torture, but are obliged to prevent it and to intervene actively if they become aware of it.
The Convention Against Torture ratified by the U. S. Congress in 1994 is clear. There are no exceptions to the ban on torture. The Convention Against Torture defines torture as an act "specifically intended to inflict severe physical or mental pain or suffering" on a person. The anti-torture law has a special section on "conspiracy" , Section 2340(c). It says a person who conspires to commit an offense under this section shall be subject to the same penalities (other than the death penality) as the penalities prescribed for the offense, the commission of which was the object of the conspiracy.
The USA Patriot Act extended the statue of limitations in the anti-torture law by adding it to a list of laws for which there is no statue of limitations, which applies to all violators. The absence of a statue of limitations means that there is no time limit on prosecution as long as the people who committed the torture or conspired to torture are alive. Those who aided and abetted in the violation of the anti-torture law should be criminally investigated for their deliberate and willing violations of the law. Judges, prosecutors and lawyers are themselves not immune from prosecution.
The president, attorney general and all who take an oath of office are required to take care that the laws are faithfully executed.

I filed a complaint with the Department of Justice
Most of us have viewed scenes from videos about animal cruelty in slaughter houses. The cows frantic, full of fear, slipping on their own excrement, falling as they're shocked by human beings using cattle prods. Now someone has to do this job because we all, most of us, like to eat at McDonalds, which is something I am seriously rethinking in the darkness of the past four or so weeks. There are some people who like this job too much.
My mother was in a nursing home for five and a half years. She past away July 20, of last year. I met a guy while she was there and come to find out we knew a lot of the same people and places from when we were younger. He had cancer and his condition had gotten worse over the past two months. I had been trying to spend more time with him simply because I didn't want him to not have anyone there for him. I couldn't just forget about him. But I wasn't there for him the last two weeks of his life like I wanted to be, because these guys have been working me night and day since I filed an addendum to my complaint with the FBI.
They haven't been using cattle prods on me. They would like to but it would leave burn marks. Visibility is what they don't like. Yet they are visible among the conversations with others. The visibility is deceit and deception. They are liars and the father of lies. The deeds of their father they will do.
They burn me, poke at me, make my body jerk and make the muscle tissue contract in pulsations. They can and do keep the muscles that control urinary and bowel movement in a state of tension. They can cause the muscles surrounding the anus to contract violently.
I speak insults to them beneath the sound of my voice. A few days ago after watching and listening to me in a tender moment, they began to prod me repeatedly until I started hurling insults at them. In the moment, I realized that it was all provocation to convince someone who could hear my insults.
These guys are masters of manipulations, masters of deceptions and masters of fabrications. They lead people in the paths of destruction for their names sake. They get someone they want to use and they get them to cross a line. Then they need for them to cross another line. Now there is no way back. The lines they have crossed are now joined to the worst acts ever committed in human history. And so it is today.
Triblenka still lives in real memory cells. Naked men, women, and children whipped and ran through the tube slipping on their own excrement, frightened on their way to their death. There is a difference between concentration camps and extermination camps.

What is most abhorrent and abominable about this evil, which no human being can forgive, is the trampling under foot of all the blood which is presently being shed and all the blood that has been shed by those who have ever fought to seek, to secure and to defend the liberty to do good.
There are those within our own government, the government of the United States of America,{ president and vice president excluded}, who while sending our own service men and women, our military, to fight terrorism in foreign lands, are sanctioning the terrorization of its own citizens on American soil. The death toll of our military, the damage done to bodies and souls continues on. These men and women and their families who are suffering and those whose suffering is yet to come are being betrayed by those within the very government that sent them into harms way. The best and most patriotic warriors the world has ever seen, have and are being dishonored and grievously so. Healing for these warriors may not be possible.
American terrorest , who are hiding behind a badge of authority, who purposefully with fore thought, with intent and with an act of their will commit, unconscionable , vile, cruel, humiliating and degrading acts upon American citizens that destroy body and soul incrementally. Who also watch as their victims's life deteriates while they relish the pleasure of inflicting pain on another human being as if they were playing a vidieo game.
Human beings is what we call ourselves, but we don't readily associate ourselves with atrocities commited by the most villianest of human beings in history. These perputratiors of evil weren't monsters or beasts that came out of the pit of hell. They came into the world through the womb of woman. Tares sown amongst the wheat growing among us indistinguishable since the the fall in "The Garden of Eden" waiting for a time and a season to act out their pernicious desires using the latest science and technology on an unsuspecting humanity.
Some of them who are torturing me "Here" may even name the Name of Christ, thinking that they are doing God a service. But they don't know God. If they knew God they wouldn't thrist to inflict pain on any human being. They have at times let me have two or three no torture days but they come back to drink the bottle dry and to be drunk on the pain of their victims. They have with an act of their will, chosen, just as others have in the not too recent past, to join the ranks of the vile pantheon of evil doers
This is a rendering of a Talmudic saying, it is not the responsibility of any one person to complete the task but it is also not permissible for any person to avoid it. "Here" were I am, presently, they are feeling the hot breath of accountability on the backs of their necks.

The number of deaths resulting from the activities with which these defendants have been connected and which the prosecution has set at one million is but an abstract number. It is only when this grotesque total is broken down in units capable of mental assimilation that one can understand the monstrousness of the things we are in this trial contemplating. One must visualize not one million people but only ten persons - men woman and children, perhaps all of one family - falling before the executioner's guns. If one million is divided by ten, this scene must happen one hundred thousand times, and as one visualizes the reptitious horror, one begins to understand the meaning of the prosecution's words, 'It is with sorrow and with hope that we here disclose the deliberate slaughter of more than a million innocent and defenseless men, women, and children.
In 2006 President Viktor Yushchenko of the Ukraine hosted a major commemoration of the 65th anniversary of the largest single massacre in the history of the Holocaust. 33,771 Jews were killed in a single operation in September 29-30, 1941 at the grandmother ravine in Kiev the capital of the Ukraine. Chief Rabbi of Tel Aviv, Rabbi Yisrael Meir Lau in attendance pointed out that if the world had reacted to the massacre of Babi Yar perhaps the Holocaust might never have happened.
" Maybe, say, this Babi Yar was also a test for Hitler. If on September 29 and September 30, 1941 Babi Yar may happen and the world did not react seriously, dramatically, abnormally, maybe this was a good test for him. So a few weeks later in January 1942. near Berlin in Wannsee, a convention can be held with a decision, a final solution to the Jewish problem... Maybe if the very action had been a serious one, a dramatic one in September 1941 here in Ukraine, the Wannsee Conference would have come to a different end, maybe."
So it is in this present time 2012, before, during this commemoration and afterwards men have been using advanced technologies and science to destroy human beings in ways that are inconceivable and so far beyond the imagination of the normal man that the mind rebels against its own thought image.
It is only when you look at the commonality of the testimonies giveen befor the Presidential Commission on the Study of Bio-Ethical Issues and elsewhere, as well, that you begin to sense that what these individuals, including me, are experiencing is a truly evil man made phenomena. And the only way to verify these evil phenomena is by having a thorough investigation and a complet judicial inquiry and an exhaustive trial. Without this type of action the perpetrators will only be emboldened and they will continue to harm and destory other human beings. This present expression of evil, the misue of science and technology, is unpressindented in human history and it will continue to amass victims until stopped.
