As most of us are aware of by now, most cities and some rural areas throughout the world are currently being sprayed with chemtrails. We inhale and ingest the nano-particulates contained in these chemtrails. These nano-particulates pass through the blood brain barrier and line the neural pathways of the brain. These nano metals and salts turn the human brain into a transceiver. A selection of human beings are then targeted with neuro weapons and voice harassment technology.

I am one of these human beings who has been selected for non-consensual neuro weapons research. This neuro weapons research has gone on for more than fourteen years. On one occasion a technologically induced voice which I heard coming from inside my head informed me that if I did not obey them they would transmit digital pain signals to me within hours. That internal voice also informed me that I could expect to be locked on to a super-computer for the remainder of my days if the human race did not dismantle all telephone towers and related antenna.

Telephone towers are essential for world wide neural enslavement of the human race and they have a dual purpose. Telephone towers emit wireless microwave radiation which is essential for carrying digital signals from the super-computers to the nano-technology which is to be found inside each human being throughout the western world, which they inhaled from chemtrail infused air. Telephone towers are also being used to mass mind control humans who live close to them. Human beings who live close to telephone towers can be more easily reached by microwave signals which are being used for mind control.

When you are a non-consensual neuro weapons research subject your brain is partially mapped. This process of brain mapping is enabled by the research team listening to the research subject while all the while interjecting in the conversation of the research subject while the research subject goes about their every day life.

Brain mapping takes many years. It is a complete invasion of the privacy of the research subject and it completely takes over the whole private life of the research subject.

On another separate occasion a technologically induced voice informed me that if I continued to refuse to obey the neuro weapons research team who are now known to have criminal intent towards me and towards their fellow human beings throughout the planet I would eventually experience a process now known as neural curtailment. When a non-consensual neuro weapons research subject has their brain more than partially mapped then criminal neuro weapons researchers can partially dismantle their neuro structure and render the research subject incapable of movement throughout certain parts of their body depending on the whims of the neuro weapons research team. They get to choose what part of the body of the neuro weapons research subject becomes paralysed.

I wish to know how you treat the voices which you hear coming from inside your head. One well known targeted individual claims he treats them with respect because he recognises that the human beings who generate the voices are real and fallable.

However, I myself treat the voices with distain. I am uncivil to them most of the time. Some of these individuals who speak to me directly inside my head by electronic means take offence when I am rude to them. They appear to be amazed and somewhat surprised that I do not speak to them with a civil tone. I reply that I am an unwilling recipient of their voices. They are the aggressors. I am going about my life quitely, not bothering anyone. They do not have a moral or legal right to place their voices inside my head by wireless electronic means. Is there any point in creating a man-made law making voice induction in unwilling participants an illegal act? The reason I ask is because many man-made laws are no longer in harmony with moral law to the extent that I no longer have any respect for man-made law and I myself would never employ it for any reason whatsoever.

I believe that Brain Weapon Research has made possible the almost total biological control by one human being over another completely separate non-consenting human being, including control over the movement of many of the muscles of that non-consenting human being wirelessly, by the use of neuro weapons and from a remote location.

When almost total wireless biological control of a non-consenting human being has taken place after many years of remote wireless brain mapping followed by neuro processing then that non-consenting human being is effectively a slave. Another lucrative area where wireless slaves can make money for the dark luciferian slave owners is by working in the area of neuro weapons research where they go on to wirelessly enslave a number of other human beings during the course of their lives.

The wirelessly enslaved human being may never meet their enslavers as all neuro processing currently takes place wirelessly and by remote means. Furthermore all communication is being transmitted wirelessly inside the skull of the neuro weapons research subject by the use of voice to skull military communication technology. Wirelessly enslaved human beings can not communicate their slave status to anybody because they are constantly being monitored by teams of individuals who are also enslaved to a small extent by virtue of secrecy clauses. A second reason that they can not communicate their slave status publicly is because if they do so they are legally considered mentally ill and incarcerated in a mental institution where they are drugged with substances which cause them extreme internal discomfort almost akin to being tortured from the inside out in some cases.

I have been informed that the wireless slaves have a certain amount of neuro encoding inside their skulls which means that they can not cross a certain point in the area where they live and work, which means that they are effectively imprisoned for the rest of their lives. If the wireless slave is highly moral and is not knowledgeable enough to work in a financial service centre or a neuro processing centre then they may be forced to become an unwilling prostitute or in most cases they may prefer to commit suicide.

I believe that this slow enslavement process is happening to a selection of disparate individuals from all over the world and each case of enslavement takes many years of work by neuro weapons operatives in unison with many other black budget military departments who all work simultaneously but from many different locations on the non-consensual weapons research subject. The majority of the digital signals needed to carry out these covert operations travel on undersea cables all around the world. However, some digital signals need to be transferred to and from the weapons research subject at a local level which mostly happens outside the home of the weapons research subject each night by covert means and from a number of different agencies.

One particular brain weapons research subject once admitted that her internal voices advised her that once she becomes totally enslaved she will only be allowed to eat 800 calories worth of food each day. Once she has eaten her allocated amount of food her mouth will be forced to remain closed for the rest of the entire day. Politically planned violations of human rights goes on in all EU-nations, directed to increase state power and reduce human influence. In Sweden, the FOI (Swedish Defense Research Institution) has for decades been developing remote control systems for our neurological functions, via bio-chips injected at health care. In FOI:s annual report, they describe the project as monitoring and changing the cognitive functions of people throughout their life span, i.e. thoughts, perception and common sense.

Sweden’s most dangerous criminal organization. The FOI ruins both democracy and human rights by connecting the human brain to supercomputers.

The EU-Commission’s Ethical Council chaired by the Swedish Professor Goran Hermerén, in 2005 delivered a 30-page document in protest to the EU-Commission. They declared that this technology was a threat to both democracy and human autonomy in all EU-nations:

“Brain-computer interface, or direct brain control:the technologies involved are communication technologies: they take information from the brain and externalize it…Freedom of researchers may conflict with the obligation to safeguard the health of research subjects…the freedom to use implants in ones body, might collide with potential negative social effects…How far can such implants be a threat to human autonomy when they are implanted in our brains?…How far should we be subject to the control of such devices by other people using these devices?…The use of implants in order to have a remote control over the will of people should be strictly prohibited…To what extent will this technology be misused by the military?”

FOI  Director Jan-Olof Lind,cheif of the institution founded on the raping of humans. He should be held legally responsible for crimes against human rights.

This planned population project, does not only remove human rights, but transforms us via behavioral manipulation with invasive brain technology. FOI wrote in its program: “We have unique tools and methodologies for the modeling of human behavior…The goal is to design systems able to exploit human cognitive potential (i.e. the ability to perceive, understand and organize information) throughout the course of a person’s life time…Regardless that the consequences of this for people are strong physical burden to bear, it includes as well a risk of serious injury”.

The systems function via two-way radio communication, implants and supercomputers. The EU-board wrote: “How far should we let implants get ’under our skins’?…Indeed, individuals are dispossessed of their own bodies and thereby of their own autonomy. The body ends up being under others’ control. Individuals are being modified, via various electronic devices, under skin chips and smart tags, to such an extent that they are increasingly turned into networked individuals…Does a human being cease to be such a ’being’ in cases where some parts of his or her body – particularly the brain – are substituted and/or supplemented by implants?”

Prime Minister Fredrik Reinfeldt has accepted the use of humans in experimental reserach and behavioral manipulation. He has also supported FOI´s declaration of abuse of humans in the name of science.

This is a cause of both madness, and anti-social trends in our societies. The brain project has been developed in secrecy for decades; the mentally ill have been put to sleep and implanted with electrodes in their brains and hospitals are injecting brain chips into unwitting patients on a large scale.

The threat to human rights, freedom and a civilized society could not be more serious or totalitarian. It does not only place a person behind an iron curtain, but create a brain barrier for one’s own thoughts and personality. The project utilizes many forms of research; biological experiments, neuroscience, social engineering, personality modification etc. This is a techno-political agenda for the future that goes a step further than any traditional dictatorships ever has done. Several leading professors have suggested that antisocial trends have been spread through these military brain systems. TheEU-Ethical Council asked what danger the military constituted. In fact, they are the central factor in the game of the human brain. Fredrik Reinfeldt had even before he became Prime Minister, made up his mind to stand for the FOI’s abuse. He did the same 2007, after forming the new government; he reaffirmed his opinion concerning this matter.

I, Eric R Naeslund has written this paper and formed the accuse. Also supported a network including journalists, organizations and brain activists in a joint project to bring the issue to media attention and everybody´s  knowledge.

For the last 40 years and without practically any media attention, there has been an ongoing debate within the state regarding the brain technology. A former Director General of Data Inspection, Stina Wahlstrom, took up the subject in relation to human rights in the annual book 1989-1990. She wrote:“Obviously, research must include the same ethical values that are generally the basis of law in our society…It is necessary to limit the research and this restriction is needed in a democratic society… People’s integrity has been violated which often means, unwittingly or unwillingly being forced to participate in a research project. Legislation for such coercion does not belong in a democratic society.”It was written 20 years ago, yet it has been developed as far that the 12 members of the European Ethical Council stated: “…when these implants are within our own brains.”This is a threat intended to include all of us in experimental research and behavioral manipulation.

A Prime Minister who accepts the secret brain project, has also launched a battle against people’s fundamental freedom and human rights. In Fredrik Reinfeldt’s state, it is important to repeat terms like ‘justice’ and ‘the open society’ as indoctrinated concepts, to hide the reality of building even higher walls of coercion and censorships, than any previous despot has done. Metaphorical impenetrable barbed wire fences that are – to replace freedom with control – being steadily created in more people’s brains, to replace freedom, with control. The State’s ravaging has FOI as its spearhead. Several times they declare, not only to accept destruction of humans, but also that certain research is actually based on causing harm, suffering and trauma in people. FOI’s takeover of key components of the Karolinska Institute has facilitated the professors and researchers’ projects. A neuro-professor stated in a speech, they couldn’t avoid creating diseases and death amongst those they misused. A scary reality that is not uncommon.

In order to describe the subject from an international perspective, New York Times have had the courage to challenge the U.S. government’s covert brain project. Accusing the Pentagon and the CIA of perpetrating the same systems of persecution as the Defence Departments within the EU, they published three political editorials, 50 articles and demanded better knowledge and a public debate. The first editorial was published in 1967 under the heading Push Button People. They warned of the possibility of enslaving the brain and wrote that it was likely; some nations had plans to suppress its citizens by brain technology. The second came in 1970 under the newly formed term Brain Wave. They indicated that we had to update the word ‘brain washing’ to ‘brain waving’, and assumed that Orwell’s 1984had expired and a new and worse danger was at hand. That every newborn child’s first experience of life would be neuro surgery, to be implanted with a transmitter and for their lifetime get emotions and reasons controlled by the state. The third editorial was published in August 1977 after that the New York Times during the summer published 30 revealing articles on the CIA’s brain projects. Under the heading Control CIA Not Behavior they stated that no one knows how many were injured or killed, and they demanded legal action against those involved and financial compensation for victims.

I am a 19 year old german voice-to-skull victim since may this year. I figured out that the mind control started about a 1.5 years ago.

At that time a feeling in my nose started which felt like something is pressing from the inside plus it was running all the time. My guess would be that it is some kind of nanotech infection but I still think about wether they do this with single persons or entire populations. And there is also the big question wether we talk about use or abuse of this technology. 1. Did it start all of sudden? Was it that you woke up and there they were discussing like it was the most regular thing on earth? Voices that you never heard before?

2. Do they use words or simple phrases often and always with the same accent? Words and phrases that you didn't use to say?

3. Do you see flashing lights when you close your eyes, hear a steady frequence noise, hear clicks in your head or notice radical changes in mind activity or elselike?

4. Did you notice difficulties in visual imagination, loss of eyesight, blury vision, loss of focus?

5. Do they keep on radically talking their hypnosis bullshit no matter what you think?

6. Did you notice memory loss or especially short-term memory loss?

7. Did you find countermeasures/methods/tactics/devices/body movements which help?

Here's a little theory to throw your way. Let me know if you agree or not. So with this “anxiety” attack happening to me as I type this, this got me thinking, what if there's someone pressing certain buttons at the military base to send the thoughts of paranoia, fear, embarrassment, humiliation, increased heart rate (blood pressure rises?), people pointing their fingers and laughing (images), or whatever to my mind? I can see one or more people sitting at a desk of some sort pressing certain commands on their computer screen to attack the targeted individual. Dumb ass military fucks. Maybe when the computer reads (scans) people's thoughts and saves in on to another computer, then once that data is saved on the other computer, the perpetrators then translate (maybe) it into words and sentences so they know what the individual sees, hears, tastes, smells, touches, or whatever. Then by them knowing this, they create a delusion of paranoia by collecting certain phrases, images, thoughts, interactions, etc, etc, etc from the individual's past and re-create the “anxiety” attacks I go through or you go through. Which could explain all of the repetitiveness that goes on in my mind when the “anxiety” attacks happen. Right now as I type this, they are trying to scare me with thoughts of paranoia. I know there's nothing to be paranoid about, because apparently if they were out to get me, they would of a long time ago and not keep repeating this thought over and over each time my “anxiety” attack happens. The thing that annoys me about this attack is when they repeat a certain phrase in my mind, they then attack my heart either during or after the phrase has been said. Over, and over, and over, and over until I guess I fall asleep (if I will be able to tonight). And then it starts over again when they feel it's time for me to have another “anxiety” attack. Thoughts?

When I get these anxiety attacks (like right now), I have the usual repetitive phrases happening. I like messing with the military. Saying shit like, “is that all you got? ”Or, bring it on fucks. Every time I say something like that, the anxiety attack increases and I'll usual get a phrase saying back to me, “Oh, I'll bring it on, increase full power!” Here's an example, I'll have an anxiety attack and the phrases, so far so good, will keep repeating it self in my head. Well, then I'll say, “is that it?” Is that all you got you military douche bags?”And suddenly the anxiety attack will increase or double, and now I will have not only the, so far so good, thoughts, but also the, please make it stop, and so forth thoughts repeating themselves even more repetitively. This is absolutely funny shit. I just thought I'd share this. Humor is a good tool to use by the way. Stay strong you guys, something is bound to happen. I don't know when or how, but something has got to give away eventually.

At the beginning (and now on) the CIA used sexual orgies to pleasure killers and frustrated dealers. They looked for guys who have been frustrated they kept them in frustration, and brainwashed, and before and after action they invited them to an orgy with drugs and ready for everything drugged hypnotized girls. This made it possible to have these guys loyal and carve for the next action. It worked like pavlovian reflex.

They tried to build rapport with me through sexuality as well. The main goal is to have you hooked on their direction. They want to control you to make money for them or carry out tasks.

The way they tried to get me through sexual drive:

I was laying in my bed waiting for night dream. Slowly sexual fantasy developed in my mind and they stimulated my genital. In my head through voice to skull audio they started to play sound of a sexual action in consonance with the rhythm of stimulation. I felt something strange and because in the past month they tried to get me involved in pedophilia, I was scared to even think of sex.

So I have used meditation method to avoid thinking of sex at all. It worked. A bit later they started again but they turned the volume a bit lauder. That was the point when I realized that it is artificial virtual sex. Unfortunately it was very good. It was too good, and I knew this is not to pleasure me but to hook me on this kind of virtual sex and get me drove by this for their purposes. I resisted and I try to resist all times. It makes my life in real world to have honest and lived through sexual contact with a real person. But I am alive, and I am not a puppet in their hands.

And then I ended the rest of what was being said in my mind on 11/18/2010. So now you know what happenswith my anxiety attacks and what I am going through every time itstarts.

I usually record what's happening to me on my computer. Actually, I have been doing this for quite some time.

I talked to the voice in my head and this what I wrote down below:

While meditating, the voice inside my head communicated with me and was explaining to me that the other voices are computer generated. Sometimes I'll get a certain voice that will say a certain phrase to see if I'm lying or not, an inbetted code of some sort shot directly to my brain to see if I'm telling the truth because the mind then picks up on the code and then reacts to it. And then by reacting to it, the computer can see if I'm lying or not. (Like what they do to terrorists). The reason why I get pressure in my skull is because the computer is scanning my brain to read my thoughts. Sometimes when I get a sharp pain in my neck and a jerk in my neck, it's because there's a higher amount of radiation being shot to my brain. The voice inside my mind would not discuss the reasons why prophet Yahweh was chosen. Those things in the sky that he was summoning will not be disclosed, it is classified material. If I keep fighting with these things, I will keep losing and suffering. I decided to follow and see what the voice would have me do. The voice wanted me to destroy some of my typed word documents about mind control, but lucky I didn't recycle them.

The mind and how it works

Certain sounds can cause certain triggers of images to be produced in the mind.

The human mind can be explored in many ways, it just depends on the person and how they want to explore it. Certain sounds can trigger certain thoughts in the mind. Take for
instance the sound of a bell ringing. If one hears a bell ringing,
then the mind produces an image of a bell. The same goes with smells.
Certain smells can cause a trigger in the mind. The mind produces an
image of the smell or tries to produce an image of what the smell is.
If you smell a rose, then your mind will produce a picture of a rose.
When you say don't t think of this or that, then you end up thinking
about it in your mind, but when you say do think of it, you don't
think of it, at least that's how my mind works.

Now take electromagnetic radiation, a silent weapon, and use it on someone's mind. Pointing the weapon directly at their brain and you get horrible results. If one is
happy, energetic, up going, fun, and wanting to take on the whole
world, these weapons can turn that around. You have a weapon that can
affect someone's mind so bad with this radiation, that it turns that
person into a fearful, non energetic, paranoid, depressed, unhappy
person. This silent kind of weapon being used on people can make one
look as if she/he has a mental disease and is in need of treatment.
The hearing of voices, how can one explain that? Truly, is it my own
mind doing this? Is my mind so messed up that I want to speak out of
terms in my own mind and not be able to control it? The research is
that there's an imbalance in the brain cortex and that's why the
hearing of the voices occur, same with bi-polar disease and chronic
depression. Medication and Psychiatry treatment are suppose to help
this area, but does this really work with one's who claim to be
Targeted Individuals? If they seek professional help and nothing is
changing, then what? Are they still considered mentally ill and
crazy? What about the facts they lay out? Why not take that into
consideration? Technology is so advanced, why wouldn't silent
electronic harassment weapons be possible in today's society? What
makes it impossible to exist? Why the use of silent weapons and why
is it being used unwillingly on people in the United States? Test
subjects. To see how they will react to the “attacks” as I call
it. It's an experiment. When you create something, you want to try it
out. So you experiment on objects and things to see how it works. If
it fails or doesn't do exactly as you would expect it to, then you go
back to the drawing board. You tweek it and start over again. If it
works as planned, you eventually upgrade it and keep the
experimentation going to see how the objects react to it til you get
to the point where you are confident you can use it on a wide range
of objects without error. Same with this technology. The people or
shall I say Military and Government body who funds it, are
experimenting with it right now (a guess, but a pretty good guess).
And that's why you have Targeted Individuals. They are seeing how the
people chosen are reacting to it and if they fight back or not or
commit suicide, give up, do as they are told (voices in the
head/orders), etc. No wonder people killed others because they were ordered to do so by the voices in their heads. I have done a lot of research in the past and a
lot of thinking every day to come up with this theory. What's your
opinion on this?

What's the whole story behind electronic Mind Control? Is it to just torture someone unnoticed? Oris it used for something else? I am being attacked as I type this andthe attack got me thinking.
