I am a targeted individual of Remote Neural Monitoring combined with Remote Neural Manipulation.   I am non-consensually linked by wireless means to a supercomputer which is operated by unknown neuro operatives who work from an unknown remote location.   Because of the fact that I am non-consensually linked to the super-computer  I hear the voices of neuro operatives coming from inside my head against my will and without my permission on a constant basis throughout each and every day.

Today I attempted to book the purchase of an internet radio online so that I  could collected it  at a local store tomorrow.  I was unable to place my order for reasons which were unknown to me at the time.   I then heard the voice of one of the neuro operatives coming from inside my head informing me of a new policy within Ireland pertaining to targeted individuals of neuro weapon research.  Here is what the unknown inner voice was heard by me to say   "If the potential customer is deemed not worthy of the goods the staff of all corporate owned stores are not allowed to give it to them.  This instruction is given across the board in all corporate merchandisers.  All privately owned stores will cease to exist within ten years. This might be our new credit score system in operation in Ireland now."

A few minutes after I heard this message coming from inside my head I then received another similar message which said.  "You are jumping the gun a bit.  You may be given an internet radio if you ask for one.  We are not sure if this system is up and running in Ireland yet."

I myself strongly believe that by simply disassembling and banning all transmitters which enable frequency weapons and which enable wireless tethering of human beings from implants to supercomputers and which also enable wireless murder and wireless burning down of homes and wireless electronic mind control we can regain our freedom in short order.  Many people are not yet aware that some of their fellow country men and women are being psychologically and physically harassed and even tortured inside their own homes throughout most of the world.  The unaware section of society may be being subjected to wirelessly delivered brain frequencies which lull them into a false since of security and apathy.

Many good living and good will individuals throughout  the world have been targeted by an illegal rogue criminal enterprise for the purposes of non-consensual human experimentation.    This system is sometimes known as Remote Neural Monitoring combined with Remote Neural Manipulation.   The individuals who are selected for this control system are commonly known as targeted individuals and they are electronically harassed and psychologically tortured on a constant basis, every waking moment by a myriad of mostly classified wireless technologies.   Whenever they complain to the police they are routinely being sent for psychiatric evaluation because they can not prove their claims due to the fact that the technologies being used against them are wireless and invisible.

I am a non-consensual targeted individual  of Remote Neural Monitoring combined with Remote Neural Manipulation and I have been so since 2003.  I am wirelessly connected to a super-computer which is operated by unknown neuro operatives who work from a remote location and  who speak to me by wireless means throughout each day.  I believe that I was selected for this program of unlimited surveillance and human experimentation because  I was at the time and still am in receipt of disability allowance for irritable bowel syndrome which they wish to research.   They have informed me that legal constraints will be placed on individuals who suffer from irritable bowel syndrome to the degree that they are no longer in the workplace, or even everybody who complains  to their general medical practitioner of suffering from irritable bowel syndrome to any degree.   I hear their voices coming from a location inside my head.   I record some of what they say to me and I post it online on an almost daily basis so that others may know the severity of my situation.   Here below is a  small sample of what these  unknown neuro operatives have said to me in the past day or two.

"Any photo shame."    Response   "No. nothing."

"Power outages do not benefit us.  Is there any way we can force her to leave the electricity on in her house each night."

"Remote Neural Monitoring is not only a system of analysis.  It is also a system of correspondence with the client.   Our correspondence is coming back to us."

"We have to deal with this ongoing system of control.  It is encroaching on all of us."

"You think you are the only one writing our comments online.  We hobbled those people straight away just as we are hobbling you."

"I will burn your house by wireless means."

"I don't really like her writing style.  She mentions too much of what we say, on her online social media posts."

This cruel control system is being expanded around the world by agents of the dark new world order evil cabal.   Unlimited money is being spent on this system in order for it to be used to eventually enslave most of the human race by wireless and other means.  The system of paralysing a human being by wireless means could possibly be fully automated in the future for the purposes of human enslavement.   We aught to urgently disassemble and ban all microwave transmitters and other transmitters throughout the world as I believe that they are the linchpin that holds this human enslavement system together.  The existence of satellites are now believed to be an elaborate hoax.  NASA are the one and only source of satellite information in the world and they may all be wirelessly controlled or compromised in some other way.  

I am being non-consensually and unwillingly subjected to remote neural monitoring via brain to brain link and sometimes brain to computer link via embedded particulates in my brain due to drinking from the public water supply and possibly due to ingestion and inhalation.   Neuro operatives who are indirectly employed by military-intelligence can reproduce their voices inside my head using microwave hearing/synthetic telepathy/ voice to skull direct human communication technologies.  Millions of individuals other than myself are also complaining that they too are being subjected to remote neural monitoring as well as remote neural manipulation.  

Electronic mind control frequencies are being transmitted to hospital and government staff to the extent that we have failed to get them to take our complaints seriously.  I have made two representations to the police of my country, both resulting in a request to attend for psychiatric evaluation.  I have also informed psychiatrists and psychiatrist nurses of my predicament but to no avail.  They appear to be under such strong electronic mind control that they will not confront the existence of remote neural monitoring technology even if hundreds of thousands of individuals have complained to them that they are being targeted by it, which has been done across the world.    

There is no defence against electronic mind control other than to disassemble and ban microwave transmitters urgently.  Electronic mind control has made idiots out of people in positions of authority in the sense that it has convinced them to believe in all types of hoaxes such as the extra-terrestrial hoax, the demonic possession hoax, the poltergeist hoax, and many other hoaxes.

We are currently living through a secret war which is being fought for the most part by wireless weapons. Many people throughout the world have been secretly placed on a wirelessly enabled control system known as Remote Neural Monitoring and Remote Neural Manipulation. Nano technology has found its way into all of our brains and bodies through inhalation and ingestion. In a selection of people this internal nano technology is being connected wirelessly to supercomputers by two way links. These two way links allow unknown neuro operatives to upload sounds, voices, moving images, sensations, and even pain signals to the brain of the targeted individual. These neuro operatives can even send information to the body of the victim in order to force the victims own limbs to move against their own will, or even to make the victim unwell. Remote neural murder to direct neuro link is also possible and has happened. These two way links are also used by the neuro operatives to collect all electrical signals which the human brain and body constantly generated. This electrical activity is downloaded from the brain and body of the targeted individual to the supercomputer where it is data analysed. All of the thoughts, memories, words and actions can be made known to the neuro operatives by this method. The targeted individual can have no mental privacy from then on.
Secondary to remote neural monitoring wireless microwave weapons are also being used to place whole populations under electronic mind control using frequencies which entrain the brains of people into states of unquestioning trust in leaders who are either knowingly or unknowingly leading us into wireless enslavement.
Targeting human beings and wirelessly tethering them to supercomputers against their wills and without their permission is an act of war. We must decentralise political power as a matter of urgency. It is a rule of thumb that the more centralized power becomes the less freedom the ordinary people have, and the more decentralised power becomes the more freedom people have. We must dismantle the European Union and we must have very limited government inside our own countries. No government at all, simply a system of rules without rulers would be even better. DEFINITION OF REMOTE NEURAL MONITORING.
When a human being is being non-consensually subjected to both remote neural monitoring and remote neural manipulation they are wirelessly connected by a two way stream of energy which comes from technology inside their brains and bodies and is linked to a supercomputer. All of the electrical activity generated by their brain and body in real time is downloaded to that supercomputer where it is translated into everything they have thought, said, and done throughout each day. Sounds, voices, moving images, sensations, odours, pain signals and forced muscle movements are uploaded to the brain and body of the victim. The victim can be forced to experience a virtual reality experience without the need to wear a virtual reality headset. Remote neural murder is also possible in this way.

Many people throughout the western world are currently being remote neural monitored and remote neural manipulated. When ever they report the matter to the authorities they are being disbelieved. The reason that they are being disbelieved is because all government officials who work close to microwave transmitter towers are under electronic mind control. Microwave transmitters transmit extremely low frequency (ELF) signals which mimic natural brain waves. Microwave transmitters beam mind control signals into the brains of anyone who lives or works close to microwave transmitter towers. We are at a stage in scientific understanding when we are all about to be enslaved by being non-consensually wirelessly tethered to supercomputers but most of the population is under such strong electronic mind control that they dont care. Many targeted individuals of Remote Neural Monitoring in combination with Remote Neural Manipulation have been experiencing a phenomenon known as electronic rape. They first became wirelessly linked by a two way connection to a network of computers which is both owned and operated by neuro operatives. These neuro operatives are generally unknown to the electronic rape victim. These neuro operatives can send signals through the two way wireless connection in order to make the victim feel sensations in specific areas of their body while the victim is most probably alone in the privacy of their own home. I have been informed wirelessly via voice to skull bio-communication by colleagues of said neuro operatives that the neuro operatives who perform the electronic rape do not feel an emotional connection when they are electronically raping the victim. They further said that they do not even need to know what the subject is feeling or thinking while the electronic rape is taking place. They electronically rape the victims by wireless means in order to make them come to terms with the system of control so that the victim will not question the control system or them at any time in the future. I am wirelessly connected by a two way link from my brain and body to a computer network where voice, moving images and sensations are uploaded to my brain and body from that computer network. The neuro staff who operate the computers of that computer network download all of the electrical activity being generated by my brain and body to their computers in real time in order to uber-surveill me.
Today I heard one of the voices of the unknown neuro staff speak to me by wireless means directly inside my head. I heard that neuro operative say the following to me " When I was being trained to work as a neuro operative I was then trained to upload disgusting images onto the mind of whatever client that I was paid to monitor in real time."
I wish to verify that this fact is true. I often experience having disgusting images uploaded onto my minds eye against my will and without my permission. When I first became a targeted individual of electronic harassment and constant around the clock surveillance I once experienced having an image of a religious idol in a sexual pose uploaded on to my mind. Throughout the years since then many other unwanted disturbing images have been uploaded on to my mind which could not have been generated by my own mind because I do not watch pornography. Many other targeted individuals have claimed that they also experience unwanted and disturbing images being uploaded onto their minds eye which they report that they find very upsetting

ARE GOVERNMENT STAFF NOW UNDER ELECTRONIC MIND CONTROL?

Church and state now appear to be promoting the interests of the new world order control and enslavement system at every opportunity. Why are they doing this? Are they under electronic mind control? If so, is the electronic mind control coming from their smart engineered technology? Have their minds been sabotaged when they were attending college or when they were attending government controlled police training centres or government controlled teacher training centres or government controlled medical schools?
There may be another explanation. Government staff were all given smart phones approximately a dozen years ago. These smart phones had the in built capability to remotely monitor all of the conversations of these government staff. Black budget Intelligence agents who worked from a remote location were given the capability to visually monitor these government staff by switching on the built in camera of their smart phones by wireless means and from a remote location whenever they wished. Whenever the black budget intelligence agents got incremenating information about any government staff member, they would then black main these government staff to work on behalf of the New World Order cabal to aid and abet in the enslavement of the human race.
Further to this, it is a well known fact that most people can not protect their brains from electronic mind control signals if they are placed in a location where those signals are penetrating. Yet, their has never been a public discussion of how to protect ourselves from electronic mind control. Why not?
A certain sub section of the population have been selected for human bio-robotization. This is imminently possible and vast amounts of information is available on the subject. When a human being has become bio-robotized they could then be made to carry out acts against their will and moral judgement because their muscles could be tied down if they refused to obey every command of their slave master. If a human being was fully enslaved in this way they would then be promoted to a position of power within church and state in order to help further the agenda of the new world order cabal. These any many other details are all being collected by algorithms and placed in your permanent record.

Algorithms are also being programmed to ensure that every aspect of your life runs smoothly if you fall in line with the enslavement agenda of the dark occultists. If you refuse to fall in line with the dictates of the dark occultists algorithms can been preprogrammed to ensure that your credit card refuses to work at inappropriate times or that your car breaks down constantly or that your computer broadband becomes so slow as to be unworkable.

When your brain and body are wirelessly intertwined with a computer network from bio implants which you may have obtained surreptitiously you can be made to have either positive or negative virtual reality experiences without the need to wear a virtual reality headset. All of your senses can be taken over simultaneously and digital signals can be sent to you by outside forced where you then can be made to have unwanted experiences which you might then mistake for supernatural events.

Food, air, water, clothing, building materials, medicine, electronics and many other items have already been weaponised. History has been rewritten. Human beings have lived on planet earth for at least five hundred million years according to archaeologists. However, organised religions which are owned and controlled by dark occultists would not stand up to scruteny if placed in such a time frame so therefore a false reality has been created for us by social engineers which reduces the time frame which we are directed to focus on for the most part.

I have been lead to believe that the following method is the one that is  being used to wirelessly transmit the voices which  I hear coming from inside my head.   We all have ingested neural dust in our food and water.  This neural dust has lodged inside our brains and bodies, some of which has coagulated into larger units over time.  These larger units of neural dust which I will call nodes are being used to draw energy into a computer network from my brain circuits in order to provide information to the neuro operatives about the condition of the nodes.  If said nodes are sufficiently large enough they can then be used to create an electronic circuit board inside the human brain. Each coagulated neural dust node can be connected to another coagulated neural dust node by way of  streaming digital signals from one node to another node through the computer network that they have been wirelessly linked to.  This electronic circuit board can then be used by the criminal neuro operatives to upload voices, images, short videos, odours, sensations and tastes into the brain and mind of the targeted individual.  Furthermore, this electronic circuit board inside my brain is now being used on an almost daily basis to move the muscles of my face and neck against my will and without my permission.

The cover stories that are being most commonly used to cover up advances in neuro science are the cover story that the subject  who is experiencing strange phenomena is mentally unwell or is having supernatural experiences.   Neither is true.

The nodes of neural dust  which have coagulated inside my brain and body over many years are not in my favour.  They are being used to slowly enslave me.  I could find myself in a situation at some time in the future where criminal neuro operatives could close my mouth or eyes against my will and refuse to allow me to open them again unless I do their bidding.   I could also be paralysed by wireless means and from a remote location in the future if I do not find a way to dissolve the coagulated nodes of neural dust inside my brain and body.   Some fellow targeted individuals of remote neural manipulation have suggested I drink ozonated water or Epsom salts in order to dissolve the coagulated nodes of neural dust inside my brain and body.  I am currently drinking both of these drinks.  I have not noticed any change in the level of invasion into my mind and body  by these remote neural monitoring and remote neural manipulation staff.    Please urgently disassemble and ban microwave transmitters if you wish that you and your children to  live in freedom from wireless tethering to computer networks.   Otherwise neural enslavement of many individuals is now imminent.

Many good will human beings throughout Ireland and the rest of the world are being monitored and harassed by criminal neuro operatives who use wireless electronic weapons while these good will human beings are trying to go about their lives peacefully. Wireless electronic capabilities are also being used to mass mind control the whole of society by entraining their brains into a state of false contentment while their civil rights are being slowly but surely eroded on a daily basis.

Individuals who have already been linked by wireless means to a covert in-home monitoring system are attempting to convince the rest of the human race to urgently have all wireless capabilities disassembled and banned across the board. Some others reply that wireless capabilities are essential to maintain the economy of our country which in turn would maintian our current standard of living. However, the economy can no longer be part of the equasion because wireless capabilities are being used to burn down homes by remote wireless means. Wireless capabilities can be used to burn  human beings to death in a covert war.  When metal objects such as spoons are placed in a microwave oven they catch fire.  We are now being informed that we have metallic particulates inside our bodies and brains which we inhale and ingest due to chemtrail spraying of the skies over our heads in a process known as geoengineering.  These metallic particulates are currently  being found in our food supply.  The capability exists to turn microwave transmitters which are attached to telephone towers way up to a much higher power transmission.  It may be possible to control these microwave transmitters from one central location.  Therefore the capability now exists  to burn us inside our homes due to these metallic particulates being inside our bodies.   A cover story could then be provided that we were burned to death by the spread of wildfires during hot weather.

Wireless capabilities are being used to force private human beings to hear intelligent voices issuing commands to them via implants during which these intelligent voices are being heard by them coming from inside their own heads. If the victim should refuse to obey the commands of these inner voices they are being informed by these inner voices that their utilities including electricity, water and waste collection will be stopped and their bank accounts will be disabled and if their are in public housing they will be evicted forthwith. These intelligent sounding inner voices are telling the human subjects concerned that this wireless enslavement system is being means for everyone. It is currently being set up throughout the republic of Ireland. It is commonly known within the network as remote neural monitoring.

Please consider having all wireless enabling transmitters and related paraphernalia disassembled and banned urgently.

Individuals who have already been placed on remote neural monitoring attempt to explain to psychiatrists and others exactly what they are experiencing. A strongly conditioned false belief in the validity of psychiatry has been etched into the minds of society over many decades and centuries. They are giving credence to a university discipline that has can not be backed by scientific means. Psychiatry is based on non-science. Psychiatry is based on the subjective opinions of psychiatrists. There is no test available to support their subjective opinions.

Psychiatry is currently being furthered as a back door to currently disempower anybody who attempts to highlight the truth that they have been placed on a remote neural monitoring system. The victim is being told that there is no such system in existence as remote neural monitoring. They are being told that they have a chemical imbalance in their brain which is genetically determined and they will have it for life and there is nothing they can do about it and they will forever be limited and restricted and they must continually ingest tablets which dampen down their creativity, their sensitivity and their awareness. They are being told that they are sick and the psychiatrist can see this but that they can not.

The entire field of psychiatry is now implicated in covering up the crime of remote neural monitoring and remote neural manipulation. However, because of the wide use of electronic mind control especially against individuals who live or work near telephone towers and because of the fact they all of Irish society are unknowingly ingesting and inhaling nano particulates which eventually become imbedded in their bodies and brains, their brains are now working to the dictates of external programming rather than the power of their own minds. The signals which subliminally influence them are coming from telephone towers in their environment and are redirected to their brains from smart engineered technology inside their homes and offices. We can easily return to wired technology without it impacting our quality of life. Please consider having telephone towers and related paraphernalia urgently banned.

There is currently a small hole in the Titanic.  It can very easily be repaired.  However, many on board are asleep and are unaware of the danger.  If we wait until 5G which is fifth generation wireless technology become operational within the next year the technological capabilities of our enemies to wirelessly enslave us will become infinitely more powerful.  5G can remote neural monitor hundred of thousands of human beings simultaneously, whereby they would hear a  voice issuing them commands  via voice to skull direct communication.  These commands would come from the hearing centres of their own brains.  If they failed to obey these commands they could receive an electric shock or they could have their utilities cancelled within days.  I know this situation to be the case because I have been on this cruel system for more than fifteen years, and I am aware of at least one dozen of my fellow Irish men and women who are also currently on a similar control and enslavement system.

We can no longer give much credence to man made law.  It has become so far removed from the natural order of things that it could only be supported by deranged minds, for the simple reason that the new world order are attempts to install a world government where some human beings are to be regarded as sub-human.   The attempted world government would operate on a hierarchical based rigid chain of command where women would be deemed to be less than men, and sub-humans would be deemed to be less than women.   Sub humans are to be categorised on the basis of any so-called mental illness and currently anybody can be deemed mentally ill if they do not conform to the dictates of those who now wield wirelessly enabled  neuro weapons.    No law maker can make a human being less than a human being no matter what false authority he may give himself.  Any human being who would honour such a law must have their value  judgements  called into question.  Furthermore natural law is fixed and immutable.  We should urgently dissolve all man-made laws in favour of natural law before it is too late.

We are insulting the police by requesting them to enforce man-made law because said man-made law is now considered illegal because all man-made laws which have been enacted over the past several years have been enacted under duress, because the enacters of these laws were unknowingly under the duress of having internal, wifi enabled, biochips which monitor their vital signs and manipulate their thinking process by the use of accompanying electronic mind control.  The insertion inside the human body of a wireless body sensor network has turned a selection of senior politicians into electronic slaves where they are now having  artificial thoughts inserted into their minds by a would-be worldwide dictatorship of their fellow human beings.   Please ask your most senior politician to request the police to ignore man made laws in favour of  natural law.  The police aught to especially ignore the new law that requests that they monitor our online use.  The internet is still a free medium.  It is a vital tool in the protection of humanity from legal enslavement by the powers that be
