HOW CLANDESTINE BLACK BUDGET MILITARY ACTIVITY IS COVERED UP.
Electronic mind control is being administered on some occasions when large gatherings of people gather together such as at music festivals, at religious gatherings and at football matches. I never went to any of the above gatherings for the past few decades for reasons of poor health. In fact I dont go out socially or I dont attend church. I have not gone to a social event for at least twenty five years. I feel that I can think clearly and that I am not under electronic mind control but I feel that many others are under it.
Black budget military neuro scientists and neuro technologists and a wide variety of other scientists and technologists have spent the past many decades developing technology which is now being used by them to wirelessly tether, control, torture, enslave and genocide any man or woman which has been selected at random or otherwise for this form of wirelessly tethering, controlling, enslavement, torture or even genocide. Universities are then enabled to wash these dirty technologies in the sense that those universities go on to further develop them for a small number of years so that those universities can claim to the general public that they created all of the aforementioned technologies themselves so that no public mention is ever made of black budget clandestine military activities.
Those men and women from most countries of the world who have been wirelessly tethered to the aforementioned control, enslavement and torture system are now being controlled to varying degrees by this system which some have called the beast system. I am one.
I do not attend church or even belong to any organised religion. However, in the future if I refuse to attend church I could well be placed into a virtual lake of fire complete with the pain, the visual images of flames around me, the visual images of scary entities around me and the sounds of screaming coming from those scary entities. This is a wirelessly enabled neuro scientific and neuro technological capability which has been completed and has already been used to many individuals throughout the world. Many of them have mistakingly believed that they were experiencing a supernatural event but they were not. Virtual torture complete with visions, sounds, odours and other sensations is now easily achievable but also easily stoppable, simply by remoting all infrastructure which allows it. However, our government representatives may be still under electronic mind control, especailly if they regularly attend large gatherings such as music festivals, religious gatherings and football matches.

WHY I HAVE DECIDED NOT TO GET SOME KITTENS EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A MOUSE IN MY HOME.
I have been planning for a while to get three kittens. I had even picked out names from them, namely Nelson, Larry and Lulu. They would have been both indoor and outdoor cats with total freedom to travel where they wished. I live in a quite rural area and they would have come to no harm no matter where they wandered to. I have been watching youtube videos about keeping kittens for the past while and I was really looking forward to getting them.
However, I have decided now that it is dangerous in the current world of advances in technology to take care of kittens because of the fact that I am a targeted individual of EEG heterodyning and remote neural monitoring combined with remote neural manipulation. EEG heterodyning allows unknown neuro science criminals to wirelessly control our physical bodies from a distance and can be used to make us hurt small animals or even babies against our wills and without our permission. It is very easy for the non scientist to understand how this is achieved scientifically and I offer a full explaination here of how it is achieved here.
When ever we move a muscle in our arm an electrical signal is first generated inside the motor cortex of our brain and it travels through our central nervous system down to our arm. We now have metallic particulates and other materials saturated throughout our bodies and brains which were injected into us through vaccinations and which we ingested through our food and water. By these metallic particulates we have become human antennas and because of this we have become senders and receivers of electrical signals which can be read wirelessly and by other means by neuro operatives who work from unknown remote locations. These electrical signals which our bodies and brains generate are being translated at the speed of light into what muscles we are moving in the privacy of our own homes and what thoughts we are thinking in the privacy of our own heads. Because I myself am a long term non-consensual victim of neuro experimentation the electrical signals that my motor cortex is generating are being monitored, measured and manipulated every day as I attempt to live a normal peaceful life.

By reading and translating the electrical signals in orther parts of the human brain such as the visual cortex, the auditory cortex and the sensory cortex, unknown neuro science criminals can also access what the non-consensual human subject of neuro experimentation is seeing, hearing and feeling. The neuro science criminals can also access the thoughts, feelings and memories of the non-consensual human subject by reading the electromagnetic frequencies being generated in still other parts of the human brain.
A frequency modulator can be used to take frequencies from the motor cortex of the human brain of a victim of neuro experimentation and mix them with incoming frequencies from another separate human being in order to enabled that other human being to take over and control the muscles and vocal cords of the victim. The non-consensual experimentee victim could by this method be forced to hurt a kitten by squeezing it too tightly. Similarly the non-consensual experimentee victim could possibly be forced to hurt a baby if there was a baby in the environment of the victim. Similarly the non-consensual experimentee victim could be forced to drive a car or a truck into a crowd of people and even be made to falsely believe that he drove his truck into the crowd of people through his own carelessness. TECHNOLOGICAL ENSLAVEMENT HAS ARRIVED FOR SOME WHO ARE IN RECEIPT OF DISABILITY ALLOWANCE FOR IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME
A diet high in carbohydrates and sugar causes an increase in the levels of insulin in the human body. High levels of insulin causes the intestines to become inflamed which is just one of many possible reasons to experience chronic irritable bowel syndrome.
A diet high in carbohydrates is recommended by nutritionists who developed the food pyramid. It is not the optimum diet for human health. When the levels of insulin in the human body become far too high due to eating a diet high in carbohydrates this invariably leads to the that human being experiencing false hunger. This false hunger then leads to constant eating of still more carbohydrate food which allows the chronic hunger to increase which often leads to irritable bowel syndrome, type two diabetes and obesity among many other chronic illnesses.
The real reason we have been wrongly encouraged to eat a diet high in carbohydrates instead of the optimum diet for human beings which is a diet very low in carbohydrates is because slaves are more easily controlled when they are chronically hungary and the individuals who created the food pyramid belong to the new world order cabal whose ultimate aim is to enslave the rest of the human race by any and all means possible.
When human beings avoid carbohydrate and sugar rich foods their insulin levels then stabilize. After several weeks of eating a low carbohydrate diet of mostly above ground vegetables, freshly ground flax seeds, chia seeds and a large variety of other seeds as well as any and all animal products the cells of their bodies then become adaptive to burning fat as their body fuel instead of glucose as their body fuel. Fat is a much cleaner fuel to sustain the human body than glucose. Once the human being who adheres strictly to a low carbohydrate diet becomes effecient at burning fat as their fuel they lose all of their false hunger, the can easily skip a meal without becoming weak, they lose excess weight, the recover from type two diabetes and they cure their irritable bowel syndrome over time.
I suffered from irritable bowel syndrome for many years and I received disability allowance for irritable bowel syndrome during that time. I still am in receipt of disability allowance for irritable bowel syndrome. As there is no legal medical model to assess if somebody who is in receipt of disability allowance for irritable bowel syndrome is entitled to it I was secretly placed on a new type of a constant monitoring and control system by wireless means from what I believe are either illegal implants inside my body or micro technology inside my body or else my unique brain signature or unique DNA signature or my energy field or all of the above. However, I belive that they do not wish to do this because their ultimate aim is to enslave the whole human race and they know that they can not enslave a vibrantly healthy and intelligence race of human beings. I personally have been implanted with brain technology and now unknown strangers are able to read and write into my brain function in real time, remotely. For many decades the CIA and other intelligence agencies have been implanting unaware members of the public with a large variety of implants in order to wirelessly conduct a large variety of experiments on them at a later date. It was built by my grandfather without any financial help from a bank. It is my family home and they do not have a right to kick me out ever.

I am a non-consensual human research subject of brain wave science which is currently classified for reasons which come under the heading of national security but what is in fact national suicide. Similar non-consensual brain and body research is currently happening to a number of other people throughout Ireland, many of whom I personally know. All of this non-consensual human research is being carried out wirelessly from implants in our bodies and brains which are connected by two way streams of low frequency electromagnetic energy to computer networks which are controlled by neuro operatives. These neuro operatives are unknown to us but they are able to conduct conversations with us through the two way streams of energy, some of which are connected to the hearing centres of our brains. We are being forced to listen to their voices coming from inside our heads every waking moment against our wills and without our permission. Strong radio frequency signals come from my ears and from the back of my head at random times throughout each day, when ever I check from them. Some other targeted individuals are also reporting this fact.
Last night, while I was in my home alone I heard myself saying the following phrase "wheelbarrow load" while I was thinking of something else entirely which was totally unrelated to that phrase. It was as if two parts of my brain were entirely disconnected from each other. I spoke about this to the neuro operatives who reproduce their voices inside my head via a brain link. The neuro operatives replied as follows "Your brain has not been compartmentalized. It has been subdivided into sections in accordance with instructions from our superiors. I mention this incidence in case it is helpful to other non-consensual targeted individuals of brain link and neuro weapon research of which there appear to be hundreds of thousands if not millions of us throughout the world.
Non-consensual targeted individuals of brain wave science research have no recourse to the law. We have all made representations to the police. I myself have made two unsuccessful representations to the Irish Gardai, which is what the police in Ireland are called. Both representations ended in instructions to attend for psychiatric evaluation. This is the normal course of events whenever non-consensual neuro weapon research subjects complain to the police that a crime is being committed against them.

I will never again complain to the Gardai or a G.P. again about my horrific experiences of being a long term non-consensual brain science research subject because I can not risk being sent to a psychiatric hospital where I would be expected to ingest harmful substances posing as anti-psychotic medication and where I would be incarcerated and I would not be given a release date. These substances posing as medication are extremely poisonous. When I have taken them in the past, I experienced constant extreme tremors all over my body. I also experienced a strong and constant urge to pace constantly with no ability to relax. I also experienced very dulled thinking as if I could not connect fully with my own brain. Along with that I experienced extreme tiredness and lack of motivation and I was unable to go for long walks which I previously used to do. Substances posing as anti-psychotic medication are in fact punishments. The American military have admitted that they were planning to weaponize medicine by blending together medicines with the most extreme side effects and forcing people who do not fall in line with their growing dictatorship to take them under the guise of being mentally ill.
The neuro operatives who reproduce their voices inside my head against my will and without my permission have informed me that they have been instructed to find a way to cover me which they explained means to find a way to control me, either by framing me for an illegal event or for a false psychotic event. They claim that they will not do this as they are doing their best to work in an ethical way while under extreme legal constraints themselves. Some of them are doing their best to behave in an ethical way but I would never agree that all of them are ethical because some of them have been extremely cruel to me over the years with constant death threats and insults which I hear coming from inside my own head up to dozens of times per day on some occasions.

If you have a large number of digital devices in your home I would advise you to keep them inside closed metal boxes when they are not in use. These digital devices send signals to each other thereby creating an electrical grid which can be used to create holograms inside your home which you may wrongly assume to be demons or extra-terresterials if you believe in the supernatural, which I personally dont. The demonic possession hoax, the extra-terresterial hoax, the poltergeist hoax, the moving statue hoax, the existence of space based weapons hoax are all falsehoods which you would realise if you were a long term brain wave science test subject and knew how things are being made to occur scientifically.
Certain people who have senior positions in Governments throughout the world are colluding with criminals by refusing to warn the general public about the extreme threat of worldwide enslavement from wireless directed energy weapons. They are doing so for many reasons but the foremost reason is the fact that they feel unable to disclose to the public that senior judiciary can be wirelessly interfered with by remote control while they are making a court judgement. If that fact alone was disclosed to the public all government systems would collapse overnight. We are being slowly and incrementally enslaved by wireless means. There is an easy solution. We aught to disassemble and ban all wireless enabling capabilities in our countries immediately such as microwave transmitters, millimeter wave transmitters and all modern street lighting which can and is being used to entrain the brains of people who live in urban areas into a false sense of happy apathy and indifference to a brutul enslavement plan that is about to come to fruition if nothing is done. Please act now. The existence of satellites are a laughable hoax. The enemy always exaggerates their powers. It is a well known tactic of war.

I am in receipt of disability allowance for irritable bowel syndrome and bladder problems.   Now, whenever I go to my bathroom I am being electronically harassed by individuals who use wireless energy weapons and who work from a remote location.   They use voice to skull military technology to force me to hear their voices which I hear coming from inside my head.  They sometimes analyse my urine flow when I sit on the toilet by means of pulsating strong surges of energy through the flow of urine which I am able to strongly feel.   They always  place strong surges of energy around my nether regions whenever I sit on the toilet.  They make derogatory personal comments about me at the same time.    I keep two analogue radios in my bathroom which I have switched on at all times while I am there.  I have one analogue radio switched to medium wave and the other one switched to FM in order to try to interfered with their harassment.  I believe that this works to some extent.   Have any other targeted individuals experienced this or similar situations.  I believe that classified molecular science is being used in this way.

Microwave energy plus metallic particulates equals fire.   Microwave transmitters combined with the metallic particulates from chemtrail geo-engineering which have become imbedded inside our muscles has given rogue intelligence agents the capability to spontaneously combust any and all of us at will.   I believe we could all be burned to death during the night if a rogue intelligent agent raised the  level of microwave energy which is now being emitted from telephone towers.    Solution  -  Urgently ban telephone towers and all related paraphernalia.

Neuro science is widely being misinterpreted as supernatural occurrences.

The supernatural does not exist. Demonology and demonic possession were scientifically created as a means of wielding mental control over the masses. They were created by the use of rumour and innuendo followed by roll playing and many other forms of trickery including magic lanterns, video films, holograms, nano weapons and brain weapons. Currently, with the use of brain weapons, whole experience sets can be inserted into the human brain to make human beings experience a virtual reality that the uninformed experiencers can not tell apart from real experiences.

We are all currently being sprayed by chemtrail spraying of the skies. This chemtrail spray contains nano-sensors and nano-bots which we inhale and ingest. Our brains and bodies can then be wirelessly targeted by neuro weapons and voice harassment technology. Some good living human beings are being targeted by neuro weapons and when their brains are partially mapped to a certain level they can then be taken over and made to swear against their wills and their faces and necks can be made to grimace and contort against their wills. This is the real and scientific explanation for the recent phenomenon of so-called demonic possession. It also provides a logical explanation for why so many stories of human beings biting other human beings are currently being reported by the main-stream media throughout the wider world. Some individuals are claiming that they experienced supernatural phenomenon when using ouji boards. We can be in-home surveilled by the use of advanced military technology. Also ,there may be some technology built into ouji boards that may alert the psychological warfare department of military intelligence when ouji boards are being used so that their team could use their arsenal of directed energy weapons to conjour up holograms of demons in the room where the ouji board is being used. Focused ultrasound is frequently being used to make objects within rooms move around. Extreme cold can be introduced into a room quite easily by the use of modern weaponry. I know this because I have been a directed energy weapons test subject for nearly fifteen years and I have experienced most of the psychological warfare tricks the criminals who use these weapons can perform to frighten us. These psychological warfare personnel can also introduce fog into a room quite easily. The creation of fear and the creation of false beliefs is all part of the whole psychological warfare that is currently being forced on us. Technical proof that Scalar Waves exist

Summer 2011 White TV got the hint from the Swedish Secret Service, that scalar waves are used in mind control. The victims, targeted individuals (t i) complain, that nothing is shielding against the radiation attacks (tin foiled hats) and that they can be targeted in high altitudes ore far beneath the ground in caves. ICAACT Phase III Testing

ICAACT is an Independent evidence gathering Non Profit Human Rights Organization.

This report details the findings of the ICAACT phase III testing procedure. The ICAACT Phase III testing is about testing the human body for RF (Radio Frequency) emission, in a shielded environment. A Faraday cage was utilized to conduct the testing. The shielding spectrum of the environment was rated to be effective between 9KHz and 18GHz. The Faraday cage was certified in December of 2011 and was less than a year old when the tests were conducted. All tests were conducted inside the shielded environment also referred to as a Faraday cage.

Context of the report

Human electronic implant technologies are not new, they have been in existence since the early 50's. The use of implant technology has in recent years also gained interest outside the medical and scientific community and has now become tools of interest in many newly emerging commercial fields. They can provide real-time data from real life scenarios, rather than from the restrictive and in many cases limiting artificial scenarios that can be recreated in laboratory and clinical settings. There is a boom in commercially driven neuroscience research like marketing and consumer behavior. The social sciences and especially the behavioral sciences are having a “Field day”. The ethical and legal implications that arise from these implant technologies, and their commercialization, are as yet unsolved, and need urgent attention. SYNTHETIC TELEPATHY for medicine or mind reading is a direct communication with nanoelectronics between computer and human brain.

An initiative of the Virtual Human Physiology that are individually tailored and  virtual simulations of the human body where you would expect enormous progress in disease prevention and health care. Researcher Michael D’Zmura, President of the UCI  describes that the system begins with “the little voice in your head“.

How can a medical diagnosis unequivocally describe people’s perception of  voices in their head and that no alternative can exist except mental disease.

Why? -because it is a prerequisite to be able to “hear” voices for the use of new information technology?

This is why these researchers must be forced to go public and announce this new scientific communication technology.

This paradox must be investigated immediately.With the exclusion of the development of a Swedish and European military force with superior  two-way “radio” communication with the brain.

A number of past court cases are more or less directly caused by S.T. This “voice to skull”  technology must immediately be taken into consideration as an alternative for triggering a number of previously committed violent crimes and suicides.

During the development of BMI, software and network technologies are also computerized and long distance imaging of peoples cognitive behavior and perception. Material that is recorded in the computer that runs the real time simulation and creation of artificial intelligence (for initializing A.I. and computerized decision making.)

The image of the brain’s “machine-code” is probably the most comprehensive and advanced ever made. Cognitive behavior depicted and simulated, language and meaning of the words for the subjects are identified. The “studies” have resulted in enormous damage to many subjects.The number of unrecorded victims/subjects is probably very high.Families are fragmented, the children of these families are suffering tremendously. One of the subjects have recently been hospitalized with a cracked skull,  caused by disconnecting the balance system remotely. The accident occurred in public settings.

To influence the balance system is another typical example of how technology is used against the victim to incapacitate them for society. Direct assassination attempts on several previous occasions orchestrated by the brain control deliberately strikes out the human balance system,  Why this happens is likely as an alternative to the mentally ill to be treated (as “possessed”) or having a neurological disease.

Brain – copying with BMI and broadband access is definitely no longer a marginal research.Employers have over the years lost millions of dollars and cut-downs is to be expected due to excluded employees. Broken families, children who, years later can not study or work is now forced to seek psychiatric care.

Siblings, grandparents and their closest friends are suffering tremendously. Advanced Medical and hospital care due to study design is a mockery of health-care and doctors who are not familiar with this research. Insurance in the multi-million figures was raised through direct damage caused by brain control. Property for millions of dollars are lost.

Injuries and privacy intrusion of thousands of people is done through “volunteers” that serve as multimedia machines i.e node for the recording of all contacts they have, such as politicians, scientists, lawyers, friends, acquaintances, relatives, international business relations, etc..

Security codes, access codes, etc. is with the new technology no longer private.How can we know that people are not equipped with the new brain-machine interface which makes the person a multimedia application with a function as a live missile is already deployed as nodes in the political and financial world of illegal recording of their conversations with the world?

A sinister JOY seems to embrace the researchers and perpetrators over this superior and powerful tool for mind control and copying brainwave patterns. The tool is, without a doubt, a weapon of offense and stealth.

Implant technology in these forms should immediately be classified as a lethal weapon! It communicates directly with the brain’s neurons and can bring the entire neural nervous system to a halt.(Exclusion of balance can be immediately implied on a  victim.)

The macabre in the use of this technology is that subjects are exposed to these atrocities while the society is not legally able to influence the situation. Sweden is in this matter a lawless country where the researchers grossly exploit the situation.

This ultimate humiliation has reached a whole new level. The researchers tries with the enforced communication and slow decomposition enslave people with exhortations to try to see the individual results of the brain control. One can calculate due to the nature and perennial perspective that there are naturally a unrecorded number of people who have been driven to madness and death with this technology.

There is nowhere the victims can hide or escape the access signals to their thoughts. Scientists simulate with computers, 24/7 365 days a year to break down the subjects  and stop them from trying to understand what’s happening to them…

A series of grotesque roles played in order to manipulate the brain, threats and statements that are mixed with modern technology. It is also in the researchers’ strategy to make the picture unclear for the subjects if they attempt to get an overall picture of who the perpetrator is and the real goals of the research, a military strategy conducted by veterans and experts in the matters.

The disrespectful research performed and visualized in a 3D virtual game world in the researchers’ computers, with no ethical boundaries and human rights but with real living human beings as “avatars”. It is quite similar to the popular interactive game “The Sims‘, But this game delivers human reality-based measurement data for research.

Cover-up of brain monitoring technologies means that the crime is waterproof, human rights laws and manipulated by a hidden militant regime researcher with expertise in information technology. In addition, the researchers say they in the dialogue to be the police power which in itself is an extremely serious offense.

For the victims- former high-performance hard-working people with families, children, an orderly life and social contacts. People who all his life been performing taxpayers. Because of a work-related mental fatigue and time on medical therapy sessions with the scientists the opportunity to take advantage of the situation of persons for investigation and contemporary development of the new BMI and brain monitoring technologies.

The researchers in these studies have assumed the right that during the permanent reproduction of human neurotransmitters in the long term also destroy them and their life’s work. The issue is called for; How affected society to know that the violent crime and suicide has been performed in the Stockholm area and Europe in recent years and clearly diagnosed as being caused by mental illness with the voices in heads is an expression of pure brain research!

MAN vs MACHINE

Politically planned violations of human rights goes on in all EU-nations, directed to increase state power and reduce human influence. In Sweden, the FOI (Swedish Defense Research Institution) has for decades been developing remote control systems for our neurological functions, via bio-chips injected at health care. In FOI:s annual report, they describe the project as monitoring and changing the cognitive functions of people throughout their life span, i.e. thoughts, perception and common sense.

Sweden’s most dangerous criminal organization. The FOI ruins both democracy and human rights by connecting the human brain to supercomputers.

The EU-Commission’s Ethical Council chaired by the Swedish Professor Goran Hermerén, in 2005 delivered a 30-page document in protest to the EU-Commission. They declared that this technology was a threat to both democracy and human autonomy in all EU-nations:

“Brain-computer interface, or direct brain control:the technologies involved are communication technologies: they take information from the brain and externalize it…Freedom of researchers may conflict with the obligation to safeguard the health of research subjects…the freedom to use implants in ones body, might collide with potential negative social effects…How far can such implants be a threat to human autonomy when they are implanted in our brains?…How far should we be subject to the control of such devices by other people using these devices?…The use of implants in order to have a remote control over the will of people should be strictly prohibited…To what extent will this technology be misused by the military?”

FOI  Director Jan-Olof Lind,cheif of the institution founded on the raping of humans. He should be held legally responsible for crimes against human rights.

This planned population project, does not only remove human rights, but transforms us via behavioral manipulation with invasive brain technology. FOI wrote in its program: “We have unique tools and methodologies for the modeling of human behavior…The goal is to design systems able to exploit human cognitive potential (i.e. the ability to perceive, understand and organize information) throughout the course of a person’s life time…Regardless that the consequences of this for people are strong physical burden to bear, it includes as well a risk of serious injury”.

The systems function via two-way radio communication, implants and supercomputers. The EU-board wrote: “How far should we let implants get ’under our skins’?…Indeed, individuals are dispossessed of their own bodies and thereby of their own autonomy. The body ends up being under others’ control. Individuals are being modified, via various electronic devices, under skin chips and smart tags, to such an extent that they are increasingly turned into networked individuals…Does a human being cease to be such a ’being’ in cases where some parts of his or her body – particularly the brain – are substituted and/or supplemented by implants?”

Prime Minister Fredrik Reinfeldt has accepted the use of humans in experimental reserach and behavioral manipulation. He has also supported FOI´s declaration of abuse of humans in the name of science.

This is a cause of both madness, and anti-social trends in our societies. The brain project has been developed in secrecy for decades; the mentally ill have been put to sleep and implanted with electrodes in their brains and hospitals are injecting brain chips into unwitting patients on a large scale.

The threat to human rights, freedom and a civilized society could not be more serious or totalitarian. It does not only place a person behind an iron curtain, but create a brain barrier for one’s own thoughts and personality. It intends to transform us into biological machinery and exploited guinea pigs. 40 years ago, the Swedish state report Choosing Future by Alva Myrdal quoted that people would have small chances of protecting their rights, regarding to the behavior technology. Said quote is from the official state report,SOU 1972:59:

“Research into brain function and behavior is designed primarily to clarify the nature and extent of the changes that can be achieved with the different methods and thus provide information on new opportunities to alleviate human suffering, and new risks of control and modification of behavior against peoples will.”

Several leading professors have suggested that antisocial trends have been spread through these military brain systems. TheEU-Ethical Council asked what danger the military constituted. In fact, they are the central factor in the game of the human brain. Fredrik Reinfeldt had even before he became Prime Minister, made up his mind to stand for the FOI’s abuse. He did the same 2007, after forming the new government; he reaffirmed his opinion concerning this matter.

I, Eric R Naeslund has written this paper and formed the accuse. Also supported a network including journalists, organizations and brain activists in a joint project to bring the issue to media attention and everybody´s  knowledge.

For the last 40 years and without practically any media attention, there has been an ongoing debate within the state regarding the brain technology. A former Director General of Data Inspection, Stina Wahlstrom, took up the subject in relation to human rights in the annual book 1989-1990. She wrote:“Obviously, research must include the same ethical values that are generally the basis of law in our society…It is necessary to limit the research and this restriction is needed in a democratic society… People’s integrity has been violated which often means, unwittingly or unwillingly being forced to participate in a research project. Legislation for such coercion does not belong in a democratic society.”It was written 20 years ago, yet it has been developed as far that the 12 members of the European Ethical Council stated: “…when these implants are within our own brains.”This is a threat intended to include all of us in experimental research and behavioral manipulation.

A Prime Minister who accepts the secret brain project, has also launched a battle against people’s fundamental freedom and human rights. In Fredrik Reinfeldt’s state, it is important to repeat terms like ‘justice’ and ‘the open society’ as indoctrinated concepts, to hide the reality of building even higher walls of coercion and censorships, than any previous despot has done. Metaphorical impenetrable barbed wire fences that are – to replace freedom with control – being steadily created in more people’s brains, to replace freedom, with control. The State’s ravaging has FOI as its spearhead. Several times they declare, not only to accept destruction of humans, but also that certain research is actually based on causing harm, suffering and trauma in people. FOI’s takeover of key components of the Karolinska Institute has facilitated the professors and researchers’ projects. A neuro-professor stated in a speech, they couldn’t avoid creating diseases and death amongst those they misused. A scary reality that is not uncommon.

In order to describe the subject from an international perspective, New York Times have had the courage to challenge the U.S. government’s covert brain project. Accusing the Pentagon and the CIA of perpetrating the same systems of persecution as the Defence Departments within the EU, they published three political editorials, 50 articles and demanded better knowledge and a public debate. The first editorial was published in 1967 under the heading Push Button People. They warned of the possibility of enslaving the brain and wrote that it was likely; some nations had plans to suppress its citizens by brain technology. The second came in 1970 under the newly formed term Brain Wave. They indicated that we had to update the word ‘brain washing’ to ‘brain waving’, and assumed that Orwell’s 1984had expired and a new and worse danger was at hand. That every newborn child’s first experience of life would be neuro surgery, to be implanted with a transmitter and for their lifetime get emotions and reasons controlled by the state. The third editorial was published in August 1977 after that the New York Times during the summer published 30 revealing articles on the CIA’s brain projects. Under the heading Control CIA Not Behavior they stated that no one knows how many were injured or killed, and they demanded legal action against those involved and financial compensation for victims.

It’s a bigger nightmare here and now, since the experimental program has developed into a permanent state operation. Senator John Glenn spent his final three years in the Senate (1994-1997) trying to regulate the abuses. In his closing speech in January 1997 he called the question for one of the most important of our time. Here we stand at one of mankind’s crucial crossroads in relation to individual freedom – vs. unlimited state power to reduce man to Governmental components. Who wants to live his life with chips and manipulated perceptions? None of course! The EU Council wrote that they wanted to give people the power against the introduction of systems to reduce freedom and autonomy. This topic, more so than any other issue, is reshaping the future, the human brain and life. It must obviously come up for debate in both parliament and the media. We all have a responsibility to contribute; journalists, social activists and of course those parliamentary members whom are opposed to brain chips, behavior control, human experimentation and undemocratic ideas, must of course make themselves heard too.
