There are two centralizations of power in the world now and one controls the other but who controls who? One centralization of power is the three privately owned states within states acting as one unit which are the London Financial District, The Vatican and Washington DC which the so called ruling elite work out of. All world banking is being centralized in the privately owned London Financial District while the privately owned Washington DC is considered to be the control centre for the military wing of the new world order and the Vatican is now considered the mind controlling and inculcation centre of the new world order. A human control and enslavement system is being set up throughout the world which would render you paralysed from head to toe if you failed to obey the slave masters. We are believed to have inhaled and ingested nano particulates which can penetrate the blood brain barrier and which adhere to the neuro transmitters of our brains and also to our central nervous system. These nano particulates in combination with implants and also in combination with samples of our DNA may be needed to complete the process of physical control of the body of a human being. This human body control system is being developed behind the scenes throughout the world. Many individuals have become non-consensual victims of experimentation where their own limbs are being moved against their wills and where their vocal cords are being controlled against their wills on occasions. A direct behavioural control system is the most extreme form of psychological torture known to man. It involves gaining wireless control over the musculature of a human victim and then using algorithms to remote control the human being from that time forward leaving the human victim unable to ever move any of their own muscles again for the whole of their lives. They come to be in a position where they are entirely at the mercy of psychopaths and sadists who could force the victim to place their hand in a pot of boiling water until their skin falls off, which is similar as to how torture was carried out during the second world war.
Achieving direct behavioural control over a human being may involves ensuring that anybody who is selected for direct behavioural control first be given dust sized particles to ingest and inhale which would be made to happen without the selected victim knowing that it is happening. The dust sized particles could possibly then group together inside the human body into pieces which are large enough to adhere to pieces of human tissue which could possibly be wirelessly connected to a network of computers where the human tissue of that human victim could be externally controlled. Every time you think a thought your brain produces a unique electromagnetic frequency which can be measured, translated into a thought or a feeling, then collated and downloaded to your own smart phone or smart television. If you keep your smart phone on your person all day or even a short distance from you and even if it has been switch off it is still reading and uploading your thoughts to the smart grid which has been building an extensive map of your brain. This brain map can now be used to kill or torture you wireless by remote means and it can be done without any human intervention based on the personality profile which has been collected in this way. The so called world management team have deliberately sabotaged world systems for the purposes of worldwide genocide. They have deliberately blended pharmaceutical medicines as well as vaccines and some public water supplies with toxic substances in order to destroy the health of their fellow human beings. They have deliberately created policies which are turning many of their fellow human beings into debt slaves by giving themselves an unfair monetary advantage over their fellow human beings because this so called world management team own and control the federal reserve banking system where they create fiat money out of nothing and they then charge enormous interest on that money in order to impoverish the borrower of said money. “Fully uniformed ” is a phrase which is being introduced into the business of transhumanizing a human being. When a real live and fully functioning human being is said to be “fully uniformed” it effectively means that they are then totally biorobotized and can be controlled or constrained by wireless electronics from a remote unknown location and by unknown operatives. I hear the intelligence sounding voices of unknown individuals coming from inside my own head and this is happening without my consent. When I was interviewed in the distant past by a number of psychiatrists none of them advised me to have myself tested for the presence of cochlear implants. Why was this?
I am experiencing constant broadcast assaults as follows. All of the electromagnetic frequencies being generated by my brain and body are being non-consensually wirelessly transmitted to a network of supercomputers where they are being translated into evoked potentials which are in turn being automatically translated and categorized into the words that I speak, the thoughts that I think, the sounds that I hear, the muscle movements that I make, the images that I see, the feelings that I feel, as well as the internal activity of my bodily organs. A frequency modulator can then be used to send electromagnetic frequencies back into my brain and body to force me to hear inner voices and to see both external images and internal minds eye images, to experience forced muscle movements and to experience having my vocal cords manipulated against my will to produce words which I did not generate of my own free will, among a vast number of other unwanted and non-consensual experiences.

I have been non-consensually implanted with a microchip. It tracks me. It is being used to send me pain. It is being used to monitor and interfere with some of my bodily functions. It has the capability of instantly killing me. By using a remote monitoring system, computer operators send electromagnetic messages (encoded as signals) to my nervous system which affects my performance and can instantly disable me. This microchip implant has been implanted into a specific area of my nervous system and it is smaller than a grain of rice and it is almost impossible to remove.
This microchip implant has the ability to detect which type of electrical patterns make various muscles in my body move. This data is then recorded, analysed and stored in a central computer. Specific electrical patterns are then transferred back to my nervous system by unknown computer operators in order to make my own muscles move against my will. I have been non-consensually turned into an externally controlled bio-robot.

If a subject of remote wireless experimentation drinks ozonated water or does anything to generate extra oxygen inside the human body such as cycling a bicycle, their energy field becomes more visible to the wireless experimentation personnel. They can then see from their advanced equipment what micro technology is inside the human body and where it is located. It makes it very easy for any wireless experimentation personnel who has access to these images to further the control mechanism that they are attempting to establish inside each and every one of us.
Do not drink ozonated water or oxygenate yourself by doing vigorous exercise before sitting in front of a digital media screen because you become more visible to them and thereby you endanger yourself.   However, oxygen has been said to deplete the levels of technology which are to be found inside the human body.

I have already become linked to the wirelessly enabled cerebral internet-of-things. My experiences are so extreme that most uninformed individuals can not believe that neuro science and neuro technology has advanced to the extent it has and instead they prefer to disbelieve me when I recount my experiences. First of all, back in the spring of 2003 my brain and body were linked by a two way stream of low frequency electromagnetic energy to a network of computers, and those computers may well be also linked to a super computer. This link enables the neuro staff who operated these computers to force me to listen to their voices coming from inside my head at all times of the day or night. They wake me up from sleep whenever they wish by speaking to me or by sending me a pain signal.
Over time the neuro operatives built up a brain map which then enabled them to take control over my facial muscles and some of my neck muscles as well as my vocal cords on some occasions. When I move my facial muscles of my own accord the exact sequences of events that happens in my brain is then tabulated and repeated so that the criminal neuro operatives can later move my facial muscles against my will. Now, whenever the neuro operatives take external control of my vocal cords while speaking through me they also take external control of my facial muscles at the same time. If the neuro operative who is speaking through me is angry I now can tell that that is the case because my own eyes blaze up in anger and my face grimaces in anger when I am being spoken through. These experiences mostly occur when I am alone, but they could easily be made to occur when I am out in public. I have many friends and acquaintances who are also experiencing similar experiences. I have become technologically possessed.
At some time in the future, if the neuro operatives sever the link between my brain and central nervous system, I could then be entirely taken over and run from behind the scenes. I have been informed by brain link that programs have already been written which would then be used to operate me like a an automaton, by remote control if indeed the link between my brain and central nervous system was every severed. However, in such an eventuality I would not be kept alive for very long because the level of intelligence needed to operate me by remote control would be too high.
Many targeted individuals are telling the same story as I am and we are all attempting to raise awareness of this horrific situation but one of the main reasons we sometimes fail to be believed is because most of the human race may already be linked to the internet-of-things other than just targeted individuals and it appears from the point of view of us targeted individuals that most other individuals have become locked into a state of subliminal hypnosis where they are unable to believe us and that this state of subliminal hypnosis may also be combined with wirelessly enabled brain entrainment because their responses are not normal. We would not even be allowed to know who they are because we would all be connected by two way wireless means to the computerized control system where our daily lives would be micro-managed possibly by computer generated voice commands via a voice induction process which is commonly known as voice to skull. These voices would give us orders throughout each moment of each day and if we failed to obey said orders we would possibly receive a pain signal or be paralysed for a few hours or even a few days at a time. A diet high in carbohydrates and sugar causes an increase in the levels of insulin in the human body. High levels of insulin causes the intestines to become inflamed which is just one of many possible reasons to experience chronic irritable bowel syndrome.
A diet high in carbohydrates is recommended by nutritionists who developed the food pyramid. It is not the optimum diet for human health. When the levels of insulin in the human body become far too high due to eating a diet high in carbohydrates this invariably leads to the that human being experiencing false hunger. This false hunger then leads to constant eating of still more carbohydrate food which allows the chronic hunger to increase which often leads to irritable bowel syndrome, type two diabetes and obesity among many other chronic illnesses.
The real reason we have been wrongly encouraged to eat a diet high in carbohydrates instead of the optimum diet for human beings which is a diet very low in carbohydrates is because slaves are more easily controlled when they are chronically hungary and the individuals who created the food pyramid belong to the new world order cabal whose ultimate aim is to enslave the rest of the human race by any and all means possible.
When human beings avoid carbohydrate and sugar rich foods their insulin levels then stabilize. After several weeks of eating a low carbohydrate diet of mostly above ground vegetables, freshly ground flax seeds, chia seeds and a large variety of other seeds as well as any and all animal products the cells of their bodies then become adaptive to burning fat as their body fuel instead of glucose as their body fuel. Fat is a much cleaner fuel to sustain the human body than glucose. Once the human being who adheres strictly to a low carbohydrate diet becomes effecient at burning fat as their fuel they lose all of their false hunger, the can easily skip a meal without becoming weak, they lose excess weight, the recover from type two diabetes and they cure their irritable bowel syndrome over time.
I suffered from irritable bowel syndrome for many years and I received disability allowance for irritable bowel syndrome during that time. I still am in receipt of disability allowance for irritable bowel syndrome.
