Thanks for diving in. that is why I tried to put the key location soas
to capture the TIs attention quickly.

     Remember the writing that scalar waves react with the nervous system
extremely well in the Neurophone PDF. Also subvocal speech recognition
is reading unspoken thoughts from nerve impulses in the lower jaw and
neck area. The sensors to decode the brain don't necessarily have to be
in the brain we now know. Think of the facial recognition posts I put up concerning decoding the mind through minute muscle twitches. They don't always need to be invasive either to read the aspects of the mind.


   I also noted when watching the first time that Dr. Nina Farahany made a statement something like mind control of course isn't happening but
would like the doctors to respond in their own words. Then I noticed they went to a two minute
break without the DARPA scientist William D. Casebeer, Ph.D. (U.S.A.F.,
Retired);
Program Manager; (DARPA)Defense Advanced Research
Projects Agency; National Institutes of Health...answering the question. I think it was later that he said he didn't work on classified
projects. I wish we could have read his facial twitches. ;-) I'm glad
you took the time to watch and hope you looked at the EPR and ESR
technology and Persinger's video. I think this is very promising as to
how our brains are read. They deny what is national security so get used to that but we are given information none the less. "Nano Sensors with
animals in the field", and what signal type can read those nano sensors? Are they dusted, tattooed or internal? It is a big question that EPR
and ESR may help answer along with scalar waves and quantum
Entanglement? A lot of the hyperlinks(blue) went off to aspects of
quantum entanglement. What techniques are used to apply Nano
sensors?....... a needle, dust, drugs, water, food, shampoo, soap...and

#1070 Promoting the TIs message though media dispersal now help

  Ken Rhoades and I were just on the FFCHS call we are looking for people to hand out the news Paper American Free Press that wrote the two articles about TIs speaking at the Bioethics. The first article is now on Alex Jones Prison Planet forum. We have a good number of TIs participating but we have some hole in the 50 states and Canada.
    The papers would be sent to you free of charge and all you would need to do would be to drop them off at Barber Shops, Hair salons, Doctors offices. By doing this we hope more articles will be printed about TIs.
    We still need TIs in many states and canada. The advantage of TIs being isolated and spread out is we can promote news media that can repay us with articles about our plight. Will you help?
    This is not being done for us alone this is being done for all future generations of Americans. Mind Control needs to be exposed to the public.

More Victims of Experiments Go to Bioethics Panel

On May 18-19 in New York City, the President’s

Commission on Bioethics convened

once again. Hundreds of people registered to

speak about their firsthand experiences as

unwilling test subjects of ongoing government experiments.

However, only 20 were selected to speak; they

were each given a paltry 90 seconds to summarize stories

that covered a lifetime of abuse.

AFP previously reported on targeted individuals

speaking before the Bioethics Commission at its

Washington, D.C. meeting in March, and this latest

forum resulted in more obstructionism.

This reporter spoke with several individuals present

in NYE. They mentioned supposed emails sent to people

granting them time to speak, only to discover they

had never been sent. Others weren’t permitted to speak,

only to learn later that they could have spoken. One eyewitness

described the disorganization as “a deliberate

effort to confuse the participants in an attempt to quash

this information.”

Aside from AFP, media outlets consider this stuff

untouchable. Participants recounted how, at the most

recent NYE hearing, “The room was dismissed for a

break and then we were called back to speak. With the

exception of two [reporters], the rest did not return.”

Many details were given from those who have been

repeatedly victimized. Some people spoke about gang

stalking where strangers speak to individuals about personal

matters that they should not know about. Such

occurrences could be coincidental, but as they happen

several times a day, even while traveling across state

lines, it suggests that surveillance is being used.

When AFP asked about the purpose of this harassment,

it was suggested that the perpetrators want to

breed paranoia and fear in their victims. Others mentioned

a connection to InfraGuard.

According to its website, InfraGuard is “an association

of businesses, academic institutions, state and local

law enforcement agencies and other participants dedicated

to sharing information and intelligence to prevent

hostile acts against the United States.” Utilizing citizen

spies and corporate partners in the private sector would

certainly lead to comprehensive scrutiny on anyone.

It’s clear that allowing a subject to know how thoroughly

they were being watched would make them suspicious

of anyone with whom they came into contact.

This tactic seems useful, since the targeted individual can

then be easily dismissed asmentally unsound, preventing

them from obtaining legal protection or subjecting them

to incarceration and forced medical procedures.

It’s easy to see how these psychological operations

are useful to the elite. As technologies are tested and

results gathered, the stealthy evolution of governmentsanctioned

mind control programs like MK-ULTRA

could be used, amazing though this may sound, to create

thousands of “Manchurian candidate” automatons that

become the domestic terrorists officials are always

warning us about.

During AFP’s conference call, one woman identified

as Leslie claims she discovered devices implanted in her

body with no recollection of the surgery. She mentioned

presenting visual proof to the commission.

The President’s Commission on Bioethics acknowledges,

and even seems remorseful about, experiments

perpetrated against American citizens.

Unfortunately, the media and elected representatives

are unwilling to admit that these supposedly dissolved

programs evidently still exist, and that they’re still harming

Bioethics Commission Ignores Modern-Day Abuses

One of the stated purposes of a handpicked
panel known as the Bioethics Commission is
to apologize for past abuses committed by
the U.S. government, some of which included
the noted Tuskegee syphilis experiment, various
unwarranted radiation tests and unwitting Guatemalan
subjects infected with sexually transmitted diseases.
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton called the Guatemalan
STD case “clearly unethical.”
“I beg you, please help us,” said citizen Lisa Becker
on March 1, when Obama’s Bioethics Commission met
in Washington, D.C. Her gripping words were directed
to Amy Gutmann, the head of this panel that is ostensibly
concerned with past abuses even as present-day
abuses are tossed in a padded room, so to speak.
The dark annals of history also chronicle covert CIA
agents giving unsuspecting “johns” hallucinogenic
drugs, and Dr. Ewen Cameron’s barbaric sleep-room
experiments in Canadian mental hospitals.
However, the Bioethics Commission faced an unexpected
moment during its public comment session
March 1 when 20 speakers delivered a powerfully distinct
message: Non-consensual human experiments are
still being conducted on thousands of Americans to this
very day, and they want these abuses to stop.
OnApril 20, thisAFP writer participated in a conference
call with many of the individuals who appeared in
Washington before the commission.
One woman, 36-year-old Tammy Battaglia, described
the process of brainmapping and said she had been taken
to a laboratory at CIA headquarters in Langley. Ms.
Battaglia and others stressed that this type of abuse can
even negatively affect other family members.
She told the commission, “I have not consented to be
experimented on by any branch of the government, military
or members of the American Medical Association.
. . . Nobody should have the right to maim or torture any
other person or to treat them in the cruel manner that I
have been treated under the guise of national security.”
Ken Rhoades sent a videotape of the open microphone
testimony to this writer, and what unfolded on
March 1 was riveting.
Texas doctor John Hall spoke of an alarming rate of
complaints associated with the use of radiation weapons
that are debilitating victims.
Author Allen Hornblum, who has written on the use
of prison inmates and children as test subjects, emphasized,
“Medical ethics is an orphan in today’s medical
arena.”
Others that day reported burns on their bodies from
torture, RFID tracking chips, the Navy’s ProjectMedusa
microwave weaponry, the implantation of false memories
and additional forms of psychological torture.
During our conference call, John Peter Rosenholm
delved into the subject of sub-vocal speech recognition
before broaching the topic of a patented Army procedure
that utilized “Voice-to-Skull Devices,” or V2K.
The Army’s own website describes V2K as, “A
neuro-electromagnetic device which uses microwave
transmission of sound into the skull of persons by way
of pulse-modulated microwave radiation.”
Rosenholm also warned that the government “can
falsely place someone in the hospital, then have a free
ticket to do anything it wants.”
Another man known to AFP readers, former FBI
agent Ted Gunderson, exposed the concept of organized
gang-stalking whereby targeted individuals are subjected
to around-the-clock surveillance and harassment by
rogue elements within law enforcement and the intelligence
community.
Considering the long, well-documented history of
secretive intelligence programs such as MK-ULTRA, if
U.S. congressmen are fair game for mind control,
should anyone be surprised that tests are still being conducted
on everyday citizens without their consent? Or,
as Gunderson commented, “This makes the old
Cointelpro program look like a Boy Scout jamboree.”
Saddest of all, the public rarely sees a glimpse of
these extreme tortures because, when the 20 victims
approached Ms. Gutmann and her Bioethics Commission,
every member of the media present that day
stood up and immediately left. All of these so-called
journalists showed they are more than willing to promote
the Obama agenda by focusing on past horrors,
while ignoring the people still being abused today.
