We are currently living through a secret war which is being fought for the most part by wireless weapons. Many people throughout the world have been secretly placed on a wirelessly enabled control system known as Remote Neural Monitoring and Remote Neural Manipulation. Nano technology has found its way into all of our brains and bodies through inhalation and ingestion. In a selection of people this internal nano technology is being connected wirelessly to supercomputers by two way links. These two way links allow unknown neuro operatives to upload sounds, voices, moving images, sensations, and even pain signals to the brain of the targeted individual. These neuro operatives can even send information to the body of the victim in order to force the victims own limbs to move against their own will, or even to make the victim unwell. Remote neural murder to direct neuro link is also possible and has happened. These two way links are also used by the neuro operatives to collect all electrical signals which the human brain and body constantly generated. This electrical activity is downloaded from the brain and body of the targeted individual to the supercomputer where it is data analysed. All of the thoughts, memories, words and actions can be made known to the neuro operatives by this method. The targeted individual can have no mental privacy from then on.
Secondary to remote neural monitoring wireless microwave weapons are also being used to place whole populations under electronic mind control using frequencies which entrain the brains of people into states of unquestioning trust in leaders who are either knowingly or unknowingly leading us into wireless enslavement.
Targeting human beings and wirelessly tethering them to supercomputers against their wills and without their permission is an act of war. We are now at war against the dark new world order criminal cartel who wish to have more and more power in fewer and fewer hands, their own hands. We the rest of the human race can easily win this war provided we act now.
We must tear down all microwave transmitters which are being used for both remote neural monitoring of a large selection of targeted individuals as well as electronic mind control over large populations. All adults should and must carry microwave readers with them at all times which can be used to detect if microwave beams are being transmitted from vehicles which might be parked near schools or housing estates or indeed anywhere.
We must stop using mobile phones also known as cell phones because they are miniaturized microwave weapons and they are responsible for entraining the brains of the users into artificial states where they are being manipulated into high levels of mind control.

We must decentralise political power as a matter of urgency. It is a rule of thumb that the more centralized power becomes the less freedom the ordinary people have, and the more decentralised power becomes the more freedom people have. We must dismantle the European Union and we must have very limited government inside our own countries. No government at all, simply a system of rules without rulers would be even better. Microwave Mind control frequencies have been identified for each unique emotion. The unique frequency of trust has been identified and tabulated. Frequencies are being transmitted to the general population of each country from telephone towers as well as from mobile phones. Whenever senior politicians are asked to sign over valuable resources belonging to the people of their country they may first be bombarded with electronic mind control frequencies of trust in the new world order. Signs and symbols speak to our subconscious mind.  It is a legitimate area of study.  Crucifixes and other religious symbols which portray human suffering may exert a measure of stress on the subconscious mind of the user, which may emotionally weaken the user over time.

Remote Neural Monitoring  which is now in use throughout most of the world is wrongly purported to be a security system to help in dealing with terrorism.  Remote Neural Monitoring works remotely by monitoring and controlling the brains of non-consensual human beings while said  human beings are going about their everyday lives, not harming anyone.  Most individuals who are being subjected to Remote Neural Monitoring have never committed a crime in their lives but they may have complained about this oppressive control system or they may have complained about an unelected official or they may be subjected to this for any number of other reasons. 

The Remote Neural Monitoring process allows supercomputers to be used to send signals through an implanted persons nervous system in order to influence that person in many different ways.   I am being subjected to Remote Neural Monitoring combined with Remote Neural Manipulation and I wish to testify to the fact that it is an extremely invasive and extremely stressful control system to the extent that anyone who is being subjected to it would prefer to be dead.  I have read that many prisoners in the United States prison system are currently being subjected to Remote Neural Monitoring and they are suffering to such an extreme degree because of this that many of them are choosing to starve themselves to death rather than go on suffering.

Remote Neural Monitoring investigates electrical activity in humans from a distance.  All electrical activity being generated by my brain and body on a continual basis is data analysed and collated by a supercomputer.   The neuro staff who operate the supercomputer speak to me via brain to brain link or by some other means.   I am constantly engaged with their voices, which I hear coming from inside my head via a two way link .  I am forced to listen to them against my will and without my permission.  They frequently threaten my life and insult me.   They send digital signals to my body to make it act against my will such as forcing my facial muscles to move against my will occasionally.   As well as transmitting their voices inside my head they also send me moving images, odours, bodily sensations and occasional pain.    They have informed me that they gain more and more power over my body as the years of non-consensual experimentation go by.  I believe Remote Neural Monitoring is also being used to mind control whole populations because some people appear to be totally indifferent to the growing threat of bodily enslavement which can be achieved via Remote Neural Monitoring in combination with Remote Neural Manipulation.  

I often write down what the unknown Remote Neural Monitoring control staff say to me by speaking to me by wireless means.  Here below is some of what they said to me  and about me to their colleagues in the past twenty four hours  -

I am non-consensually wirelessly linked to unknown neuro operatives who speak to me whenever they wish, and this is happening totally against my will.   In the past ten minutes,  I heard the voice of a female neuro operative coming from inside my head who said the following to one of her colleagues  "A single lady, living alone in the West of Ireland, she is out of the house most of the time.  Why haven't we done something to discourage her from living in her house?"

I used to be a fan of  the American singer  Donny Osmond when I was fifteen. That is where I learned about Mormonism as he is a Mormon.  I am an agnostic and I believe that belonging to an organised religion weakens people because they must abandon logic in order to embrace faith.
However, the Mormons appear to be a stronger group than adherents to other organised religions because they lead sober lives. Drinking alcohol, smoking cigarettes, being sexually promiscuous, gambling and taking hard drugs weakens people as individuals and as groups.
We are being socially engineered by agents of the dark new world order criminal cabal to do all of those things in order that we become weaker and weaker so that we can be eventually enslaved by them.
Small children are being strongly encouraged to eat sugar coated cakes at birthdays, Christmas, easter and every other possible occasion. Sugar is poisonous and it weakens us.
The dark new world order criminal cabal normalize the habit of individuals and groups indulging in weakening behaviour at every opportunity, and I imagine that they rejoice whenever they see somebody in a weakened state so that they can then exploit them further.
We are living through a war of attrition now. Watch everything you do at all times. You are being profiled through your smart phone. Whatever you say while your smart phone is on your person is being used to build up a profile of you and I imagine your weaknesses will then be highlighted for others to exploit. 

An almost worldwide control system which is commonly known as Remote Neural Monitoring and Manipulation is being set up in secret by the dark new world order evil cabal without the expressed permission of most of the worlds population. It is mass mind controlling a large amount of people into a state of unquestioning obedience to said control system. Most of the power within the European Union resides with the European Commission which is composed of 28 members who are unelected. The president of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker who is also unelected by the people of Europe has most of the power within the European Commission itself. The President of the European Commission determines the European Commissions policy agenda. He decides on the organization of the European Commission. He allocates portfolios to the other members of the European Commission and he can make changes at any time. The meetings of the European Commissioners are not open to the public.
Even though the European Commissioners are changed every five years the European Commission can not be removed. The European Union is undemocratic and socialist. Jean-Claude Juncker has indirect dictatorial power over all European citizens. Jean-Claude Juncker has thirty four advisors/staff who are also unelected by the people of Europe. The European superstate now has so much power that it often goes over the heads of national leaders of European countries.
The European Union is hierarchical based. The top individual in any hierarchy can be secretly controlled. Currently, frequency weapons are in existence which can alter the brain functioning of any individual including the president of the European commission. Therefore we can not know where the European Union is heading and that is not in our interests. We should disassemble the European Union. We should return to a European Economic Community where all European countries retain all of their sovereignty which was originally what the people of Europe agreed to.

At ten minutes and seven seconds into the above linked youtube video   a banner heading appears on the screen which says the following   "Mind Reading Technology being used to Monitor Chinese Workers Emotions".   While I was reading that heading a voice of a neuro operatives who I am now wirelessly linked to informed me that mind reading technology is now being used to monitor the emotions of all of the most senior Gardaí in the Republic of Ireland including the Chief Superintendent.   I have been non-consensually  subjected to both remote neural monitoring and remote neural manipulation for a number of years and I am in constant contact with unknown neuro staff who transmit their voices inside my head by wireless means.

The worldwide military and intelligence services now have technology which allows them to reproduce their voices inside the heads of non-consensual and unwilling good living human beings because the bodies of most if not all human beings from Europe and America and other similarly developed countries have become embedded with metallic particulates which can be used to transmit and receive the spoken word. I replied as follows "Why am I hearing your voice coming from inside my head wholly against my will and wholly without my permission while saying the following words "We don't want her". I continued as follows "I have not applied for any position so what do you mean when you say "we don't want her".

I later heard the following conversation coming from inside my head "We can not locate slaves and assign duties to them by using a methodology called Assignation Code Medium any longer because this method is coming back to haunt us. The unwilling and non-consensual client repeats back what we say when we are speaking via the online medium and she lets the assembled gathering know that our voices are coming from inside her head because of embedded technology inside her head. These voices had previously said that they were working for and on behalf of the Radisson Group.

Artificial intelligence does not exist. What actually exists are preprogrammed computerized algorithms, nothing more. Computerized algorithms have been individually programmed by numerous computer programmers so that each individual can be tracked by many and varied means as they go about their lives. Each individual is given a permanent record. They are then tracked throughout their lives. Data analysts record each specific action of that individual and award or deduct merit points for that specific action. These preprogrammed actions are programmed into a possible situational analysis construct for each individual person.

According to new information which I have obtained today by synthetic telepathy, whatever you say or do in front of your smart phone can and is being used to build up a psychological profile of you. Your voice is also being copied and could be used to identify you at any time in the future even when you no longer in possession of your smart phone. Your image is also being taken from your smart phone and is being added as a component to your profile. Both voice recognition and image recognition software will be used in the future to profile you whenever you are in a public space, totally unbeknownst to you. If we wish to return to a time when we had total privacy, we must urgently disassemble and ban microwave transmitters and all wireless enabling technologies. There are many and varied reasons as to why we should ban wireless enabling technologies apart from lack of privacy. Targeted individuals of this practice of being forced to hear inner voices which is known as voice to skull direct communication or microwave hearing or synthetic telepathy for the most part no longer inform the police or psychiatrists of their predicament because they do not wish to be erroneously incarcerated in a psychiatric hospital. Many targeted individuals have purchased radio frequency tracers only to find that strong radio frequencies sometimes come out out of their ears or from the back or top of their heads. 

A criminal syndicate of neuro operatives have been reproducing their voices inside my head wholly against my will and without my permission for nearly sixteen years. Targeted individuals and indeed any member of the public who has an accumulation of technological neuro dust dispersed throughout their body and brain can now be made to have a virtual reality experience without the need to wear a virtual reality headset. The virtual reality experience could be made to involve all five of their senses and it could be positive or negative. False cover stories such as the demonic possession hoax, the near death experience hoax, the extra-terrestrial hoax, the religious apparition hoax, the existence of satellites hoax, and many other hoaxes have been invented to cover up these classified scientific capabilities. Stationary drones have been mistaken for satellites by the scientific community.

One of the voices which I hear coming from inside my head has informed me today that they hope to be able to gain total control of my brain and body in as little as six months time. If that situation comes about I would then be a remote controlled neuro slave. I would not be able to over-ride the wireless digital signals which they can both send and receive to and from the accumulations of technological neuro dust inside my body.

I am not the only one in this predicament. In fact there are so many other targeted individuals who are claiming to experience forced muscle movement and internal voices that if we all eventually become human robots the fabric of society will collapse in due course.

We have no choice to be disassemble and ban all microwave transmitters and all related paraphernalia immediately. However, the general public appear to be under electronic mind control which is non-detectable and impossible to override. They appear to have been electronically mind controlled to believe that anybody who hears the voices of other human beings coming from inside their heads is mentally ill, which is not the case. If we organised to have the microwave transmitters and related paraphernalia disassembled and outright banned electronic mind control would also be a thing of the past. Microwave transmitters can also be used and is being used to burn down houses be remote wireless means. Hence, another reason to urgently ban all microwave transmitters now. These are silent weapons and this is a secret war. Time is short. The worldwide economy may soon shut down because of the secret use of these wireless weapons in high places.

We can not afford to be naïve in a twenty first century of advanced technology where almost anything is possible. We have gone too far. Cadavers can now be made to get up and dance because of inner neuro dust combined with strategically placed implants. Real life human beings such as you and I can also be bio-robotized if given enough time to complete the process. There is no future for the children of his generation or for a million generations of children to come while the microwave transmitters remain standing.

I have been a neuro research subject for nearly sixteen years. I am wirelessly linked via implants in my brain and body to a computer network by a two way communication stream of low frequency electromagnetic energy. Wireless weapons can be used to cause house fires by remote means. These neuro operatives will in the future be able to send pain signals to their fellow human beings more easily than they can already if for when 5G millimeter wave technology would be installed throughout the world. Said millimeter wave technology is currently being used in a weapon called "The Active Denial System" to send pain signals to crowds as well as in the battle field. Urgently canvas for the disassembling and banning of all wireless enabling capabilities throughout the world.

Unknown  neuro operatives who  use classified technology to reproduce their voices inside my head have informed me that as soon as I have been wirelessly enslaved to a level where they can fully control my body whenever they wish they will then take me to a slave plantation overseas, where I will be given a new identity and made to do their bidding in whatever way they choose.   They also plan to abduct and enslave  some other targeted individuals of neuro weapon research and have then also taken to an overseas slave plantation.  I believe that these criminal neuro operatives whose work is heavily co-ordinated throughout the world by a worldwide organised crime syndicate bring fully completed and whole body controlled neuro slaves to my country where they are unknown to the government of my country.  They work in large groups in private buildings.  They are moved around this country by private transport and they almost never come to the attention of the Gardaí.  They are being forced to assist with the neural enslavement of people within my country.  This is how people throughout the world are being slowly enslaved by the use of wireless directed energy weapon technology. 

Non-consensual targeted individuals of neuro research have informed the police, psychiatrists and numerous other government officials of their plight.  However, the existence of wireless weapons is being vehemently denied by all government staff and the targeted individuals are being sent for psychiatric evaluation, which is mostly followed by incarceration in a psychiatric hospital for a period of time.   The police and other government officials can not reveal to the general public the existence of wireless weapons because by doing so the work of the judiciary would be declared unsound and all prisoners would have to be released from prison.   However, if they refuse to believe targeted individuals, neuro enslavement of random members of the public will grow at an exponential rate until such a time as they themselves would be wirelessly linked to a network of computers by their brain and spine and they would then be rendered helpless.  Their wills could and would be over-ridden by unknown neuro operatives who would be working by wireless means and from a remote location.

The unknown organised criminal syndicate who have been slowly enslaving random members of the public for many decades have already captured senior positions of power in all seats of government as well as the military, the police, the main-stream media, the Vatican, main stream medicine, psychiatry and the intelligence services throughout the world.  If the world money supply amounts to forty trillion dollars as some have claimed, I imagine that this worldwide organised crime syndicate ow own up to eighty percent of it and they plan to own it all unless we urgently disassemble and ban wireless enabling capabilities throughout the world right now.   However, government staff have been mandated to use smart phones which may be used to place them under electronic mind control to the extent that some of them are in a state of violent denial when confronted by the truth of the existence and extreme abuse of wirelessly enabled energy weapons throughout this country and most other countries of the world.

Gun control is simply about taking the guns of the general public and handing them over to a future dictatorship so that we would no longer be able to protect ourselves in any way.   The teenage boys who have been found responsible for school shootings are suspected to have been under electronic mind control in order to set them up as patsies in order to aid and abet gun control throughout the world.   Please outlaw wireless enabling capabilities urgently.

The neuro staff who operate the computers of that computer network download all of the electrical activity being generated by my brain and body to their computers in real time in order to uber-surveill me.
Today I heard one of the voices of the unknown neuro staff speak to me by wireless means directly inside my head. I heard that neuro operative say the following to me " When I was being trained to work as a neuro operative I was then trained to upload disgusting images onto the mind of whatever client that I was paid to monitor in real time."
I wish to verify that this fact is true. I often experience having disgusting images uploaded onto my minds eye against my will and without my permission. When I first became a targeted individual of electronic harassment and constant around the clock surveillance I once experienced having an image of a religious idol in a sexual pose uploaded on to my mind. Throughout the years since then many other unwanted disturbing images have been uploaded on to my mind which could not have been generated by my own mind because I do not watch pornography. Many other targeted individuals have claimed that they also experience unwanted and disturbing images being uploaded onto their minds eye which they report that they find very upsetting
