There is  a built in capability on some websites on my computer which allows the computer to locate the precise location of the computer I am using and of myself on a map of Ireland whenever I make  it do so. This morning at 7.45am I used this find my location capability on my computer to find me using said  capability. It pointed accurately at La Touche House, Georges Dock, Dublin, Ireland. However , I am in fact located in my own home at Newbrook, Claremorris, Co. Mayo, F12 Y560, Ireland. 
Said computer capability has located my in other incorrect locations at various times during the past few months when I have checked it. Is somebody else or some foreign capability accessing my computer and who or what are they and for what reason are they accessing my computer.     My name is Gretta Fahey, and my landline home phone number is 0949360901 as proof that I am a real live human being.  I am a targeted individual of remote neural monitoring and remote neural manipulation and I have been thus for more than fifteen years.  My website which I alone own and control is called www.targetedindividualsireland.net. ;  Todays date is 28th October, 2018.

It is being claimed that Remote Neural Monitoring and Remote Neural Manipulation can only be used against targeted individuals provided those targeted use digital media screens on a weekly basis.  It is being claimed that  digital media screens are needed to insert digital messages into the dna of the targeted individual through their eyes.  

There is a way for anybody who is subject to Remote Neural Monitoring to safely use their computer.  Please wear pinhole glasses whenever you are using your digital media screen.  You will not be able to see the screen aswell as normal but it is a small price to pay for  protection from remote neural manipulation and eventual neuro enslavement.  I have begun to wear pinhole glasses whenever I am using my computer and I can type easily while wearing these pinhole glasses.  Please hang glass prisms from the ceiling of your bedroom and wear glass prism jewellery while in bed.  This will help to distort the signals of the neuro weapons operatives somewhat. 

I am being remote neural monitored and I hear the technologically induced voices of the remote neural monitoring staff coming from inside my head on a constant basis. These remote neural monitoring staff appear to be able to wirelessly analyse everybody I speak to in some way that I do not yet understand.

On one occasion two members of the same family came to my home to make a delivery. However, I myself did not meet them as another member of my own family took the delive...ry. The voices of the remote neural monitoring staff which I am hearing from inside my head informed me at that time that they were unable to wirelessly analyze the two delivery men because these delivery men did not have the required uptake of something needed to make a wireless analysis.

I wondered at that time if the two delivery men did not have the required number of vaccinations in their bodies or the required amount of time in front of a digital media screen in order to make them vulnerable to this covert wireless remote analysis. I am  aware that clothing can be wirelessly analysed for their level of cleanliness because of nano particulates in laundry detergent. I am also aware that targeted individuals of remote neural monitoring can have the food in their stomachs wirelessly analysed by remote means because of nano particulates in all processed foods.

Neuro weapons technology criminals can now turn a non-consensual and extremely unwilling human being into a human robot over the course of many years of laborous work. HOW SOCIETY IS UNDER ATTACK BY NEURO WARFARE.

Remote Neural Monitoring is being used to image, measure and transmit brain and neural activity.

Many human beings throughout most of the world are now wirelessly tied to a super-computer via nano technology which has been imbedded inside their brains and bodies. The Remote Neural Monitoring super-computer monitors and manipulates all electrical activity in their brains on a constant basis throughout each day. A computer multiplexer routes the brain signals to a tower or mobile platform. The tower or mobile platform then relays the signals to a digital receiver.

The cerebral cortex is remotely tied to a supercomputer which monitors and manipulates all of the electromagentic activity of the human brain.

There are hive mind teams involved which aid and abet the process for the purposes of training, research and development. The hive mind teams manually inject information into the human brain when whenever they need to but up to twnety percent of all of the manipulation is now being done automatically by the supercomputer. The automated work of the supercomputer involves muscle manipulating via the motor cortex of the human being, as well as inducing sleep disturbances when necessary and the supercomputer can automatically decide to kill a targeted individual of remote neural monitoring.

The brain of the victim has been digitized by nano technology which they have both inhaled and ingested from illegal chemtrail spraying of the skies over our heads. Nano technology is already in the brains of all 318 million Americans as well as all Europeans and further afield. Once ingested, the nano technology then migrates to the brain and adheres to the neuro transmitter of the brain. It begins to decode those neuro transmitters after it is activated. The hive mind teams force the targeted individual into a pattern of response and a pattern of speech. They try to develop and identify patterns of behaviour of the targeted individual which they then remotely measure and re-intigrate into the Remote Neural Monitoring data for the purposes of building a cognotive moel of the human brain. The hive mind teams deliberately generate anxiety and fear in order to generate emotional responses which can be measured and reintigrated back into the remote neural monitoring data.

The super-computer has copies of the bio-algorhythms of the will, intellect and emotions of any targeted individual that has become wirelessly tethered ot it. The will, intellect and emotions of these targeted individuals is used to further program the super-computer. Naturally the super-computer, being non-sentient can not actually feel the emotions. It can only simulate them through the tone of voice that it is programmed to use.

The hive mind team turn the brain of the victim into their very own visual, verbal and auditive communication system.

Remote Neural Monitoring locks on to the emotional state of the victim. If the victim uses pleasing music or a pleasant pass-time to dampen down the neural link to the hive mind team and to the super-computer trauma will then be used to re-entrain the brain of the victim back to the desired frequency of the Remote Neural Monitoring system.

Remote Neural Manipulation is the ability of the system to predict and influence your memories during thought composition in order to pitch you into some type of action or access sequence.

It is imperative that the hive mind team do everything in their power to discredit the targeted individual so that the targeted individual will not be believed. In some situations the hive mind create a hostile environment everywhere the victim goes in order to isolate the victim so that there is no external interference which might dampen down the desired neuro programming.

The hive mind team can introduce sound, voices, aromas, sensations, images, thoughts, and emotions into the brain of the targeted individual or on some occasions targeted group. They are using a fabricated and falsefied stream of electromagnetic low frequency waves specifically to match the brain wave sequence of the victim. This bio-directional stream, known as the information and injection feedback loop which scientists call the neural link contains a hidden carrier frequency which is specificaly tuned to the unique one of a kind brain wave signature of the victim.

Government staff are being mandated into using smart engineered technology which may be used to entrain their brains into a state of incredulity when ever their constituents report that they are being in-home monitored and psychologically and physically tortured by the use of directed energy weapons.

If a targeted individual of wirelessly enabled non-consensual  Remote Neural Monitoring and Manipulation stops using a computer, television, ipad and mobile cell phone, this is known by the criminal neuro operatives as " the subject having gone dark". When this occurs the criminal neuro operatives no longer have regular access to the targeted individual and they no longer have any reason to continue their specific type of experimentation on that particular now dark targeted individual. SECONDARY TIP FOR TARGETED INDIVIDUALS.

I have heard alot of recommendations advising targeted individuals to wear a neodymium magnet with the north side of the magnet placed close to the skin. When the blood flow passes through the veins and the arteries directly under the magnet the nano technology in the blood stream is affected in some way in order to make it less effective for the purposes of Remote Neural Monitoring and Manipulation. After weeks and months of wearing a neodymium magnet with the north side ...facing your skin, some targeted individuals are claiming that the voice to skull bio-communication technologically induced voices slow down and eventually stop altogether. They are also claiming that all electronic harassment and remote neural manipulation has stopped for them.

I have purchased some large circular neodymium magnets with holes in the middle. They appear to the best type to purchase because I can place cords through the holes in the magnets in order to hold them close to my skin with the north side facing towards my skin.

Do not wear a magnet while using a computer because your computer will immediately malfunction and break. If you must use a computer or phone only wear the magnet in bed at night and dont keep any technology in your bedroom. If you accidently stand near your computer while wearing a strong neodymium magnet your computer will be damaged. You must wear the magnet for several months before you will notice an improvement. I have not worn it long enough to notice a difference in my own experiences of electronic harassment and Remote Neural Manipulation yet. This extremely advanced technology is recent and we must try everything we can in order to block it. The freedom of the children of humanity is at stake.

Transhumanism is simply a fancy word for human enslavement by wireless manipulation of our own bio-electricity so that unknown operatives would be able to instantly paralyse anybody who challenged them.

A selection of Irish human beings are being non-consensually experimented on by wireless electronic means, by the use of neuro weapons, while they are inside their own homes. This wireless experimentation which involves both psychological and physical torture is being conducted by criminal abusers within the intelligence services or within private security companies The Irish public have a moral right to being warned that similar experimentation could happen to them or their children at some time in the future. All intelligence agencies are now fused on a worldwide basis and are not actually under the control of any single government. The Irish government have not warned the Irish public of this serious situation because they can not ostensibly prove the existence or abuse of these directed energy weapons because of their invisible characteristic and because I believe that some governmnet officials may be wirelessly enslaved or seriously compromised by neuro weaponry themselves. Both the police and psychiatry are being used to marginalise and neutralise the targeted individual, who no longer has any further access to the law once they have been erroniously deemed to be mentally ill. Demonology was created as a means of wielding mental control over the masses. The hoax of demonic possession is being caused by non-consensual neuro weapon manipulation of many targeted individuals. It is now possible to bio-robotize and remote control a human being by wireless electronic means. It is also possible to force a human being to speak against their wills by wirelessly controlling the speech centres of their brains combined with controlling their facial muscles. It is now possible to make a selection of targeted individuals of non-consensual neuro weapons research appear to be demonically possessed because their muscles can now be controlled wirelessly and by electronic means so that they can be made to grimace and contort and swear completely against their wills. This is achievable by sending wireless electronic digital signals to and from nano technology which has unknowingly been ingested and inhaled by these same targeted individuals. After it is ingested by the targeted individual this nano technology is then further processed by wireless means in a laborous way over many years by neuro weapons engineers who often do not know that they are bio-robotizing and remote controlling real live human beings.

Combined with the above efforts to enslave us, trainee medical doctors and trainee psychiatrists are being deliberately given false information at medical school. The pharmaceutical industry has also been infiltrated and poisonous substances are being deliberately added to both pharmaceutical medicines and vaccinations. All systems in the world are being rigged against us by the Luciferian control matrix. Terrorism threats are being deliberately orchestrated by the dark occultist would-be enslavers.

It is a major tactic of criminal oligarchy psychological warfare to encourage us to expend our energy in futile unnecessary work, while they conserve their strength. We are kept so busy we have no time to figure out what traps are being set for us by the self-proclaimed elite. If all of the really intelligent and capable people in society are constantly working, they will have no time or energy to stage a counter insurgency against the would-be enslavers. While we are exhausted and confused, they are secretly attacking us with energy and purpose.

We must ask the police to demolish all microwave transmittors. Firstly, there is no material that can resist the heat of the thermosphere which is 2000 degrees celsius. Secondly, air and space can not co-exist side by side. This feat has never been achieved in a laboratory setting. It is biologically impossible for space to even exist other than air. This would indiciate that satellites and space travel have all been hoaxed in order to steal tax dollars and in order to make a cabal of would-be enslavers appear to have more power than they have, and to give us a sense of hopelessness.

Because we are now at a pivotal point in human history, this makes us ultimately responsible for what happens to future human beings. If this wireless enslavement system is allowed to become main stream, babies would be implanted with bio-sensors at birth. They would never know mental privacy and they would be unable to work their way out of neural enslavement for the entirety of their lives.
