The European Human Brain project and the United States Brain Initiative claim that they are at the initial stages of understanding how to human brain works. However, I and hundreds of thousands of other non-consensual victims of neuro-scientific research are fully aware that advances in brain science are far ahead of what the general public are being informed about and that such knowledge is being secretly used against the human race on a massive scale throughout the world in order to further control and enslave humanity. Because a differential in knowledge leads to a differential in power, those in possession of scientific knowledge relating to how to manipulate the human brain from a distance are secretly using it to manipulate and hurt many human beings by wireless means. These evil neuro operatives and neuro agents are believed to be a multi- national criminal cabal that operate black projects in all countries throughout the world and they are all working together to take over the world using these advanced technologies. It is believed that they also control the main stream media.
Particulates of neural dust are being sent into human brains by chemtrail spraying of the skies over our heads. Ultrasound powers the neural dust and activates the system for full monitoring of a random selection of human beings. This system allows ordinary people going about their lives to be interrogated by unknown neuro operatives who do their work by wireless means and from a distance. This random selection of human beings suddenly begin to hear the voices of their interrogaters coming from inside their heads. I have been and still am a victim of this non-consensual neuro scientific research for many years and my brain and body are wirelessly linked to the computer system of the unknown criminal neuro operatives. They use energy weapons to see inside my brain and body which aids in their scientific research. They can and do read my inner thoughts and reply to them in real time. They have built a three dimensional image of my body so that they can monitor my movements throughout my home all day, every day. All of the electrical energy which is generated by my brain and body on a constant basis is uploaded to their computer network for elaborate data analysis and still further analysis later which is then carried out by another team of scientists who I am informed work at Fort Meade, Maryland, U.S.A. I was born in and have lived in Ireland, Europe for the whole of my life since 1960. Not alone can the teams of unknown neuro operatives who wirelessly interrogate me force me to listen to their voices on a constant basis, they also send me moving images, odours, mild pain signals, electric shocks, feelings, sensations and forced muscle movement. Whenever I am brain to brain linked with one of these neuro operatives, if they laugh I am forced against my will to laugh also. If they speak during the brain to brain link I am forced to speak whatever they say, and this happens entirely against my will and without my permssion. This is commonly known as forced speech among targeted individuals, but because the uninitiated human race can not conceptualize such advanced technology they generally do not believe us when we tell them of our experiences. Naivete has no place in the lives of individuals living in this century of unparalleled advances in science and technology.
I write a blog most days which I post online in which I detail a small amount of what the neuro opertives say to me whenever they reproduce their voices inside my head, which is almost constantly. Some of what they say to me is very insulting and frightening. I post it online so that others who might experience a similar fate at some time in the future would be better prepared for the shock. Here below is a small sample of what these unknown voices have said to me and about me to their colleagues in the past day or two. They sometimes tend to contradict each other because there are many and varied staff working on this black budget neuro research, who all have different points of view, and who all speak to me via the invisible neurolink which connects us.   I do not receive payment for this writing  and I do not wish to receive payment for it.  My only wish is to help expose large scale corruption throughout the world.  
"You have become a nuicance due to your online blogs and that is why I am going to calm the situation down by allowing you to write whatever you like but then ring fencing it within a certain radius of control. Now, write whatever you like about us and our work. We dont like you."
"We are psychologically torturing you because we are paid well to do so, and we are also passing on information to you to give to the public so that we will not be psychologically tortured ourselves some day by the self-same system which we are using on, you due to possible expansion of the system throughout the world in the future. Also, we are under a level of unforseen control ourselves."
"What happened to the dishes. Why aren't they washed.?"
I heard one of the neuro agents saying the following via the neuro link "We have to deal." I asked what that phrase meant, precisely. The neuro agent replied using the neurolink and I heard his voice coming from inside my head while saying the following "We have to take this system up a notch with regard to investigating you." I then asked "Have you any reason to investigate me". The reply I received back was as follows "No. We have no reason to investigate you."
"The inner bearings of Gretta Fahey have been destroyed by too much information and now they can't be deciphered properly."
"My staff are charged with larceny. They have stolen information that I put out and they have made it their own. "
I heard the following being said to a member of the neuro staff by another member of staff "You will get your hands off for speaking to me like that."
"Digestive information is what I am looking for."
"I will smather you into a million pieces."
"Why aren't you disciplined like the others."
"She is like a vulture." (I disagree with this assessment of me by an unknown neuro staff member because I dont eat meat, fish, chicken or eggs. I am nothing like a vulture.
"What is this information coming through from her clothing? We can't get our normal residues at all." I believe the reason this was said by the neuro operatives is because I do not wash my clothes in laundry detergent because it has been blended with particulates which can be used to assess how clean the clothes somebody is wearing are by an operative while they stand near the wearer and using a device to read the clothes. I always wash my clothes in dishwashing detergent which I have heard does not contain such particulates. I wash my clothes daily but I like to do everything I can to deter the neuro operatives from collecting private data from my person.
Last night the neuro operatives were conducting experiements in my right lung and they inadvertantly caused me to feel extreme pain in my lung. They said the following "sub collar job failed, very painful for the lady."
I have found through experimentation over many years some ways to deter the neuro operatives from obtaining information from my brain and body. One successful way is to hold an analogue radio close to my brain or body while setting it to medium wave and while constantly moving the dial back and over from station to station. Even if ther is nothing available only white noise this is enough to completely stop them in their attempts to gain the information they wish to analyse from my brain and body.

I am a non-consensual human research subject of brain wave science which is currently classified for reasons which come under the heading of national security but what is in fact national suicide. Similar non-consensual brain and body research is currently happening to a number of other people throughout Ireland, many of whom I personally know. All of this non-consensual human research is being carried out wirelessly from implants in our bodies and brains which are connected by two way streams of low frequency electromagnetic energy to computer networks which are controlled by neuro operatives. These neuro operatives are unknown to us but they are able to conduct conversations with us through the two way streams of energy, some of which are connected to the hearing centres of our brains. We are being forced to listen to their voices coming from inside our heads every waking moment against our wills and without our permission. Strong radio frequency signals come from my ears and from the back of my head at random times throughout each day, when ever I check from them. Some other targeted individuals are also reporting this fact.
Last night, while I was in my home alone I heard myself saying the following phrase "wheelbarrow load" while I was thinking of something else entirely which was totally unrelated to that phrase. It was as if two parts of my brain were entirely disconnected from each other. I spoke about this to the neuro operatives who reproduce their voices inside my head via a brain link. The neuro operatives replied as follows "Your brain has not been compartmentalized. It has been subdivided into sections in accordance with instructions from our superiors. I mention this incidence in case it is helpful to other non-consensual targeted individuals of brain link and neuro weapon research of which there appear to be hundreds of thousands if not millions of us throughout the world.
Non-consensual targeted individuals of brain wave science research have no recourse to the law. We have all made representations to the police. I myself have made two unsuccessful representations to the Irish Gardai, which is what the police in Ireland are called. Both representations ended in instructions to attend for psychiatric evaluation. This is the normal course of events whenever non-consensual neuro weapon research subjects complain to the police that a crime is being committed against them.

I will never again complain to the Gardai or a G.P. again about my horrific experiences of being a long term non-consensual brain science research subject because I can not risk being sent to a psychiatric hospital where I would be expected to ingest harmful substances posing as anti-psychotic medication and where I would be incarcerated and I would not be given a release date. These substances posing as medication are extremely poisonous. When I have taken them in the past, I experienced constant extreme tremors all over my body. I also experienced a strong and constant urge to pace constantly with no ability to relax. I also experienced very dulled thinking as if I could not connect fully with my own brain. Along with that I experienced extreme tiredness and lack of motivation and I was unable to go for long walks which I previously used to do. Substances posing as anti-psychotic medication are in fact punishments. The American military have admitted that they were planning to weaponize medicine by blending together medicines with the most extreme side effects and forcing people who do not fall in line with their growing dictatorship to take them under the guise of being mentally ill.
The neuro operatives who reproduce their voices inside my head against my will and without my permission have informed me that they have been instructed to find a way to cover me which they explained means to find a way to control me, either by framing me for an illegal event or for a false psychotic event. They claim that they will not do this as they are doing their best to work in an ethical way while under extreme legal constraints themselves. Some of them are doing their best to behave in an ethical way but I would never agree that all of them are ethical because some of them have been extremely cruel to me over the years with constant death threats and insults which I hear coming from inside my own head up to dozens of times per day on some occasions.

If you have a large number of digital devices in your home I would advise you to keep them inside closed metal boxes when they are not in use. These digital devices send signals to each other thereby creating an electrical grid which can be used to create holograms inside your home which you may wrongly assume to be demons or extra-terresterials if you believe in the supernatural, which I personally dont. The demonic possession hoax, the extra-terresterial hoax, the poltergeist hoax, the moving statue hoax, the existence of space based weapons hoax are all falsehoods which you would realise if you were a long term brain wave science test subject and knew how things are being made to occur scientifically.
Certain people who have senior positions in Governments throughout the world are colluding with criminals by refusing to warn the general public about the extreme threat of worldwide enslavement from wireless directed energy weapons. They are doing so for many reasons but the foremost reason is the fact that they feel unable to disclose to the public that senior judiciary can be wirelessly interfered with by remote control while they are making a court judgement. If that fact alone was disclosed to the public all government systems would collapse overnight. We are being slowly and incrementally enslaved by wireless means. There is an easy solution. We aught to disassemble and ban all wireless enabling capabilities in our countries immediately such as microwave transmitters, millimeter wave transmitters and all modern street lighting which can and is being used to entrain the brains of people who live in urban areas into a false sense of happy apathy and indifference to a brutul enslavement plan that is about to come to fruition if nothing is done. Please act now. The existence of satellites are a laughable hoax. The enemy always exaggerates their powers. It is a well known tactic of war.

I am a subject of remote neural monitoring and remote neural manipulation.  The neuro staff who reproduce their voices inside my head by wireless means have been of late attempting to present me in a false positive light.  I wish to present myself in an authentic, honest manner and I am uncomfortable with what I believe they are attempting to do.  Why are they attempting to present me in a false positive light?   I believe that I am equal to everyone in the world.  I would never look up to anyone and I would never look down on anyone.    I am an introvert and have no wish to ever be in the public arena.  I wonder what is going on?

Further to that I believe that the electronic harassment that most targeted individuals undergo is about leading us to a stage when we will no longer react no matter how much they continue to harass us.  If or when targeted individuals reached a stage when they became passive and indifferent to all kinds of electronic harassment and gang stalking, the neuro operatives would then take a reading of the brain wave frequencies in our brains and then they would transmit those frequencies  of passivity and indifference via transmitters and smart street lighting  into the brains of the rest of humanity.  I believe that they are already doing that because targeted individuals are finding it difficult to wake up some other members of the human race to the reality of human technological enslavement.

Aerosolized dust particles have become embedded in our bodies and brains. These embedded particles are now being used to wirelessly connect non-consenting people to computer networks for the purpose of brain to brain interface and brain to computer interface. Both brain to brain interface and brain to computer interface control systems provide a certain level of limitation and constraint over the everyday behaviour of anybody who becomes wirelessly linked to the system. These brain to brain and brain to computer system have been developed and programmed in order to control and manage the behaviour of most of the human race. This control system enables real time monitoring of all of the electrical activity being generated by both the human brain and human body. You can have no secrets or mental privacy if and when you become connected to this control system. This virtual enslavement system enables both mind control and body control both of which are already happening throughout most of the world. Mind control is occurring on a large scale throughout the world. Body control is only being experienced by a small selection of individuals but it is being developed as a control and enslavement tool for eventual use in curbing the behaviour of most of the human race.

It appears that the individuals who enabled this cruel control system to be developed and administered throughout most of the world wish to remain outside the control system themselves. They wish to be slave masters of the human race. Because of being unknowingly mind controlled most people are totally unaware of this plan for remote neural monitoring for the masses of humanity. This is wireless warfare. If we wish to remain free from enslavement all we need to do is to demolish all telephone towers and related paraphernalia. It is widely believed that the existence of satellites has been hoaxed by NASA who appear to be under some kind of constraint.

Our minds should remain balanced at the centre of a bell curve. 
If we become left brain dominant we become cruel, intolerant, selfish, greedy, sadistic, unmerciful, intolerant, domineering, controlling, tyrannical, inhumane, vindictive and authoritarian.

If we become right brain dominant we become subservient, docile, trusting, obedient, servile, submissive, naive, timid and humble. We become religious extremists and unquestioning order followers.

"Sidney house corporation has asked why is this woman being allowed to send secret information around the world".

"It is highly inappropriate to throw out that many carrots".

"How dare you write down what we say.  It was never in the bargain. Certain people are extremely distraught."

"I have become an accomplice in this so I may as well destroy the woman".

"If we fail to get her married off we will instead deem her to have borderline paranoid schizophrenia."

"They will kill us or they will kill her if that goes out".

"She is neither elegant nor astute."

"She is not one of us.  Why the heck didnt we know that before we came here?    This was replied to by another unknown voice as follows  "We did know it because none of them are with us.  They are all non-consensual.  It server us better to pretend we believe that they have consented to being neuro research subjects.  

"The Antifada are here at the lookout post.  The lair of the neuro research group is underground in London.  It can be accessed through a chamber inside the house of Lords."

"How many chances does this woman need.  Speak to me or else".

"There is no income stream coming from this woman.  This was responded to by another unknown voice as follows  "An income stream will be now set up to come from this womans estate.   Further to that I heard the following information also coming from inside my head   "This is against all known laws of the circuit courts".   The response I heard then was as follows  "Signalling each other is not the way forward.  I have killed your information source".    While this was being said I got a strong feeling that the individual who I was brain to brain linked at that exact time had been killed because I can feel their emotions and I felt something very strange and unexplanable coming from the brain to brain link into my own head.

"We will decommission the system if this much information is out there".

"This pig of a woman has no right to exist".

"We will have to abandon ship.  We are in danger".  

I had been kept awake at night because of hearing constant voice to skull direct human communication voices coming from inside my head.  I had complained about this during the day via the voice to skull direct human communication system.  I had been unable to carry out my own business due to extreme tiredness.  They then informed me that they had deprived the night staff who had been keeping me awake of work for four weeks as a punishment.  However, other night staff had then later on  begun to keep me awake.  I complained to these individuals that they were keeping me awake by their continual talking during the night.  I then heard the following voices coming from inside my head while speaking to each other "Do you want a four week vacation?.  This was followed by "Yes."   This was followed by "Well keep her awake then."  This was followed by still another inner voice which said "You are going to have to leave this employ.  You are turning against the welfare of this woman."

"If this woman had had a hysterectomy we would have had her by now.  We would have got to the bowel and scared it a bit in order to cause her problems in the future".  

"You have gone out of your way to make me cross".

"Keep your head above the radar and I will slowly inform you that we will kill you".  

"We can pretty much do what we like here.  We have no consideration for you.  Obviously we care enough to keep you alive.  It would be counter productive otherwise."

I would like to strongly advice other recepients of voice to skull unwanted voices to reply to the voices in the following manner as a matter of course.  "Why am I hearing your voice coming from inside my head entirely without my permission while saying the following   (then you repeat whatever you heard them say).  This may lead to exposure in the future for the following reason,   A permanent electronic record of anybody who uses wirelessly enabled  technology  in order to speak to unknown targeted individuals remotely and without their permission might be kept for security reasons.  If and when the courts obtain those electronic records the perpetrators will not be able to claim that they did not know that they were projecting their voices inside the heads on non-consensual and extremely unwilling human beings if you inform them each time they speak to you that you are hearing their voices coming from inside your head and it is non-consensual.  .

Knowledge has been hidden from us for thousands of years because a differential in knowledge leads to a differential in power. Power hungry dark occultists have hoarded all types of knowledge including recent advances in science and technology in order to further their own ability to control and even enslave the rest of the human race. However, now that we have the internet where there is no central focus which they can control we have learned of their trickery. Here below is some psychological manipulations which they have been subjecting us to and which we were totally unaware of until recently.

When we are put through the government run school system at the lower schooling levels we become right brain dominant. Right brain dominant people are usually unquestioningly obedient to the control system. Some of their other characteristics are naivete, total trust in church and state, religious extremism, submissiveness, shunning worldly goods in favour of rewards in the afterlife, wrongly believing in the false concept of authority and keeping their heads below the radar.

When the police and military graduate from their respective training academies, they have become left brain dominant. Some of the characteristics of left brain dominant people are authoritarianism, skepticism, athiesm. They tend to believe in survival of the fittest, and they are prone to put material concerns before spiritual beliefs.

If you have a balance between your right brain and your left brain you are in a place of common sense and can see truth more clearly. It has been discovered by students of natural law that there are hidden laws at work in the invisible/mental/spiritual domain. These natural laws inform us that we have free will but that we do not have the ability to escape the consequences of our free will decisions. Natural law behavioural consequences are in place for our maximum evolutionary progress. The overarching ultimate law within the set of Natural Laws is as follows:- Freedom and Morality are directly proportional. As morality increases freedom also increases in any society. The worldwide military and intelligence services now have technology which allows them to reproduce their voices inside the heads of non-consensual and unwilling good living human beings because the bodies of most if not all human beings from Europe and America and other similarly developed countries have become embedded with metallic particulates which can be used to transmit and receive the spoken word. I replied as follows "Why am I hearing your voice coming from inside my head wholly against my will and wholly without my permission while saying the following words "We don't want her". I continued as follows "I have not applied for any position so what do you mean when you say "we don't want her".

I later heard the following conversation coming from inside my head "We can not locate slaves and assign duties to them by using a methodology called Assignation Code Medium any longer because this method is coming back to haunt us. The unwilling and non-consensual client repeats back what we say when we are speaking via the online medium and she lets the assembled gathering know that our voices are coming from inside her head because of embedded technology inside her head. These voices had previously said that they were working for and on behalf of the Radisson Group.

The remote neural monitoring staff who I am non-consensually wirelessly tethered to have begun to delete important documents from my computer screen entirely against my will and without me even touching my keyboard. Yesterday I sent the following document to all of the local newspapers in the Republic of Ireland as well as some national newspapers such as www.independent.ie and the national television station also in the republic of Ireland called www.rte.ie as well as one or two overseas newspapers. I sent the below information in one single email to all email addresses as a group email. This morning I checked my sent items folder at my email address and while I was re-reading the aforementioned email it disappeared off my screen and the retrieve button became greyed out. Luckily I happened to have a copy of the email in another file. The whole population of the western world may become non-consensually linked to remote neural monitoring soon and it could be run entirely by computerized algorithns and without any staff. How can we wake up a population many of who live near telephone towers and by doing so are under heavy electronic mind control? DEFINITION OF REMOTE NEURAL MONITORING.

When a human being is being non-consensually subjected to both remote neural monitoring and remote neural manipulation they are wirelessly connected by a two way stream of energy which comes from technology inside their brains and bodies and is linked to a supercomputer. All of the electrical activity generated by their brain and body in real time is downloaded to that supercomputer where it is translated into everything they have thought, said, and done throughout each day. Further to that, sounds, voices, moving images, sensations, odours, pain signals and forced muscle movements are uploaded to the brain and body of the victim at random times by neuro operatives who transmit this data through the two way stream of energy which is wirelessly connected to the brain and body of the victim. The victim can be forced to experience a virtual reality experience without the need to wear a virtual reality headset. Remote neural murder is also possible in this way. ​ Many people throughout the western world are currently being remote neural monitored and remote neural manipulated. When ever they report the matter to the authorities they are being disbelieved. The reason that they are being disbelieved is because all government officials and all others who work or live close to microwave transmitter towers are under electronic mind control. Microwave transmitters beam (ELF) mind control signals which mimic natural brain waves into the brains of anyone who lives or works close to microwave transmitter towers. Brain researchers have identified the specific brain rhythm which induces docile, submissive, zombie like behaviour. This specific brain rhythm is then recorded and is used as the template for the ELF signal now being beamed from microwave transmitters. ​ We are at a stage in scientific understanding when we are all about to be enslaved by being non-consensually wirelessly tethered to supercomputers but most of the population is under such strong electronic mind control that they dont care. Brain researchers have identified a vast catalogue of brain rhythms which can be used to control the feelings of whole populations which entrain their brains into a state of misplaced trust in European commission authorities who do not have their best interests at heart. The politicians of all national governments within the European Union could well be under similar mind control constraints. Otherwise they would not have advised all government staff to carry smart phones, which can be used to entrain the brains of said government staff into docile, obedient, trusting and unquestioning order followers. The people of most countries throughout the world have been inhaling and ingesting smart dust over the past decade or more without their knowledge or consent. This dust sized technology has now dispersed widely throughout the their bodies and brains.  This smart technology  can be tuned into wirelessly and controlled remotely via a myriad of digital technologies in their homes and wider environment and it can be used to control them from the inside out. People can now be made to hear voices, see visions, and feel sensations throughout their bodies. They can be given orders that they would hear coming from inside their heads. If they refuse to obey these orders they could be made to feel pain or in some instances they could be paralysed by remote control and from a distance. All human behaviour is being studied on a forensic level and computerized algorithms are being set up to automatically award points for behaviour which falls in line with the thinking of the  new would-be controllers, and to  deduct points for behaviour which is out of line with their thinking. Everything that every human being does, thinks and says every minute of every day could be used to award or deduct points to or from  their personal credit score. This control system is now being controlled by teams of neuro operatives who themselves are already controlled for the most part by algorithms.   Many people throughout the world have already been placed on this control system. They have come to be known as targeted individuals.

We are now at the eleventh hour. If you wish to live in freedom in the future you must organise to have all wireless enabling capabilities disassembled and banned. We are at a pivotal point in human history. If you act now you will help to ensure that millions of future generations of human beings live in freedom on this world. All government systems have been captured and corrupted and government staff have been placed under electronic mind control due to the fact that they have been mandated to use smart engineered technology in their work places. Banking systems and all intelligence services throughout the world have been fused into one bank and one intelligence service and they are headquartered in Switzerland. All of the worlds money supply is slowly and incrementally being taken from the human race through extra and unfair taxes and through people unknowingly being placed under electronic mind control when they are making their wills to give their money to bogus charities, so that these too can be used by the dark new world order cartel for nefarious purposes of control and eventual enslavement of the whole human race. All centres of power have been corrupted to the extent that all power now comes from a secret hierarchical based chain of command that few are knowledgeable about.

Space based technology does not exist. It has been hoaxed. What were once believed to be satellites were in fact stationary drones which are in near earth and can easily be shot down by the people who control them. All other microwave generating technology is ground based and can easily be disassembled and eventually banned outright be the control system if it so wishes. Gun control is about taking guns from the people and giving it to agents of the dark new world order cabal so that ordinary people would then be unable to defend themselves against a fascist dictatorship. In such a dictatorship money would no longer be in use. All farm land would be owned and controlled by the world control system and nobody would be allowed to eat unless they were totally obedient to the fascist control system. If you refused to fall in line with this system and your own personal credit score dropped below a certain point, you could be selected for capture or death by computerized algorithms without any human intervention whatsoever.

The brains of most of humanity have been entrained into a state of passive indifference by the use of frequency signals which are being transmitted from cell phone towers aka mobile phone masts. Most people are unable to comprehend the extreme danger that they and their families are now facing.
