If a terror technician obtains your DNA sample and your unique brain signature they can then communicate directly into your brain. This process is being carried out by operatives who ultimately work for intelligence agencies. These intelligence agencies are now fused into one group and centrally controlled in a world head office. My unique brain signature has been obtained and many terror technitians force me to listen to their voices every day on a constant basis for the past sixteen years. When they are communicating to my brain they also send other signals which force me to see moving images, smell odors, experience false sensations of being touched, experience forced muscle movement , experience mood changes and a variety of other experiences which they use to electronically harass and psychologically torture me with throughout each and every day of my life. I received a notification from my electricity company informing me that my electricity would be cut off for one day next week due to essential maintenance work. A voice of a neuro staff member was then heard by me to say the following - "We wont be able to work that day because a legal interruption to the electricity supply does not allow us to transmit our own electricity to the household which is without electricity and a supply of electricity is mostly essential for our type of work."
I was listening to a program on internet radio about gender confusion which lead to a discussion about a celebrity who was born as a girl and now is living as a man. The voice of a neuro staff member which I heard coming from inside my head was then heard by me to say the following "Subliminal information is broadcast to her repeatedly via information warfare telepathy to make her believe she is a man."

Hundreds of thousands of human beings throughout most parts of the world have become attached to the wireless internet of things. Most of those currently attached to the wireless internet of things have become attached to it non-consensually and at a time when they were not made aware that they were being attached to it. The long term consequences of becoming attached to the wireless internet of things whether consensually or non-consensually always results in huge distortions occurring in the human energy field of the individual who has become attached to said wireless internet of things. The human energy field is also known as the human aura. It is now understood by a large majority of individuals in the Irish government at a senior level that all targeted individuals of remote neural monitoring combined with remote neural manipulation have already become attached to the wireless internet of things. Therefore their energy fields are more than likely heavily distorted by now. Because of this truth, human energy field cameras similar to the type invented and promoted by the British inventor Harry Oldfield should be made available to all citizenry at a local level rather than at a senior government level in case certain members of the Irish government have already become wireless slaves which is what all individuals who become non-consensually attached to the internet of things eventually become. All individuals who are currently complaining of being remote neural monitored as well as remote neural manipulated should have their auras photographed as a matter of urgency. Anybody who disputes this fact is likely under the wireless external control of the wireless internet of things.

I am being secretly subjected to wirelessly enabled non-consensual black budget experimentation by the use of classified technology which is being carried out on me by unknown neuro staff who work from a remote location.
My brain and parts of my body have become wirelessly linked to a computer network from technology which is inside my brain and body. This wireless communication link has been further enabled by the neuro staff having access to both my unique brain imprint and my own unique DNA. The communication link which tethers me to the computer network has two way capabilities.
The neuro staff who operate the computer network receive information from my brain and parts of my body on a constant basis through this two way communication link. They then data analyse and collate the information gained for further use by the members of the deep state. The neuro staff also send false information to my brain and body in order to force me to see moving images, feel sensations on my skin, hear their voices aw well as other sounds, feel emotions that do not originate independently from my own brain, and experience forced muscle movement and even forced speech.
The deep state plan to gain a unique understanding of the human body and brain in order to use this secret knowledge for the greater evil of the human race at some time in the future. The neuro staff who reproduce their voices inside my head by the use of this two way communication link known as voice to skull have confessed to me that they work at Fort Meade, Maryland, U.S.A.
Over many years, I have been non-consensually communicating with said unknown neuro operatives and I have gleaned much information in this manner. I sometimes have angry interactions with the neuro staff whose voices I hear coming from inside my head against my will and entirely without my permission. These neuro staff have often replied by telling me the following "We are not used to been spoken to in such a disrespectful manner as you have used." I often wondered to myself why they were unused to other subjects of non-consensual experimentation speaking to them in a disrespectful way. It did not make any sense to me at the time but I have now figured out what has been occurring as follows :-
When somebody is first non-consensually selected for neuro experimentation and when they first begin to hear the voices of unknown neuro staff being transmitted into their brains they are asked hundreds of questions. Even if they refuse to answer said questions, each question generates a mental image inside their brain. Evoked potentials are read and automatically translated by the equipment being used by the neuro staff into actual pictures of whatever the targeted individual generates  inside their minds. In this way and in many other ways including automatically included lie detection which is also built into the equipment that the neuro staff use, the neuro staff find out if the targeted individual has ever committed a crime which has gone undetected. If that is found to be the case the targeted individual is then blackmailed into becoming a neuro operative themselves in order to further the enslavement agenda of the human race by exponential means. Some are also blackmailed into working against their own governments while actually working in an official capacity inside government offices. I have never committed a crime in my life to the extent that the neuro staff have constantly complained that they can not get any leverage on me. This is one of many reasons why I am enabled to tell the public what is going on behind the scenes of their world, which is about to come crashing down if they refuse to disassemble and ban all wireless enabling capabilities which enable this human control and enslavement system. Many individuals are now wirelessly leashed to computer networks by two way links, from implants in their brains and spines. Neuro staff who wirelessly send and receive digital signals through the two way links to the targeted individual are helping to enslave themselves, because this process can be fully automated and used against them. I am being non-consensually subjected to a process commonly known as remote neural monitoring in combination with a similar process known as remote neural manipulation.   Nano sized electrodes have become trapped in the brains of many individuals due to ingestion of certain types of foods which have been made to contain said electrodes, mostly food containing grains..   These nano sized electrodes have formed networks inside the brains of a selection of individuals over many years of ingestion of said grain containing foods.  The industrialist Elon Musk has named such a networks of brain  electrodes " neural lace."

Because I personally have a network of electrodes inside my brain I have become wirelessly tethered to a computer system where I am being monitored and surveilled on a continual basis for more than sixteen years.  Neuro operatives who operate that computer system are able to force me to listen to their voices against my will whenever they wish both night and day over many years.  They are also enabled by this cruel system to force me to see internal images,  feel sensations all over my body, smell odours, and experience my muscles moving against my will.

Remote neural monitoring technology (and other psychotronic technology) is technology which allows a person to listen to a person's inner dialogue and see a person's thoughts (as well as injecting thoughts, moving body parts, etc). I am a long term victim of non-consensual Remote Neural Monitoring combined with Remote Neural Manipulation.  I am wirelessly connected by a two way link to a computer network which is being controlled and operated by neuro operatives.  These neuro operatives are able to force me to listen to their voices whenever they wish against my will because I hear their voices coming from inside my head.   This has become part of the normal process  for people who are being non-consensually Remote Neural Monitored and Remote Neural Manipulated.    I post online what I hear the neuro operatives  saying to me and about me on many social media sites on an almost daily basis.   Here below is a small sample of what the voices of the neuro operatives said which I heard coming from inside my head in the past few days.

"Undesirable information is coming through about our activities on to the social media blog on a daily basis.   I need to put information online that makes her look bad."

"We don't want this information going through at all.  It is far too incendiary."

"Church and state propaganda are essential to govern citizens.   This woman Gretta Fahey has essentially eliminated all state propaganda from her life due to the fact that she has no television and she no longer reads newspapers and she refuses to attend church.  She is a curious case." 

"You have been warned.   If you allow this woman to post any more incendiary information online you will be court marshalled."

"She has a whole house to herself.  That will not be tolerated in the future."

"She isn't going to get away with random intake of food."

"She is non compliant because she dared to speak to me in an uncivil manner."  (I refused to pronounce a word the way it is pronounce in the United States.  I am Irish.)

Other targeted individuals of Remote Neural Monitoring throughout Ireland as well as myself  have complained to the state about their extremely cruel treatment which would be classified as soft torture in a court of law.  However, agents of the state  including judges, lawyers and the police may not yet have heard about Remote Neural Monitoring because it is still classified.   They do not take us seriously and they continue to wrongly send us for psychiatric evaluation.  We are now afraid to approach agents of the state  because we do not wish to be wrongly incarcerated in psychiatric hospitals.   In fact we would be forced to invoke the right to remain silent if they asked us outright about our experiences of being targeted with wirelessly enabled electronic weapons lest we compromise ourselves with psychiatry by speaking freely.    The only legal safe way for us to communicate our dilemma to the public is to post digital messages online.  How long more are good living individuals going to be subjected to this cruel and unjust psychological torture  before it is stopped.  

I have become non-consensually wirelessly connected to a network of computer systems and I can not break free. The classified system which I am connected to is commonly known as Remote Neural Monitoring in combination with Remote Neural Manipulation. Both my brain and body are connected to this system and I am being continually monitored and I am having my body manipulated on a continual basis for many years. Governments are complicit in this cruel enslavement process which I have become linked to, to the extent that they ignore all complaints by targeted individuals of this Remote Neural Monitoring combined with Remote Neural Manipulation, largely because we have not yet been able to prove to them that we are being targeted by directed energy weapons. We could easily prove this if we were given the right equipment such as spectrum analysers and radiography equipment.

The medical community are not being appropriately educated. General practitioners and psychiatrists don't appear to know anything about Remote Neural Monitoring in spite of the fact that the online Remote Neural Monitoring and Directed Energy Weapons internet databases are vast.

Governments could easily stop our technological torture and enslavement through disassembling and banning microwave transmitters because the criminal neuro operators need microwave radiation to make their directed energy weapons work effectively.

The European Human Brain project and the United States Brain Initiative claim that they are at the initial stages of understanding how to human brain works. However, I and hundreds of thousands of other non-consensual victims of neuro-scientific research are fully aware that advances in brain science are far ahead of what the general public are being informed about and that such knowledge is being secretly used against the human race on a massive scale throughout the world in order to further control and enslave humanity. I write a blog most days which I post online in which I detail a small amount of what the neuro opertives say to me whenever they reproduce their voices inside my head, which is almost constantly. Some of what they say to me is very insulting and frightening. I post it online so that others who might experience a similar fate at some time in the future would be better prepared for the shock. Here below is a small sample of what these unknown voices have said to me and about me to their colleagues in the past day or two. They sometimes tend to contradict each other because there are many and varied staff working on this black budget neuro research, who all have different points of view, and who all speak to me via the invisible neurolink which connects us.   I do not receive payment for this writing  and I do not wish to receive payment for it.  My only wish is to help expose large scale corruption throughout the world.  
"You have become a nuicance due to your online blogs and that is why I am going to calm the situation down by allowing you to write whatever you like but then ring fencing it within a certain radius of control. Now, write whatever you like about us and our work. We dont like you."
"We are psychologically torturing you because we are paid well to do so, and we are also passing on information to you to give to the public so that we will not be psychologically tortured ourselves some day by the self-same system which we are using on, you due to possible expansion of the system throughout the world in the future. Also, we are under a level of unforseen control ourselves."
"What happened to the dishes. Why aren't they washed.?"
I heard one of the neuro agents saying the following via the neuro link "We have to deal." I asked what that phrase meant, precisely. The neuro agent replied using the neurolink and I heard his voice coming from inside my head while saying the following "We have to take this system up a notch with regard to investigating you." I then asked "Have you any reason to investigate me". The reply I received back was as follows "No. We have no reason to investigate you."

"My staff are charged with larceny. They have stolen information that I put out and they have made it their own. "
I heard the following being said to a member of the neuro staff by another member of staff "You will get your hands off for speaking to me like that."
"Digestive information is what I am looking for."
"I will smather you into a million pieces."
"Why aren't you disciplined like the others."
"She is like a vulture." (I disagree with this assessment of me by an unknown neuro staff member because I dont eat meat, fish, chicken or eggs. I am nothing like a vulture.
"What is this information coming through from her clothing? We can't get our normal residues at all." I believe the reason this was said by the neuro operatives is because I do not wash my clothes in laundry detergent because it has been blended with particulates which can be used to assess how clean the clothes somebody is wearing are by an operative while they stand near the wearer and using a device to read the clothes. I always wash my clothes in dishwashing detergent which I have heard does not contain such particulates. I wash my clothes daily but I like to do everything I can to deter the neuro operatives from collecting private data from my person.
Last night the neuro operatives were conducting experiements in my right lung and they inadvertantly caused me to feel extreme pain in my lung. They said the following "sub collar job failed, very painful for the lady."
I have found through experimentation over many years some ways to deter the neuro operatives from obtaining information from my brain and body. One successful way is to hold an analogue radio close to my brain or body while setting it to medium wave and while constantly moving the dial back and over from station to station. Even if ther is nothing available only white noise this is enough to completely stop them in their attempts to gain the information they wish to analyse from my brain and body.

My brain and body have been directly connected to a computer network by wireless means without my permission.    I have been implanted with either one or more RFID chips.  The unknown criminal operatives who control the network of computers which I have become wirelessly linked to could end up controlling me.  The technology which is being used to wirelessly and non-consensually link me to said computer network is classified and the neuro operatives who monitor me take readings of all of my bodily functions on a continual basis.  Because they have the ability to monitor my inner dialogue and assess my memories they now know everything about me.   I am not allowed to have any mental or physical privacy at all.  These neuro operatives speak to me via a two way link on an almost constant basis.  I keep a daily blog on several social media sites about some of what they say to me throughout each day.    They oppress me to an extreme degree by what they say to me.   Here is some of what they said to me in the past twenty four hours.

"I am on board with this system.  If this woman Gretta Fahey needs a problem solved we will solve it for her.  Nobody else will solve her problems for her from now on."

"Is Gretta Fahey wearing clothes?"   The response was "Yes".   This was further  followed on by the following enquiry  "How come I can not see her wearing any clothes?"    This was further followed on by the following reply  "Because we have built up a picture of her based on her internal structure and not her clothes you can not see her wearing clothes.  We see all targeted individuals who we have built up an internal picture of as naked.  It can't be helped."

"What stage are we at with Fahey?"    "We could now give her enough pain to force her to commit suicide any time we wish.  However, we wont do that right now.  She is harmless enough."

"Will the bodies of the people who have been targeted in Ireland be examined by the state after they die."   "Yes".      "They will find evidence like no other evidence they ever found before to prove these people have been targeted with energy weapons."

"This woman was woken up in the middle of the night when she was sleeping by the neuro staff on several occasions during the night."   The response that came through was as follows   "Nobody here cares."

"I got a suicide ideation out of that woman, Fahey."   "You seem glad that you got a suicide ideation out of a woman by the comment you made to her."

"Make a cannibal out of Gretta Fahey.   Put human meat in her food."   This was followed on by the following response.  "I wont because she is a vegetarian."

The neuro operatives read my inner dialogue on a constant basis and I sometimes think aloud because the neuro operatives have manipulated my brain to speak my thoughts aloud.   I said the following "The people in my village don't get up early on a Sunday morning because they go out on a Saturday night. "   The response I received from the neuro operatives was as follows  "What the people of your village do of a Saturday night is of no interest to me but if they stay in bed of a Sunday morning they will be penalised."

"She keeps inside her budget.  She purchased two food choppers and a radio."  This was followed on by another voice which was heard by me to say the following  "Don't tell me what she is entitled to purchase.  I decide that."

Many good living and good will individuals throughout  the world have been targeted by an illegal rogue criminal enterprise for the purposes of non-consensual human experimentation.    This system is sometimes known as Remote Neural Monitoring combined with Remote Neural Manipulation.   The individuals who are selected for this control system are commonly known as targeted individuals and they are electronically harassed and psychologically tortured on a constant basis, every waking moment by a myriad of mostly classified wireless technologies.   Whenever they complain to the police they are routinely being sent for psychiatric evaluation because they can not prove their claims due to the fact that the technologies being used against them are wireless and invisible.

I am a non-consensual targeted individual  of Remote Neural Monitoring combined with Remote Neural Manipulation and I have been so since 2003.  I am wirelessly connected to a super-computer which is operated by unknown neuro operatives who work from a remote location and  who speak to me by wireless means throughout each day.  I believe that I was selected for this program of unlimited surveillance and human experimentation because  I was at the time and still am in receipt of disability allowance for irritable bowel syndrome which they wish to research.   They have informed me that legal constraints will be placed on individuals who suffer from irritable bowel syndrome to the degree that they are no longer in the workplace, or even everybody who complains  to their general medical practitioner of suffering from irritable bowel syndrome to any degree.   I hear their voices coming from a location inside my head.   I record some of what they say to me and I post it online on an almost daily basis so that others may know the severity of my situation.   Here below is a  small sample of what these  unknown neuro operatives have said to me in the past day or two.

This cruel control system is being expanded around the world by agents of the dark new world order evil cabal.   Unlimited money is being spent on this system in order for it to be used to eventually enslave most of the human race by wireless and other means.  The system of paralysing a human being by wireless means could possibly be fully automated in the future for the purposes of human enslavement.   We aught to urgently disassemble and ban all microwave transmitters and other transmitters throughout the world as I believe that they are the linchpin that holds this human enslavement system together.  The existence of satellites are now believed to be an elaborate hoax.  NASA are the one and only source of satellite information in the world and they may all be wirelessly controlled or compromised in some other way.  

I am being non-consensually and unwillingly subjected to remote neural monitoring via brain to brain link and sometimes brain to computer link via embedded particulates in my brain due to drinking from the public water supply and possibly due to ingestion and inhalation.   Neuro operatives who are indirectly employed by military-intelligence can reproduce their voices inside my head using microwave hearing/synthetic telepathy/ voice to skull direct human communication technologies.  Millions of individuals other than myself are also complaining that they too are being subjected to remote neural monitoring as well as remote neural manipulation.  

Electronic mind control frequencies are being transmitted to hospital and government staff to the extent that we have failed to get them to take our complaints seriously.  I have made two representations to the police of my country, both resulting in a request to attend for psychiatric evaluation.  I have also informed psychiatrists and psychiatrist nurses of my predicament but to no avail.  They appear to be under such strong electronic mind control that they will not confront the existence of remote neural monitoring technology even if hundreds of thousands of individuals have complained to them that they are being targeted by it, which has been done across the world.    

There is no defence against electronic mind control other than to disassemble and ban microwave transmitters urgently.  Electronic mind control has made idiots out of people in positions of authority in the sense that it has convinced them to believe in all types of hoaxes such as the extra-terrestrial hoax, the demonic possession hoax, the poltergeist hoax, and many other hoaxes.

I am a non-consensual subject of Remote Neural Monitoring combined with Remote Neural Manipulation.  I am wirelessly linked by a two way stream of low frequency electromagnetic energy to a super computer which is controlled by unknown neuro operatives.  These neuro operatives force me to listen to their voices both day and night on a constant basis from imbedded implants inside my brain.  These neuro operatives also send signals into both my brain and body in order to gradually gain more and more  control over me.   They have informed me that whenever I am sleeping they can access parts of my brain which they can not access while I am awake.  They have also informed me that they have now gained so much information on my body and brain that they could now  kill me without anyone knowing about it simply by distorting the information which they send to my body and brain via said two way stream of low frequency electromagnetic radiation which binds me to their computer system.   They have also informed me that they may engineer me to fall over at inappropriate times and break a bone in order to physically get me into hospital where they would then have even more control over me during the night.

These unknown neuro operatives whose voices I hear coming from inside my head by wireless directed energy means have informed me that a significant number of the police throughout Ireland know about this Remote Neural Monitoring control system now, more than is comfortable for the neuro operatives and their controllers.

  This system is being carried out by the following method  -   intelligent dust particles are being dispersed throughout our bodies and brains through inhalation and ingestion.  These intelligent dust particles are then connected by a two way link of electromagnetic energy to a computer network which is currently manned by unknown neuro staff who work outside the control system.   These largely unknown neuro staff  never come in contact with the police because there appear to be wireless limitations placed on their freedom.

  All of the electrical activity which is generated by  brains and bodies of the wirelessly linked individuals are downloaded to said computer network for data analysis.  These wirelessly lined individuals have no further mental privacy from that day forward.   The brains and bodies of almost everybody in the western world now contain vast quantities of intelligent dust particles which are being used to mind control many of them into a state of unconcern and incredulity whenever the subject of remote neural monitoring and remote neural manipulation is raised.

 The Gardaí at senior level are possibly well aware of the existence and abuse of wireless directed energy weapons within the Republic of Ireland but they have not warned the Irish people about them at this point because they can not yet prove the existence of said wireless directed energy weapons. Honest people who claim they are targeted individuals of said weapons have found that strong radio frequency signals come from their heads at random times of the day. Spectrum analysers could possibly be used by the Gardaí on targeted individuals in order to prove that they are indeed being attacked by said weapons.  

Many targeted individuals throughout Ireland have reported being attacked by wireless weapons which includes having the voices of the neuro staff uploaded into their hearing channels.  However, front line Gardaí have not been informed about the existence and abuse of these wireless directed energy weapons and they currently have no option other than to force the targeted individual to attend for unnecessary psychiatric evaluation.  The  targeted individual can be transferred from there to  a psychiatric hospital where they lose all of their credibility from then on.  This and many other reasons are why the existence and abuse of this technology is being kept hidden from the public.

We must urgently have all wirelessly enabling capabilities demolished and we must return to the use of hard wired devices only.   The existence of satellites is now a well known hoax because it is firmly believed that NASA staff have been under wireless constraint for many decades and has been forced to lie to the public about both the existence of satellites as well as being forced to hoax space travel over the years.  

The neuro operatives who electronically harass and psychologically torture me by the use of wireless weapons are becoming dispirited recently for many of the following reasons but mostly because of the first reason.
I hear the voices of these neuro operatives coming from inside my head due to the fact that their are using voice to skull classified bio-communication technology to non-consensually communicate with me . I repeat almost everything they say to me in a loud voice using the following phrase each time they say something to me " WHY AM I HEARING YOUR VOICE COMING FROM INSIDE MY HEAD, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, WHILE SAYING THE FOLLOWING" ……...and then I repeat exactly what they just said.
I do this many times throughout each evening and night while I am lying in bed. Everything I say is then distributed widely among the student body who are helping to analyse my bodily functions which they are able to do because I have become implanted with bio-sensors and other technology throughout my body and brain. This is all being achieved by wireless means and without my permission or consent. I do not know these people or their location. They have been wirelessly experimenting on me for sixteen years and they have bio-communicated with me on a non-consensual basis throughout that sixteen years, often hundreds of times each day.
Other reasons why they are becoming dispirited are because I live in the countryside in a family owned stone farm cottage so I am not easy to access.
I have never broken any law in my life so they can gain no leverage on me.
I am not addicted to any substance. I do not even drink coffee or eat refined sugar.
They can not surreptitiously befriend me in order to gain access into my life because I do not make any new friends. I am friends with four other Irish targeted individuals who all have high online profiles so in that way I can know that they are genuine targeted individuals.
