I am connected to the wireless internet of things which some are calling the brain net and I have been non-consensually connected it for many years. As the years go by I am finding out more and more of the current extreme capabilities of smart phones and other smart devices. One of the reasons that I may have been connected to it was because I was and still am in receipt of disability allowance for irritable bowel syndrome. Half of my disability allowance is paid for by Irish tax payers and the other half is paid by tax payers from the rest of Europe. Those European tax payers have no way of knowing if those in receipt of disability allowance for irritable bowel syndrome are genuinely entitled to it or if they are claiming for it dishonestly so somebody or some group had me connected to the wireless internet of things against my will and without my permission.
I am informed that if you own a personal smart phone and you carry it around with you on a constant basis, the smart phone will record everything you think, say and do while you have it close to you, at least within five feet of you. Every time you think a thought you generate a unique electromagnetic frequency which is downloaded to the smart phone and it is then wirelessly transmitted to a central location where it is automatically translated into that unique thought. . All of your other thoughts, words and actions which also generate their own unique electromagnetic frequencies are stored at that central location as well. That central control centre stores unique details about you such as how long you sleep each night, how often you eat, what your moods are like and many other personal details.
I don’t carry a smart phone with me and I don’t have any digital media devices on my bicycle which is my mode of transport. I live out in a rural area and I don’t often encounter any digital media devices other than my personal computer. Because of a lack of digital media devices in my environment, the engineers who monitor me via smart engineered technology can not obtain as much detail about my daily habits as they would like and this is causing consternation among the team of bio-engineers who keep me on file with regard to my claim for irritable bowel syndrome.
Not alone are all of the electromagnetic frequencies which are generated by the brains and bodies of individuals who are wirelessly and non-consensually connected to the smart grid automatically stored at a central location and also automatically translated into everything we think, say and do but as well as that, a frequency modulator is used to send us back other electromagnetic frequencies which are made to over ride our own electromagnetic frequencies to the extent that now our arms and legs can be forced to move against our wills among many other unwanted experiences. Information is being wirelessly sent to my brain and central nervous system over many years to the point that now I can be grounded at the will of the unknown bio-engineers who illegally remote neural monitor and remote neural manipulate me. At this stage, my right leg can be disabled for a short space of time by wireless means at their will. When I am cycling my bicycle I can be made to come off it in a state of pain and I am unable to complete my journey until I recover, a process which can take between five and twenty minutes. This has happened to me on many occasions while said bio-engineers speak to me by live link directly to the hearing centre of my brain.
These unknown bio-engineers who I regard as criminals sometimes tell me what I should eat, what time I should get up in the morning at, what I should spend my money on, and even when I should visit the bathroom. Wireless technological capabilities now exist that can enslave human beings while it appear to their own families that they are free will human beings. Resistance to the new world order central control system is possible. There is a world war being fought at the moment by unconventional means. Most of the human race have dust sized particulates inside their heads and bodies which came to be there because it has been sprayed on us and placed in processed food. Said dust sized particulates coagulate inside the human body to the extent that eventually they could technically be called technology. Many of us have already been wirelessly linked from this technology which is inside our bodies to super computers by a myriad of bi-directional wireless links. We each have a unique brain signature so we can now have our brains dialled up and be forced to listen to the voices of unknown neuro operatives whenever they wish to speak to us. By the same means they can also wirelessly send us voice commands and pain signals. They can place us on a virtual reality hold whenever they wish, where we are then forced to watch either a still or moving image inside our closed eyes. We can also be sleep deprived by wireless means. Information can be sent via the wireless links which can make any or all of our organs malfunction. Information can be sent to our muscles which can force them to move against our wills. When enough wireless two-way links are eventually created between a human being and a network of super-computers then that human being can be wirelessly remote controlled by unknown operatives who control that human being from an unknown remote location even though that human being might never have met the individuals who remote control him or her.
As soon as your unique brain and body signature has been collected and collated by neuro operatives you would then be placed on this wireless control, enslavement and torture system. It is a simple matter for the neuro operatives to collect your unique brain and body signature. People are employed to hold a device close to your brain and body for several seconds while you are out in public, and this occurs without your knowledge. They then collate this information back at the control centre. You will then begin to hear inner voices. These inner voices could possibly be made to speak to you on such a low level that you would not be able to hear them. Never the less they could affect the way you think and act. We must resist now before fifth generation wireless technology is installed and activated throughout this and every other country in the world. If you fail to act, the bandwidth to wirelessly enslave every man, woman and child in Ireland will be available to the individuals who wish to enslave us.
I have been enslaved by this method for more than sixteen years. The Gardaí are not being informed about wireless weapons when they attend Templemore Gardaí Training College even though wireless weapons are now widespread throughout the whole world. This leads me to believe that those who run Templemore Gardaí Training College are not being truthful to the Gardaí or to the Irish people. There are two centralizations of power in the world now and one controls the other but who controls who? One centralization of power is the three privately owned states within states acting as one unit which are the London Financial District, The Vatican and Washington DC which the so called ruling elite work out of. Constitutional law has been dissolved in the republic of Ireland. Many men and women who live in the Republic of Ireland are being wirelessly tortured by directed energy weapons and other advanced technology while they are inside their own homes . The protocol which is being used against these victims follows well known no-touch torture techniques which are in use in almost every country throughout the world at this time. When they report the matter to the Gardaí they are wrongly psychiatrically evaluated by the attending Gardai as being in need of further psychiatric evaluation and are brought to an attending psychiatrist where more often than not they are send to a psychiatric detention centre. Because of this strategy which is being followed by all of the Irish Gardaí bar none these victims of no-touch torture are now afraid to complain to the Gardaí any more for fear of both psychiatric detention and mandated drugging with highly toxic substances which would lead to brain damage and body damage if continued for a long period of time. Some Gardaí throughout the city of Dublin, Ireland are now enforcing laws which are not constitutional such as visiting the home of a single lady at 11pm one evening to say the following “I saw your light on so I came to see if you were alright.” This Gardaí behaviour is not upholding the constitutional laws of the republic of Ireland. Therefore what laws are the Gardaí of the Republic of Ireland enforcing at this time? Are they new laws which have been given to them from the worldwide central control system which is known as the United Nations. Are the Gardaí now enforcing laws which have been introduced without the permission of the people of the Republic of Ireland. It is unconstitutional and it always has been unconstitutional for an agent of the Irish state to visit the home of a private citizen of the Republic of Ireland without an expressed invitation. June 08, 2015 "Information Clearing House" - Torture is a horrific topic and most minds will turn away from it because it can’t be comprehended that humans can be motivated, or computer programs can be run to do this to other sentient beings. Just when we believed we were becoming more civilized as a culture, the technology for torture has advanced more than a hundred fold in recent decades.
This summary will get into ‘the minds of the dishonorable monsters’ of the psychology of torture. Those like Dick Cheney who helped authorize it under certain administrations and regimes of the U.S. government which have been proven to be criminal under U.S. law, treaties, and the International Criminal Court. There are many people involved in the conspiracy and cover-up including General Hayden.
The full report discloses the spectrum of techniques of interrogation and torture used by the U.S. and its allies. The United States government will officially deny the claims of this “no-touch torture report” but in time it will stand firm.
The technologies used are still classified as state secrets and will not be discussed in this summary. You will be compensated for false imprisonment and torture.” The main difference between the cybernetic technology and physical is that emotional state clusters can be entrained into the target mind which speeds up the process. The communication is done differently but perceived as human speech. In the no-touch torture methods it is helpful if the target is labeled with mental illness that is being created for discrediting purposes so as not to draw human rights groups’ attention.
2. Memory Erasure
The military and CIA have been researching memory erasing drugs for half a century. The focus of this summary report is on interrogation. Pain and fear of death are common tactics during interrogation. Shocking by electricity is a traditional method of torture and exposed in the CIA’s secret prisons. 5. Imprisonment and Isolation
Isolation is commonly used as punishment in prisons. Many whistleblowers like Bradley Manning suffer this condition. In soft interrogation it is used to get the target to talk to their interrogator since humans have the need for companionship. In no-touch torture the target is driven from their friends and family using different techniques in order to isolate them so that the electronic mind control has more effect on their psyche. 7. Mutilation
Also mentioned in the declassified report on torture was mutilation of the human. Cutting the naked target’s penis and scrotum, pulling nails or teeth is common. 9. Psychological Intimidation
This is a topic for a target at the beginning of the trials and programs. Physical break-ins are common even if the target has an alarm system. The NSA has used stalking of foreign officials in the past for economic gain. The FBI does black bag jobs to invade a home without a warrant. The point is to let the target know they are being watched and to increase their paranoia. A repetitive sleep deprivation cycle is generally done 180 hrs/7.5 days at a time in the physical renditions, or in no-touch torture five days awake and two days of sleep. Sleep deprivation accomplishes the objective of memory loss during interrogation and induces hallucinations which help with the interrogation process. 18. Stress Positions
Keeping detainees handcuffed above their head and to walls so that they must stand for days is a common ploy in torture. These types of poses are called stress positions. They can be mimicked in no-touch torture. An example of one such trick requires the target to believe they can deflect radar energy using pots or pans and that it is directional. The target is being given an ample amount of pain until their hands and arms are spread apart holding the pans trying to block the signals. In order the achieve their aims they have been wirelessly experimenting on a large selection of non-consenting human beings throughout most parts of the world. These human beings are commonly known as targeted individuals and I have been one for sixteen years.
I am wirelessly linked from my brain and body via a two way stream of low frequency electromagnetic energy to a computer network. All of the electrical signals generated by my brain and body are uploaded on a constant basis to the computers of the neuro operatives where is is data analysed and collated for later use. The unknown neuro operatives can read my inner dialogue and reply to it in real time. The neuro operatives send me voice signals, moving images, mild pain signals, bodily sensations, emotions, feelings and odours through the neuro link which has permanently attached me to their computer network for the past sixteen years. These neuro operatives have built a three dimensional image of my body by targeting me with energy in order to see where the energy met resistance and by doing so were enabled to build this three dimensional body image. Because of this I now have no physical privacy and no mental privacy whatsoever. I keep an almost daily online blog detailing some of what the neuro operatives say to me. Some of the United States neuro staff wrongly assume that I am an American citizen and they use American terms when the refer to me. This has been occurring continually for sixteen years.

This was just general advice given to me by the unknown neuro operatives.)

Whenever we inform the police or any other government control agents we are deliberately not taken seriously and we are then sent for forced psychiatric evaluation which may or may not lead to incarceration inside a long stay psychiatric institution. That is why anybody who has already become wirelessly connected to said computerized control and enslavement system now stays away from all involvement with church and state and would invoke the right to remain silent if questioned about this situation.
Cover stories are being used to provide a reason from secret advances in technology especially in the area of brain weapon research. Some of these false cover stories include the extra-terrestrial hoax, the religious apparition hoax, the demonic possession hoax, the existence of satellites hoax, the moon landing hoax and many other hoaxes. It is being claimed that all of the astronauts were high level freemasons who are obliged to lie in public when ordered to do so by their control system.
