Each government staff member is now wirelessly tethered from technology inside their person to a central computerized human control system. Targeted individuals of non-consensual neuro experimentation are also wirelessly tethered from technology inside their persons to a central computerized human control system. The dark new world order cabal have been placing unnecessary chemicals, biologicals and nano technology into our food and water supply since the nineteen sixties. They have been placing them in our vaccines since the nineteen seventies and they have been spraying them from the skies on top of us since the nineteen nineties.

The dark new world order cabal then turn frequencies on us in order to make the metals which are inside us electrically more conductive. We are constantly generating electromagnetic frequencies every time we think a thought, feel a feeling, say a word, or move a muscle and all of those electromagnetic frequencies can be read using an EEG measuring device and those electromagnetic frequencies can then be differenciated into whether they are related to thinking, moving, feeling, speaking, eating or sleeping or many other activities. The electromagnetic frequencies are then translated by a computer program at the speed of light into everything you are doing, saying, thinking and feeling.
Using an EEG measuring device the pattern of electrical signals being generated by each muscle movement can be measured. The point of origin, the speed and the direction of each electrical signal can be deciphered and that electrical signal can be paired with the muscle of the body of the human subject that the electrical signal stimulated to move. The pattern of electrical signals which were used to move the human muscle can then be recalibrated and sent back into the human brain in order to force that muscle to move against the will and without the permission of said human subject. Many non-consensual subjects of directed energy weapon research have reported that their muscles often move against their wills. Some have reported being forced to walk against their wills or even to hit themselves with their own fists against their wills. Patent number US6965816 which is the Richard C. I am a targeted individual of wireless remote control and I have been so for seventeen years. Over the years the criminals who wirelessly control me have gained more and more control over the muscles of my body by bio-digitally coding my central nervous system. These criminals informed me yesterday that as soon as they gained full occupancy of my body not alone would they be able to bio-robotize me but they would be able to paralyse me whenever they wished. They would then paralyse me from head to toe whenever they wished and I would not be able to move a single muscle without their permission. They sometimes call that process ‘FULL METAL JACKET’. They said that they would then force me to commit lewd acts against my will and if I did not commit them they would then re-paralyse me and they would also send me extreme pain during the time that I would be forced to remain paralysed. I would much prefer to be dead than to have that happen to me.

HOW TO SOLVE THE EVER GROWING PROBLEM OF BIO-ROBOTIZING AN UNWILLING HUMAN BEING AND THEN FORCING THEM TO CARRY OUT ACTS OF TERRORISM BY REMOTE CONTROLLING THEIR CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEMS AND STEERING THEIR MUSCLES FROM A REMOTE LOCATION.
Our bodies and brains are now immersed in neural dust. The electric current which is generated in our neural system every time we move a muscle can be read and examined by external means by neuro scientists while they work from an unknown remote source. This capability allows them to know what muscles you are moving at all times while you are in the privacy of your own home if they should wish to do so. This capability also allows them to reconfigure these electrical signals and then transmit them back to your neural system and force your muscles to move entirely against your will if they should wish to do so. This system also involved you being implanted with many and varied types of implants at a time unbeknownst to you which you may never be allowed to know about.
The neural dust which is now inside our brains and bodies can only allow us to be either mind controlled or body controlled in the presence of strong electromagnetic radiation which comes from microwave transmitters as well as from our digital devices. We also need to be in the presence of an electric field.
We must switch off all microwave transmitters, electric grids and telephone transmissions for a period of at least three weeks in order to allow our leaders to think clearly again because they are certainly not able to do so at this time of technological enslavement of themselves and their people.
We must place dyes in our food supply which would indicate which foods contain neural dust and which foods do not so that we can choose to eat only safe foods and drink safe water.
We must cease to register all births, marriages and deaths because by registering the birth of a child you are signing that child into enslavement to the control and now enslavement system. Nothing can be done to your child without your consent if you refuse to register them.
We must provide all police officers with non-linear junction detectors and spectrum analysers so that individuals who confirm that they are experiencing forced muscle movement will have their claims confirmed and further to that the non linear junction detector will enable police detectives to determine what direction the forced muscle movement signals are coming from in order to determine who is carrying out the bio-robotization experimentations.
We must ensure that police officers are no longer forced to carry weaponized communication devices close to their person because I believe that these weaponized communication devices are being used to help mind control the police.

Non-consensual human experimentation is secretly being carried out with a view to eventually technologically enslave most of the human race. My name is Gretta Fahey and I am a long term victim of such non-consensual wirelessly enabled remote experimentation and this process is sometimes known as cybernetic control or remote neural monitoring or a number of other technical names. I am under neural monitoring as well as physical observation because the neuro operatives can now see my human body in 3D. COMMON LAW serves the human race and is an avenue of justice. CIVIL LAW is a weapon used against the human race by the self proclaimed elite.
The state has conditioned people to use CIVIL LAW to automatically deny their own ability to judge and instead to defer to external authorities. Under COMMON LAW the people judge legal matters for themselves and they become the law. They take action in their own communities to govern themselves as their own judge, jury and police.
In order to set up a COMMON LAW SYSTEM in each country we must set up a PEOPLES ASSEMBLY which are citizen run legislative bodies which replace existing governments and are a direct challenge to existing governments. A Peoples Assembly must contain at least twelve people. The people then organise themselves into a peoples MILITIA and they will set up COMMON LAW COURTS in each community. A CONSTITUTION will govern the workings of the peoples assembly.
The peoples assembly, the militia and the common law courts will work together to reclaim the entire countrty for all of the people. Local republican banks and credit unions will then be set up by the peoples assembly and will will dispense with the current central banks which are privately owned and controlled by the self-proclaimed elite and which are being used as a weapon to control the rest of the human race through debt. Agents of the former regieme will be incorporated into the new common law republic.

The unwilling victim has already unknowingly given the perpetrator the information they need to carry out this criminal act simply by sitting in front of a computer screen which they have registered using their own name or by keeping any smart engineered technology which is also registered under their own name close to their person. Whenever they sit near a digital communication device their personal human body electromagnetic field (which is sometimes called the human aura and which eminates at least five feet from our bodies in all directions) overlaps with the electromagnetic field of whatever digital communication device they are using or keeping close to their person. Our personal human body electromagnetic field eminates through our human skull and through our human eyes. The electromagnetic field which eminates through our eyes is far stronger than the one which eminates through our skulls because it is not being blocked by the bone structure of our skulls and it is known as the human eyebeam and it can be photographed by a specialized energy field camera, some of which may have been deliberately taken off the market in the past few years. This data is then translated into the type of aura which we hold and which can be wirelessly manipulated to be prepared to have and electromagnet field of a pre-prepared hologram emmersed into it at some unknown date in the future.

I now know that all digital communication devices will have to be banned throughout the world in order to stop our electromagnetic fields being invaded and in order to stop the process of whole body takeover or human bio-robotization or human cyborgization which are some of the names that this process is sometimes called. My facial muscles and neck muscles can already be moved entirely against my will and without my permission. Many targeted individuals throughout the world some of who are on my own facebook page are also reporting that they experienced their own fist punching themselves in their own face or their legs being made to walk against their wills or other similar phenomena.
A slightly different process which also uses the human electromagnetic field is being used to mind control the police and psychiatrists among others into resisting all information which comes to them from any source other than what comes to them from officialdum.
For the past few generations the human electromagnetic field has been deliberately banned as a field of study along with another similarly important field of study known as magnetobiology. Why was this allowed to occur?
I dont know how to protect myself from this occurrence but I do know that a stone found in Russia and avialable to purchase at a reasonable price online called Shungite has been found to be very helpful in protecting the human electromagnetic field from attack. There are many other helpful suggestions to be found online.

THE SIMPLE SCIENTIFIC METHOD NOW BEING USED TO MANIPULATE BOTH OUR BRAINS AND BODIES TO THE POINT OF ENSLAVEMENT IF NECESSARY.
When the electromagnetic field of the digital media device which is registered to your name overlaps with the electromagnetic field of your human body then unknown operatives are now being paid to code messages into your brain in order to digitally mind control you. You can then be enabled to verbally hear these messages from inside your head or else you can be enabled to hear these coded messages subliminally without you having any conscious awareness of receiving these messages.
By using this same method codes can be coded into your body in order to make it malfunction in a wide variety of ways or even in order to render it immobile for a short space of time if you should fail to obey the verbal commands sent in this manner.
Other methods other than your digital communication devices can also be used to manipulate both your mind and body in a similar manner.
I do not yet know who is doing this to me and many other men and women of the world but I personally believe that it is dark occultists who hide inside the United Nations General Assembly as well as other dark occultists who hide inside the Vatican and similar worldwide organizations.

I am a non-consensual targeted individual of remote neural monitoring and remote neural manipulation. The electromagnetic frequencies which are being generated by my brain and body are being collected wirelessly and translated into everything I think, do, say, feel, how often I eat, how often I visit the toilet, and how much exercise I take on a constant basis among other things. Electromagnetic frequencies are also being sent to my brain and body in order to force me to hear voice commands, feel electric shocks, feel pain signals, see visions, see pictures, be deprived of sleep, be artificially made to feel extremely cold, be artificially made to feel extremely hot, and have my own muscles move against my will among a number of other things.
